Oh boy, whos going to set up the wedding? Also time to go back to the Sound Four Chase arc to read up on some info..,.'Reaver...was it? Rather than summoned creature...husband...might fit a bit better..?'
Huh....well out of the frying pan and into the fire XD.Oh boy, whos going to set up the wedding? Also time to go back to the Sound Four Chase arc to read up on some info..,.
Nai, it was a draw.Did baiyan lose?
I only said get the wedding ready cause of the quote in my previous post here. Also does anyone know where the Taiyo vs Jirobo fight starts? If could help me find it that would be great!Nai, it was a draw.

Taiyo
As his friend called out to dodge the fireball, he acted immediately, sidestepping just as the fireball wished past him. Taiyo looked the explosion dead in the eye, a glare sharper than any icicle Kia could ever produce. When the dust cleared he saw Jirobo, the one responsible for trapping him and his friend in there.
This one's for you, Tsuki.
"Hey bug guy, though you could get rid of us?"
So...do I change it or leave it alone?Hmmm, opinions on the result of this clash?
I'm a bit undecided on how to play it.
Trading blows seems fine and all... but since Furījia's attack is one designed to disrupt ninjutsu... it wouldn't be much of a clash?
The Thunderclap palm targets the chakra network to induce 'spasms' similar to how muscles would react to an electric current. It basically moots one's abilities to control their chakra with fine-tuning...
It would, in theory, disrupt Taiyo's ability to even maintain FBS much less attack with it, since he wouldn't be able to control the chakra output. I was expecting a dodge rather than a clash, so a clash puts me in a bit of a pickle.
depends?So...do I change it or leave it alone?
Kay cool, my objective was not further Taiyo's losing streak so we end it in a draw and everyone is happy.depends?
Given that the move you're using should be of a higher class it should be able to overpower Furījia's move, which isn't much of an attack in the first place.
That's still an available route.
Furījia can also block...I guess, then end the battle in a draw? They aren't really fighting at full power, it's not much of a reference point, but Furījia's abilities have been displayed enough, so my objective has been achieved either way.
Meh.Well, if I had to say anything, I feel Taiyo flat out losing to Furijia after training from Jiraiya kind of....is an insanely low blow myself.
-----Edit------
As a Yu-Gi-Oh fan, seeing a character go through a training arc to improve themselves only to immediately lose their first fight is the worst feeling ever. Freaking Vrains....
My thoughts exactly. Only thing I would add is I don’t think brawler FBS is good against gentle fistMeh.
It's no such thing. He's grossly underprepared to be battling a Hyūga and he's only really in this position because of said under-preparation.
Rather than any real merit of her own strength, Furījia keeps damaging Taiyo because he keeps making these types of 'mistakes'.
- Tried to pull a smoke screen against the Byakugan.
- Went for close-combat against a Hyūga.
- Pulled metal weapons out against as lightning-nature user.
Meh.

Well if it makes you feel any better, there are more fights to come, and I doubt he'll only have one W throughout the entire RPWell, if I had to say anything, I feel Taiyo flat out losing to Furijia after training from Jiraiya kind of....is an insanely low blow myself.
Type it in the existing PM, it'd be a good reminder of all the stuff I have, plus I need all the help I can get with strategies. Cause I feel like a worker who was told to build a neuclear generator on the first day of the job, and I naturally dont know what Im doing xD.*shrug* if I was taiyo I would’ve done a different approach using his other skills. If you’d like soul, I’d pm what I would’ve done

Yea, the only way he could've possibly made things worst was by trying to punch her or something like that ~w~My thoughts exactly. Only thing I would add is I don’t think brawler FBS is good against gentle fist
Your assessment is flawed. That doesn't make it any better. It only shows his strength increase didn't impact his actual on field performance as a girl who was a non-fighter and knocked out by a tree the last arc running away can kick his ass despite literal training from a Sannin.
A loss would kinda hammer that point home. If you can't get it down with your training in practical situations it is kinda moot since he can't use it to its full benefit. Which is why I reserve saying Tomiko or Kenji "improved" till they are tested in battle.
Join the club kiddoIt's okay, I suck at battle strategies as well XD
Well from what I see it though, is that Taiyo has many different unique tools at his disposal, and even a direct melee engagement wouldn’t put him at a huge risk because his puppet parts don’t use chakra points. So he didnt use TOO bad of tactics to useIt's okay, I suck at battle strategies as well XD
*catch arm, jab other part of body with gentle fist, still paralyzes*Well from what I see it though, is that Taiyo has many different unique tools at his disposal, and even a direct melee engagement wouldn’t put him at a huge risk because his puppet parts don’t use chakra points. Grabbing an arm that has secret mechanisms like blades, wrists saws, foldable limbs, and other hidden parts would be equally if not more deadly*catch arm, jab other part of body with gentle fist, still paralyzes*

