I said I would write a fic, and here it is. If you're going to say how bad my writing is, at least give me some reason why. No saying it just fails or stuff like that.
And with that way we go with my first fic, that I will try to finish, Never Give in.

A girl, no more than the age of twenty was hanging upside down by her feet. She answered willingly, no hint of distress or anxiety in her voice. She was being asked questions by an unknown person in the shadows. She was hung by her feet, blood rushing towards her head. The feeling in her head was awkward. It was a mix of emotions to say the very least.
The unknown person got up and walked towards her. She had no fight left in her. She let her captor come close to her. The person came up to her, tiled her chin upward towards their face and looked into her eyes deeply. She couldn't do anything to resist the person's gaze. She looked into the eyes unwillingly until she began to lose her breath and her vision became a blur. She closed her eyes half-heatedly, trying to get away from the gaze.
The person stepped back and muttered something aloud. He casually walked towards the exit of the small room. He turned off the lights in the room and stepped out the door. He pushed the steel door shut and hit a small switch to the left of the doorway. It released a thin, yellow gas into the room. She tried to hold her breath, but she had to give in and inhaled the yellow gas. The gas filled her lungs quickly and before she could utter another sound, or take another breath, she was out cold from the yellow knockout gas the person had put in. She lay their, motionless, almost in a death-like state. Her breathing was shallow, her heart beat slowed down. Everything about her pointed towards the direction that she was almost dead.
"Interesting. You, keep a watch on her. Make sure she doesn't fall off or anything. If she does, you're being held responsible. You go it?" bellowed a voice from the intercom. He had observed everything from a distant room and sounded amused at what had happened.
"Of course sire. I understand fully," replied the same person who had been in the room early. The person got up and walked around the hall before getting a chair and sat down to do some observations on the girl.

"Come on. At this ungodly hour of all times. And just got to bed too," remarked a young girl. She was 5'8, and was about 18-19 years old based upon appearance alone. She had long hair that reached down to her hips, and the bangs were long enough to cover part of her face. She had a slim figure, yet a strong physique to go with her beauty. Everyone that saw here were often in awe with her beauty and physical ability.
She looked at the caller ID and recognized it quite quickly. She picked up the phone and answered in a harsh voice, "This had better be good. I just got to sleep. You do know what time it is right now?" She was not known to be stern or harsh, but she was when she was extremely agitated.
"Sorry to bother you, but this is an emergency. Please come down to facility as soon as you can. It's extremely urgent. It requires your immediate attention Miss," replied the caller, in a scared voice. Whoever the caller was obviously frightened by the girl.
"Very well then. It had better be good, since you are disturbing my beauty sleep," replied the girl, with an annoyed voice. "I'll be there at 09:00 hours then."
She put the phone down and proceeded to change from her silk nightgown into a pair of black athletic shorts and a blue long-sleeved shirt. She grabbed her fanny pack and her shoulder slung bag. She had all her tools and gadgets on her belt and before she left, she went out to her miniature lab and grabbed six objects on the desk before leaving. Six spherical objects of varying colour and minor shape differences. She left the lab and hopped on her motor bike and began to drive towards her destination.
Multiple thoughts swirled in her mind about why they called. She had just gotten back from one place, and by the urgency of her caller, it sounded like she was leaving again. She drove carefully and noticed that the place she lived in was a place of such peace and tranquility. She was blessed to live in such a place. However, she had envious thoughts daily now. With them driving her nuts now, she had no time for family and friends, like most normal people. Mostly, her best friend and sibling, both of which she hasn't heard from for a while now, were almost never seen. She had thoughts of suicide at points, but her close friends and family intervened and made her reconsider her choice. This was another one of those times. She was contemplating leaving them to have a more peaceful life, but they wouldn't have any of it. They kept her and she had no choice. Why they didn't let her do what she wanted boggled her mind, and had let her spirit drop. She was in no mood for fun and games from them. She almost despised them now.
