Riley grinned at Kiri. "Hey, what are friends for?!", he exclaimed. "Anyways, who is fighting that has the whole crowd on their feet?", Riley asked as he looked at the TV showing the match.
Kiri turned to Riley and brightly smiled in agreement somewhat happy he finally had someone who used that line on him "Right!"
Kiri then looked over at Aspen and the others "Sorry about my mother she can be a bit to hyper sometimes since she's copped up in her lab most of the times"

Eri nuzzled against Aspen's leg, obviously sensing something. "Better to worry about the present then the past," She said. Eri still nuzzled her leg. Chu, still talking to Riley's Pichu, wrapped its tail around Aspen's hand. This literally shocked her. With actual electricity. "GAH!" She shouted. Aspen stumbled into a wall, her hair sticking out and staticky.

Callum nodded at McNeil in achknowledgement before leaving to his next stop. His first major plan was put into action already. When he made it to the trainer lounge, he showed a fake ID to get in. He walked. up behind the group of Riley, Kiri, and Aspen. "Excuse me, are you Riley? And what about you two, are you competitors as well?", he asked Kiri and Aspen.

Kiri wondered why he's never seen this trainer or whater he wasn't one of the ones mixed in the crowd mocking him either way he wouldn't come to a conclusion

"McNeal and the head police's orders..." One said

Looker grabbed Darius but found that he was only to be pushed into a wall. Looker stopped. "Keep offa me!" Darius roared.

A notification appeared on Callum's wrist notifying him that Darius had won his match. "I'm going to have to make this short. I'm an informant for a secret agency and we suspect that the Red Scarf Foundation is plotting something for this tournament. I'm only telling you this because you are the winner of the Johto League and is someone I can trust. I know you may not believe me, but you must be wary of the Foundation. You guys too.", he said looking at Kiri and Aspen.
"Your voice sounds familiar, do I know you?", Riley asked. "Maybe, but maybe not. Excuse, but I have to go now!", he said before quickly walking away.
Once he was gone, Riley turned to the Kiri and Aspen. "So, what do you guys think that was about?", he asked.

Yannick walked into the lobby. 'Man again the cops everywhere. This is going way too far. Even if I would have stayed here I would have no idea who is doing what for what purpose. What a drag!' He thought. "Stop right there young man!" A policeman shouted. "What do you want from me?" Yannick replied. "There is a video showing you how you escaped that giant underwater base on your Flygon. It is very suspicious that one individual escapes alone. There are two options what that could mean. Number one you are one of the bad guys and managed to escape in the last second. Number two you were part of the military forces that attacked that giant thing and ignored the commands you had been given. Either way you are in big trouble now!" The policeman called for two other policemen. "Are you finished now? This bores me. You have no evidence to support your theory. Besides I only joined the military forces to get one person out of there but in the end it would have been better if I had left him in there. If you don't belive me ask this guy at the entrance." Yannick pointed to Dennis. "Wait a second is this..? Yes it's him! Dennis from Rhon's Elite 4!" One of the policemen stated surprised. They went over to question Dennis. After they finished they apologized and left the lobby. "Why did you tell them that you should have left Drew in the base?" Dennis asked surprised. "A lot of people, including us, risked their lifes to save his ass and all he said was 'I don't have any friends'. That pissed me off. By the way isn't it your turn to battle soon?" Yannick replied.

"Go Ziggy and Powerhouse!" The Linoone Ziggy smiled at Patrick, for they had been friends since he had caught him on the first route after he arrived in Littleroot town. Powerhouse had known Patrick for less time but he was still fiercely loyal to him.

Yannick was standing behind a pillar watching the battle. He noticed that Riley Kiri and a girl walked up to Drew who was sitting in a lonley corner. Yannick saw that Riley reached out for one of his Pokeballs. "You better not move an inch Riley!" Yannick stepped behind Riley and grabbed his shoulder. "If you attack someone now I can't feel they joy of obliterating you in the tournament." He put more power in his grip and his hand glowed black. "Fancy scarf you have there Drew. It makes you stick out." Yannick said not letting go of Riley.
"What's going on?! What's up with your hand?!" Aspen's voice was rising in panic. "What's happening?!" Ashley and Gen stepped in front of her. Chu saw Kiri walking towards them and ran to him. Eon got in a battle ready position. Twilight stomped its hooves. Aspen's eyebrows arched angrily. "And where am I in all of this?! I was told to be wary or whatever of some 'Red Scarf Foundation'. What is it and how am I concerned with it?!"
"Red Scarf what?" Yannick asked. "Oh don't be afraid I won't hurt you. This is just something that I happened to get stuck with after an accident. You can tell your Pokemon to calm down. As I already said if someone starts a battle right here he will be disqualified." He told the girl looking at his hand. 'If I tell the truth about the attack she won't belive me so this was it is better.' He thought.
Kiri stood behind Yannick recognizing him from when he offered him a ride on a Flygon, Kiri faced his back and said with an intense glare of anger "Long time no see...." Kiri said as he waited for him to look back, he looked past him to Drew with a red scarf behind his back could this be why Riley wanted to ask him? Red scarf.. Have Yannick kill us all with his super powers and dump our bodies somewhere secure or will we settle this like real pokemon trainers with a pokemon battle in the tournament?", Riley stated to Yannick and Drew as he stopped gripping the pokeball.

Kiri didn't say anything to Riley's comment, and stayed looking at Yannick's ability Red Scarf recruits people like these.... Kiri didn't need to get ready to battle as his Pichu who had a face ready to battle had his cheeks spark as that sound occasionally burst the silence
"What?! What the heck?!" Aspen exclaimed. Chu's cheeks crackled in fury. "Wait. He's right. We can't battle, otherwise we won't be able to battle in the tournament," She told Chu and Kiri. Aspen started to get ready, in case someone tried to grab her. "Don't try anything," She warned, half to Chu and Kiri, half to Yannick. "Just don't." If he starts the fight, then I can say it was self defense, she thought.
"If you think I'm plotting stuff with Mr. I don't give a shit over there you are wrong Riley. I have no idea what this red scarf foundation is." He explained. "Kiri tell your little stun gun to calm down I don't want to hurt it when it attacks me." Then he turned to the screaming people. "What do you really fear? My powers or the fact that you can't explain why I have them and how they work? I have no intention of hurting innocent people. I just wanted to keep our champ from doing something he might regret." As he saw how Aspen and her Pokemon put up their defenses he stopped using his power. 'Ahh man that's what you get for listening to other people. What a drag!' He thought.
