Amaterasu
The chunks of rock broke apart as they crashed into the Solar Flare. The reflector held up well, and Amaterasu prepared to move back with the child she protected until she suddenly felt...nothing. There were no more impacts on her Reflector, and Amaterasu looked up to see the rest of the debris being held up by vines. Hearing Kyota's voice, Amaterasu turned to see Thorn's thumbs-up, and her face returned to its regular cheerful state. She seemed appreciative of the assist.
The sun goddess couldn't well answer Blue Shirt's question, so she would grip the collar of his shirt with her teeth and swing him overhead. Her Solar Flare vanished as he would land on her back. With the civilian secured, Amaterasu would make her way back to Kyota and Thorn and crouch low to give Blue Shirt an easy dismount.
Amaterasu didn't want to waste a second, so as soon as she delivered the kid, she turned round and looked for angle to enter the fight. Luckily, Thorn's vines came in handy again. Amaterasu would run up the flora and jump between the vines and debris, leaving them lush with flowers as she steadily gained height, eventually reaching the tops of the buildings. The sun goddess gracefully jumped over the crumbling rooftops as she surveyed the fight, and her eyes locked on the Fazent. It was massive, yet Amaterasu sensed no life within it even as it autonomously attacked the others. In that sense, it was no more than a demon, and Amaterasu held no mercy for demons.
The wolf jumped up high, summoning her strongest Glaive: The Thunder Edge. The already big sword grew even bigger, enough that Amaterasu could land on the flat of it's blade like a platform, and it held Amaterasu up as it charged energy...although to most it would simply look like the dog was floating on nothing. Once the Thunder Edge charged enough, it would dive towards the Fazent, moving like a bolt of lightning! The glaive would strike into the machine, lightning surging through the blade and embedding itself into the roof, carrying the sun goddess the whole way! If it landed, Amaterasu would jump behind the Fazent and fall back to earth. Thunder Edge would be pulled towards her and roughly run through the Fazent's top, literally tearing it a new one as it returned to her back!

Akira Howard

VROOM!!!

Akira made her flashy entrance by hitting a piece of rubble as if it were a ramp and soared through the air. She spotted two grenades arcing through the air, and in a flash, her Legion had intercepted the explosives. The chimeric organism tossed the bombs back at the two sentry units. Meanwhile, Akira's vehicle landed and she immediately hit the brakes.

As she came to a stop, the Legion rushed back down to her level, grabbed the motorcycle, and aimed it at one of the mechs- should they survive. A stream of anti-vehicle energy bolts would flow from blasters on either side of the motorcycle to finish off the smaller bots. The officer then dismounted, and began walking further towards the action on foot.

Tracy Rinehart

As Tracy ran back towards the wall, she drew a card. It was only when she noticed just how many enemies were guarding the area that she realized she may have made a mistake. A shadow came over her, and she looked up to see a massive robot! One that was about to fire a load of missiles! Tracy went to place a card on her duel disk, but before she could, V2 had grabbed her. Tracy yelped in surprise as with incredible force and speed, V2 moved her behind cover into a small alleyway. And then in a red blur, he was gone.

"V2?" Tracy said, but as she attempted to step out of the alleyway a barrage of plasma bolts forced her back behind cover. Even so, she could see a pair of soldiers moving towards her position. They lowered their shields, and Tracy watched as they threw a pair of grenades! The duelist got ready to sprint away, but before she could the grenades were knocked out of the air! A woman on a motorbike, with a strange, metallic being along side her, had caught the grenades and lobbed them back at the soldiers. Also on the back of the motorbike was a person dressed like... a medieval archer. At the same time, Tracy watched a teenager, a boy about her age, charge right into the combat. He moved with incredible speed and had a strange, glowing shell of energy around him. Even through all the chaos, Tracy could see that he was blindfolded.

It seemed like the cavalry arrived, whoever they were. Behind her, even more chaos was happening as massive plants suddenly grew through the road. Massive blasts of energy were striking that large drone overhead. Through it all, one of the massive robots had locked onto her. Tracy placed a card on her duel disk.

With a roar, a monster appeared on the battlefield. It was a massive bear, muscles rippling under its brown fur. It stood on its hind legs, and was dressed in purple armor. An eyepatch covered its left eye, and it was armed with a pair of spiked gauntlets. Gladiator Beast Andal charged at the chainsaw Sentry Unit. The massive robot swung its chainsaw, and sparks flew as the Beast-Warrior blocked it with its gauntlets. The duel monster ducked under the chainsaw blade, and with a great strength attempted to tear the chainsaw arm off the robot! If that was successful, the Gladiator Beast would grab the robot and charge towards the other Sumeragi troops, attempting to use the machine as cover to get into melee combat!

Tracy did her best to keep up with what was happening around the battlefield, setting a card face-down on her duel disk as she scanned the area...

This new move of the SOUL-user proved effective, Frisk zipping past the inbound missiles and reappearing nearby the second Bomber. Her weapon came down on the machine in a flash, ripping it open, and it let out a few small explosions before it went crashing down to the ground below. She similarly dealt with the turrets beside her with quick bursts of Determination magic, each one severed with another explosion accompanying their destruction. It was the original Bomber that actually managed to elude the following attack, a burst of green flame coming from its thrusters to propel it out of the way of the magic blast.

In response, the damaged machine zipped a little closer to the wall, dropping another barrage of bombs onto Frisk, while another wave of missiles emerged from the top of the wall again, flying down to intercept the still-rising intruder with their homing properties.

It was now that the other Psi-User from before flew into the fray once more – though this time he aimed for the unconscious soldier below her. He placed a hand onto his comrade, both warping away, and after a moment, he reappeared in his previous position. Despite the fact that Frisk had effectively saved the other soldier, he didn't appear to change his attitude, as another surge of psychic orbs flew out from the Adept's hands, once again headed in Frisk's direction.

To add onto things, another panel a little higher up in the wall flipped open to reveal a second electric tower, its generator beginning to rapidly spin, charging up a pulse of electricity just like the previous one had.

City Slums – Wall Approach
In mere moments, the arriving group launched their counterattack against the squad of Sumeragi forces.

Terrence was among the first to strike, slamming into one of the vehicles with his Bravery magic, toppling it over. The Gunner and Grenadier atop it fell to the ground roughly, rolling backward a short distance from the force of the impact, though they soon stood back up. Much as the SOUL-user hoped they would retreat, the forces were dedicated – and it only became more apparent as they shifted their focus to the newcomer, firing a brief burst of plasma accompanied by a grenade sailing overhead, ready to explode by the time it hit the ground beside him.

The gatling-wielding Sentry Unit had also turned to attack Terrence – before it was intercepted by a returning grenade, courtesy of Akira's entrance. The explosive burst against the machine's shield, which held strong, and when the stream of energy bullets came from the officer's vehicle, it was met with returning rapid-fire from the robot itself. A number of the projectiles fizzled out against each other, and while some bullets continued to strike the Sentry Unit's shield, gradually ripping holes into it, its own yellow energy bolts slipped past in kind, headed mainly for Akira.

The other grenade Akira's Legion tossed back struck the other Sentry Unit, a direct hit to the back this time. It stumbled forwards at the explosion, a gaping hole in its back, exposing some internals. It still swung its chainsaw at Tracy's summon, being blocked by Gladiator Beast Andal's gauntlets despite the weapon's ferocity, before the bear made to grab at the machine's arm. Even with its damage and the Gladiator Beast's strength, the arm proved more difficult to rip than expected. The Sentry Unit prepared to strike again––

When Akira's energy bolts struck the machine, weakening it enough for the bear to tear off its arm fully. Almost immediately, the weapon ceased to function, but as the Gladiator Beast went to grab the robot and use it as cover, it retaliated with a sudden burst of speed, boosters at its feet carrying it forward in an attempt to knock the beast down to the ground with a punch of its other arm.

Meanwhile, the Fazent was quickly struck from above by Amaterasu's Thunder Edge. The headlights flashed again at the attack, metal scraping and tearing as the glaive began to move, before the drone's thrusters tilted forward, and it burst ahead right as the weapon flipped onto the goddess' back. A gash was left along the large drone's posterior, nothing quite vital seemingly damaged just yet, and it flipped back to face Amaterasu.

