Kevin heard Ryker's voice and would nod, as he focused and began to swim out of the flooded room, having kept a mental note to hold Aura close to him as he saw through the flooded room. Eventually Kevin managed to get out of the flooded room with Aura and made it to the main tunnel as he carried Aura on his shoulders before Kevin realized the cave itself was close to collapse and Ryker was still holding it up.

"Ryker! We've got to go!" Kevin called out, as he could tell the cave would not last much longer. Oliver had seen Ryker come in which only inspired the owl as it continued to fly towards the entrance of the cave where it saw the instructor from the sophomore/junior class and another student, Suzy if it recalled correctly who seemed to be leading them. Oliver flew to the pair.

"The students are in the cave! It won't last much longer, you've got to get them out of there!" Oliver pleaded, its rather frantic attempts made clear even in spite of its lack of ability to properly emote.

Candice saw the signal and flipped on the simulation, once more the setting was a downtown city where the Adaptdroid entered the large tower with the bomb set at the top floor of a fifty floor building. Once the Adaptdroid got in position, Candice pressed a button to play a loud signal for Tia and Ron to hear.

"Your task shall begin!" Candice called out on her mic as the fifteen minute time limit would begin the second she said those words.

Wyst

Having concluded the tour of the school with her sister, Wyst found herself aimlessly wandering the corridors. As luck would have it she was just within earshot of Oliver. She blanked out for about half a second before her face quickly contorted in rage and then resignation. Sighing to herself she muttered
"What part of forbidden don't these kids understand..."

She rounded the corner, ready to rush into action, but noticed that Ram seemed to have got the jump on her. Considering that he was already en route, and taking into account his capabilities she felt he could handle whatever might occur. She'd still trail them though. After all, better safe than sorry.

 

[SS-I Never]

Ram Kinito nodded to the AI owl, and dashed towards the crumbling cave and students. Suzy just stood there, however, there wasn't much she could do, so she decided that waiting it out was the best idea. She would have to put all of her faith in Mr. Kinito.

Mr. Kinito ran to where he thought would be the best area to keep the cave from collapsing, trying to dodge as much falling rubble that he could. Mr. Kinito then made it to where Ryker was, and exclaimed, "Get out of here, NOW!" Mr. Kinito would then take out both of his hands, and started having a purple aura emitting from around him. The same purple aura then surrounded the whole entire cave, and the debree and rubble stopped collapsing over itself.

This should be enough to let the kids get out! Mr. Kinito thought. He then started sweating a bit, carrying this much weight would take a toll on him, but that didn't matter as of now.

Suzy watched as Mr. Kinito was able to basically lift the whole entire cave with sheer mind power. Incredible. Suzy definitely knew not to underestimate telekinesis.

 

[Ariados twice]

Tia acted automatically, heading towards the bomb itself. Ron bent light towards the Adaptdroid's 'eyes', blinding the Adaptdroid. Ryka watched these events unfold. Ron apparently had light manipulation as a power. Ryka had no idea that a telepathic conversation had even happened between the two.

 

[Ombree]

Aura opened her eyes. "Kevin" She whispered, before falling unconcious. Her head drooped onto his head and her arms fell limp. "Kevin"

Sammy giggled with Emily and looked out the window, "Hey, what's going on out there?"

Kevin had been amazed at the power of the teacher, before he heard his warning and would give a nod. Kevin had heard Aura call his name before she fell unconscious, this was bad as Kevin wondered how much water she took in. However, Kevin would hoist Aura in a piggyback carry and began to run to the exit of the cave.

"Ryker! Let's go!" Kevin called out before he made it outside the cave. Quickly Kevin laid Aura on the ground as he checked to see if she was responsive.

"Aura? Can you hear me?" Kevin asked Aura as he shook her to see if she would respond while he also checked to see if she was still breathing.

Emily giggled before she took note of what Sammy asked as she glanced out the window. Outside over by the distant cave entrance and saw a few figures she did not recognize, but one she did which caused her to smile.

"Hey it's Kevin! With some people I don't know! One of them some sleeping girl or something! I wonder what's going on?" Emily said with a big smile as she had been unaware of what was going on over there, though she did recognize Kevin; the nice boy who she met on day one and had saved her earlier from that big monster.

The Adaptdroid's visual scanners were blinded by the light, but it used a sonar backup to detect the sounds of Tia's movements as he moved in front of her to cut her off. The Adaptdroid would then try to secure Tia with its capture cable.

