Well, Red did beat Blue MULTIPLE times, so i think it would be reasonable for him to accept a little help, And plus will Blue make up for what he did Red? Like, battling him when all of his pokemon were in the red/fainted?

I'd be willing to trade Cheren for another rival if people wanted him. Are there any details of other things I need to post for the rivals? Also, can the trainers catch Pokemon in this new region?
There aren't really any "details," but they would obviously know just the protags/any other rivals from their region, and anyone that they socialized with on the plane or in the lab. And yes, they can catch Pokemon. I'm also working on Fakemon(Two Legendaries done, one non Legend. Chibi campfire thing! owo)

How many new pokemon other than the legendaries will there be?
Regional Variant Hydreigon is Steel-Dragon type.
Mainly because I want to not be west to fairies, but I do have reasoning.