The silver-colored hatch in the middle of its body opened up, and out of it dropped a large red disc. Upon hitting the ground, it quickly spun to burrow in further, where it stopped for few moments – before it exploded, releasing explosions in a shockwave that spread across the ground, its closest targets being Amaterasu, V2, Terrence, Akira, and even the soldiers that had been attacking Terrence. As this attack went off, the Fazent prepared to fire another wave of missiles, pod on the back of the machine flipping open once more.

Kyota had turned his attention to the arriving Jin, tackling the boy to the ground once he had been dropped off by Amaterasu. Not with any negative intent – just a very brash hug.

"Jin! I'm so glad you're alright, dude!"

"Same here, Kyota. But these people, the powers they have..." he said, standing up to look at the raging battle. "I've never seen any non-Mino stand up against Sumeragi. Are they..."

"Adepts? Kinda, but they're definitely not a fan of what Sumeragi's been up to," the smaller boy replied. "Oh! Have you seen Kohaku or Maria?"

Jin let out a sigh. "I'm fairly sure I saw them both run southwest towards the hideout when Sumeragi attacked, so with any luck, they're safe over there. I couldn't get away fast enough, so I had to take cover around here. It was when that thing came in that I was forced out of hiding. It's rare for Sumeragi to send a machine of that scale on their regular attacks..."

"Hey, guess that means these guys are givin' them trouble, right?"

Boboiboy - Thorn & Blaze

As Kyota's friend was returned, Thorn beamed, glad he was able to help both the doggie and Kyota at once.

"Yay, happy ending!" He exclaimed, throwing his hands up.

And like that, Amaterasu was off to join the fray, beautiful flowers appearing wherever she walked on, beautifying the vines. Thorn gushed over the graceful dexterity of the pupper and the beauty she left behind.

So pretty...

Now on the complete opposite side of the spectrum, Blaze had the biggest grin on his face, his muscular arms vibrating as he held a ridiculously sized fireball, 15ft in height, width, and length above himself. Floating quite bit in the air at this point, he locked on to his mechanical target.

This will show them that I am the big hero here. Not some third rate chump! They attacked with their puny displays, now it's MY turn!

"MAXIMUM FIREBALL!!!"

Letting it lose, he wasn't too concerned who was in the way of the attack. Get hit or avoid he didn't necessarily care, he just wanted to be the one with the loudest and proudest show of strength. So the colossal fireball soared through the air, aiming to smash directly into the mecha and explode wildly on it, the wall, and every poor sap in the way it around it!

V2

The Fazent survived V2's assault. It seemed resistant to energy attacks. Noted.
However, before they could do much more, the battle seemed to erupt into chaos. Several more humans, and a dog, arrived, attacking the Sumeragi forces and sheltering civilians. V2 was forced to temporarily withdraw to analyze what on earth was happening.

Before they could properly re-enter, the Fazent deployed a red disc which burrowed into the ground, before exploding. V2 was somewhat close, getting launched backward a little, but suffering only minor damage from the launched debris. The machine turned to their foe again as it launched more missiles, but right as they were about to launch an attack, an enormous fireball appeared out of seemingly nowhere and slammed into the Fazent.

V2 determined that the Fazent was likely handled, and turned to one of the now-walking robots. They determined that the robot with the gattling gun, having ranged capability, was likely more dangerous than the chainsaw robot. Acting on this, V2 quickly slid over to the gattling robot, moving at 12 meters/second (43 kilometers/hour or 26 miles/hour), while charging up a shot from their shotgun, ejecting a Core directly at it in hopes of breaking it's shield. From there, the machine swapped their shotgun for a revolver, before jumping over the gattling gun robot and firing several shots at it.

FRISK DREEMURR

That made five down, but the damaged drone remained - and the other mage returned. Two left.

The metallic Frisk battered away a few missiles coming from the top, reminding the teen that there was something else at the top. Alright, three left.

Then another machine appeared, like the one her bloodwound from before had destroyed.

Ugh. Four left. At least she didn’t have to worry about lives when dealing with the machines. That guy down there would make things slightly more complicated, but eh, she was handling herself so far. The Sumeragi certainly had a different style and presentation than the Messiah, with a stronger emphasis on machines, but so far... it wasn’t so different.

All this wall-running was beginning to have an effect on the girl, her body definitely not used to this unnatural angle. It was time to switch tactics.

Forming a bubble shield around herself, surrounding attacks converged as Frisk stabbed her knife into the wall, carving the blade over its surface, leaving a scarlet hue of magic in the face, about three feet long, before she took a step back. The red magic began to seep into the wall, digging deeper almost like an acid, as deep as it could go.

Frisk swallowed, wetting her dry throat as her breathing calmed a bit, giving her a brief moment to focus on her magic. Her mana was still fine, she’d been using it in droves since she’d started fighting the Messiah, and that built up her pool each time she depleted it. Physically, however, she was starting to get a bit tired.

Her bubble shield flashed blue for a split second, a loud ‘ding’ sounding. All of the missiles, bombs, and psychic orbs hitting it in that moment were reflected right back toward their users before Frisk activated the trail of red she’d left, closing in her shield around herself.

BOOOOM!

Metal plating went flying in every direction as a cloud of heavy black smoke plumaged from the side of the great wall, completely obscuring Frisk from both sides. As more attacks came in, they would find no purchase, blitzing through the smoke in vain.

The teen had just blown a hole in the side of the building, and jumped into it.

Tracy Rinehart

"MAXIMUM FIREBALL!!!"

It was at this moment Tracy finally noticed another combatant. A kid in a red sleeveless jacket, with fire all around him. The yell was an announcement of his attack, an incredibly massive fireball! Tracy had seen enough duel monsters use this type of attack to recognize what would happen next. Tracy drew a card from her deck and quickly placed a card on her duel disk as Blaze unleashed his attack.

In front of Akira and Bard, a small creature appeared. It was a penguin of some sort, but instead of feathers, a strange ice-armor was covering it. Glacial Beast Polar Penguin let out a boastful screech, but it was one quickly cut short. Blaze's explosive attack struck the Duel Monster, and while the monster was destroyed, Akira and Bard were completely protected in the process. Glacial Beast Polar Penguin exploded into a whirlwind of ice and snow. This tornado of ice and snow quickly moved across the battlefield, heading right towards the Sumeragi Grenadier! If it struck the Grenadier, it would pick up the soldier in an intense whirlwind before sending them flying back towards the Wall!

From her area behind cover, Tracy discarded a card from her hand. The destruction of Glacial Beast Polar Penguin had activated its effect, and now she was activating the effect of a monster from her own hand. By discarding her Penguin Cleric card, she could bring back a Penguin monster that had been destroyed. For a moment, another Penguin monster appeared on the battlefield. This one was a grey feathered Penguin in a blue robe and cleric's hat, Penguin Cleric. The Penguin monster raised its staff, creating sigils of light beneath it. The Penguin Cleric then faded away, and rising from the sigils was the Glacial Beast Polar Penguin!

Having been special summoned, Glacial Beast Polar Penguin was able to activate its own effect. The Penguin monster beat its wings, creating the same icy tornado that had attempted to send the Grenadier flying. This icy tornado headed towards the Gunner, and would attempt to pick up the soldier and send him flying in the same direction the Grenadier had been flung!

While all of this was happening, Tracy activated another face-down card she had on her duel disk. Nearby, a large Duel Monster's card materialized and flipped upwards. It was a purple card, one depicting a small grey hamster delivering a powerful uppercut to a large, purple behemoth. The Trap Card, Settuppercut. Tracy pulled her deck from her duel disk, quickly looking through it before placing a card from it on her duel disk. A duel monsters card appeared not far from Tracy, Face-down. Another monster card.

Gladiator Beast Andal grinned as it pulled the chainsaw arm clean off of the Sentry Bot. It cast the ruined piece of robotics aside, but was surprised by the sudden speed of the robot. Andal staggered back from the powerful punch, but kept its ground against the Sentry Bot. With surprising technique, the Gladiator Beast attempted to use the robot's momentum against it. Andal tried to grab the Sentry Bot's good arm from the punch and throw the robot over it's shoulder, slamming it into the ground. If that was successful, the Duel Monster would attempt to pummel the grounded robot with its tough gauntlets!