Mika heard Emily talking about people outside. When she saw a girl on the ground and a boy over her, she couldn't resist.

"Oooooooo, They Love each other," Mika said in a teasing voice. She began laughing at how funny she thought she was.

Ashley was watching everything, she felt like a hero behind the scenes. She did want to use her powers for good after all.
"This is what 'dad' can't get through that thick skull of his. People with superpowers save lives," Ashley said to herself. She knew that later on, She would need to tell Cade the truth but she couldn't until he actually trusted her.

 

[Ry_Burst]

With the sudden burst of force on the cave walls, Ryker fell back. The water hit his chest and pushed the boy out of the cave. He was feeling a bit worn, but when he heard Kevin's shout, he forced himself into a run, jogging over to join him at Aura's side. He felt a pang of guilt at Aura's unconscious body. Ryker put his hand on Kevin's shoulder as Kevin checked for breathing. She should be fine," Ryker said looking at the school's windows. "We should carry her to the nurse. I can give you a hand over there, and then I'll go let the teach know what happened. You can stay with her. And relax. Worrying and panicking won't help any. i know what you're feeling. Worried as hell. But take a deep breath in and let's get to work."

He moved his hand off Kevin's shoulder and looked at the teacher who had helped them. "Thanks Teach," he said giving a grin. "I don't think i could of lifted that cave for much longer and gotten out. The water had me pinned." The boy was exhausted, but he would be fine for now. It would be best to get things solved before relaxing or worrying about the cuts on his palms and bruises across his body. He could take the pain.

 

[Ariados twice]

Tia dodged the capture cable. She snuck into an alley. She took off her leather jacket, to reveal folded wings. Tia carefully set her jacket down. She unfolded her wings and took to the skies.

Kevin however was in no mood for rational thinking, and from his panicked perspective Aura's signs of breathing were far from obvious as they had been for Ryker. So Kevin did what his mother advised him to do in emergency situations where someone was not breathing.

Kevin took a deep breath, pumped Aura's chest a couple times before he pressed his lips onto hers and began to give Aura mouth to mouth resuscitation.

"OH HE KISSED HER! THIS IS SO ROMANTIC! I'M GONNA DIE!" Emily cried out, if this were a cartoon Emily's eyes would have had hearts in them as she naturally misinterpreted what Kevin was doing as some sort of romantic show of affection.

The Adaptdroid would shift its immediate focus to Ron as it shifted one arm into a laser cannon and began to fire several shots. The light Ron had generated made it hard to aim, so it would shoot a spray in the hopes that it would get lucky and land a shot wherever Ron was within the blinding light.

Mika Screamed when she saw Kevin give mouth to mouth to Aura. She thought it was because they loved each other instead of a life threatening situation.

"Oooooooooo," Mika said again and with much more laughter.

Mr Trueno rushed to where everyone else was. Once he saw Kevin giving mouth to mouth resuscitation to Aura, He was so relieved everyone was okay. He sighed.

"Okay, Kevin, Ryker take Aura to the nurse, Everyone else go back to class please," Mr Trueno told the students

 

[Ariados twice]

Ron was hit and the light he had bent was no longer so. Tia aimed several electric blasts at the Adaptdroid from the air. She flew in a zigzag pattern in the air. Ron shook himself off and got up.

 

[Ombree]

Aura lay limp as Kevin pumped against her chest.

“I’m in here! I can’t move! I can’t breathe! Help me! Please someone help!”

Tedious, nerve racking moments passed as she lay unconscious. Lifeless even.

At first it was just a drop of water that leaked out of her mouth. Then she started to cough and more water came spilling out of her mouth, her eyelids fluttered.

“Breathe!”

“BREATHE!”

She gasped as her eyes flicked open and she took in a huge breath. It was blurry, but she could see someone bending over her. She couldn’t tell who it was. Her eyes darted around, people were gathered together, surrounding her. Her head pounded but her heart’s pounding was louder. She drew her eyes back to the person bending over her. A wave of familiarity came over her, it all came back to her as she realised who it was.

She uttered one word, tears rolling down her pale cheeks.
“Kevin”

 

[Godjacob]

Come on Aura, wake up. Please wake up! You can't go, not yet...I won't let you go!!!

