Sagisō

Skipping back and forth between the bamboo poles, performing a myriad of acrobatics as both she and her clones crisscrossed in mid-air, Sagisō had a pleased smirk on face. Although she hadn't perfectly learned the Twin Lion Step, she'd at least got down the basics and could feel herself making steady progress. Perhaps, within a month or two, she'd be able to perfectly execute the twin lion step without issue. A mix of glee and concentration had her sinking into her own thoughts, but Shura's voice soon arrived and snapped her out of it.

Halting her training, and allowing her body to miss her targetted bamboo pole by a thin margin. Sagisō, instead latching onto it with her hand as she fell, used it as a pivot, swinging her body around it as she descended in a spiral. Smirking towards Shura she quipped, "Of course I'm not doing the same training as you, I already got the basics beaten into me before the Chūnin exams, I haven't lost them yet. You're curious~? Would you like to see the results of my training?"

With a hint of challenge creeping into her voice, she goaded Shura to battle. Her arm having been broken for the past few months and having been reduced to low-intensity training, Sagisō was itching to stretch her muscles, and sparring would be the perfect medium.

But no worries Shen, she'll be training that technique for some time to come, I didn't particularly have anything else I wanted her to train since she doesn't need any sorta major power boost at this point. It'll be several more months in RP before she can actually use the Twin lion step.

Shippuden Hinata learned it in a couple of months, and Sagisō's isn't a perfected version, its not even a close to completed version. It's completely un-utilizable in battle because it's unstable in terms of its form, and I've yet to even start her training on the chakra absorbing section of the jutsu.

She's got lots more to do before it's anywhere near the Perfected Twin Lion step.

I've done my fair bit of research on the jutsu;

Hinata only started learning it after Ino told her about Naruto's Rasenshuriken.

In the anime, it is shown that during some time in Part II after learning from Ino of Naruto's new technique, Hinata trained with Neji to develop her own. By expelling chakra from the tenketsu as an innate ability exclusive to the Hyūga, and using precise chakra control, Hinata was able to shape the chakra around her fists in the form of blue guardian lions, as witnessed by both Neji and Hanabi.

The unperfected version is useless, it's not even a version. Well, more aptly it's inefficient.

Around each of her fists, blue balls of fiery chakra swirled unsteadily, its form appeared to be irregular as if Sagisō hadn't been able to properly control her own chakra, and the manifestation of chakra seemed to be a bit on the shaky side, as the jutsu seemed to flicker in and out of existence.

What's she's training right now is the Twin Lion-Shape, which is to say just making the lion images, which is a feat of sheer form transformation. By the next time skip, I'll have her start on another part of the jutsu.

Using it as is now is like a more wasteful vacuum palm since it would, in essence, do the same thing, strengthen a palm blow, except it'd have the chakra cost of something like 8 trigrams rotation. Totally not worth it.

Personally, at that point, I think I'd have Sagisō avoid fights since the Akatsuki will be hunting her. The only thing I have planned for Shippuden Sagisō is Azumi's betrayal, other than that, she'll probably be a reclusive cat-woman. Oh, and she'll frequently head to the Mist to check on her best buddy, Kai.

I'd probably main Furījia, or Baiyan since they'll be more relevant to the plot at that point.

Hard to get excited for it, Kiro and Sagiso are gonna be so OP and then just...vanish from the plot to avoid the consequence of actually being OP. It's terrifying, and frustrating to a degree cause I want this fight to be hype but logically there'd be no reason to get hyped for it given how many leaps Sagiso is gonna make.

This might sound selfish but if you’re not sure, help me out with the Uchiha. Flesh the clan out you know. Have Raiku try and show Kiro the good of the Uchiha... it’ll make it a more emotional decision to kill them all if he becomes conflicted.

Umbrella kenjutsu is excellent for controlling the distance in a fight. Hmmm, have Azumi learn some swordsmanship from Baiyan. You've been swinging around that umbrella like a club all Rp lol, but what you really should be doing is using it to crowd control. You can control distance by opening and closing the Umbrella at close distance and peppering with Senbon.

But that advice is sound, and we'll see where the interaction with Baiyan and Azumi goes now that I've had her begin discussion between them. I just hope you can at least see why I have these reservations for the fight when I keep hearing all this Sagiso stuff is all.