She eventually got to her destination, right on time. She left her motor bike outside in the parking lot and walked towards the building. She took smooth, graceful steps towards the front door, and anticipated someone from the building would be there to greet her. They would go through what they do every time. Ask pointless, mind numbing questions and get the same result every time. Her answering one question and then refusing to answer anymore because she got annoyed at their protocol quite quickly would end it. She hoped that they would forego it this time, so she could get back home and go to sleep, blocking all outer world interference and go into the depths of her calm and tranquil mind.
"Hello, Miss. It is good to see you again," greeted the man that was sent out to see her this time.
She decided on a very forward approach today, to avoid the protocol. "This had better be good. I'm not going through what we usually do. Got it? Give me the reason why you called me and say it now, before I decide to leave," exclaimed the girl.
"Right away, Miss," responded the man. "If you would just follow me to the next room please, we can begin the discussion you want to get over with." The man began to walk towards the room, with her following right behind.
"At least this one has some sense in him. I'll try and convince them to get this guy to greet me all the time now," thought the young girl as she walked into the room. She closed the door behind her and took a seat on the chair.
"Miss," started the man, "There is a great situation on our hands now. We've lost contact with someone, and we need you to go find her."
"Any reason why you chose me, sir? There are others capable of this task here. If it's a simple rescue someone and get it done, I'm not your person. You know I'm one of the top agents here," remarked the girl.
"I know that, Miss. But there is a reason why I chose you over everyone else. The person in question is M.I.A. We haven't gotten a communication, message of any sort for a while a while now," replied the man.
"So the person is M.I.A.? We have other experienced people here too," justifying her answer with a list he had on the table with people's names.
"There's one little thing I haven't mentioned yet. The person M.I.A. is agent Neveu. Alyssa Neveu. I'm aware that the two of you share a close bond with each other," remarked then man.
"A…Alyssa….," stuttered the girl, who dropped her head and began to have tears from around her eyes.
"Yes. Do you wish to accept the mission Miss?" asked the man, who had gotten up to comfort the girl.
"Yes. Anything for her," replied the girl, who had regained her composure. "Do you know her location?"
"Yes, right around here in the Tanoby Ruins somewhere. I've narrowed her position down to the Viapois Chamber. She's somewhere there. Get her out of there Miss. That's your mission," said the man.
"Of course. I'll be on my way then," replied the girl calmly. She got up and began to walk towards the door.
"One thing before you go Miss. Please be careful. I'm concerned for you. When I first saw you, you're nothing like you are now. Take care. Your ride to the destination is on the roof. It leaves at 10:00 hours," said the man, with some concern in his voice.
"I will try sir. And please don't worry about me. It's none of your concerns about me changing. Don't pay any mind to it please," replied the girl.
With that, she left the room and made her way towards the roof. The plane would be there for her in thirty minutes. She found an office and entered it. She sat down and thought about what had just happened to her in the past twenty minutes. Her best friend was M.I.A. She was beginning to become very suicidal now and felt like she had a part of herself die when she heard her best friend was missing.
Her thoughts were jumbled inside her head, and she was about to give in. But the thought of her friend missing drove her. If she was to find her friend, she could die then and live. Just give in right there, and succumb to her dark and malice energy inside her heart. Very few understood her like Alyssa. She was one of the few that could quell her inner self.
She collected herself after a few moments and moved to the rooftop. A plane was standing by to take her to her destination. She hopped in and put on the headset and buckled in. She gave the command to the pilot who began the take off procedure.
Her head began spinning mid-flight, once they reached the Sevii Islands. They were over Five Island when the pain in her head began to increase. She had to endure the pain, to not draw any attention to herself. She couldn't give in now. Alyssa's life was dependant on her arrival. She couldn't give in until she was safe.
Alyssa's voice suddenly ran through her head, "Never give in. I won't, so you shouldn't either, even if it's tough right now. Push through and never give in." She was surprised that she could hear her voice now, but she remained calm and focused on her objective. Get her out and get her home. She wouldn't give in, even if it got her killed.
And with that way we go with my first fic, that I will try to finish, Never Give in.