Kevin had been frantic in his efforts, pumping air into Aura's body through mouth to mouth after he had pressed against her chest, but finally his efforts seemed to bare results as he felt Aura stir and cough out some water before he heard her take a deep breath. Slowly Aura's eyes flickered open and Kevin heard Aura call out his name, tears streaming down her face.

The same could be said of Kevin, though he had a relieved smile on his face.

"A-aura! Are you okay?" Kevin asked, still concerned over his friend but thankful that Aura was awake. Oliver itself was also in relief, thankful Kevin had not lost a close friend.

With Ron's light disposed of, the Adaptdroid focused on Tia as it did its best to avoid her electric blasts while at the same time it tried to blast Tia out of the sky with is laser cannon. The Adaptdroid had been nailed with one electric blast, which caused damage and stunned it for a moment, but it had been able to avoid most of the others while it continued its counter fire.

 

[SS-I Never]

Since everyone seemed to have made it to safe area, Mr. Kinito got out of the cave, and let everything fall down. The debree shot dust out everywhere, but Mr. Kinito quickly made the dust stop in place so that the unconscious girl, Aura, wouldn't have any more problems.

Suzy looked at Kevin perform CPR, and Aura seemed to be breathing. Thank god. Now Suzy was super exhausted, who ever knew mornings would be like this at this school. Still, Suzy was glad she was able to help, even though her power isn't the most offensive.

Mr. Kinito went out to leave, but then walked past Mr. Trueno, and said, "Please learn how to take care of your students better. After all, it's part of your job. I'll be sure to report this incident to the headmistress. You're just lucky our nurse is able to miraculously heal all kinds of wounds." He then called out, "Suzy Parks, we shall leave now! Our work here is done!"

Suzy looked at Mr. Kinito and nodded. She then started following him, and they both got out of the area.

Leaping from Kevin's shadow Wystria made her way over to the shattered remains of the cave and slapped a seal over it. At the very least this would prevent any other students from straying into its premises. Strolling back over to the freshmen Wystria retrieved a mini-first aid kit from her pouch and tossed it over. She rubbed her temples in a slightly irritated manner. Stepping into Ryker's shadow, her figure vanished almost instantly leaving behind only her voice which echoed out of the boy's shadow.

"Head to the Nurse, after which I wish to see you three in the Headmistress' Office."

With that, the only trace of her presence that remained was the seal laid firmly atop the ruins of the cave. Seconds later she stepped out of Suzy's shadow. Paying no heed to the young girl Wystria taped Ram's shoulder. She smiled at him, nodding her approval to his of treatment of the situation.

"Good Job on that, at least I don't have to worry about students under your jurisdiction. I need to see you in the Headmistress' Office. ASAP."

Without waiting for a reply she took a step backward phasing back into the dark cast of Suzy's figure. A few moments later her voice drifted out of Tedd Trueno's shadow.

"The students can be quite... headstrong."

The voice paused for a brief moment, letting the words sink in. "Don't take their rebellion to heart, it's just youth."
She snickered slightly as she herself was still quite young, especially by her race's standards. "Anyways, learn from this experience, sometimes you need to apply harder methods to get the most optimal results. Anyways, I'll need to see you in the Headmistress' office, ASAP."

Having delivered all her messages for the moment the maid headed off to prepare the office and her mind for the next few hours of the day. 'Now... how shall I deal with those three problem children..?'

 

[SS-I Never]

Suzy jumped in shock and squealed a bit as she noticed Ms. Wysteria jump out of her shadow. It was certainly....quite unsuspecting.

Mr. Kinito looked back at the shadow manipulator, and said, "Thank you, and of course. I'll head there as soon as I can." Ram didn't seem as surprised as Suzy, or not even surprised at that matter.

Mr. Kinito then turned towards Suzy, and said, "You will come with me to the Headmistress' office. After all, you seemed to have known about this situation, and I'll be sure to ask you some questions." Suzy was a bit shock, but completely understood, and nodded in agreement. She just hoped she wouldn't make the situation worse somehow.

After some time, Mr. Kinito and Suzy arrived outside of the Headmistress' office, and waited for any type of response.

Ted Trueno was startled by Ms. Wystria but nodded.

"Using Harder Methods..."

"Ok I'll be there as soon as I can," Mr Trueno told Ms Wystria. After Wystria left, Ted Trueno rushed off.

At that moment, Cade finally made his way to the now destroyed throne of Viiper. He had no clue what this place was and wanted to know, "Why was Aura found here of all places?"