Tracy Stats:
Hand: 3 cards
Field: Metal Reflect Slime (Defense Mode), Gladiator Beast Andal, Glacial Beast Polar Penguin (Defense Mode), Face-down monster
Spell/Trap Zone: None
Graveyard: Penguin Cleric, Settuppercut

Legionnaire Extraordinaire
The motorcycle's blasters were successful in damaging the chainsaw mech as it was distracted, but the shielded one was a different story. Its arm-gatling had been revving up, and now unleashed a counterattack.

"Hold on, Kiwi!"

The Legion shoved the bike away, taking a couple of the bullets before being recalled into Akira's Legatus. The motorcycle peeled out for a moment as it struggled to find traction after being so roughly pushed, but it soon found purchase and made a beeline for the alley in which Kyota and his friend were hiding.

WHOOSH.

Just in time too, as a wall of flame rushed past the alley. The cycle screeched to a halt and parked before Akira backflipped off of it.

"Stay safe."

The police officer motioned for the noncombatants to stay as she peeked around the corner again. There, she saw it: that damned red robot. It was currently in the heat of battle with another automaton. It had said something about them sharing the same enemy. That was true, and Akira wasn't about to get in its way if it wasn't threatening any human life.

With a huff, Akira sprinted back into battle. Her Legion roared to life once again, and zoomed to flank the grenadier atop the truck. After a dramatic pause, it swung the flat side of its blade to try and knock the foe out. With its other blade, it hooked the astral chain and tugged on it, which allowed Akira to come flying closer as she attempted to slap the gunner upside the head with the heavy X-Baton: Gladius form.

Terrence Boom
Terrence let out a puff of air he’d been holding in, feeling pretty satisfied as the vehicle toppled right over, offering little resistance toward his Bravery-charged body slam. Just when he turned, ready to do the same to the other one, things began to unfold before him- first it was the fact that the two units that had been in the vehicle seemed to have no intention of fleeing, firing plasma shots and a grenade at him- he’d gotten the attention of that gatling sentry, too, but that attention was soon intercepted by the arrival of the motorcycle-riding Akira.

Lunging out of the path of the grenade, Terrence tilted his body to block the shot of plasma with his shell, barrelling toward the Sentry Unit as it got into its shootout.

But then, Terrence could feel the intense shockwave in front of him, and the intense heat behind him, sensing something huge approaching. It was none other than a fireball, courtesy of that Blaze- a fireball that Terrence found himself in the path of.
The aforementioned shockwave had stopped him in his tracks, but luckily, it seemed that the gunner and grenadier who had been targeting him had felt the effects as well… before they were then promptly attacked by… a frozen penguin creature?! Where were all of these things coming from??

Terrence let out an unamused breath, pulling the hilt of his katana out and promptly letting the blade roar to life, a jagged line of pure orange magic. His momentum had been halted, and he needed to act quick, or he’d be eating that fireball for dinner.
...He wasn't really a fan of spicy meals.

Launching himself forward and into the air, he swung the sword against the machine’s shoulder, using the momentum to throw himself behind the hulking sentry- if it was successful, then he would employ the final step of his plan, stomping his feet down against the sentry’s back. Not only would it push Terrence out of the fireball’s path, but it would hopefully shove the machine right into it.

District Wall
Projectiles of various kinds whizzed behind Frisk as she entered the wall once more, this time at a much higher altitude. The area she had leapt into was dim at first, though the shape of the room could be discerned; it was a fairly large semicircular room, with openings into other areas on the left and right corners in front of Frisk, as well as the center of the back wall. The floor felt different from the rest of the structure, too...

After a moment, the lights flickered on, bathing everything in white light – and it turned out she'd been standing atop a dark grey conveyor belt, which soon began to move, a few inactive large robots placed across it. The tracks came from a ramp on Frisk's right, heading up from a lower floor, before they snaked along the center of the room for a bit, and finally led to another rising ramp along the left wall. The center of the back wall led to a hallway deeper into the wall.

Before she could make much progress in any direction, the hulking humanoid machines became active. There were two in the room – one wielded a shield and a gatling gun in its arms, inconveniently blocking the rising tracks to Frisk's left, while the other robot was located closer to her right and along the back wall, having a chainsaw for an arm. Both took notice of the girl, with the gatling sentry opening fire while being dragged backwards, while the chainsaw sentry moved in for a swing of its weapon, aided by the direction of the tracks.

City Slums – Wall Approach
"MAXIMUM FIREBALL!!!"

Blaze's ultimate attack crashed down on the Fazent, releasing a massive blast of flame throughout the streets. While it was the drone that took the brunt of the blow, the ensuing explosion expanded to reach the Gunner and Grenadier that had been attacking Terrence, blasting them both backwards – when an icy tornado appeared to damage and carry the latter soldier even further, left unconscious near the district wall itself. After a few moments, the same situation befell the Gunner, who collapsed near his comrade.

The gatling Sentry Unit, meanwhile, quickly became the target of multiple attacks. V2's Core Eject burst against the shield, blowing it wide open, though it proceeded to toss the ruined defense at the V model to intercept his following revolver shots. This left it open to Terrence's maneuver, however, its body quickly pushed in between the SOUL-user and the Maximum Fireball, being destroyed in the process as pieces of metal and scrap flew backward from the blast. Nearby them, the chainsaw Sentry Unit was pinned down by Gladiator Beast Andal, receiving numerous powerful punches that tore into its body until its lights shut off, and a mess of steel remained in its place.

Akira's attack on the soldiers was also fairly effective – while they had taken cover behind the truck due to the incoming fireball, the Sword Legion still slipped behind one, knocking him out, while Akira quickly closed the distance with some Astral Chain maneuvering, striking the other soldier on the head. He wasn't quite incapacitated, however – and he suddenly drew a previously unseen weapon: a small energy dagger conjured from his hip, which he proceeded to swipe at the officer frantically.

The smoke and heat began to clear, and the damaged form of the Fazent came into view. The top half of the drone had been charred, melted, or otherwise blasted heavily, leaving it almost unrecognizable. One of its wings had been ripped apart, and the machine was forced to touch down. While the machine gun it once had on its face had been most certainly destroyed, the pod on the back seemed to have taken the least damage – and it was quick to put it to use in retaliation, firing a barrage of missiles into the air, which proceeded to wildly crash down on the streets around it, with little sense of friend or foe. Quite a few seemed to be headed in Blaze's direction, though.

FRISK DREEMURR

What the teenager found was a... factory. This high up? Weren’t factories supposed to be at a lower altitude?

“Is that really your concern right now?” Chara asked.

Machines came to life to turn on the young Dreemurr, but Frisk was already planning her escape. She hadn’t run in here to get away from the threats on the wall—she was going to carve her own shortcut. Gathering magic below her soles, the girl manifested what might have looked like an umbrella above her, only partly deployed, and it began to rapidly spin.

A drill.

“Mind helping for a second?” Frisk asked her shaytan.

“With what?” Chara replied.

“You know what.”

A manifestation of magical energy congealed in the path of the rapid fire from the left robot, and the chainsaw-wielding one was getting close (okay, that was pretty cool. Chainsaws on robots? She’d need to tell Alphys about that one). The magic underfoot burst, and Frisk was launched upward, her drill ramming into the ceiling to bash through it - but that wasn’t where it ended. With her drill ahead of her, Frisk intended to carve her way directly up to the top floor. Or at least as high as she could get.

Admittedly, she was starting to run out of creative uses of her various abilities. At least all the best had been used up - not like she couldn’t call on them again, though. Chara’s manifestation disappeared as Frisk rose up.

She could remember Katherine referring to her as something once. An “unstoppable force.”

Well, there weren’t any immovable objects just yet.

Officer Howard
The officer landed on the side of the vehicle, and quickly struggled to gain her balance to avoid toppling off. She turned to the soldier, just in time to evade a wild swipe of the dagger. Her X-Baton quickly shifted into Baton form, allowing her to parry a second swipe. Akira quickly replied with a strike of her own, first to the soldier's wrist to disarm him, and then a swift blow aimed to the temple.

