What does play record mean? Because i want to get a Gigantamax Pikachu (Eevee too but I don't have LGE...)

I believe it means that if you have a save file on either Pokemon Let's Go Eevee or Let's Go Pikachu, you'll get the special Gigantamax Pokemon.
That would make Gigantamax Meouth look like a peanut
And it'd make every other Pokemon look like a singular particle.