He observed from a distance, in silence, alone, not wanting to disturb anyone. He was telling himself He didn't belong here and he shouldn't have been there. He did nothing. This was their story, not his. His conscience was fighting. He could have ran, pretending not to see anything, he could try talk to them... He was lonely, he wanted to be their friends but he didn't think they liked him. He was feeling torn and his eyes pulsed red in anger. He yelled, ran and wept.

That was the second time he had an outburst that day, but this time, it was all him.
Cade sat in silence...

 

[Ombree]

Aura threw her arms around Kevin and sobbed. “I- I’m sorry! I shouldn’t have run away I didn’t m- mean t- too. It h-happened s- s- so fast!” She stuttered, trying to speak however failing. She let the silence indicate how she felt and she hugged him tighter. “I don’t want to let you go again” She whispered.

“AAAw they’re hugging” Sammy said, clapping her hands. “Young love, such a miracle”

 

[Ariados twice]

Tia's zigzag pattern allowed her to escape most of the possible damage from the counterfire. Her jeans however, were not completely spared. Tia gritted her teeth and did a couple flybys. Once she was done with this she stopped above Ron. "Are you okay?" Tia called down. Ron nodded. He called upon the previously made telepathic link. 'We need a distraction so one of us can cut the main wire and defuse the bomb.' 'I know that.' Tia responded. 'Do you think you can come up with one?' Ron gave a slight nod. Seconds later, a holographic double of himself appeared.

 

[Mystic Zander]

Aaron sped towards the cave, only just now hearing of the news.
"Hope there okay, I dont know any of them very well but they seemed like pretty good people, they were friends with Ryker after all." He thought with a small grin thinking back to there battle. As he rounded the corner into the cave entrance his expression tanked. He looked towards the injured Ryker and Kevin kneeling over Aura, who seemed to be in even worse condition but currently sobbing into Kevin's arms.
He slowly approached, a look of concern on his face as he locked eyes with Ryker.
"Hey, are you guys okay? What happened to her?" He said looking towards the rather overwhelmed Aura.

 

[Godjacob]

Kevin would at first blush mildly at this action, but then it faded as he returned the hug and offered Aura the reassurance she needed.

"Don't worry, I'm here for you. Always." Kevin said as he would allow Aura to sob into him as he gave his friend a comforting hug, having been oblivious to Aaron's arrival.

"EEEP! It's too adorable!" Emily cried out, having also seen Sammy's observation of Kevin and the other girl hugging which the younger girl thought was just too precious.

The Adaptdroid glanced at Tia, Ron and its duplicate before it would simply begin to fire laser blasts at the trio. Candice watched and evaluated, as she had done with all the pairs, unaware of what her son had been through mere moments ago.

 

[Ry_Burst]

"She kinda almost died," Ryker said giving a shrug as he faced Aaron. "She went to the tunnels, which is this tunnel network beneath the school, and she got trapped. Kev, over there tried to get her out, and caused a collapse. Also it flooded too. So I had to hold up the cave until Mr. Trueno arrived. Oh yeah, and us three are needed in the headmistress' office. Apparently we may have broken a few rules or two. Maybe three. Or all of the major ones." After his recap he gave another shrug, and took off his soaking wet jacket, trying to wring the water out of it.

"Okay, Aaron. Could you do me a solid and help Kev get Aura to the nurse's office. I'm gonna head over to the headmistress' office. Try to smooth some stuff over. Hopefully, I won't get my head bitten off." And with that, Ryker was gone, and made his way towards the Headmistress' office. While he was injured he would be fine for now.

 

[Mystic Zander]

Aaron nodded as he was informed on the current situation, his face going pale at the thought of breaking so many rules so early on in the year.
"You all really shouldnt receive punishments for this, I hope you can work it out." He said reassuringly before turning to Kevin and Aura.
"Of course I can help, let me know if you need anything else." He finished before stepping to one side of Aura to support her while Kevin was on the other side.
"Hey guys, wild day huh? Sorry I didnt get here sooner, probably couldve helped. Kevin...you did well." He said casually with a small smile to help lighten the mood a bit.
"So....to the nurses office then?" He questioned, holding a hand out to the weary Aura.

 

[Ombree]

“Y- yes” Aura said, taking his hand. She pulled herself up off the ground. Using Kevin and Aaron for support. “Ouch.” She said, rolling her shoulders. She looked down, she was covered in little scratches and bruises, nothing too major. She did have a fever and was nauseous, but she’d survive.

