Well...the title says it all but the team has to be of 6 and you can have a maximum of 7 teams of 6 Pokémon and they all have to be in region order. I'll show you mine!:

1st team (Kanto):

1st Pokémon: Pikachu ---> Raichu
2nd Pokémon: Weedle ---> Kakuna ---> Beedrill
3rd Pokémon: Vulpix ---> Ninetails
4th Pokémon: Mankey ---> Primeap
5th Pokémon: Cubone ---> Marowak
6th Pokémon: Staryu ---> Starmie

2nd team (Johto)

1st Pokémon: Chikorita ---> Bayleef ---> Meganium
2nd Pokémon: Mareep ---> Flaaffy ---> Ampharos
(And so on)
