My Hero Academia: Dawn of New Age
Summary

One year after the defeat of All for One and Japanese society has almost recovered from the tyrannical rule of the Symbol of Evil. Life settles into normality with All Might inspiring a new generation of heroes after his victory against the Demon King. A power vacuum in the underworld starts to fill, some villains attempting to make a move whilst other's continue to lay in wait or hide. For now though it is April and for some students across Japan their dream of enrolling into UA has come true, the prestigious hero academy taking on new classes for the start of the school year.

It's a pretty open plot right now! I'll have a projected plot tab where I'll write what will most likely come of the school story at least but it is changeable of course! The more people that join and the more ideas that spawn means change and specifics so don't be afraid to propose such ideas. I'll happily accommodate (I Actively want too) for specific character arcs that people want!

This RP is set before the events of the anime meaning canon characters are finnicky (Covered in the characters tab)

Bio template is just below, OC's are encouraged given the time setting is quite restrictive on canon characters. I'll still happily accept them if you can make a compelling case such why they work in the time period and how much you could write with them

Aizawa for example, should anyone wish to write them, could be the homeroom teacher in place of the one I made which would give ample amount to write.
All might is not yet hired at UA and is recovering from his fight with All for one, not many opportunities to write.
Any of the anime class 1a members would not work because they're literal toddlers at this point.

My characters!
My Characters:
For my character's I'll be having some main and some secondary (One's that'll have less focus and limelight to flesh out the class/world a little). Feel free to adopt the same strategy if you'd like to write a bunch of characters too. For the most part I'll be handling NPC's unless specific ones want to be wrote or many things are happening at once I might let ya'll write the NPC's.

Still working on some characters. It will be noticeable which ones but they won't be necessary till later on in the story.

Name: Kyo Roteki
Gender: Male
Age: 15
Role: Student
Likes: Succeeding, Sea food, Manga, Sauna, hot springs.
Dislikes: The sea, swimming, winter.
Appearance: Roteki has a wide build but stands at a medium height of 5’6ft. His size and height can change depending on how much water he has inside of him and typically he always keeps a little. Medium length black hair is often tied in a man bun which reveals all his rather round features aside from his sharp eyes and eyebrows. All over his body are pores. They’re covered by skin but are somewhat shallower, giving his skin the appearance of a sponge. Theses spots allow water to more easily enter his body.
Personality: Roteki is a focused and determined individual, able to commit himself to tasks and goals with an immense drive. He is however a person that likes to keep to himself. He’s reserved but not quiet or shy, he’ll speak his mind or stand his ground if he decides too … It's just that often he doesn’t. Roteki’s a tough nut to crack and It’s only in a fight where he’ll reliably start to talk, his confidence sometimes leading to cockiness. He struggles with defeat, having a low self esteem though he typically begins feeling more comfortable with people after friendly bouts.
History: Cleaner parents, Wanting to become a hero, slight bullying, meeting Morine.
Desired development: Roteki will slowly but surely begin to feel more comfortable around his classmates, his growth as a student will help improve his self esteem. Open otherwise.

Quirk: Sponge
Type: Transformation (Hybrid)
Explanation: Roteki’s body is essentially a sponge, able to absorb water into itself but also being able to dispel it. The more water in his system the more larger, stronger and heavier he becomes. This leads to him being rather slow but also quite powerful and durable. Pressure and impacts can force the water out his body in liquid form, as well as energy attacks which will cause the water to steam out. He cannot absorb salt water or ice. Steam can be absorbed but it burns.
Growth: Steam will became easier to absorb, water retention will improve as well as the amount he can take in.
Name: Jiren Jouji
Gender: Male
Age: 15
Role: Student
Likes: Insects, bugs, superhero manga, Kaiju.
Dislikes: Eating insects + Bugs, Winter, Birds.
Appearance: Jouji’s appearance is up to constant change due to his quirk. The more abilities he calls upon the more insect like he appears to be with his eyes becoming compound, antennae growing from his forehead and hairs growing from every hardening skin. In his human form form though his hair is a lime green, small simple eyes causing Jiren to have a blank looking face even when trying to be expressive.
Personality: Jiren is not the sharpest tool in the shed and his extraordinary abilities are ones he has difficulties with. These influences makes him rather socially anxious and awkward, his eccentric and clumsy way of communicating being something he tries to hide often. He is a kind hearted soul, not at all redistributing the harassment which he took a lot of in junior school due to his quirk.
History: Parent’s own biggest private bug collection. Shoot documentaries, allow scientists to research specimens. They make a lot of money but most of it goes into keeping the bug business alive. Jiren loves bugs and is fascinated by them but is a little embarrassed about it, knowing how people can react to them.
Desired development: Like Roteki he too will grow out of his shell, becoming more confident and at home in the class and with people. He'll begin to become less ashamed of his family, their career and himself and abilities. Open otherwise.

Quirk Name: Bug bite
Type: Transformation
Explanation: Jiren is able to manifest the abilities of any bug that is in his digestive track. This is limited too Athropods. Manifestation comes with physical change, these can be as minute as antennae and as drastic as generation of a full exoskeleton or wings and even compound eyes forming.
Typical feed: Ant (Super strength, powerful bite) Dragon fly (Wings) Crab (Pincers) Scorpion (Tail and pincers) Spider (Silk creation) Wasp (Paralysing sting) Beetle (Defensive purposes) Bombardier beetles (Acid spray) Grasshopper (Super jump)
Growth: Combing transformations proves troublesome for Jiren at first but he eventually learns to do so to devastating affects.
Name: Satoshi Morine
Gender: Male
Age: 15
Height: 5’3ft
Role: Support class student (Secondary)
Likes: Heroes, Sushi, Manga, Cars, snacks.
Dislikes: Villains, Heights.
Personality: Morine is a bundle of positive energy and enthusiasm which often spills and surges out of him in the form of compliments and encouragements. Dread and worry is a rare emotion for Morine, almost as rare as seeing an expression of despair or disarray. The only time Morine frowns is when focusing on his work, which he is very proud of and obsessed with. He loves to be a helpful, being a very forward and friendly individual. He’s a hard worker, incredibly organised with an access of notes and papers.
Appearance: Short gray hair sits atop a small head. A plump face with soft features and light blue eyes.
History: A standard childhood growing up in awe of superheroes, even through the tough time of All for One. A slight cocky era of his childhood has been outgrown, Moreine keeping the positive attitude and energy from it though.
Growth: Not much, your support student contact so if ya'll ever wanted some support items I'd have Roteki hook ya up with Morine. Otherwise open

Name: Photographic
Type: Mutant

A photographic memory with limited space, the user can essentially take photos with their eyes and store it in their brain, recalling to memory whenever they wish. There is a limit as to how much can be stored but it can be deleted as well.
This photographic memory applies to more than writing. Speeches, movements and anything he sees can be committed to perfect memory.
Name: Terada Takeru
Gender: Male
Age: 15
Role: Hero student (Seconary)
Personality: Headstrong (Pun intended) When this students puts his mind to something he aims to get it done. He’s proud, confident and strong but he’s juuuust humble enough to not be considered a jerk. By no way is he self centred. Terada never hesitates to spout strong words of encouragement and praise to his colleges, superiors and minors. He strives to become the ideal vision of a man. Chivalric, strong and respectful. When calm he’s rather chilled, still respectful and proud but in a more relaxed manner. In short he’s like an older brother, one that almost never runs out of energy.
Appearance: In his human form Terada is tall (6’0) and fairly well built. He takes on a lean appearance though, with sunken shoulders and a long neck, not exactly the muscly powerhouse you’d expect. His dark skin matches his hazel eyes and his hair is a curly dark brown, just going past his ears.

In his Bison form his build, height and hair are vastly different. He becomes way taller (standing at 8ft when fully transformed) and way broader, his body bursting and thickening with the amount of muscles (MACHO) growing within him. His lean build is swapped for a more top heavy one, though his legs still become stronger. His hair grows more shaggy and bushy, growing out around his shortened neck, shoulders and upper torso. Horns also sprout either side of his now hairy head.

His appearance can vary in between these two extremes depending on how transformed he is.
Background: Once again a standard childhood.
Growth: Not much, otherwise open.
Quirk name: Bisonify
Type: Transformation
Abilities: Terada can make himself become more bison like, greatly increasing his speed, strength and resistance but lowering his IQ. Shaggy hair along with thicker bones provide protection whilst stronger muscles allow for greater speed and strength. He can alter how bison like he wishes to become. As mentioned before the transformation lowers his IQ but it also requires effort to maintain. The more bison like he becomes the more harder it becomes to stay like that. In a way he has a time limit.

Name: Takeuchi Akihiko
Hero name: Booster pack
Gender: Male
Age: 30
Role: UA Teacher
Likes: ALL MIGHT! Gun head, England, Tea, British media, Fantasy movies, Renaissance area stuff.
Dislikes: Villains? Working on it. Chop sticks.
Personality: Outgoing and chivalrous, Akihiko aspires to be like All might in terms of his hero persona. He succeeds for the most part, not quite being able to match the no.1’s enthusiasm and flair but making up for it in a professional and graceful manner. Sometimes his formalness come across as pretentious but he makes sure to rectify this almost as soon as he notices. Outside of his hero work he is still quite formal and professional- especially in teaching but overall he is more easy going and lax. Should moments call for sternness or a lecture he can definitely pull it off, seeming much like a manager in his approach and sometimes being rather harsh. Typically he always apologises for the delivery of his message, either immediately or a while after and takes a more softer approach to resolving the issue.
Appearance: Standing rather tall at 6’4ft he shares his height with his friend gunhead- as well as builds. Akihiko is only a little less muscular than gunhead but typically hides his physique under formal wear which he wears as a super suit and normally. The suit is a dark blue, slightly match the naturally light blue highlights in his hair which stand on end when his quirk is being used. The rest of his hair is black, cut short along with an also short and well maintained beard and moustache.
Desired development: Ladies and gentlemen give it up for our homeroom teacher!