Sammy watched her sister as she staggered up. “Would you look at that. She’s injured. She’s always getting injured.” She said, sighing. “I should probably go make sure she’s okay. But after all, she is part of the infamous three, she’s always getting herself into trouble”

Kevin would provide support to Aura, as he had given Aaron a thankful nod for helping to provide support before he would begin to escort Aura towards the nurse's office.

Emily glanced at Sammy with an eyebrow raised.

"Oh, so you know that girl? She's one of Kevin's friends right?" Emily asked, as she knew of Kevin and had even heard about this famed freshmen trio but did not know who Kevin's friends were as well.

 

[Ariados twice]

The blasts went through the holographic double. Ron made it vanish after Tia and himself were hit. Ron then played back events from earlier, minus the previous Adaptdroid, projected around the current one. Kendra was on one side, flying down with sword in hand, and Ash on the other, crowbar in hand, going after the Adaptdroid. Using this to her advantage, Tia went around the events, flying as fast as she was able, towards the main wire. She landed in front of it, only to discover that she had nothing to cut it with. She spotted a sharp object about a foot away on the ground. She quickly grabbed it and used it to cut the wire.

 

[Ry_Burst]

Ryker's shoes squeaked loudly as he jogged through the halls of the school. Many students had heard the sound of the tunnels collapsing, and their teachers all kept them inside. As Ryker jogged past rooms and made his way towards the headmistress' office, he noticed he was attracting stares from people in the classrooms. Some recognized him as being one of the troublesome freshmen, and had already assumed that Ryker was the cause of the noise. He ignored it as he made his way towards the administration side of the school. He jogged past a few offices and wound up outside of the headmistress' door, once more. The boy rapped the wooden door with his knuckles and said, "It's Ryker. Aura and Kevin are headed to the nurse's office so they will be a bit. You needed to talk to me, and I'm ready to get yelled at."

Amystella
Stella strolled through the halls casually distorting the scenery around her. Within moments she was standing before the door to the classroom of one Candice McKnight. Amystella phased through the door and into the chamber in which the class was being held before reconstructing her figure a few feet in front of the resident teacher.

"Good Day, Ms.Mcknight, due to rather recent developments an emergency meeting for all members of staff shall be held at the headmistress' office. The sooner the better, I'm sure the contents of the meeting will be very...relevant to you."

With that said Amystella took her leave, her figure shimmering like a mirage. Since, after all, it was a mirage. Merely a construct of pure light controlled from a distance. With her control released the light returned to its natural state and the illusory representation of herself faded away.

Wystria
Wystria stood from Rio's chair with the successive arrival of students and teachers alike. Adopting a solemn expression she tried to keep her voice as neutral as possible.

"Very well, we've still got a few absentee's so I'll have to ask you, students, to wait outside. Feel free to take a seat on one of the waiting chairs. As for the those of you who are staff, just step into the shadow."

Tapping her feet against the ground a thin line extended from her shadow and towards the door. Like a pool of spilled ink, it rapidly dyed the floorboards black, pooling into a perfectly round circle at the feet of the new arrivals.

 

[SS-I Never]

Suzy responded, "Yes, mam!" She may have been a bit hostile, but that was because she remembered what she did to Kevin in the cave. And to think, that happened yesterday.

"As you wish," Ram Kinito said as he stepped into the shadow.

 

[Godjacob]

Kevin would lead Aura to the nurse's office, where the rather....curvaceous woman would greet him with a lollipop in her mouth.

"Oh hello there, well you are a bit young to be from the sophomore or junior class. Freshmen I assume? What can I do for you?" Ms. Reeds asked as Kevin thought this over. Saying Aura nearly drowned in a cave would probably have been a story that the school wouldn't want Kevin to spread. So Kevin just went for a vague explanation.

"Aura, had a long day...and needs a checkup. Can y-you help?" Kevin asked Ms. Reeds, who if she had been suspicious didn't show it as she merely guided Aura to a bed and began to use her healing powers to treat Aura.

The wire had been cut by Tia as the simulation came to an end and Candice had declared Tia and Ron the winners. Before Candice had a chance to pick the next pair, another teacher had come (Or rather, materialized before her eyes) to her and informed her of an emergency meeting over some incident she knew nothing about. Candice had let out a sigh before she got on her.