With that taken care of, the RAVEN captain looked up to see that the Fazent, still kicking, had begun unleashing a barrage of missiles into the air. That was bad news. With a grunt of effort, the agent sent her Legion speeding to the top of the robot. It got as high above as it could before coming back down- fighting against the stream of explosives.

The creature hacked and slashed at the rockets- outspeeding their detonations as it dove. Finally, the Type-R Legion plunged its blades into the missile pod. This would no doubt destroy any missiles still inside, as well. While this attack had destroyed the majority of the missiles, a handful still arced through the air.

Following that maneuver, she turned back towards V2. It was eerily close to Terrence now. Part of Akira knew that the droid would attack the Fazent first, but she couldn't take the risk. She reached a hand out towards Terrence and blurted out, "Watch out for that red- ...uh.....winged robot!" The policewoman struggled to describe it in a way the boy would understand- she didn't really know how he was seeing right now. Seeing a missile arc in her direction, she leapt off the vehicle, rolling as it exploded behind her. "It's not a friendly!"

Boboiboy - Thorn & Blaze

Oh boy, he's off the deep end

Thorn wasn't in a hurry to go mess with Blaze, considering how he launched his maximum fireball overhead despite his allies. That and he technically defeated Quake on the way down here already...yeah best to stay clear. But he couldn't just let his newfound allies up for themselves to face Sumeragi and himself.

"Hey, stay safe you two." Thorn told Kyota and Jin. "Imma go see if I can do...uh, stuff. Don't do anything I wouldn't do!"

With a wink and a stuck out tongue, Thorn fired off a vine to a nearby building in the main drag. As he was pulled along, he was immediately met with the sight of missiles firing out everywhere across the city street! He scrambled about on the vine, unable to back out of his commitment to the swing.

"Uwaaaah!!"

Missiles flew past him, his face almost smashing into one of them as he accelerated his swing, sending him further and further into the air than he intended, Thorn flailing about skyward as the vine snapped. Sailing through the air with the grace of a misshapen duckling, he was headed straight down towards the fray, ground quickly coming up to meet him. Thinking of something fast, he put both of his hands together, green lighting coming from his palms.

Something began to grow, so when he landed nearby a tall fighting bear and a yellow garb wearing school girl, something emerged, landing in Thorn's stead. A creature had emerged, it's body was mostly a slick green texture outside it's head and tail, the former of which was a more monstrous take on a Venus flytrap, three tongues tangling out of the newfound creature as it's tail flaps furrowed. It seemed like a raptor of some sort had a plant like imitator.

Thorn sighed in relief, petting the head of the creature he sat on the back of. Realizing he had landed right next to someone he turned with a little wave towards Tracy.

"Hi ho!"

Meanwhile...

"Die die die die! HAHAHA!"

Blaze was getting into it, slinging fireballs like a madman at the encroaching missiles, one by one hitting and detonating, fueling is battle lust further and further upon witnessing the explosions. A missile he didn't spot impacted right behind him, sending the flame element into a front flip, skidding against the pavement.

"Ack! Tch...is that all you got? IS THAT ALL YOU GOT?!"

Asking for even more attacks to be sent his way, Blaze clapped his hands together, generating a pair of a weapons that he separated. They were a pair of black and orange chakrams, metallic blades thick and scorching to the touch.

"Fire Chakrams!"

He slung forward one - two times, the chakrams spinning through the air in an arch, vibrantly ablaze. The discs would swerve and collide with the mech at the same time, being consumed into plumes of fire!

Tracy Rinehart

Gladiator Beast Andal let out a roar of pride, standing over its bested foe. Tracy drew another card, but the massive robot drone had other ideas. Forced to land from all the damage it had taken, it fired off yet another barrage of missiles. A few shot towards Tracy and her monsters. Glacial Beast Polar Penguin made its move, once more using its body as a shield to protect. The few missiles heading towards Tracy and her monsters exploded against the ice monster, which in turn exploded into a whirlwind of ice and snow. The whirlwind moved down the street, attempting to catch some of the missiles the Fazent had fired and sending them right back to the robot.

Tracy looked at the card she drew, and the Nobleman of Crossout appeared over her shoulder.
"Oh! You drew me! Lady Tracy, allow me to be your sword, use me that I may smite these evildoers!" The spirit encouraged.
"Again, Crossout? There's no good targets for you!" Tracy snapped at the knight. Tracy scanned the battlefield, watching the woman onthe motorbike. It seemed as though she was a police officer? She called out a warning to the blindfolded teen, but it wasn't about the Sumeragi troops. No, she was warning against V2?

"No, wait!" Tracy called out to Terrence and Akira. "That's not right, V2 isn't Sumeragi! He's a friend!"

"Hi Ho!"

"Eep!" Tracy jumped, and quickly turned to face the new voice. In the chaos of the battle, she hadn't noticed the approach of someone else. It was a boy, a teenager like her. The boy looked nearly identical to the one that was flying around, throwing fireballs, however this one was wearing green instead of red. He was riding on a plant monster, one that reminded Tracy of Ms. Elizabeth's Prediplant monsters. She looked at Thorn with uncertainty.
"Um... Hello. I..." Tracy blinked and shook her head. "What are you doing?! Don't just stand in the middle of the street, get behind cover!"
Tracy gestured for Thorn and his plant beast to join her in the alleyway.

Meanwhile, Gladiator Beast Andal turned his attention towards the Fazent. Grounded now, it was in range for the Gladiator Beast to fight! The duel monster picked up the ruined remains of the Chainsaw Sentry Unit, now able to use the strategy he wanted to before. The Gladiator Beast charged towards the Fazent, using the broken robot as a shield. Once it got close, it would attempt to smash the broken Sentry Unit against the Fazent!

Mr. Miracle
Well, now this was a right pickle, wasn't it? Hagen wasn't even in his cockroach form anymore - he had been stood sideways on the wall this entire time, defying gravity and physics as this quaint little battlefield devolved into a full-on, small-scale war. New folk came in - some kind of police chick, a flame-slinging madman.. oh hey, it's Tracy! And.. oh boy, there were a LOT more folk than he could've even expected himself. So, either these were some kind of rebel forces, or.. they were, just like him and that disc-equipped girl, trapped in this new world for whatever reason.

Now, two heads were better than one. Three was a crowd, six were a party but this.. this was just a mess. So much so, the poor magician had no idea what he should even be doing right about now! Was it to do some silly goofy stunt to what remained of the soldiers he could spot, to try pitching in more with this giant machine, or to hop this massive wall and go seek out what was on the other side? Decisions, decisions! It was mind-boggingly confusing on what his priority should be right now. Think, Miracle, Think! What would the great Mr. Miracle do- ..no, wait.. that's literally what he was attempting to solve right about now.

Ah, wait! Eureka, what an idea that was totally sound and reasonable and not at all an insane wacko's attempt at comedy! The miraculous magician had flown down to a few inches above the Fazent, examining all the damage that it now sustained while the giant robot was busy defending itself against its attackers. His hands came on down and up again, clenched into fists as what exposed wires he could remotely grasp from the shattered wing and the broken drone were focused on by his will and magical hands, attempting to pull them up like strings with his magikinesis and tie them up in a nice, fancy bowtie - interlacing all the exposed, sparking copper wiring together in an attempt to create one huge short-circuit throughout the whole machine!

V2

V2 turned to Terrence. The female human from earlier, who happened to be here, had just tried to tell the new human that the machine was dangerous. Tracy, luckily, was there to back the V model up- briefly, before being distracted by another person. They'd have to argue for themself. "As far as I can tell, we both want to stop the Sumeragi. Don't attack me, I don't attack you. Deal?" The machine put away their weapons and held out their right arm (not the sword one) to Terrence.

The Bard

"WOAH!" During the relatively short trip on Akira's motorcycle, Kiwi was in rather clear shock at the grab though held on. When it eventually stopped, Kiwi hopped off to stay behind Akira, careful. That was a big machine-looking thing - Kiwi wasn't used to metal that moved on it's own like this. Not even the Orderscape felt this...futuristic. Ruined Futuristic, was perhaps the right term.