Quirk: Name: Boost
Type: Transformation
Explanation: Akihiko is able to boost physical attributes like speed, strength and endurance. These boosts place an equivalent strain on the body (Which can’t be counteracted by a boost), especially the heart which can lead to it palpitating and potentially a heart attack. It can cause lethargy if used excessively at higher levels.
He is able to boost himself or a person he touches. A blue, purple or red (Depending on intensity) aura surrounds them which increases in intensity with the intensity of the boost. The effects has no time limit for himself but ends after ten minutes or whenever Aikihiko wishes for other people. He can only boost 5 people at a time including himself.
Name: Tetsuyuki Toyama
Hero name: Gargoyle
Gender: Male
Age:Around their 50s
Role: Hero
Personality: Toyama comes very close to being strict. If not for his chilled demeanour outside hero duty one would think that a stick had been shoved up a certain orifice. Toyama is professional, proud and proficient. He’s forgiving in failure but will make damn sure you improve and he’d never miss an opportunity to give a heroic speech of the duties and rules a hero must follow and uphold. Whilst he may look like a brute Toyama is rather intelligent, able survey a situation in a moment and figure out the best course of action. To put it briefly Toyama is a professional, but underneath, he’s a true hero.
Appearance: Toyama looks like a humanoid Gargoyle. He’s a tall individual, standing proudly at 6’6ft. His shoulders are broad and almost every inch of him is pure stony muscle. His skin is made up of a substance as hard as rock but still just as flexible and repairable as skin. A set of wings as large as his body sprout from his back and a tail trails down from the bottom of his back to the floor. Despite his monstrous body his face is almost normal. A broad chin supports a big mouth that almost never smiles. Two fangs protrude from the lower jaw and point upwards to crystal cyan eyes. On the top of his head begins a large black mane that trails down to his neck.
His hero costume is very medieval, almost looking like a crude suit of armour. It isn’t this, instead it’s a basic looking tunic over some shorts.
Background: Toyama wasn’t a popular kid. His quirk wasn’t flashy and his appearance was almost horrific. That didn’t cause him to give up on his aspiration to become a hero. With endless training and hard work he aced hero school and rose through the ranks to become the number (Up to you) hero. Now running his own agency, Toyama strives to make the world a safer and better place as well as give aspiring heroes the chance to intern at his agency.
Background: Bullied as a child due to his appearance, he was fortunate enough to be raised in an urban area and avoid the worst of heteromorph hate. Despite such hateful interactions he grew to be a hero, eventually founding his own agency and being one of the heroes that partook in the final battle against all for one. He was dealing with minions and evacuating civilians whilst All might handled the demon king.
Desired Development: He'll be one of hero agencies available for work experience and study! Somewhat integral to an arc too.

Quirk name: Gargoyle
Type: Mutant
Abilities: Toyama is essentially a gargoyle. His skin is rock hard, giving him mild super strength along with enhanced resistance. His wings also allow him to fly.
Finally he is able to control statues after touching them, granting them movement and limited sentience. He needs to focus on this ability and he’s only able to control 40 at a time and that number decreases depending on the size of them or what he wants them to do.
Name: Koji Matsuda
Hero name: Smite
Gender: Male
Age: Late 40s
Role: Pro hero
Appearance: Koji is a man of fairly average height and build, his most distinguishing features being his bright blonde hair and scar under his left eye. Small but thick eyebrows rest heavy above yellow sharp eyes that have a proud aura behind them. His super suit consists of a dark blue trench coat with yellow and blue clothes underneath. It matches his hair, the blades he can conjure and the trails of psychic energy they leave behind them.
Personality: Intelligent and shrewd, Matsuda emanates an aura superiority, believing himself above most. He holds himself and those working for him to high standards, almost being completely cold in doing so. He's not heartless, he can and often will be respectful to those he thinks deserve it. Behind his uptight persona though there is a deep pain, one he hides desperately.
History:

Quirk:
Name: Psychic Blades
Type: Emitter
Explanation: Matsuda is able to summon and mentally control golden blades. Their typical size is 15 inches long though he can alter their size. Creating and controlling to many is taxing for his brain, leading to headaches and nausea.
Villains:
Name: Unknown, he merely goes by Chrome.
Gender: Male
Age: 40
Role: Villain mastermind
Likes: All for One, Chaos, chicken Ramen, Sci-fi
Dislikes: All Might, Hero society.
Appearance: On the top of his head long and naturally purple hair is tied into a ponytail, the side of his head completely shaved. Such a decision accentuates his sharp features more. A pointed chin and nose sandwich thin lips, large and purple eyes settling on the top of said facial features. He’s relatively tall standing at 6ft and well built.
Personality: Reserved. Chrome holds himself to a high standard and said standard is to be proper. Polite and respectful to comrades, open to conversation and ideas but true to his ideals and goals. Chrome is steadfast, a surprisingly open mind despite his intentions for the world- more specifically Japan. He despises the current society: How dare they claim safehood and victory over the Demon king when he’d been neither killed nor arrested- merely gone. Just like the symbol of peace. Chrome is sharp, he has knowledge and plans he intends to fulfil but he knows he cannot do it alone.
History: One of the many followers of All for one, he’s taken a more decisive roll after his defeat. Rather than retreating he strives forwards with care and caution as well as conviction.

Name: Chrome
Type: Emitter
Explanation: The user can produce and manipulate and gooey chrome like substance. This chrome, should it cover the user,another person or object, has many strange abilities which include but is not limited too:

Body morphing- He can transform his limbs into different types of weapon, he can transform into a blob which has increased speed and mobility.
Wall phasing: A chromed person can phase through a chromed wall.
Chrome control: With effort, a chromed individual can be mind controlled.

Do plan on making a villain, just need to iron out the creases a little on that one. So thought I'd just drop these two for now, lemme know if anything needs changing.

Name: Kawahara Ryoma
Gender: Male
Age: 15
Role: Hero Student

Appearance: Ryoma was always one to be very conscious of his looks. Despite being a pretty attractive guy standing at an average height of 5 ft 9 with a lean and defined build, he still always feels a sense of insecurity when it comes to appearance; constantly dyeing his hair blonde (naturally reddish-brown) thinking it'll make him stand out a little more. His hairstyle is your pretty standard medium length messy/wavy style (something close to this), with bangs that he usually wears on his forehead, but he'll sometimes part a little to the side depending on the occasion. Possibly his most striking feature, would be his eyes, being a distinctive bright orange with complimentary white pupils, and a small but noticeable jutting out and downward from the lateral canthus of his left eye.

When it comes his personal sense of fashion, Ryoma has spent a lot of time "perfecting" that too. Most of the time opting for clothing that isn't too form fitting (namely baggy sweaters/hoodies and tracksuits), although he can dress a little more formally if an event requires it; with his idea of formal being a button up shirt and slacks.

Likes: Soccer, Baseball, Movies, Hip-Hop & Rock music, Animals, Cooking, Nighttime strolls,
Dislikes: Work, The Ocean, Spicy foods
Personality: An extrovert in some aspects, an introvert in others; Ryoma is very outgoing and tends to thrive in social settings , never passing up on the chance to meet and new people, but he himself would say he much prefers a quiet walk along the beach or kicking back in his room bumping some tunes. He holds the same slacker attitude toward almost any form of labour, whether it be physical exertion, UNLESS he's given the chance to show off in front of people, THEN he'll kick it into high gear. Ryoma outright refuses to let himself look bad in any situation, with a certain ability of backing down from any challenge or debate.
History: Ryoma grew up in a rather small village in the western countryside, coming from a litter of four siblings, an older sister Hanae, and younger brother and sister Tatsuo & Emiko. Their Father was seldomly present through childhood, most of his time being spent in the city as a high ranking member of the police force, leaving them all to be primarily raised by their nurse Mother; known across the village and plenty others in the vicinity for her medical prowess. Knowing of all this success in his family conditioned Ryoma to start contemplating a career path from a young age, and from that point all the way into his teenage years, he was never able to discover something he felt truly passionately about. There were things he liked such as sports and movies, but he'd be hard pressed to say that there was a career path he'd want to follow for the rest of his life. And now even compared to his siblings he felt he was falling behind; Hanae being out in the city training in medical arts, Tatsuo planning to go into law studies, and even the youngest Emiko had her own set of ambitions and goals farfetched as they may be. Ryoma just lacked a drive that everyone else around him had. Eventually receiving the word of a U.A. entrance exam from his school, Ryoma made a spur of the moment decision and applied. Not because of any burning passion he had for the art of hero work, more so that he didn't be seen as that one bum from an otherwise successful family.
Desired Development: Overtime he'll gain develop more of a genuine appreciation and passion for being a hero.


Quirk: Open Flame (Emitter/Accumulation)
An accumulation and emitter type quirk that grants it's user the ability to wield flames and exude flames from any part of their body, and as the name may suggest, alter the colour of said flames through the process of consuming copious amounts of a range of substances, yielding various results. A near perfect blend of his Mom's "Colored Mist" and his Dad's "Flame Body" quirks.