"The remainder of the period will be a free one, just remain here till the bell rings and don't cause any problems. I have a meeting to go do, I apologize for this inconvenience and we shall continue this in our next class. Have a good one." Candice said before she would bring her class back to ground level and then would follow the teacher towards wherever this meeting would be.

 

[Ombree]

"W-what?!" Sammy exclaimed, "Oh right we only just met I forgot" she said, giggling. "That girl, Aurora, is my sister."

Aura looked around dreamily nurse healed her. "hmm..." The nurse said, "You sure it was just a long day?"

 

[Mystic Zander]

Aaron looked over to Kevin, clearly noticing his worried expression before snapping his head to the side at the nurses question.
"Just a training session that went south, its nothing really." He said smoothly with a small grin on his face. His forward attitude very inviting even when being questioned.
"But she is pretty worn out, so we brought her to be healed." He added, looking back down at Aura before glancing towards Kevin.
"She'll be okay. You did the right thing Kev." He reassured his nervous classmate, gaining a sense of respect for the boy.

Cade quickly rushed back to the academy. He wasn't in a good mood and would have liked it if he didn't talk to anyone. However, he knew quite well that could change in a heartbeat. Cade Try to feel bad for himself so his eyes would turn blue. He then placed his hands into each other. His speed was enhanced. He was going to get tired faster though, especially since it was harder for him to do it to himself then to do to others. He ran as fast he could until he got exhausted and temporarily blacked out near the school.

Ashley was bored as usual. She wanted entertainment but their wasn't much to do but watch Cade and his 'friends' while she was stuck at home. She wanted to talk to Cade more but she sensed he wasn't in a good mood. He was also unconscious... Because of this, Ashley chose to talk to him at a later time

Cade rose to his feet in what he thought was about a minute later. He was still exhausted but he was close to the Academy so he walked sluggishly the rest of the way until he arrived at his class, hoping no one noticed he was gone.

 

[Godjacob]

Kevin turned to Aaron, and while he did not know much about him, Kevin had been thankful for him stepping in to help with the explanation that concerned Aura's injuries. Something he had signified with a thankful nod.

"Oh my gosh! Kevin and your sister? So romantic!" Emily cried out, visions of the two having taking part in several romantic scenes from various movies she had seen projected in her head based on her misinterpretation of what she had just seen.

Tia picked her jacket up off of the floor of the arena. She and Ron headed towards the rest of the students. Tia folded her wings and put her jacket back on. She then turned to Clay, who had returned from the Nurse's office several minutes ago.

Ash, with nothing more to do at the moment, walked up to Kendra once the teacher had left class for this meeting.

"Man, you were great out there. I owe you one, I only wish I could have been of more use." Ash said, which showed she felt she was the weak link of the team as she exchanged small talk with the only student here she knew by name.

 

[Ariados twice]

"Thanks. Though you helped take the Adaptdroid down in the end." Kendra said. Her armor was starting to bug her a bit. She used her magic to change her outfit. In seconds, she went from her home era armor to an altered black T shirt, jeans, and red sneakers.

Joey watched the rest of his classmates quietly. A few students had caught his eye in particular, one of which had left earlier. Said student looked like she was in his grade. He then glanced at another student , this one also a girl, though this one was a Junior, who had been injured in a battle sometime earlier. Hearing no reply from June, Erin turned her attention elsewhere. The girl who had gone against her earlier was currently speaking to a brunette. The girl seemed to stand out to Erin for some reason, though she wasn't sure why. Nevertheless, she decided to go talk to her. She nodded to June, then headed towards the girl.

Frustrated with the fact he would have to wait, he plopped down onto a nearby chair, twiddling his thumbs as he watched various teachers step onto the shadow. The whole point of Ryker coming here early was to try and keep Aura and Kev out of trouble. They just weren't ready for school. After the trauma they should have had a day to relax. With the problem with Kev's beast and Aura's family, plus the whole thing with Viiper their psyche's must have been shot. They should have had time to rest in their dorms, or something.

Ryker hated these thoughts but they were true. His friends had been pushing themselves too hard. Too much like he did. Maybe all of this was his fault. He is the one who constantly pushed himself, but he had always done it. Even know, he was ignoring the pain of his sore body and bloody palms to deal with the other things and to try and protect those. Maybe they were taking after him, and he didn't know if that was a good thing or bad thing.