So much was happening. It was an absolute headache. The machine launched explosions and mighty attacks. Shouting occured. It was even wilder than the battle against Audrey...
Seeing V2 again, Kiwi was worried but it looked like Akira wasn't attacking them yet due to the larger one. Plus, someone else here claimed the metal being's innocence (relatively!).

"Yeah! Take the deal! Please!!!" They yelled out, standing still for a moment. Before they could even consider ducking into another alleyway, a they heard something, turning around to see a missile about to strike. With a yelp, the Bard put a hand out. A panicked hum ensued, turning upwards and sending the missile straight into the sky right under control! As soon as the Bard dropped control, it fell on a direct collision path with the Fazent, but Kiwi was somewhat dazed by the whole moment, quickly ducking by into a nearby alleyway, sheepishly waving towards the others.

Terrence felt his jaw tighten, as he was given a series of conflicting statements- first, it was that the idea that this robot- V2, if he heard correctly- wasn’t actually an ally, and was in fact dangerous to work with. Then, that the robot was, in fact, a friend- then the robot itself offered teamwork and a truce with a handshake.

He didn’t really have a lot of time to think this over, but even though he didn’t want to just dismiss Akira, as she seemed like a smart person… he just didn’t have any reason to believe that this machine was an enemy, as it was actively helping against the Sumeragi.
This was a weird spot to be in. He frowned, asking himself in his head- what would Mosu do? What would Blair do? What would... what would Frisk do?
He sighed- knowing that he needed to make his judgments and own them, whether or not they panned out, not that that made it any easier.
He just didn't know where to place his trust, a temporary partnership seeming like the best way forward... for the immediate future...

With a shred of hesitance, he raised his own arm, accepting the metallic handshake that was being offered, though he kept it brief.

“I’m prioritizing the Sumeragi,” he said simply, his attention partially fixated on the remains of the gatling sentry. “I’m not going to attack you- but if there’s a good reason not to trust you, I’m going to hear it out once they’re dealt with,” he added. Where that placed on his to-do list exactly, he wasn’t sure, because right now, that Blaze fellow seemed like a MUCH bigger threat to the group’s safety than V2…

"What are you doing?! Don't just stand in the middle of the street, get behind cover!" Tracy told him.

"Eh?"

The clanking of a bipedal bear picking up a chainsaw robot and charging with it overlapped with the sound of blazing chakrams exploding, a wind whooshing past Thorn, his hair flapping violently as he put two and two together.

"Oh! Right! Fighting, yeah. Following the leader!"

Thorn pointed towards the alleyway, the Tumbosaur cocking their head in the direction. It arched its back and ran towards it, skirting across the street as it made it into the alleyway. It opened its mouth a bit, drippings of saliva like sap dribbled out of it's maw as three wet looking tongues wriggled about inside.

"Here!" Thorn exclaimed, as if being called present for class. "Who might you be? You one of Kyota's friends? What's that thing on your arm? Do you like yellow?"

Thorn overloaded Tracy with questions, cocking his head at her, drawing imaginary circles on the head of the tumbosaur he sat atop.

Steel, cement, and concrete gave way in the face of Frisk's maneuver, the SOUL-user drilling straight upwards as she passed through room after room, everything a blur in her venture to ascend to the top. It took a while for the scenery to really change – but eventually, piercing through one of the ceilings above her, Frisk's eyes were met with natural light. She had reached the top of the structure, and could finally get a glimpse of this weapon merged with a "Magnetic Arts Septima"...

The largest thing at the top of the wall, and most likely what the files from Sumeragi had been talking about, was a large device of some kind that stood at nearly fifteen feet tall. It was placed atop a wide base of a similar color to the wall itself, but the rest of it was black and silver in color, almost resembling a drill, as it moved inward as it went up – but where the tip of the drill would usually be, there were instead a trio of protusions that converged a little higher at the center of the machine, almost like fingers grasping at something above them.

Just beneath where these claws met was a smaller pedestal of sorts, perhaps intended to place or build something on top of it – while on opposite sides of the machine stood two antenna-like devices, one looking a lot more advanced than the other. In fact, the machine itself was clearly unfinished like the report stated, with pieces of the structure missing, some wires exposed, and no apparent lights shining from the device. Sumeragi's logo was plastered on the front of the thing, and a smaller control panel sat nearby it, built into the side. Upon a closer look, some sort of energy did appear to be softly shining around the device.

Three purple machines were located at this section of the wall, closer to the edge. They were almost cubical in shape, though separated into upper and lower halves, with the top one stretching forward in the form of a missile silo. For now, they appeared dormant, and no reinforcements appeared just yet, even as the alarm continued to ring – but any move from Frisk could very easily change that.

Whatever battle was happening all the way down in the slums was also going strong...

City Slums – Wall Approach
Akira's attack against the retaliating soldier was simple but effective – his frantic slashes left him open to the disarming move, and the following blow to his head left the man unconscious.

That only left the damaged Fazent to deal with, which only saw more fire raining down upon it. In a literal sense, too, as Blaze's chakrams dug into the head of the drone from opposing angles, bursting into flame upon impact, while multiple reflected missiles struck from above, stunning the machine. Akira's Sword Legion struck from behind at the same time, stabbing its large blades into the exposed missile pod of the Fazent, and a series of explosions followed, rippling across the back of the drone, additionally repelling Gladiator Beast Andal's attempt to close in with the Sentry Unit's remains.

By the time the blasts ceased, the Fazent had fallen onto its side, unable to recover given its accumulated damage. It was at this moment that Miracle finally joined for some tomfoolery of his own, grabbing, pulling, and twisting at the various exposed wires and internals of the mech. His bowtie was complete – and an ensuing shock coursed through the entire drone as it seized up. Lights flashed, joints twitched, and hatches opened up... with one of them being its center silver hatch, from which another red-colored mine spat out.

It didn't get very far, given the machine's wavering power – but it was quick to go off much like the previous one had. This was the last blow to the machine, sending explosions, rubble, and pieces of the Fazent flying along the street, threatening to strike and crush anyone out in the open, a bit of a last hurrah for Sumeragi's unmanned combat drone.

Tracy Rinehart

The green boy almost seemed unaware of the combat around him, but quickly commanded the plant beast (steed? dog?) to move into the alleyway. Was he faking? Or serious? The close proximity of the plant beast distracted Tracy from those questions. She pressed herself against the wall, watching the plant monster nervously as the boy rattled off question after question.

“Really? You want to do this now?” Tracy said to Thorn. She looked around the corner, scanning the battlefield as she drew another card from her duel disk.
“Fine. I’m Tracy. I don’t know a Kyota. It’s a Duel Disk. Yellow’s my favorite color, actually.” Tracy said. She glanced at Thorn, looking the boy and beast up and down. He seemed authentic. This wasn’t like when Weasel was turning on the charm, there wasn’t that hardness that lurked in this kid’s eyes. Whoever this teen was, his energy, enthusiasm, and cheer wasn’t an act.

The combined attack from everyone proved to overwhelm the massive drone. As the smoke cleared, standing on the top of the robot... Was that Mr. Miracle?! But it wasn't quite time to rest yet. The robot, in its last moments, spat out another mine!
"Penguin Soldier!" Tracy called out. In front of the mine, a large duel monsters card flipped up. A creature emerged from it, a purple penguin. It wore red shoulder pauldrons, and was armed with a small sword.
"Get down!" Tracy said to Thorn, ducking further into the alleyway. The Penguin Soldier raised its sword, and as the mine exploded a whirlwind of ice and snow would surround Akira and Mr. Miracle. Much like the whirlwinds that had sent the Sumeragi Soldiers flying, these ones would attempt to pick up Akira and Mr. Miracle. It would protect the pair from the explosion, and deposit them in the same alleyway The Bard was hiding in.

The Penguin Solider itself was not so lucky. With a surprised squawk, the bird monster exploded into pixels and vanished! The same fate befell Gladiator Beast Andel, the explosion causing the duel monster to explode into pixels. In the alleyway, it had provided Tracy with a good amount of cover from the explosion. She scanned the area. No sign of enemies... Satisfied, she turned her attention back to Thorn.
“Okay, your turn. All those questions, back at you.” Tracy said to the green teen.