Orange: This is how the flames would appear in their purest and unaltered form, not relying on anything entering the body, solely relying on Ryoma's own body temperature, rendering them as significantly weaker if it were to be raining, for example. Being that they are so "uncontaminated" and "pure", Ryoma wields the most control over these orange flames, capable of altering variables such as the shape and intensity.
Blue: Achieved after reaching a spike in his body's oxygen levels, either by means of being naturally exposed to it or consciously consuming supplements to increase it, blue sacrifices the range and versatility of orange for raw explosive power. Naturally, such pure power must come with a handful of drawbacks for the user, as such these flames can only efficiently be utilized in very close quarters altercation, and aren't YET maleable in any sense of the word once emitted. In addition to that if used recklessly, and due to the recoil that would naturally come with wielding something so eruptive , Ryoma could just as easily end up inflicting more harm upon himself as oppose to his target.
Green: Eating supplements high in acidity results in a somewhat unusual bright green flame which, in contrary to the two other current forms, houses no destructive capability whatsoever. However, it's not exactly the flames that you're on the look out for here, it's the fumes they emit. Appearing in the form of standard smoke these potent fumes, if inhaled, can cause effects ranging from faint nausea to loss of consciousness. And, like a wildfire, these flames spread like no tomorrow; almost perfect for cornering an opponent. This form doesn't really bring any drawbacks to the table, other than Ryoma being as prone to the effects as anyone else if he isn't smart enough to hold his breath or keep his distance.
Growth: Developing a greater resistance to the heat, Exploring further combinations, Learning to more effectively incorporate his quirk into close quarters combat, Possibly learning to handle his Dad's flame body ability.

Name: Sakaguchi Koichi
Age: 15
Gender: Male
Role: Hero Student

Appearance: Koichi was born with purple skin, red eyes, and a rather large mouth (He's literally Gengar if you couldn't tell lol). He's pretty physically fit, but doesn't have very well defined muscles, and he was never particularly tall either, standing at 5 ft 6. His hair is a ghostly white and in spiky slicked back style with one or strand or two hanging over his forehead (Think like Ban from Seven Deadly Sins). Koichi also has slightly pointed ears, sharp teeth, and an abnormally large tongue inherited from his Mother. He doesn't really care much for fashion, usually throwing on whatever crops up in his room, though his outfits most of the time consist of baggy hoodies and sweaters of all colours.

Likes: Pranks, Trashy comedy movies, Sickeningly sweet foods.
Dislikes: The cold, Homeroom, The monotony of day to day life.
Personality: Koichi is overwhelmingly extroverted, never one to shy away from any chance of making friends. Although some may be turned of by his hyperactive nature, those who have gotten to know him have enjoyed the company. He hardly has a filter, always pouncing at any opportunity to make a snide or jesting remark. Whenever bored in class he always finds a way to spice things up a little, whether that be a simple drawing on the table or a full blown elaborate prank on the teacher.
History: On brand-ily, Koichi decided on becoming a hero in order to save himself from a life of perpetual boredom. Although he had always wanted to be a hero, his Mother always shot the idea down, saying it was far too dangerous a line of work, she wanted him to follow in the footsteps of his salaryman Father. Koichi began losing sleep over this idea, especially considering being cooped up in an office for 8 hours a day is what seemed to have permanently fried his Dad's brain. So, when the prestigious U.A. high school announced the upcoming entrance exams, Koichi bit the bullet and signed up with no hesitation. Much to his Mom's disapproval, who blew a gasket upon him returning home and bearing the news.
Desired Development: Discovering the hardships and that come with being a hero and figuring out that it'll be no cakewalk.


Quirk: Apparition (Mutant)

Koichi's mutant type quirk gives him pretty much all the abilities of your standard ghost. He's able to phase through solid objects and surfaces, although it is more an on/off switch type of situation, and while active this does not nullify quirk attacks. He can also float and then be able to fly at pretty high speeds, with strong winds causing him to go a lot faster than usual. Overall his quirk doesn't really give him anything in the way of power or offensive capability, meaning that in a straight up brawl he's unlikely to do very well. Due to this, in combat he tends to focus on distraction and evasion, while going in for the occasional attack.
Another thing to add is that, courtesy of his Mother, Koichi has a fairly large tongue that is coated in a thick layer of paralysis inducing saliva. It's not nearly as effective as his Mom's is, but if he's able to smother someone with his tongue it will stun them for a short while. Although he really hates doing this, as he thinks it's just pretty nasty.
Growth: Majorly improving combat capabilities.

Though, the student is typically in 2-B. I can change that to whatever class will be the main focus if necessary!!

If Kai needs to be in a different class/age group, that can easily be changed! Blurred abilities are things not discovered about the quirk to leave room for growth.

With enough practice, the quirk permits the user to drain energy, emit 'aura flares' (bursts of kinetic energy), and alter the flow of energy in living matter. When negative emotions are present, Aura Manipulation gains an extra boost in power and versatility.

However, nothing changed about the rhetoric and hate she was subjected to. Her crimes eventually grew into assaults, armed robberies, and breaking and entering until she was inevitably arrested and in time released after serving her sentence.
Now out on the streets once more, Kiira plans to continue her trouble-making spree and make the citizens of Japan show some respect to meta-humans like herself.

Description: She has the physiology of a bee and can do anything a bee can do! This includes all variations of bees, from Honey to Killer.
Abilities:
Enhanced Senses (due to her physiology, Kiira has enhances senses such as enhanced sight from her compound eyes, intuition on incoming objects or enemies due to her fuzz and antennae, and can pick up on vibrations)
Stinger (a massive stinger, roughly a foot long, protrudes from Kiira's second abdomen and is strong enough to pierce concrete)
Strong Jaws (a secondary set of mandibles on her jaw have enough power to sever fingers or even a thick chunk of wood)
Flight (as long as her wings aren't wet, Kiira can take flight and even reach the top of tall buildings)
Enhanced Durability (with a tough exoskeleton around her entire body, Hanī can take a great deal of punishment before taking real damage. When her exoskeleton is broken or cracked, she can shed it and regrow a new one in 48 hours time)
Enhanced Strength (while not on the level of one like Almight or even close, she has slightly above average strength when compared to the normal quirked-human)
Pollen Spree (by rustling the tiny hairs on her back and second abdomen, Kiira can release a thick cloud of stored up pollen that can act as not only a smoke screen, but will suffocate those who breathe it in. The more pollen she collects over time, the bigger the cloud)
Insect Communication (due to her physiology, Kiira can communicate with insects of all kinds, though this is limited to insects and she cannot commune with other animal types)

Looks like this'll be fun, here's my character!

Name: Melusine Isalyne
Age: 15
Role: Student
Gender: Female

Appearance: From the peaks of her horns to the tip of her tail, Melusine is 5 feet 9 inches of unmistakable serpentine. You’d be forgiven for believing her quirk was [Medusa], what with the jagged horns and silky black snakes for hair, but although Melusine’s amber pupils can narrow to reptilian slits, petrification is rare and only ever on account of her dazzling good looks!

The best way to describe Melusine would be as...some kind of Aquatic Dragon; forked tongue, webbed and claw-tipped digits, banded scales scattered across dusky skin in tight patches, and even a long, flat tail. Although strikingly un-human, Melusine hides most of her features beneath overly long sleeves and large baggy clothes.

Likes: Swimming, Sunbathing,
Dislikes: Hot and Dry weather, Communal spaces, Small objects

Personality: Slow to rouse, sluggish, and lethargic, Melusine has a severe case of not-a-morning-person. She presents herself as calm and flirty; a lackadaisical girl whose greatest aspiration is to catch a few more rays of sunshine; however, Melusine’s poisonous nature weighs heavily on her mind. She keeps her few relationships shallow and superficial, holding people at arm’s length.

Quirk: 『 Hydra 』
Type: Mutation

Melusine has the traits of the Hydra. She possesses a slew of reptilian features, and while most are aesthetic, she has the enhanced senses of a snake and is nominally cold-blooded; however, more crucially, Melusine's bodily fluids—from her blood to her sweat—are all toxic in varying degrees. Fluids like her sweat are only mildly toxic and won't cause too much trouble in small doses, but her blood and saliva are far more potent, second only to her venom. Melusine has no control over this and, as a result, constantly emits small amounts of poison.

When her body has warmed to operating temperature or higher, Melusine is noticeably stronger and faster than the average human; conversely, low temperatures render her far weaker and more sluggish. While Melusine thrives at higher temperatures, she cannot stand it being too dry and in hot & dry conditions she will dehydrate quickly to disastrous consequences.

Similar to a snake, Melusine's body has a large amount of cartilage in it. This translates to incredible flexibility at the cost of durability. This is somewhat offset by the Hydra's enhanced regeneration. Though nowhere near instantaneous, Melusine recovers from injuries much faster than a normal human would.

Melusine is not very dexterous on account of her webbed digits and so finds it difficult to perform finer actions like writing; it's the price she pays for her phenomenal swimming ability.

Appearance: Ryoma was always one to be very conscious of his looks. Despite being a pretty attractive guy standing at an average height of 5 ft 9 with a lean and defined build, he still always feels a sense of insecurity when it comes to appearance; constantly dyeing his hair blonde (naturally reddish-brown) thinking it'll make him stand out a little more. His hairstyle is your pretty standard medium length messy/wavy style (something close to this), with bangs that he usually wears on his forehead, but he'll sometimes part a little to the side depending on the occasion. Possibly his most striking feature, would be his eyes, being a distinctive bright orange with complimentary white pupils. And when it comes his personal sense of fashion, Ryoma has spent a lot of time "perfecting" that too. Most of the time opting for clothing that isn't too form fitting (namely baggy sweaters/hoodies and tracksuits), although he can dress a little more formally if an event requires it; with his idea of formal being a button up shirt and slacks.

