If we ever wanted just a downer arc with our cast of different nations to interact or less serious (As in to the death) fights we'd need A. A place where such a set up was possible. Like an sanctuary or something. B. A means to enforce shit so that Oto don't do Oto things ans we don't dogpile them.

If we do an arc, it would likely need to be its own thing taken as an aside from the Main Story. Most of our OCs won't drop everything to go to a festival in another country xD

Also, if I recall correctly Zander has a hatred of hot springs...or something like that.

There's plenty of excuses. Such as Azumi scouting for people to go to her team, Orochimaru sending his ninja to get more information, Taiyo having the possibility to meet up again with Tsuki, etc.

We'll probably have a whole mini-party lol. I'd need to do a bit more planning though, and it'd need to be right after Sagisō gets released. I doubt Kiro and Tayuya will be around long enough for Sagisō's return to the Leaf.

Unless Tayuya gets taken back this arc she is stuck in Konoha till she is shipped somewhere else.

Well this is mainly us celebrating our characters and what we’ve accomplished during the past year. Our characters wouldn’t be celebrating unless we do some fourth wall thing or something.

That's for something else. Don't worry about those boxes, just pretend they don't exist.

A Year's worth of tea, however, is a far more lucrative deal. Ya'll don't understand the value of Tea. Nations are made and destroyed over tea! Take it from Hong Kong, a Nation formed because of Tea.