Another one of those mine things? And it's grounded? Heh. Chump.

Blaze laughed to himself, leaping into the air. A stream of flame shot from his boots momentarily, sending him straight upwards, he was downright ecstatic. A grin flashed all across his face as his ascent stopped. Punching his fist into the air, the mine activated, sending a spiraling chain of explosions across the ground!

"YEAHHH!!!!!"

He was in heaven. Explosions? Destruction? Fire? While he was being a hero and showing off to watching eyes? It's all he ever wanted! Bet Ice would be jealous to see this! Landing straight down at the remnants of the mecha, uknowing if miracle was still there or even alive, he curled his fingers and let out a hefty set of laughs.

"Hahaha! Woooooo!! That's what I'm talking about!" He prided. "Bet now you respect THE. ONE. AND. ONLY. Almighty Lord of Flame!"

On the other side of the spectrum, Thorn ducked when he was told, wincing as the explosion passed them by. It seemed like the alleyway was a good call after all. The tumbosaur didn't seem much disturbed by all of this, like it didn't know explosions were harmful to it or something. Silence followed, Thorn looking left and right to see if everyone was okay. Seemed Tracy was doing the same thing, as they broke the silence when they were satisfied.

“Okay, your turn. All those questions, back at you.” She asked.

"Oh! I'm Thorn! I know Kyota, we are friends now! This is my power watch, it helps me shift into the other fam-splits, and I bet you won't ever guess my favorite color!"

If thorn were a puppy, he'd be wagging his tail. He seemed excited to meet someone new and around his same age, sitting atop his green raptor adorned in a green suit with a green emblem adorning his green hat. He gave a giddy smile to her like he had just stumped her.

FRISK DREEMURR

She broke apart her drill, letting out a somewhat strained sigh as she lowered her arms. They were beginning to burn from physical exertion. The girl stared at the machine before her, standing in front of the hole she’d created. More Sumeragi would be up to join her any moment now... so what could she do about this strange device?

It was something for long-range attacking, that's what the file had talked about, and the machine was very nearly finished. Maybe she could somehow impede that progress...? Squinting, she looked from the top of the weapon to its base. It seemed heavy. Like, really heavy.

Hm...

With little time to spare, Frisk moved toward the device, growing near enough to sense the energy around it, but not near enough to touch it. She kneeled down and planted her knife in the roof, raking it a foot to the left, magic splashing into the scar, waiting for her activation. It was like the earlier gash she’d made in the wall, but a fair bit less potent.

The girl moved about a third of the way around the machine and stopped, kneeling to scratch another wound into the roof. If unimpeded, she’d move to make a third mark to form as close to three thirds as she could. Whatever energy the device had could probably stop some direct attacks, she felt, and Frisk wasn’t too interested in exhausting herself to find out. So instead, she’d try to weaponize gravity as best as she could and bring the weapon crashing down right on Sumeragi’s heads.

Frisk doubted it’d put a stop their plans, or even destroy the machine. She just hoped it would be enough to slow them down and give her more time to learn more about all of this. She’d only skimmed the files she’d looked at, anyway. Once she was in a safe place she’d be able to actually look at the pictures she’d taken of them.

“Not a bad plan...” Chara admitted, apparently approving of the weaponization of gravity.

Officer Howard
The Legion had successfully destroyed the missile pod, though the ensuing explosion damaged it. Not enough to require a rest, but enough to where Akira decided to recall it. That's when the dying mech spat out a final bomb, trying to take others with it!

The Legionnaire froze up. Luckily- yet strangely, winds whipped up around Akira. The whirlwind picked her up, and tossed her safely back with the civilians. The NEURON officer landed on her feet, and braced herself as the rubble rocked their cover. Her baton transformed into a blaster as the explosion wrapped up, and she walked out into the crater that once was a street. Akira looked around, ensuring that the premises was clear of any immediate threat. Once the area was secured, she pointed the blaster at V2.

"Hands up! Don't try anything funny, this time!"

Frisk's strategy, surprisingly, went uninterrupted despite what little time she had. One, two, three marks were left on the floor, softly glowing with scarlet magic a slight distance from the device, before they all triggered at once.

BOOOOM!

A cloud of smoke was kicked up from the blast as a chunk of the structure began to break off, the sound of metal groaning accompanying it. The chunk of the wall cracked, before the whole machine fell into the lower floor, and it smashed through the one below it.

...But as it continued to fall to the ground below, that very gravity Frisk was weaponizing seemed to strangely work against her. Quite unexpectedly, it instead appeared to slow down gradually, and only a couple of stories below its original position, the weapon had frozen in midair – as though gravity had ceased to apply to the object entirely. An unseen force was at play here.

Just as the unexpected development were to set in for Frisk, a sudden surge of azure would crash down onto the girl – a bolt of lightning centered on her location. It would act to both damage and blast her backward with concussive force, and while the sky was cloudy, there were no signs of a thunderstorm overhead. The cause of it was, once again, unseen.

It wasn't natural, much like how the fall –or lack of a fall– of Sumeragi's weapon defied physics, and now this blitz attack on Frisk sought to forcefully remove her from the wall she intruded upon.

Amaterasu
The machine turned around, damaged but not defeated. Amaterasu growled as it popped a projectile out of itself, which burrowed into the floor. Amaterasu jumped back, cautious, but confused as it did nothing for a few seconds...and then exploded! Surprised, Amaterasu jumped to avoid the shockwave, only to become engulfed in flame as Blaze's exploding fireball caught her within the detonation!
For a few moments, the sun goddess wasn't visible even as the dust settled...until a lump of black fur rose from the floor. Amaterasu's brilliant white coat was covered in soot, but she seemed fine otherwise. Thank herself for the Fire Tablet's blessing! The machine somehow lived even that hit, but only barely, something her allied were acting quick to fix. After shaking the soot off, Amaterasu prepared to help out...only for another explosion to happen behind her!
What was with this place and explosions?!
Whatever it was, Amaterasu assumed it could also be related to the alarms. Her concern and curiosity grew even further, and she turned around and ran towards the noise, trusting the rest of her allies with cleaning up. Thankfully, the chaos meant the soliders hardly noticed a seemingly random dog running around, and she managed to slip through towards the Distract Wall, which now sported a massive hole in it. Amaterasu intended to find out why.
The wolf crouched as if preparing to jump, only for a tree to sprout under her paws, seemingly out of nowhere! The tree grew and matured in mere seconds, bouncing the sun goddess up high towards the wall! Amaterasu howled, and the environment once again changed to her whims, in this case in the form of a powerful updraft! It kept Amaterasu's momentum going, which would allow her to run up the District Wall and jump into it's new entrance once she reached it!

FRISK DREEMURR

That was it... there we go...

Frisk took a step back as she watched her handiwork unfold... and then... stop unfolding... “What?” Frisk hissed, glancing around. It had to be integrity magic, or something like it. Obaseki and Sans were certainly capable of that level of gravity manipulation but... was it a person or was it the machine stopping itself?

“I’d make a shield if I were you,” Chara said calmly.

Frisk wasn’t quick on following up that warning, considering Chara’s usual lack of helpfulness. Or it could have been Chara’s poor timing, the girl’s sentence completing when an arc of lightning came down from the sky. It was probably the latter, honestly.

The thunderclap was deafening as Frisk’s vision momentarily blackened, feeling a surge of both energy and force slamming upon her. The flash of brilliant light that followed the connecting blast launched the teenager off her feet, carrying her across the length of the building’s roof - nearly to the edge, though she’d finally rolled to a stop once there.

“Ow...” Frisk seethed, grunting through clenched teeth as she lifted her head up. A direct hit from lightning was NOT something she’d been hoping to experience again. At least so soon. Turning herself over, Frisk pushed herself up, feeling a pounding in her ears.

Something like that wasn’t natural, it had to have been controlled. By the weapon? Electricity could be manipulated through magnetics, and that weapon was intended for long-range damage. Magnet was in the name, for crying out loud. Had it been activated? Was that what slowed the fall? Or... it was a person.

A large spiked pavise appeared on her arm, and she leveled it forward, glaring through it into the dark sky. She had a feeling it wasn’t the machine...