He holds the same slacker attitude toward almost any form of labour, whether it be physical exertion, UNLESS he's given the chance to show off in front of people, THEN he'll kick it into high gear. Ryoma outright refuses to let himself look bad in any situation, with a certain ability of backing down from any challenge or debate.
History: Ryoma grew up in a rather small village in the western countryside, coming from a litter of four siblings, an older sister Hanae, and younger brother and sister Tatsuo & Emiko. Their Father was seldomly present through childhood, most of his time being spent in the city as a high ranking member of the police force, leaving them all to be primarily raised by their nurse Mother; known across the village and plenty others in the vicinity for her medical prowess. Knowing of all this success in his family conditioned Ryoma to start contemplating a career path from a young age, and from that point all the way into his teenage years, he was never able to discover something he felt truly passionately about. There were things he liked such as sports and movies, but he'd be hard pressed to say that there was a career path he'd want to follow for the rest of his life. And now even compared to his siblings he felt he was falling behind; Hanae being out in the city training in medical arts, Tatsuo planning to go into law studies, and even the youngest Emiko had her own set of ambitions and goals farfetched as they may be. Ryoma just lacked a drive that everyone else around him had. Eventually receiving the word of a U.A. entrance exam from his school, Ryoma made a spur of the moment decision and applied. Not because of any burning passion he had for the art of hero work, more so that he didn't be seen as that one bum from an otherwise successful family.
Desired Development: Overtime he'll gain develop more of a genuine appreciation and passion for being a hero.


Quirk: Pyrokinetic (Emitter)

A fire based emitter quirk granting Ryoma the ability to exude three different forms of flames from any point on his body (although he's most proficient using his arms) , all varying in their drawbacks, strength and versatility. It's a blend of parents' respective quirks; His mother's coloured mist, and his father's flame body. He is as of now incapable of using all three in conjunction with each other.

Blaze (Orange): The quirk in it's standard form. Ryoma has the most control over these flames, being able to alter the shape, change course and manipulate the density and precision. In terms of pure fire power, they pack about as much punch as you'd expect, although the heat and therefore efficiency of the flames rely on his body and surrounding temperature, so cold weather or a damp environment the power would be noticeably weakened.
Combustion (Blue): On paper, the most devastating ability in Ryoma's arsenal; a barrage of smouldering blue flames exude from his hands. Much more explosive compared to the other forms, blue is designed to be used in short bursts during close quarter altercations. Obviously due to the immense power using this form comes with more drawbacks and limitations. They aren't manipulatable in any way, Ryoma can decide when to emit them but after that it's out of his hands. The eruptive nature of these flames is a real gamble for Ryoma; any serious damage he could do to someone else, he could just as easily inflict on himself, if not worse. Naturally, the initial explosion is going to cause recoil for the user, potentially leading to devastating effects, which is why Ryoma uses blue very sparingly, as a way of avoiding breaking his arm or, worst case, losing it.
Wildfire (Green): Despite what the name might lead you to think, these flames themselves do little to no physical damage, you could easily waltz right through them without even a light singe. However, it's not exactly the flames that you're on the look out for here, it's the fumes they emit. Appearing in the form of standard smoke these potent fumes, if inhaled, can cause effects ranging from faint nausea to loss of consciousness. As the name would suggest, green flames happen to spread like wildfire; almost perfect for cornering an opponent. This form doesn't really bring any drawbacks to the table, other than Ryoma being as prone to the effects as anyone else if he isn't smart enough to hold his breath or keep his distance.
Growth: Developing a greater resistance to the heat, Being able to utilise more than one ability at a time, Possibly learning to use his Father's flame body ability.

Age: 15
Gender: Male
Role: Hero Student

Appearance: Koichi was born with purple skin, red eyes, and a rather large mouth (He's literally Gengar if you couldn't tell lol). He's pretty physically fit, but doesn't have very well defined muscles, and he was never particularly tall either, standing at 5 ft 6. His hair is a ghostly white and in spiky slicked back style with one or strand or two hanging over his forehead (Think like Ban from Seven Deadly Sins). Koichi also has slightly pointed ears, sharp teeth, and an abnormally large tongue inherited from his Mother. He doesn't really care much for fashion, usually throwing on whatever crops up in his room, though his outfits most of the time consist of baggy hoodies and sweaters of all colours.

Likes: Pranks, Trashy comedy movies, Sickeningly sweet foods.
Dislikes: The cold, Homeroom, The monotony of day to day life.
Personality: Koichi is overwhelmingly extroverted, never one to shy away from any chance of making friends. Although some may be turned of by his hyperactive nature, those who have gotten to know him have enjoyed the company. He hardly has a filter, always pouncing at any opportunity to make a snide or jesting remark. Whenever bored in class he always finds a way to spice things up a little, whether that be a simple drawing on the table or a full blown elaborate prank on the teacher.
History: On brand-ily, Koichi decided on becoming a hero in order to save himself from a life of perpetual boredom. Although he had always wanted to be a hero, his Mother always shot the idea down, saying it was far too dangerous a line of work, she wanted him to follow in the footsteps of his salaryman Father. Koichi began losing sleep over this idea, especially considering being cooped up in an office for 8 hours a day is what seemed to have permanently fried his Dad's brain. So, when the prestigious U.A. high school announced the upcoming entrance exams, Koichi bit the bullet and signed up with no hesitation. Much to his Mom's disapproval, who blew a gasket upon him returning home and bearing the news.
Desired Development: Discovering the hardships and that come with being a hero and figuring out that it'll be no cakewalk.


Quirk: Apparition (Mutant)

Koichi's mutant type quirk gives him pretty much all the abilities of your standard ghost. He's able to phase through solid objects and surfaces, although it is more an on/off switch type of situation. He can also float and then be able to fly at pretty high speeds, with strong winds causing him to go a lot faster than usual. Overall his quirk doesn't really give him anything in the way of power or offensive capability, meaning that in a straight up brawl he's unlikely to do very well. Due to this, in combat he tends to focus on distraction and evasion, while going in for the occasional attack.
Another thing to add is that, courtesy of his Mother, Koichi has a fairly large tongue that is coated in a thick layer of paralysis inducing saliva. It's not nearly as effective as his Mom's is, but if he's able to smother someone with his tongue it will stun them for a short while. Although he really hates doing this, as he thinks it's just pretty nasty.
Growth: Majorly improving combat capabilities.

In the anime the first All Might vs All For One fight shown is Kamino Ward but their first canonical fight happens off screen, the result of this battle being All Might's injury shown in the anime.

It's this prior fight that this RP is set after so the Cannon students at this point are toddlers, Izuku a toddler and is watching the clip of all might saving civilians! XD

Strong Jaws (a secondary set of mandibles on her jaw have enough power to sever fingers or even a thick chunk of wood)
Flight (as long as her wings aren't wet, Kiira can take flight and even reach the top of tall buildings)
Enhanced Durability (with a tough exoskeleton around her entire body, Hanī can take a great deal of punishment before taking real damage. When her exoskeleton is broken or cracked, she can shed it and regrow a new one in 48 hours time)

@H47E Love both the characters! I would like all the students to be in class 1A if that's alright but other than that everything is solid! Kairen's quirk is so awesome! I can imagine it would come off as quite mysterious to others but I love that!

As previously mentioned there'll be two villain groups to pick from though Killer Bee might not be welcomed in one of them for reasons which will come apparent in the plot so whilst the students are studenting perhaps the two villain groups that are building could mingle and interact.

Name: Melusine Isalyne
Age: 15
Role: Student
Gender: Female

Appearance: From the peaks of her horns to the tip of her tail, Melusine is 5 feet 9 inches of unmistakable serpentine. You’d be forgiven for believing her quirk was [Medusa], what with the jagged horns and silky black snakes for hair, but although Melusine’s amber pupils can narrow to reptilian slits, petrification is rare and only ever on account of her dazzling good looks!

The best way to describe Melusine would be as...some kind of Aquatic Dragon; forked tongue, webbed and claw-tipped digits, banded scales scattered across dusky skin in tight patches, and even a long, flat tail. Although strikingly un-human, Melusine hides most of her features beneath overly long sleeves and large baggy clothes.

Likes: Swimming, Sunbathing,
Dislikes: Hot and Dry weather, Communal spaces, Small objects

Personality: Slow to rouse, sluggish, and lethargic, Melusine has a severe case of not-a-morning-person. She presents herself as calm and flirty; a lackadaisical girl whose greatest aspiration is to catch a few more rays of sunshine; however, Melusine’s poisonous nature weighs heavily on her mind. She keeps her few relationships shallow and superficial, holding people at arm’s length.

Quirk: 『 Hydra 』
Type: Mutation

Melusine has the traits of the Hydra. She possesses a slew of reptilian features, and while most are aesthetic, she has the enhanced senses of a snake and is nominally cold-blooded; however, more crucially, Melusine's bodily fluids—from her blood to her sweat—are all toxic in varying degrees. Fluids like her sweat are only mildly toxic and won't cause too much trouble in small doses, but her blood and saliva are far more potent, second only to her venom. Melusine has no control over this and, as a result, constantly emits small amounts of poison.

When her body has warmed to operating temperature or higher, Melusine is noticeably stronger and faster than the average human; conversely, low temperatures render her far weaker and more sluggish. While Melusine thrives at higher temperatures, she cannot stand it being too dry and in hot & dry conditions she will dehydrate quickly to disastrous consequences.

Similar to a snake, Melusine's body has a large amount of cartilage in it. This translates to incredible flexibility at the cost of durability. This is somewhat offset by the Hydra's enhanced regeneration. Though nowhere near instantaneous, Melusine recovers from injuries much faster than a normal human would.

Melusine is not very dexterous on account of her webbed digits and so finds it difficult to perform finer actions like writing; it's the price she pays for her phenomenal swimming ability.

Personality: Rei is someone who for better or worse wears her heart on her sleeve. She doesn't tend to be subtle in how she feels and above all else moves to the beat of her own drum. She is not a fan of being told how she should behave and act and carries this sort of rebellious heart no matter the kinds of trouble it can get her into when pushed too far. Rei is a headstrong and stubborn individual, prone to confrontation if pushed too far but at that same token her passion is earnest and she can be a loyal and supportive friend if she grows to like you.

