I don't really know how long their journey took, but I get the impression that it wasn't long. They could probably make it back into the leaf by the evening or tomorrow morning if they rushed based on the urgency of the situation.

It's merely a short time skip away.

Just feels weird that they'd go from some other village in the Land of Fire to Konoha and time would not have passed anywhere else XD