But a Falcon.

“Or worse~” Chara added in a teasing tone.

Terrence Boom
The end of the battle came much sooner than Terrence anticipated, a climactic finish that involved pieces of the fallen Fazent getting blasted across the street. There didn’t seem to be any other immediate Sumeragi threats… which meant it was time for other conflicts, unfun as they were. There was the fact that Blaze had nearly hit him with a fifteen-foot fireball… but it looked like that was going to have to take a backseat to whatever Akira’s conflict with V2 was. Not to mention, the weirdly competent and powerful dog from earlier was running off… Terrence really wanted to follow her, but again, this needed to be sorted out.

“Woah, woah, hold on-” he cleared his throat, the blade of his katana dissipating, looking between V2 and the woman about to shoot at it. “Let’s just… take it easy for a second, okay? If you know something about this… V2, that I don’t… I’d really like to hear it, but he DID help fight off the Sumeragi,” he said. The best explanation he could figure was that this machine was some kind of Sumeragi mech gone rogue…?

“KING TEM….. your BAG…. IS LIKE A BOUNCE CASTLE!!!!” Tempura’s high-pitched voice announced as the Temmie poked her head out dizzily, due to Terrence’s motions during the battle.

“Sorry Tem- uh, got a bit of a potential moral dilemma going on right now, though-”

“OOOOOOOO!! tems are GOOD at thAt! what’S THe diLEMMA??? tellmetellmetellme!” the catlike monster said excitedly, bouncing around inside of Terrence’s magic shell. She suddenly didn’t seem so dizzy.

V2

The robot sighed in annoyance. Machines do not need to breathe. V2 was playing a voice clip they had that was designed to show annoyance. However, the machine did as they were told, putting their hands up. Terrence attempted to argue for V2, thankfully. “Let’s just… take it easy for a second, okay? If you know something about this… V2, that I don’t… I’d really like to hear it, but he DID help fight off the Sumeragi," Terrence explained, before being interrupted by some kind of... cat.

V2 elected to ignore it.
"If I'm that untrustworthy, I can leave. But from what I can tell, ma'am, it seems you're outvoted by 1" they gestured to Terrence, "2," they gestured to the bard, "and 3," they pointed at Tracy, who was off having a conversation with a human boy. "Speaking of, Tracy!" the robot shouted over to the woman. "We came here to find your friend, but they're not here. Any idea where they might be?"

Metal Reflect Slime

The trap monster climbed through the hole Frisk had made, finally joining the teen on the roof. With the lack of enemies nearby it had returned back to its base form, a strange spiked metal goo ball at the end of a stalk. Too late to block the lighting bolt from hitting Frisk, it slithered over to the teenager. There, it sat at the ready to defend Frisk from any attack launched at her.

Tracy Rinehart

Perhaps she should have been a little more pointed with her questions. Tracy still had no idea who Kyota was, or now what fam-splits were. Or what that beast Thorn rode was. Even so, Tracy couldn't help but to feel Thorn's cheerfulness was contagious. She gave the boy a small smile.
"Is it green?" She asked.

"Tracy!" V2's voice caught Tracy's attention. Looking over, she saw the policewoman holding a gun to the red robot. V2 seemed to be complying with the policewoman's orders.
"C'mon!" Tracy said to Thorn, gesturing for the Boboi to follow her. She ran across the street, over to V2 and the policewoman.

"Wait!" Tracy said to Akira. "I told you, V2 isn't with the Sumeragi."
V2 reminded Tracy that they had come here for a reason. Sadie, or whatever her name was. The alarms were still going off from the wall, and Tracy was close enough to get a good look at it. She looked up the massive structure. Towards the top, there was a large hole that wasn't there before. And some sort of creature, quickly making its way towards the top? Had Sadie caused that hole? Any other time, Tracy would have thought that to be very unlikely. But with the incredible abilities she had seen displayed by everyone in the recent battle.

"She went into the Wall." Tracy said to V2, and pointed up towards the top of it. "I don't know for sure, but that could be her."
The wall itself was so incredibly tall. Tracy looked at the cards she was holding, the back up to the wall. She grimaced regretfully.
"I'm... I'm sorry. I don't know what we can do from down here, and I don't have a way to get up there..." Tracy said..

"Yee! How did you know??"

Before the surprised Thorn could figure out how she could come up with the unlikely answer, she was called over by a robotic voice, Thorn taking cue from Tracy to follow. He rocked his feet back and forth on the tumbosaur, patting the raptor on the back and pointing forward, the creature obliging and keeping pace with the duel academy student.

They were talking with Ter-Ter about the robot guy from the looks of it. Not being a bad guy? The plant based elemental didn't really get it, but it seemed as though they started to work it out in the end, so that was good. He sorta zoned out, but came to when Tracy expressed that she didn't have a way to get up the wall. His hand shot up in the air.

"Oh! Oh! I know a way how you can go up!" Thorn exclaimed. "My tumbosaur has got some room on his back, just mind the spikey bits!"

The tumbosaur hissed like a snake, lowering itself slightly as it awaited a new passenger. Its expression was completely unreadable, as it lacked the facial features to attempt to express. Thorn seemed pretty confident in it's abilities though.

"Also, hi robot guy!" He gave a wave.

Akira Howard
The robot counted off the other people in the area, which earned them an agitated scowl from the officer.

"Stop talking! This is between you and me. Do they know that you're a murderer? Did you tell them?!"

Akira stepped closer, but hesitated. While one hand held the blaster steady, her other hand reached for the manacles on her belt. What was she doing? They were just a robot, but more advanced than any machine this Officer Howard had seen. It was like they were... sentient. They were still a killer, but...

Not knowing exactly how to handle this ethical dilemma, the RAVEN captain took out the handcuffs and cautiously approached V2.

"Turn around!"

If V2 complied, Akira would continue on to cuff the robot. It seemed as though they would receive due process as long as they didn't resist.

V2

"And expose myself to an attack? I'm artificial, Officer, not stupid," the machine explained coolly. "And please. Don't act like noone here has ever committed murder. All those powerful abilities, there's going to be enough damage to kill several people."

At this, the V model looked Akira in the eyes. "And I don't know about you and your world, but where I'm from, police officers didn't exactly have the best track record of not shooting innocents, so I'd keep the murder accusations to myself if I were you. I only ever destroyed those who shot first. But when all of Humankind is shooting at all of Machinekind, well... there isn't exactly a choice."

V2 looked at the ground. They seemed... is regretful the right term? The emotions they were experiencing at this point aren't exactly describable to biologicals. We'll say regret.

Tracy Rinehart

The Policewoman took no notice of Tracy, either too focused on V2 or flat out ignoring her. Thorn provided a helpful suggestion, saying that his 'Tumbosaur' had room for two, and could climb the wall. But there was a more concerning situation unfolding, as the policewoman was attempting to arrest V2. Tracy approached the pair, but the policewoman's questions gave the duelist pause.

"Do they know you're a murderer?!"

Murderer?

Tracy stopped in the middle of the street. She slowly looked over the battlefield they had just fought. Sure, there were robots, mechs, and vehicles. But among the defeated enemies, there were also... people. The fight had been such a blur. Had she...?

Nope. Nope, nope, nope. Not thinking about that right now. More important things. Push down, forget, leave for later.

She tried to, but still appeared a little paler and panicked. Tracy stepped between Akira and V2, looking up at the policewoman.
"Please, miss." Tracy said to Akira. "Can't this wait?"
Once more Tracy pointed to the wall, up to where the hole had been made and smoke was floating from.
"There's someone up there, someone like us." Tracy looked around at the rest of the group. "Someone that just woke up here, and is against this insane Sumeragi group. They're all alone in there, and need our help! There is a massive group of Sumeragi behind that wall. We need all the help we can get right now. Can't we work this out once everyone is safe? Please, miss?"

District Wall
A moment of quiet. Tracy's Metal Reflect Slime had emerged to protect her ally again, this time prepared for any incoming attacks.

Another bolt of lightning fell from the sky, lingering as it struck the edge of the wall opposite Frisk, and from it burst a stream of electricity that closed in in a wide arc. Its approaching angle was wide enough for the trap monster to have to lunge to the side to block it – and once it did, a cloaked figure rushed out from the lightning bolt, seizing the opportunity.