Bio/Backstory: Rei is a girl whose own background eludes her. When she was quite young she was left abandoned at a local orphanage, with a lack of background info tying her to whoever her biological parents may have been. As such she had grew up with a sense that she never belonged anywhere; which Rei handled poorly initially. She often getting into fights and creating a headache for the staff at her local orphanage; even running away a couple of occasions as she tried to locate her "missing" parents. Eventually she met up with a rising Pro Fujita Hanako who decided to take the troublesome girl under her wing and there were a bit of growing pains as her rebellious streak never quite faded.
Rei never quite dropped her quest to find her "real" family, but she did have to admit Hanako was cool and in all honesty found the heroic path she was on to be appealing. Heck when her own Quirk manifest that only spurred her on even more as the rays of the sun fueled this power in her hands and had made her feel invincible! However, such strength seemed to fade at night, and during one of her "hunts" she put herself in peril and had only been save by Hanako as that experience shook her to her core; both as a traumatic moment of helplessness, but also a desire to model the kind of strength Hanako had. To never have that kind of weakness, and this path to becoming a Hero might be the ticket to all the perceived problems she had.

Desired development: Rei's story arch much as anything is finding value in what she has, she has the belief she is an "outsider", someone who never fit in. Course all this stems from her pushing people away in the pursuit of her "real" family, and she's tried to maintain this strength that she doesn't need anyone else. Her arc is about showing that accepting others, the bond of her adoptive family and her friends in school and learning the value and trust in them is not a weakness and just as real as the love she desires from these birth parents.

Quirk Name: Solar Battery
Quirk Type: Emitter
Quirk Explanation: Rei is able to absorb the rays of the sun and use it to channel this solar energy that she can fire as a projectile. This solar energy projects itself as this yellowish orange wave of sunlight & heat that is as dazzling as destructive. She mainly uses this ability to fire sunlight beams from her body; typically the palms of her hands but she also can produces bursts from her eyes, a sort of "boost" off her feet to project herself forward and even a 360 wave around her body with an admittedly limited access. She is also beginning to develop other means of using this solar power within her, such as coating her fists with it to deliver harder punches or projecting a stream of it from her palms & feet for some light gliding off the ground, but such applications are still in the experimental phase. This power ties into the state of the sun, as she can feed upon it the higher in the air it is with its peak power at high noon granting her greater bursts and stamina during the day. Of course, when the sun is set and it is nightfall, her energy saps to its lowest levels and leaves her quite vulnerable as her Quirk is all but useless on its own in such conditions.

Hero Alias: Solar Rei
Hero Costume: Whenever costumes come into play, she will wear this specialized suit of gold and black with a sort of emerald flaming "heart" symbol over her chest. This costume will be made of a specialized material mixed with her own skin sample, granting it the same properties that allow her body to absorb sunlight and project its energy at will. More than that, this suit will be designed to store part of that power within itself, sort of like a bank deposit, and can be accessed even at night. Course she can only store so much of her power within her costume to access, and if it runs out in the heat of battle she'll need to wait before she can consume more sunlight to store it back up. She completes this look with a pair of specialized cleats that can funnel her rays if she projects it out from them for grater control of her burst thrusts and some specialized golden gloves with black colored finger tips that let her better control the flow of energy so she can produce precise finger blasts or wider palm blasts.

In the anime the first All Might vs All For One fight shown is Kamino Ward but their first canonical fight happens off screen, the result of this battle being All Might's injury shown in the anime.

It's this prior fight that this RP is set after so the Cannon students at this point are toddlers, Izuku a toddler and is watching the clip of all might saving civilians! XD

Dislikes: Spicy food, being forced into a particular task with no input of her own, being talked over and pressure

Appearance: Kyosu stands at an average height of 164 cm with a little more curvier or chubby build. She has long red hair that is often in some sort of updo, most commonly in a messy bun. She has fair skin with freckles dotted all over. She has rounded brown eyes with a spark of curiosity in them. When in her school uniform, she likes to wear it neatly yet casually. Wearing the blazer open and with everything else down to the official dress code. In her free time Kyosu likes to wear casual, yet cutesy themed clothes and does have a spare outfit or two that's specifically made to be her "working" clothes where it's okay for them to get a little more dirty.

Bio/Backstory: With a father that has a mechanical engineering background and a mother who's an art teacher, Kyosu has always been described as a sharp and creative mind. She's expressed interest in making things since she was a toddler. Often 'helping' her father with his own little side projects. They have always been very encouraging of their daughter and now she's been accepted into the support course in the prestigious UA. As excited as she is, she is also quite nervous if she'll find her footing in the school or be unable to make any connections at all.

Desired development: Honestly very open for it right now. Probably for her to get friends, get a little more involved with the hero students and to help them in her own way with upgrading or making them equipment.

Growth: Could be that her abilities are more intricate, as in getting smoother with visualizing things, zooming in with sharp imagery, able to work with larger images etc.

She is creative and quiet and prefers things when they are peaceful and gets annoyed around overly energetic people. She has some suppressed trauma to do with her brother that she doesn't like to speak about.
Bio/Backstory: Kori's parents were pretty normal people with an average income, they made just enough to take care of Kori and her brother. But her brother wasn't satisfied with just getting by, he wanted more from the world, and on her 9th birthday she awoke to find her parents dead, the police arrived shortly after and she went to live with her aunt, it wasnt until she was 12 that she discovered her brother had killed her parents and become a notorious criminal soon after. She vowed to become a powerful hero, strong enough to stop people like her brother causing anymore pain, of course as long as she wasn't too tired.

Personality: Jack is care free and eccentric with little to no morality, he simply feels that if he wants something it is his to have. He enjoys a good time and gets very annoyed around people he deems boring.
Bio/Backstory: Same as his sister up to the night of his parents deaths, he hadn't long since turned 19 when he found himself awake that night wishing about all the things he could have with more money, so he decided he would take the money from his parents, he went downstairs and found where his father hid his money and opened it, as he started to take the money out his father came in catching him in the act, when his father confronted him he conjured a dagger and stabbed him with it several times, his mother came down shortly after to ask about the noise and before she could scream at the sight of her dead husband, Tōshō stabbed her in the neck, he then took the money and fled. He lived on the streets for a bit figuring our what to spend his money on, killing any person who got to curious about his bag of cash. Eventually he bought a place and adopted the name Jack Frost as his villain identity, deeming if taking what hile wanted was illegal, then he would just have to be a villain.
Desired development: To do what ever he wants.

Quirk name: Cold Steel
Quirk type: Emitter
Quirk description: Tōshō's quirk allows him to generate and control a unique form of steel. The material is unique in that it is incredibly cold, so cold that it freezes flesh rapidly upon contact. Tōshō can create weapons and projectiles from this cold steel. His quirk requires him to have high concentrations of iron with his body, meaning his diet consist's of very iron rich food. If he doesnt make sure to keep his iron levels up and uses his quirk to much he becomes sluggish and weakened. He also doesn't do well against extreme heat but he has managed to gets his cold steel powerful enough to overwhelm small flames.
Growth: Tōshō has managed to strengthen his quirk to incredible levels, with further training he may well be able to deal with extreme heat with his quirk. Simililar to his younger sister his quirks apex will likely revolve ariund the ability to transform his flesh into Cold Steel.

Bio/Backstory: Same as his sister up to the night of his parents deaths, he hadn't long since turned 19 when he found himself awake that night wishing about all the things he could have with more money, so he decided he would take the money from his parents, he went downstairs and found where his father hid his money and opened it, as he started to take the money out his father came in catching him in the act, when his father confronted him he conjured a dagger and stabbed him with it several times, his mother came down shortly after to ask about the noise and before she could scream at the sight of her dead husband, Tōshō stabbed her in the neck, he then took the money and fled. He lived on the streets for a bit figuring our what to spend his money on, killing any person who got to curious about his bag of cash. Eventually he bought a place and adopted the name Jack Frost as his villain identity, deeming if taking what hile wanted was illegal, then he would just have to be a villain.
Desired development: To do what ever he wants.

Quirk name: Cold Steel
Quirk type: Emitter
Quirk description: Tōshō's quirk allows him to generate and control a unique form of steel. The material is unique in that it is incredibly cold, so cold that it freezes flesh rapidly upon contact. Tōshō can create weapons and projectiles from this cold steel. His quirk requires him to have high concentrations of iron with his body, meaning his diet consist's of very iron rich food. If he doesnt make sure to keep his iron levels up and uses his quirk to much he becomes sluggish and weakened. He also doesn't do well against extreme heat but he has managed to gets his cold steel powerful enough to overwhelm small flames.
Growth: Tōshō has managed to strengthen his quirk to incredible levels, with further training he may well be able to deal with extreme heat with his quirk. Simililar to his younger sister his quirks apex will likely revolve ariund the ability to transform his flesh into Cold Steel.

Personality: A shining beacon of honesty and sincerity...in quite possibly the least pleasant way. Genzo is incredibly judgemental, outspoken and scornful. The only positive quality you could muster up is that at the very least he's very unapologetically himself, altough given the nature of his character, that is hardly a positive. Genzo doesn't particularly believe in decent human beings, viewing all good deeds as means of concealing ones true colors. He takes a calous pleasure in witnessing the decay of what he would consider a facade, convinced that people are only themselves once depraved of all morals. As a result of this skewed ideology, Genzo only ever finds himself connecting with those that he would consider "authentic", paying absolutely no mind to the actual contents of their character.
History: A childhood incident in which his usually decent and well meaning Father snapped in a fit of drunken rage led to the manifestation of his current views. After leaving middle school, he enrolled in U.A. high's hero course, thinking that would be the best place to find proof of genuine human decency, but during his time there he only encountered individuals and witnessed events that further reinforced his previous beliefs, with a newfound disdain for heroes, believing them to be exactly what he objected against, he left the hero program to follow his own misguided path. (Will probably flesh this out more in future, just gonna stick with a condensed version for now lol)

Quirk: Terror (Emitter/Accumulation?)

