A reminder: If you want to ask an RP thread creator if you can join their RP, do so in private - via conversation or profile messages - or via the thread's discussion thread, if one exists. Do NOT ask if you can join an RP on the RP thread itself! This leads to a lot of unnecessary OOC chatter and that's not what the RP boards are for.
This is clearly stated in our RP forum rules. If you've not read them yet, do so BEFORE posting anything in the RP forums. They may be found here (for Pokémon Role Play) or here (for General Role Play). Remember that the Global Rules of Pokécharms also apply in addition to these rule sets. -

"And I was right again! Let's go, Gastly!" He yelled, sending out his first pokemon. "Gastly use confuse ray!" He called out, giving the first order. His pokemon responded, and confused the opponent.
"Shove it off, Gastly! Let's hit him with a Night Shade, and follow it up with lick!" Logan pointed as he commanded his pokemon, and it followed with excellent speed. Gastly used night shade, and his eyes glowed blue as the bellsprout took damage. He then used lick, and the bellsprout was nearly defeated. "Great job, Gastly! Now prepare for defense!"
"Gastly! Grrr, come back!" Logan shouted, returning the pokemon to its ball. "Come on Larvitar, let's finish the job!" He said, sending out his next pokemon. "Use Bite!" He commanded, and Larvitar followed suit by running up and biting Bellsprout, fainting it. "It's one-one now, what's your next move?" Logan whispered to himself, staring down his opponent.
"All right, take that attack. Then do your special counter!" Larvitar took the quick attack, then slashed at the ground. "Good, now counter with sand tomb!" Logan commanded Larvitar, and it initiated its attack. Dirt went flying into the air, and encased itself around pikachu.
( I know he can't learn sand tomb but it's within reason, also who cares that much )

Pikachu was blinded and couldn't see through the dust and threw itself in a random direction. It ended up hitting the wall and knocking itself out.
"PIKACHU IS UNABLE TO BATTLE! LARVITAR AND LOGAN WIN!!!!!"
Applause from the audience.
"NEXT UP IS SEAN AND HALT, PLEASE COME TO THE ARENA!"

"Of course I won! And Halts gonna win too!" Logan grinned as he walked back to the waiting area. The audience went wild as he walked back. "Well, I guess that's my first round. Good luck out there, Halt!" He sat back down on the bench, and brought out healing supplies for his pokemon.
Halt slowly walked up to the battleground. Riolu first. Then Chimchar. Halt already had a plan set out for this battle. On his side of the field, he stood with Riolu's ball in his hand.
"Riolu, lets go." Halt said calmly, and tossed his pokeball.
LOOKS LIKE THE FIRST BATTLE'S GOING TO BE FROAKIE AND A RIOLU!
"Start this off with Arm thrust!" Riolu lept forward, punching at the small frog.

"Don't let up. Circle throw." Riolu lept into the air himself, and grabbed the froakie, and threw him to the ground. "Arm thrust!" Riole dived down, acting like a pile driver, he slammed onto the opponent.
Riolu watched overhead, as the bird flew around. "Jump, and grab it's legs!" Riolu lept up, and grabbed the legs. "Circle throw to the ground!" The pokemon then tossed it right into the ground, and landed by it.