"You make a mistake in opposing Sumeragi."

The distance was closed in the blink of an eye, and Frisk would find herself on the receiving end of a fast yet deceivingly powerful sword slash. Regardless of the SOUL-user's reaction, an armored boot would aim to smash right into her torso.

Residual blue lightning flickered about this new foe. Their cloak was mainly black and blue, the ends of it tattered slightly, shoulder pads adorned with diamond-shaped blue highlights, while their hands and legs were covered in metallic, spiked, blue armor. Their face, on the other hand, was mostly obscured – this member of Sumeragi donned a white metal helmet with two horns, a blue diamond crystal between them, while their real eyes were covered by a visor. Two glowing blue eyes pierced into the swordfighter's opposition in their place, with long blonde hair flowing behind them, tied into a ponytail and two pigtails.

The warrior pivoted on their right leg, aiming another slash at Frisk with undeniable prowess, seeking to get past her spiked pavise.

At the same time, the purple machines nearby them became active, missile silos on the top angling up as head units of sorts were exposed. Each one let out a series of beeps in unison, before a swarm of moderately-sized missiles spat out from them – though instead of lunging at Frisk, they soared down the wall at high speeds.

Their true target was Amaterasu, who now sped up the nearly fully vertical wall in hopes of reaching the hole in the wall. Dozens of missiles closed in to intercept her, all homing on her position somewhat.

City Slums
"Wait, you're for real?!"

Kyota rushed in closer to the group now that the fight had died down, Jin right behind him.

"This girl's totally right about that place being full of Sumeragi soldiers. Once an outsider gets in there, no one's ever seen 'em come out alive! And you're tellin' me some dude just went and waltzed up to the place? Alone?!"

"It's a rather crazy idea..." Jin added. "Then again, it's never been a non-Mino that tries to get in. Compared to people like us, you guys would have a much better shot at getting in, but now that you've beaten back a bunch of their units, it's unlikely they'll let you off easy. In fact, going in there would probably only raise the odds of running into their stronger Adepts, not to mention the sheer number of soldiers and robots that'd try to overrun you."

The black-haired boy scratched the back of his head with slight awkwardness.

"Um, not that you all are exactly weak..."

Akira Howard
The machine refused to cooperate, instead suggesting that Akira and the others were murderers themselves. More specifically, he suggested that Akira herself might be a corrupt police officer. It was getting harder to keep calm while listening to the robot's words, but the policewoman managed. This wasn't the first time she would have had to deal with an unreasonable criminal.

Tracy intervened, trying to beg the conflict to be resolved. In her peripheral vision, lightning flashed. For the first time since the Fazent was destroyed, Akira stopped to look at the wall. There was some sort of attack on the very wall, happening at that very moment. The officer's face hardened, and she turned back to V2.

"No, go on without me. I'll catch up in a bit. I've put this off one time already- but I can't choose which evils I get to ignore! Robot, you can say that you only kill in self-preservation, but you were going to shoot me while I wasn't even holding a weapon. I see through your lies, so this is your last chance to cooperate; you're ending up in handcuffs one way or another!"

The Bard

Once the explosion and the construct fell, Kiwi was already feeling...well, not too happy about it. She wasn't sure if the metal was alive but...it felt horrible, nonetheless. Then the dead people were noticed, and Kiwi's heart raced in the upset.
"I..." kneeling next to one of them for a moment, it took the other's snapping at each other and about one person being all alone against Sumeragi to take the Bard out of the stupor, letting everyone talk first.

Akira was still intent on capturing the machine. The kids were joining the conversation about the person who went in there. Alarms were still sounding, chaos was moving so, so close yet so far.

"HEY!!!!!!" Kiwi yelled out towards Akira and V2, standing up straight. "Listen to her and me, please!" The voice moved with a rhythm, smooth on the ears and with the tone of an angel- almost. "Can you hear it? Just quiet for a second, and let the sounds reach you!"

The sounds of destruction in the air, violence and pain, that's what Kiwi heard. Even Kyota's young boisterous seemed to hide any of his own fears of the oppression given to these 'Mino', or as Kiwi would prefer to call them - Humans. The Bard just hoped everyone could hear it as they did.
And they sang.

"We're all so far, far from home... Lost, afraid, but not alone... But deep down there's more, so more to do... people around us in danger... We can save them, we have to, because it is good and right~"

"This land, far from home, lies on you all... I can't hold anyone back, I'm not that strong... but I ask you to listen, out for them, saving lives without bringing the end..."

"I don't know, what we did, to harm of your kind - But I know, oh I know, that we can make up in time... So give us a chance, our hearts aflame, for life shouldn't be in vain..."

"We all want to live, to fight that is cruel... And they want to help us, so give them a chance... Abiding by heart, I ask you, please, to give that chance, and to hold on mercy before this day..."

"Listen to the calls of those in fear, and let us give them a hope to hold dear~"

It stopped. Kiwi's voice fell back into normal speech, a hand moved back to their chest, clutched.
"Please... People are in danger, and I don't want anyone else to get hurt- or killed, and I want to save everyone we can. But we can only do all of those working together. Not apart, and not with anger against one another."

"A-and besides," Kiwi decided to add towards Akira, thinking of something. "Where would you even take them...? The Sumeragi, who... um, don't like any of us right now I think...?"

Boboiboy - Blaze & Thorn

Okay, things were escalating. Thorn thought that the robot was a chill guy, at least from how it looked. Why was everyone so hostile all of a sudden? Seemed as though the robot may have done some things, but surely they could be forgiven? Right? Akira and V2 were both not budging from this. It wasn't looking great. That's when the meek party member, Kiwi came in.

Merciful pleas and music.

Thorn found himself humming along to Bard's impromptu vocal performance, the tune even they found catchy, despite how quick it was put together. Seemed like they really did have a knack for this singing thing! The message was peace and cooperation. Something they could really get behind. As silence followed the peaceful bard's question, the elemental broke the silence.

"I agree!" Thorn nodded his head enthusiastically atop his mount. "All this seemed pretty violent, looks like things were quick to get a little...uhhhhh, dead. If we could cool with that, that would be nice. Working together is important too! Robot guy said he wanted to work together, so why don't we get along?"

Is nobody REALLY paying attention to me??

Blaze was peeved. They rather listen to some peace and love feel good crap rather than enjoy some victory after destroying a breakable robot? What was WRONG with them?? Beating up bad guys was the main deciding factor of what a hero is about after all. These guys really didn't know how to hero all that well. Speaking of bad guys...

Blaze snapped up, looking at the wall. They said someone was up there. Bad? Good? Didn't matter. He saw signs of conflict and knew that's where he should be headed. Screw the team if they wanted to focus on all this morality and crybaby stuff. He was going to end this and find where his crew went!

Without saying a word to them, he marched on over to the wall away from the rest of the ensemble cast. Digging his fingers at the wall, the surface began to melt a bit as his hands felt traction. Hoisting his boots up to the surface, they began to do the same, burning an imprint into the wall. After a few seconds of cementing himself, he clawed up, burning another imprint and gripping, moving a boot and doing the same. Were there easier ways? Sure. But he wasn't going to wait around and let the bureaucracy come up with a plan.

Amaterasu (9/10 Ink Pots)

Missiles suddenly poured out of the hole, moving incredibly fast as they swarmed over the approaching sun goddess. Amaterasu seemed to halt in surprise, losing all her momentum instantly as her updraft petered out. Although she somehow stuck to the wall, crouching as if prepared to jump.
Before the first missile could connect, what looked like an equal sign composed of mist appeared on Ammy's back. A half second later, it burst apart, spreading mist until it was covering a wide area around the sun goddess! As it covered the missiles, the Veil of Mist seemed to slow them down significantly. In fact, everything the mist touched seemed to have its time slowed, except for Amaterasu herself, giving her the opportunity to jump onto a missile, and then to another before they exploded! The sun goddess would scale the rest of the wall by hopping between missiles as if they were platforms. She would flip gracefully into the hole just as the veil lifted, leaving the rest of the missiles to a belated explosion!