Fears, everyone has one, wether it be the irrational fear of spiders, or the VERY rational fear of clowns. Genzo Hyokai's quirk preys on that exact notion. Through a cluster of holes on his left hand (trypophobia anyone?), Genzo expels a fear-inducing pheromone, the effects of which vary from person to person, attacking one or more of the opponents fives senses, dependent on how it enters the body. If the vapour enters through only the eyes for example, it will trigger a purely visual illusion while omitting all other effects, making the illusion much less convincing and weakening the overall effect, and giving the target room to snap out of it through means of increasing mental fortitude or an external force. However, if it were infiltrate the body through all external organs this would result in a fully realized illusion, simultaneously assaulting all five senses and leaving his opponent in a dazed state. Once in said state (And ONLY in this state), the victim will start exuding the same fumes as Genzo, and if inhaled by himself, will cause Genzo's body to mutate to adopt attributes relating to the targets fear, although causing them to snap out of the illusion in the process. While in this form, Genzo's overall power will be significantly increased whilst fighting the target or anyone else sharing the same fear. However, if fighting a person who doesn't fear the form he has taken on, this power buff will be completely negated.

When faced with a scenario in which an opponent is readily equipped to deal with his quirk or is receiving backup from others, his tactics would very likely fall apart. The vapour is just barely visible to the naked eye, so if one was perceptive enough they would be able to avoid it by means of either stalling until it naturally dilutes into the surrounding air, or by simply wafting it away if they are equipped to do so. And as of now he can only entrance and feed off of one person's fear at a time, so if his victim were to be accompanied by a second party Genzo wouldn't be much use until fully accumulating his target's fear.

Yeah no I'm glad you brought this to attention lol. Pretty much these exact thoughts crossed my mind while I was writing it up, just genuinely wasn't sure how to work around it, cause I mean I can't really say "he adopts traits of the targets biggest fear EXCEPT for that one" lol.

Your ideas for working around the fear of the dark would work fine imo. Maybe taking on a literal representation of darkness in human shape, while obstructing any light source and expanding due to that like a shadow?

I'm honestly stumped with how to deal with a majority the more abstract, or environmental phobias. I guess I could just have it so that once accumulating the energy instead of transforming they just emit a constant aura, causing the target to feel a certain sensation relating the fear, like just a FEELING of being trapped, or falling from a height for examples. But to me that feels redundant, because this is essentially how the illusions function, maybe something regarding that needs tweaking. I'm genuinely stumped here so I guess all I can say is we'll cross that bridge when we come to it?

As for handling the fear of death, what I previously said could also apply here. Maybe just planting thoughts or visions of death into the mind? Or literally just transforming into a zombified version of the opponent, whilst not gaining their abilities?

That honestly does seem like the best way to work around it. Again I think it'll be easier to come up with a solution to abstract fears once it actually crops up in the RP, so then at least it's not too broad of a spectrum to base a definitive answer upon.
 
Honestly so long as whatever fear he takes on doesn't make him untouchable to other users as he is basically giving himself extra Quirks off this fear sampling then we can tackle application as it goes. Course I am not the best in general with power balance stuff so hopefully as a group we can navigate this as it comes up.

I feel as if that much negativity and fear overwhelming Kai would boost his quirk yes, but the effects of that on him physically and mentally would be extreme. I'm not sure how long he would be able to keep it up, especially only being a year one student at this point in the story. Ultimately it would come down to if that power up from Genzo's negativity would be enough for Kai to take him out before the pressure of all that energy crushes him. An interesting match up imo.

Personality: Kori is a cheerful and bright girl with a strong sense of justice but not a very strong sense of work ethic. She can often come across as lazy but if someone is in danger she will try to protect them at all costs. She is creative and quiet and prefers things when they are peaceful and gets annoyed around overly energetic people. She has some suppressed trauma to do with her brother that she doesn't like to speak about.
Bio/Backstory: Kori's parents were pretty normal people with an average income, they made just enough to take care of Kori and her brother. But her brother wasn't satisfied with just getting by, he wanted more from the world, and on her 9th birthday she awoke to find her parents dead, the police arrived shortly after and she went to live with her aunt, it wasnt until she was 12 that she discovered her brother had killed her parents and become a notorious criminal soon after. She vowed to become a powerful hero, strong enough to stop people like her brother causing anymore pain, of course as long as she wasn't too tired.
Desired development: Too make some friends and improve her quirk.

Quirk name: Cryokinesis
Quirk type: Emitter
Quirk description: Kori's quirk allows her to generate and manipulate ice and cold temperatures. Overuse of her quirk causes her to become fatigue and on extreme become stiff or completely inactive. She is particularly susceptible to heat.
Growth: The growth of her quirk will revolve around improving the resilience of her ice and improving her resilience to heat, eventually leading to her eventually being able to transform her own flesh into pure ice cold enough to quench flames.

These two sound like a nightmare for my villain, Kiira...

Name: Yukage Izumi
Age: 15
Gender: Female
Role: Hero Student.
Likes: History, occasional alone time, learning about quirks,
Dislikes: Explosions, her alone time interrupted, Angering People

Appearance: Izumi is a slightly below average height for a Japanese female (5'1"), on a slimmer frame (if you need a weight, she weighs 100.1 lbs). She has straight, typically tied back Dark hair. Her eyes are a baby blue, with a typical Japanese complexion. On her neck is a pendant given to her by her father. The pendant itself has a black colored figure with A Crescent Moon in the background. This could be a conversation starter for various characters, and any characters that know Pro heroes may be able to identify it as the Nightstriker's Symbol.

Personality: Izumi is a Shyer Individual, more likely to respond if approached. She is however, a determined individual, even if suffering from Depression as of currently. As she opens up, she is more cheerful and bubbly, a sweet young girl, as much as she can be after just going through her Father's funeral. She also has a Serious side when in Hero work.

Bio/Backstory: Her Father was The Nightstriker before her, doing the search of Search and Rescue, especially in Dangerous places. He'd lead the rescue teams to the places using a path he marked out that was safe. She was born 6 years into his career. She lived with her mother and had a normal Childhood, despite her father being a Number 5 Hero at the height of his career. Her Father was killed in a different incident during All Might's Battle against All For One, rescuing Civilians. This was recent, fresh in her mind. It would be unwise to ask about her Father's death, but would be possible to ask about other things about him.

Desired development: Izumi will follow in her Father's footsteps more efficiently, alongside learning more about the heroes that were with him the night he died. She will need Martial Arts to help her if she is found.

Quirk name: Stalker
Quirk type: Emitter
Quirk description: This Quirk is what happens when a Sheer Will Quirk, Melds into Toru Hagakure's and a quirk that silences your footsteps. She is very hard to detect, but can be Detected by Echolocation, and if her mental stability is shattered. There are aspects to this Quirk.

Mental Fortitude: Izumi is resistant but not immune to quirks that affect her mental state. Her Silent step is tied to her mental state.

Silent Step: One can hear her footsteps about as well as the flapping of an Owl's wings. This will fail if her mental state falls.

Invisibility: She can turn herself Invisible similar to Tooru Hagakure, but she can hold the Invisibility for up to five minutes at a time, and no more than 4 times in two Hours or her Light Sensitivity will start climbing, at 6 uses currently is when the Light sensitivity maxes out.

Growth: Extend time and uses, alongside increasing her mental Strength, and also Martial Arts to defend herself if detected. Her quirk awakening will allow her to expand her invisibility to two people for her time limit, which can increase as time goes on.

Name: Hijima Tetsuo
Age: 16
Gender: Male
Role: Hero Student
Likes: The Controlled Aspect of his Quirk, Classes, People, Training, being able to see things.
Dislikes: Boredom, Blocked Views, cattle.

Appearance: Tetsuo is a bit of a Giant at 206 Cm (6'9"), he has typical Short Dark hair, however, due to his Quirk, he has Metallic Grey eyes. He has porcelain skin, but it changes to metal color when his quirk is active. He is on a Muscular frame, with an Estimated weight of 127 kg (280 lbs).

Personality: Tetsuo may look Intimidating, but he is actually a gentle Giant, and a bit of an Academic. He tries to keep himself Entertained as best he can. He is a very Social person, and will approach you rather than the other way around.

Bio/Backstory: Tetsuo was born to a Middle ranking Hero Family, and was trained to use his quirk ever since it came in. During Middle school, someone would try to pick on some of the smaller students and some of the girls. Tetsuo put a stop to that very quickly, with a teacher's help.

Desired development: Him to realize he actually has use in Rescue situations, and how he can be useful.

Quirk name: Iron Berserker
Quirk type: Emitter or Transformation (need help on which)

Quirk description: Tetsuo's quirk is essentially a Quirk Marriage between A Berserker Spirit quirk and a Quirk Similar to Tetsutetsu's. Tetsuo can change his density and properties to be similar to metal as his Anger Rises, from 1.3 g/cm³ to around 6.68 g/cm³ (Antimony's Density) at the start of the RP, the metal's properties similar to Iron and other Magnetic Metals, however the density changes. As of currently his maximum controllable density is 6.68 g/cm³. If he goes beyond his maximum controllable density, he gets sluggish. Due to his Quirk, he has to eat multiple times the normal person's amount of Iron and other Minerals.

Growth: As he trains his Quirk, his Maximum Density will increase eventually to that of Osmium (22.59 g/cm³).

