Yes, they do, but that wouldn't be enought to stop the flames. That's like saying that trees can't burn.
Wait, Gon isn't stupid. Surely, his personality is the same as Goku's, but as what we've already saw, he is a little bit different in terms of fighting style and personality as a whole.

Before this starts another argument, let me just say....no one needs to be weakened to be knocked out by Val. She can generate different toxin's and gasses from the pollen of the plants she controls. By doing so, it doesnt really matter how strong you are. She could merely put you into a deep sleep if she'd like. But even if she didnt have that, she's still far superior in terms of combat than you may think. She is a main villain, after all.

Exactly my point. He isn't Goku. He's a dumbed down, weaker knock-off.
Kinda like how I've used Dave Strider, but changed him from the original one from Homestuck.
But really, just because you have fire, doesn't mean you'd beat Val. She's resourceful, and Jack would defend her. If Val doesn't kill Gon, Jack will.

I know, he isn't Goku (Swear his name wasn't based off Goku), but yeap, you underestimate Gon, like I did with Val. Gon is stronger than what you, or even everyone in this RP think. He is far far faaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa (aaaaa x10)r stronger than just a 'dumbed down' or a 'weaker knock-off'. Then keep living your fairy tales. You give Dragon Ball Z a bad name, and I just want to say that maybe you should get a little creative, and try making him a character of your own. See, I was in your shoes when first making my characters, but quickly, I adapted and changed them into something more unique.
Dave. Originally a quiet, cool guy with zero fucks. Through change, he is now confident, loud and obnoxious, and a caring character.
Nathan. Originally a being of infinite power and a refusal to battle. Through change, he is now less OP and more eager to help those he cares about.
Jack. Originally based on Big Boss. He's still similar, but I've made obvious changes.
Adam... you know what, let's not talk about him.
I'm just saying, make your character unique. Work on your grammar (I've noticed improvements, kudos to you). And understand your character before you use them. You didn't know what you wanted to do with your first guy, and now he's forgotten. I'll admit, I didn't have much for Adam to do deeper into the story, so I got rid of him.

Can't do that. I'm trying to make Gon a little bit more unique than just a Goku 2 butmoreweak, and right this moment, think that I've made just small changes. Really, when writing Gon's sheet, I just tried to rip-off Goku. Heck, I even thought about super sayajin stuff in a Private chat with Zander. Thanks for the kudos, really appreciated. I think that my only character that I'm actually proud of is Mike. Surely, he is a little bit forgotten (Not like Jim tho), but I feel like that I'm going to kill of Jim too. Just an obnoxious steriotype; Gon's a n obnoxious Goku, heck, he is weaker than him; Mike is an character than can have future, but he didn't have the chance to bright yet. Oh, there's John. Never going to introduce him, I'm just feeling that he is Jack 2 but with powers.