When faced with a user of the gentle fist you must either keep your distance or be confident in not getting hit.
Your assessment is flawed.
Let me give you an example then;
What Taiyo just did was akin to doing a ton of training with a visual genjutsu specialist, then coming back and trying to defeat an Uchiha with Genjutsu as his first task.
Or another example;
Learning Taijutsu from the Hyūga, and then as going out to challenge a Hōzuki.
He literally went and took almost the worst possible approach, in fact, an approach his opponent specializes in countering. Using the result of that battle as judgement...well, it wouldn't prove anything.
But no advice will matter if your not enjoying the battle itself. Its a lot easier to counter-attack when youve got a clear image of what the roleplay looks like in your head and you look forward to your opponents next move.
True, for example you could take Blue Vegeta, currently the worst character in DBFZ, and have some chance at beating Cell, the best character in the game.spite of that situation in battle that counts.
WOAH when did kisame v Sagiso happen??!Honestly I was glad Reaver stepped in between Azumi vs. Baiyan. Baiyan would have kicked Azumi's ass as she was about to go on the offensive on her and the difference in tactics would highlight this XD
You mean Kurenai vs. Itachi? Yeah, and Kurenai's reputation among the fandom is that she sucks.
Also I presume you mean AU Hozuki. Cause in canon they kinda sucked. Kisame held back Sagiso with pure swordsmanship and Sagiso was kinda a punching bag for everyone...even meele fighters.
But the point is you are not gonna avoid bad matchups. It's going to happen no matter what you do....it's how you do in spite of that situation in battle that counts.
considering he’s had them for only two weeks and Jiraiya, not a puppet master trained him, it might be possible he doesn’t know how to access those? Plus I’m not 100% sure madoka would just put a bunch of deadly weapons that can kill a 3 man squad in a ninja she just met and isn’t even in her villageGrabbing an arm that has secret mechanisms like blades, wrists saws, foldable limbs, and other hidden parts would be equally if not more deadly
So what are we waiting on now before we can set off on the mission

The puppet arms don't have chakra points but they still utilize chakra to move. Getting hit with the gentle fist would essentially turn the arm into a block of wood.Well from what I see it though, is that Taiyo has many different unique tools at his disposal, and even a direct melee engagement wouldn’t put him at a huge risk because his puppet parts don’t use chakra points. This is good advice.Id say you guys are underestimating yourself. I know im just a battle fueled junkie with a god complex, but it makes me put extra effort into my techniques and strategy.
But no advice will matter if your not enjoying the battle itself. Its a lot easier to counter-attack when look forward to your opponents move. And you seem to spend a lot of time talking about what you cant do, vs exploring the options you do have, which cant be fun.
Even in canon, the Hōzuki are immune to Taijutsu because of their Hiden, it takes lightning release to really harm them with taijutsu.Honestly I was glad Reaver stepped in between Azumi vs. Baiyan. Baiyan would have kicked Azumi's ass as she was about to go on the offensive on her and the difference in tactics would highlight this XD

Furijia v taiyo for meMy slow ass most likely XD.
Sorry, had a really busy day today. Got RPs to reply to, gonna work on them ASAP.
That was you trying to make everyone happy syndrome, not exactly anyone’s fault reallyProblem with that is the last time I just tried to do what was fun in a RP fight for me was Tomiko vs. Kiro. And everyone saw how that went, so I had to modify it to be as cheese as possible as opposed to what I find fun to try and win. It doesn't work for everyone.
I still don’t see why Raiku can’t just walk over there...Furijia v taiyo for me
^THIS cmon people we need to get a move on XDSo what are we waiting on now before we can set off on the mission