Personality: Senjiro is shy, especially around females. He seems a bit nerdy, but that's because he is. He can usually be seen either studying or trying to improve on his shyness around females. He can be very nervous when meeting others for the first time. Once his nervousness is calmed down, he will talk your ears off about various subjects.

Bio/Backstory: Senjiro was born the Fifth out of seven boys. He was the second of his family to have a quirk, and had been learning how to use his quirk on his own. His days were good to him, he went to the Same Middle School as Tetsuo, and someone tried picking on him, alongside some of the smaller students, but was stopped by Tetsuo with the Help of a Teacher. After that, he worked on preparing for applications. He got accepted for the Support Course.

Desired development: Hoping for Senjiro to be able to talk to females more than he was able to in the beginning of the RP, alongside getting over the nervousness of meeting people for the first time.

However, he needs knowledge on the subject of the document. If it's blueprints or other stuff where Opinions are useful, it can link to an Opinion that the user has.

Growth: He may be able to link documents together, rather than his mind, Later in the RP.

He's the kind to be helpful to those who need it, but not without being a wise-ass about it. Also, he loves swearing. Not excessively obviously, but exactly ONLY when he deems it the most funny.

Bio/Backstory: Hone doesn't actually have a proper birth certificate, on account of the fact that he was considered dead on arrival due to being a skeleton. So, because he pretty much was a guaranteed orphan from the start, it was instead the kids he grew up with who gave him this name (which, by the way, literally just translates into 'Funny Bones'.) Because of his bizarrely unique quirk however, he eventually ended up being picked up on U.A.'s Radar and was approached for an official recommendation into the school.

+ Can still eat, drink, taste, etc. but (mostly) doesn't gain anything out of it.

Name: Yamada Kisuni
Age: 15

Likes: Teasing easy targets, Cold weather, Sweets, Thrills and Excitement, Company
Dislikes: Things not going her way, Hot weather, Spicy food, Boredom, Loneliness

Appearance: Kisuni has orange brown hair tied in a ponytail, which goes down to her neck when it's let loose. She has blue eyes, a medium skin tone, an athletic build with a noticeable bust, and stands at 5'3. When not in uniform, Kisuni wears a frilly light blue dress, black tighhighs, and white flats. She wears a white hairband with a small bow of the same color in and out of uniform.

Personality: On the surface, Kisuni appears to be a kind and innocent individual, usually seen acting cheerful and easy to approach. However, this personality is simply an act that she uses to get close to people and convince them to do things for her. The real Kisuni is blunt, merciless with her words and a bit boyish. She also has an air of distance when she is her true self, as if she has trouble forming real connections.

The girl is also kind of a flirt and a tease, finding enjoyment in getting reactions out of people. She especially likes to tease people she thinks are easy targets. Sometimes, her true face can be seen slipping through the cracks of her mask. Nonetheless, Kisuni knows when to be respectful and isn't above giving apologies when she feels what she has done or said was out of place. She aims to become a respectable hero, despite her attitude.

Kisuni is naturally very good at persuasion, whether by enticement or by provocation. With the versatility and unpredictable aspect of her Quirk, Kisuni has also learned to improvise and be flexible. Becoming quick to adapt to different situations. With that said, the young lady has a tendency to grow frustrated when things don't go her way which could cause her to act rashly.

Bio/Backstory: Growing up, Kisuni has never really felt drawn to anything. She didn't have any aspirations or any goals for the future. The girl always had a sense of distance between her and her surroundings. Her family was a very average one too, the only member having ties to any hero business was Kisuni's great grand-father, who simply worked as an accountant for a hero agency. As such, the thoughts of becoming a pro hero never would have crossed the young Kisuni’s mind under normal circumstances. However, a fateful encounter during her middle childhood changed that.

Due to her distant nature, the girl had trouble forming connections with other people, leaving her alone for most of her childhood. She didn’t have many if any friends and usually walked home from school alone as a result. These trips are usually rather dull and uneventful, save for the occasional pigeon or squirrel that passed by, but there was one day that was different. Back when Kisuni was 10, during one of these mundane walks back from school, an injured villain suddenly fell before her. Before the girl could react, the villain quickly got up and grabbed her, holding her as a hostage as the heroes arrived on the scene. After a lengthy hostage situation, the heroes were eventually able to subdue the villain and Kisuni came out of the ordeal without a scratch.

Typically, most normal people would have been greatly traumatized by this stressful situation, especially for someone as young as Kisuni. However, the young girl had a different reaction. Yes, the feelings of fear, uncertainty and anxiety filled the girl’s mind, but so did something else. For the first time since she can remember, Kisuni felt real thrill and excitement. What should have been scarring for most actually woke something up deep within the girl. She found enjoyment in the face of life threatening danger.

After that day, Kisuni has made up her mind. She was going to join the hero course.

Quirk name: Copy-Kiss

Quirk type: Emitter

Quirk description: Kisuni can copy the Quirk of anyone she makes lip contacts with. She can only copy one Quirk at a time, and kissing someone else will override her current one. The drawback of the copied Quirk still applies to her. It might take a varying amount of time for her to get used to the power she copied.

Quirk: Apparition (Mutant)

Koichi's mutant type quirk gives him pretty much all the abilities of your standard ghost. He's able to phase through solid objects and surfaces, although it is more an on/off switch type of situation. He can also float and then be able to fly at pretty high speeds, with strong winds causing him to go a lot faster than usual. Overall his quirk doesn't really give him anything in the way of power or offensive capability, meaning that in a straight up brawl he's unlikely to do very well. Due to this, in combat he tends to focus on distraction and evasion, while going in for the occasional attack.
Another thing to add is that, courtesy of his Mother, Koichi has a fairly large tongue that is coated in a thick layer of paralysis inducing saliva. It's not nearly as effective as his Mom's is, but if he's able to smother someone with his tongue it will stun them for a short while. Although he really hates doing this, as he thinks it's just pretty nasty.
Growth: Majorly improving combat capabilities.
After reading the Qurik bio, this feels more like a transformation type since it has the option to be turned on and off.
 
Right as promised, here's a villain character. Although I'm pretty sure I've included enough drawbacks, do let me know if this quirk still needs a little nerfing. Also just tell me if you need anything clearing up, may've gotten a little messy with the description toward the end lol.

Appearance: Genzo stands at a height of 6'2, with a built but still lean physique, and a fairly wide frame. (Remaining features seen below)
Likes: Any form of literature, Beach days, Money
Dislikes: Winter, Those who he deems "boring", Dishonesty
Personality: A shining beacon of honesty and sincerity...in quite possibly the least pleasant way. Genzo is incredibly judgemental, outspoken and scornful. The only positive quality you could muster up is that at the very least he's very unapologetically himself, altough given the nature of his character, that is hardly a positive. Genzo doesn't particularly believe in decent human beings, viewing all good deeds as means of concealing ones true colors. He takes a calous pleasure in witnessing the decay of what he would consider a facade, convinced that people are only themselves once depraved of all morals. As a result of this skewed ideology, Genzo only ever finds himself connecting with those that he would consider "authentic", paying absolutely no mind to the actual contents of their character.
History: A childhood incident in which his usually decent and well meaning Father snapped in a fit of drunken rage led to the manifestation of his current views. After leaving middle school, he enrolled in U.A. high's hero course, thinking that would be the best place to find proof of genuine human decency, but during his time there he only encountered individuals and witnessed events that further reinforced his previous beliefs, with a newfound disdain for heroes, believing them to be exactly what he objected against, he left the hero program to follow his own misguided path. (Will probably flesh this out more in future, just gonna stick with a condensed version for now lol)

Quirk: Terror (Emitter/Accumulation?)

Fears, everyone has one, wether it be the irrational fear of spiders, or the VERY rational fear of clowns. Genzo Hyokai's quirk preys on that exact notion. Through a cluster of holes on his left hand (trypophobia anyone?), Genzo expels a fear-inducing pheromone, the effects of which vary from person to person, attacking one or more of the opponents fives senses, dependent on how it enters the body. If the vapour enters through only the eyes for example, it will trigger a purely visual illusion while omitting all other effects, making the illusion much less convincing and weakening the overall effect, and giving the target room to snap out of it through means of increasing mental fortitude or an external force. However, if it were infiltrate the body through all external organs this would result in a fully realized illusion, simultaneously assaulting all five senses and leaving his opponent in a dazed state. Once in said state (And ONLY in this state), the victim will start exuding the same fumes as Genzo, and if inhaled by himself, will cause Genzo's body to mutate to adopt attributes relating to the targets fear, although causing them to snap out of the illusion in the process. While in this form, Genzo's overall power will be significantly increased whilst fighting the target or anyone else sharing the same fear. However, if fighting a person who doesn't fear the form he has taken on, this power buff will be completely negated.

When faced with a scenario in which an opponent is readily equipped to deal with his quirk or is receiving backup from others, his tactics would very likely fall apart. The vapour is just barely visible to the naked eye, so if one was perceptive enough they would be able to avoid it by means of either stalling until it naturally dilutes into the surrounding air, or by simply wafting it away if they are equipped to do so. And as of now he can only entrance and feed off of one person's fear at a time, so if his victim were to be accompanied by a second party Genzo wouldn't be much use until fully accumulating his target's fear.

I'm liking the collection of misfits that are building for villainy. Very interesting quirk, been reviewing over the discussion around it too as yeah it does seem troublesome with the abstract stuff. I like the dark idea, becoming a personification of it. Maybe with Melusine's fear her worry becomes stronger to a paranoid sense and illusions of innocents are formed which further fuels said worry and paranoia.

It's tricky but the discussion that's been held seems to of covered it all, I trust you not to be too crazy with it and it's also just a really good plot tool. Reminds me of Mysterio from Spiderman somewhat and the students facing their greatest fears would be hella interesting.

Appearance: Izumi is a slightly below average height for a Japanese female (5'1"), on a slimmer frame (if you need a weight, she weighs 100.1 lbs). She has straight, typically tied back Dark hair. Her eyes are a baby blue, with a typical Japanese complexion. On her neck is a pendant given to her by her father. The pendant itself has a black colored figure with A Crescent Moon in the background. This could be a conversation starter for various characters, and any characters that know Pro heroes may be able to identify it as the Nightstriker's Symbol.

Personality: Izumi is a Shyer Individual, more likely to respond if approached. She is however, a determined individual, even if suffering from Depression as of currently. As she opens up, she is more cheerful and bubbly, a sweet young girl, as much as she can be after just going through her Father's funeral. She also has a Serious side when in Hero work.

Bio/Backstory: Her Father was The Nightstriker before her, doing the search of Search and Rescue, especially in Dangerous places. He'd lead the rescue teams to the places using a path he marked out that was safe. She was born 6 years into his career. She lived with her mother and had a normal Childhood, despite her father being a Number 5 Hero at the height of his career. Her Father was killed in a different incident during All Might's Battle against All For One, rescuing Civilians. This was recent, fresh in her mind. It would be unwise to ask about her Father's death, but would be possible to ask about other things about him.

Desired development: Izumi will follow in her Father's footsteps more efficiently, alongside learning more about the heroes that were with him the night he died. She will need Martial Arts to help her if she is found.

Quirk name: Stalker
Quirk type: Emitter
Quirk description: This Quirk is what happens when a Sheer Will Quirk, Melds into Toru Hagakure's and a quirk that silences your footsteps. She is very hard to detect, but can be Detected by Echolocation, and if her mental stability is shattered. There are aspects to this Quirk.

Mental Fortitude: Izumi is resistant but not immune to quirks that affect her mental state. Her Silent step is tied to her mental state.

Silent Step: One can hear her footsteps about as well as the flapping of an Owl's wings. This will fail if her mental state falls.

Invisibility: She can turn herself Invisible similar to Tooru Hagakure, but she can hold the Invisibility for up to five minutes at a time, and no more than 4 times in two Hours or her Light Sensitivity will start climbing, at 6 uses currently is when the Light sensitivity maxes out.

Growth: Extend time and uses, alongside increasing her mental Strength, and also Martial Arts to defend herself if detected. Her quirk awakening will allow her to expand her invisibility to two people for her time limit, which can increase as time goes on.

Appearance: Tetsuo is a bit of a Giant at 206 Cm (6'9"), he has typical Short Dark hair, however, due to his Quirk, he has Metallic Grey eyes. He has porcelain skin, but it changes to metal color when his quirk is active. He is on a Muscular frame, with an Estimated weight of 127 kg (280 lbs).

Personality: Tetsuo may look Intimidating, but he is actually a gentle Giant, and a bit of an Academic. He tries to keep himself Entertained as best he can. He is a very Social person, and will approach you rather than the other way around.

Appearance: Well.. he's a skeleton. Not much to say there. No point in wearing clothes considering he's got nothing to hide. Also because anything besides a robe would sooner or later get stuck between his bones, anyway. Considering school rules though, you can count a student uniform being his one and only outfit, excluding his future hero costume that is still yet to be planned.

Personality:
Hone is a half-serious, half-joking kind of guy. He loves to be sarcastic and tease others, but knows when to get down to brass tacks when needed. He's the kind to be helpful to those who need it, but not without being a wise-ass about it. Also, he loves swearing. Not excessively obviously, but exactly ONLY when he deems it the most funny.

Bio/Backstory: Hone doesn't actually have a proper birth certificate, on account of the fact that he was considered dead on arrival due to being a skeleton. So, because he pretty much was a guaranteed orphan from the start, it was instead the kids he grew up with who gave him this name (which, by the way, literally just translates into 'Funny Bones'.) Because of his bizarrely unique quirk however, he eventually ended up being picked up on U.A.'s Radar and was approached for an official recommendation into the school.

Desired Development: I imagine Omoshi to mainly serve as comic relief who switches between serious and silly like a lightswitch, though he could potentially get his own arc in the future if I want to plan it out eventually. Asides from that.. maybe his personal goal was to build up a positive reputation for himself? Something along that way.

Quirk Name (Type): Skeleton (Mutant)

Quirk Description: This quirk turns the user into.. you guessed it, a skeleton! This not only negates any biological limitations the user would've had (exhaustion, hunger, etc.), but it also allows the user to strengthen and empower themselves using the power of calcium.

Quirk Pros and Cons:
+
No more sleep, aging, disease and the like. Hooray!
+ Can still eat, drink, taste, etc. but (mostly) doesn't gain anything out of it.
+ With the power of calcium, Omoshiroi can go bad to the bone real quick.
+ Can still train his body to become stronger, faster, etc.
- Calcium deficiency causes brittle bones, so Omoshi needs to be careful about using too much.
- Due to the above, still needs to consume calcium to survive. Lots more than any normal person, too.
- Cannot recover through conventional means, only through calcium or special quirks.
-/+ People tend to be freaked out at a walking, talking skeleton.


Growth: Not much to develop for a skeleton, is there? I suppose his quirk awakening could be that he learns how to split apart-, move and re-form detached body parts on their own and.. that's about it, really.

Name: Yamada Kisuni

Appearance: Kisuni has orange brown hair tied in a ponytail, which goes down to her neck when it's let loose. She has blue eyes, a medium skin tone, an athletic build with a noticeable bust, and stands at 5'3. When not in uniform, Kisuni wears a frilly light blue dress, black tighhighs, and white flats. She wears a white hairband with a small bow of the same color in and out of uniform.

Personality: On the surface, Kisuni appears to be a kind and innocent individual, usually seen acting cheerful and easy to approach. However, this personality is simply an act that she uses to get close to people and convince them to do things for her. The real Kisuni is blunt, merciless with her words and a bit boyish. She also has an air of distance when she is her true self, as if she has trouble forming real connections.

The girl is also kind of a flirt and a tease, finding enjoyment in getting reactions out of people. She especially likes to tease people she thinks are easy targets. Sometimes, her true face can be seen slipping through the cracks of her mask. Nonetheless, Kisuni knows when to be respectful and isn't above giving apologies when she feels what she has done or said was out of place. She aims to become a respectable hero, despite her attitude.

Kisuni is naturally very good at persuasion, whether by enticement or by provocation. With the versatility and unpredictable aspect of her Quirk, Kisuni has also learned to improvise and be flexible. Becoming quick to adapt to different situations. With that said, the young lady has a tendency to grow frustrated when things don't go her way which could cause her to act rashly.

Bio/Backstory: Growing up, Kisuni has never really felt drawn to anything. She didn't have any aspirations or any goals for the future. The girl always had a sense of distance between her and her surroundings. Her family was a very average one too, the only member having ties to any hero business was Kisuni's great grand-father, who simply worked as an accountant for a hero agency. As such, the thoughts of becoming a pro hero never would have crossed the young Kisuni’s mind under normal circumstances. However, a fateful encounter during her middle childhood changed that.

Due to her distant nature, the girl had trouble forming connections with other people, leaving her alone for most of her childhood. She didn’t have many if any friends and usually walked home from school alone as a result. These trips are usually rather dull and uneventful, save for the occasional pigeon or squirrel that passed by, but there was one day that was different. Back when Kisuni was 10, during one of these mundane walks back from school, an injured villain suddenly fell before her. Before the girl could react, the villain quickly got up and grabbed her, holding her as a hostage as the heroes arrived on the scene. After a lengthy hostage situation, the heroes were eventually able to subdue the villain and Kisuni came out of the ordeal without a scratch.

Typically, most normal people would have been greatly traumatized by this stressful situation, especially for someone as young as Kisuni. However, the young girl had a different reaction. Yes, the feelings of fear, uncertainty and anxiety filled the girl’s mind, but so did something else. For the first time since she can remember, Kisuni felt real thrill and excitement. What should have been scarring for most actually woke something up deep within the girl. She found enjoyment in the face of life threatening danger.

After that day, Kisuni has made up her mind. She was going to join the hero course.

Quirk name: Copy-Kiss

Quirk type: Emitter

Quirk description: Fuku can copy the Quirk of anyone she makes lip contacts with. She can only copy one Quirk at a time, and kissing someone else will override her current one. The drawback of the copied Quirk still applies to her. It might take a varying amount of time for her to get used to the power she copied.
Interesting quirk and character, awesome addition to the cast.

I imagine it somewhat like Monoma's quirk where they kinda can an innate understanding of how to use it but like Monoma's is there a possibility for duds?

Quirk description: Tatsuya's body is only vaguely human. While her scales provide near perfect protection from various attacks, they are a touch more vulnerable around the joints and prevent her body from properly expelling excess bodyheat. She has an extra organ in her chest that stores combustible gases that she can expell in the form of fire breath. While full, this same organ aids in flight by making her body lighter than the air around her. Her tail and wings are fully developed and her eyes allow her to see in the dark. She also has a false palette like a crocodile to prevent flames from going back down her throat.
Growth: How will the quirk development, any awakenings.

Yeah that's pretty accurate, the dud would work in the same way as the Quirk can't copy the stockpile built up over time from Quirks that have those. Unless you will allow me to also copy the current stockpile of a Quirk.

Looks good. Would prefer if the scales provided some protection as opposed to near perfect but other than that a really cool quirk! I like the false palette addition, really clever!

I would be happy to as long as it made sense I suppose? I have two characters with a stockpile in a sense, Jouji and Roteki which wouldn't be duds but she'd need to either eat bugs for Jouji's case or find water absorb for Roteki's case cuz like where would they come from? We'll take it on a case by case basics, discuss with the other's how/if it would work if she tries to copy one of their powers.
