"I want mama," Sabrina whimpered as she curled up in a ball. She looked at her dad, tears threatening to fall.
"Oh? That sounds stupid and probably something I would do," Lyric shook her head with a laugh.
Miridia zoomed after the car, tracking it after a shadow latched on.

 

[Mystic Zander]

Vex took off in a sprint next to the bear. "So, a shape shifter eh?" he said staring up at Casys making sure he didnt lose sight of the angelic man.

 

[Jagson]

Josiah activated a neutralizer as he made his escape. " Nice try." He looked at Sabrina. " You'll see momma soon." He said as he turned left. He looked in his side view mirror to see if anyone was coming.

Julian laghued a little bit. " So Lillian tell me a little bit about yourself."

 

[Grand Master Koop]

Boris glanced toward Vex. "No Boris originally Bear but some magic people give me power to turn humain now." H explained as he followed the angel man while running at incredible speed.

Casys tucked in his wings and plummeted down about ten feet away in front of the car. Casys braced his arms and with all his might he stopped the car in it's tracks as it rocketed toward him. "Hurry up, guys!" Casys yelled.

 

[Stormursa]

"Isn't much to tell," Lyric shrugged as she relaxed onto the couch. She smiled and looked at Julian, "grew up in a small suburb, married my high school sweetheart, decided that I would be a stay at home mom until Sabrina was old enough to go to preschool".

Sabrina whimpered and started to cry as they drove. She looked at her dad and whimpered, "you're scaring me daddy! I just want mommy and Zack and everyone else"!

Josiah smiled sinisterly as he waved the neutralizer at the boy. He the pushed the pedal all the way down as he zoomed towards the guy.

James tried to stop the car only to realize his power wasn't working. " Casy's get away from the car." He yelled at the man.

 

[~Patriot~]

"Crap-," Casys muttered as he felt his strength leave him at the last minute. He dove to the side, just in time, as the car zoomed past. Casys retched at thee feeling of powerlessness that flooded his body. Staggering to his feet, Casys thanked James for the warning. "Now let's go stop that car," Casys said.

 

[Grand Master Koop]

Boris collided into the car from the side knocking it off track. "Oww, going feel that on the morning." He then ran to the car and ripped a door off and grabbed Sabrina then put her on his back and ran away. "Can't catche me." He said mockingly.

 

[Stormursa]

Sabrina screamed loudly when her father zoomed off. She screamed louder when the door was ripped off and Boris grabbed her. She cried and held onto him tightly as she soaked his fur with tears. She whimpered and slowly started to quiet as she fell into shock and was immobilized by fear, "mommy".
Miridia zoomed after Boris and looked around, "seems like we have alerted the local authorities to or presence"!

 

[Mystic Zander]

Vex shot forward to the side of the car after Boris hit it. "Hey buddy!"he yelled to Josiah getting his attention. His eyes began to glow orange. "How you feeling?"he asked with a sly grin as he activated vertigo.

 

[Jagson]

" Give her back." Josiah said. His eyes turned blood red. " Give her back." His voice became more deeper and sinister. His hand flew onto Borris's leg and threw him into a wall. His other hand grabbed Sabrina as he made his getaway.

 

[Stormursa]

Sabrina was now quiet, shaking as she clenched her eyes shut. She curled into a ball, breathing quick and heartbeat wild. She looked up at her dad, scared and confused.
Miridia growled and teleported infront of him as she got a look at Sabrina, "you idoit! She's going into shock"!

 

[~Patriot~]

"NO!" Casys yelled. He unfurled his wings, which as a part of his anatomy were not affected by the neutralizer, and zoomed forward, knocking Josiah to the ground and catching Sabrina. "It's okay-," he told the whimpering girl, "-I'm a friend."

 

[Stormursa]

Sabrina didn't move or cry out as she was once again taken. She just kept herself curled up in a ball and shivered, clenching her eyes shut. Miridia looked at Josiah, "you say you hate metas yet I think you are one"!

 

[Jagson]

Josiah got up and slapped the boy away.
" Stay here." He said as he put Sabrina down. His neck snapped as it turned side ways. His skeleton started to show. " Get away from us." He yelled at them.

"What the fuck." James said as he saw it.

 

[Mystic Zander]

Vex raised an eyebrow as his vertigo had no affect. "Guess that thing is blocking out powers....I should try and keep out of combat for now..." he said gripping his blade and moving towards the others. "Any ideas?!"he yelled over his shoulder.

 

[~Patriot~]

Casys cried out as he slammed into a building, cracking the bricks and putting a gash into one of Casys' wings and his back. He fell to the ground stunned and in pain. He looked up to see the man glaring at him and the other members of the rescue party. Casys staggered to his feet, wincing at the pain in his back, and drew his axe, it's twin emerald blades shining in the pale moonlight.

 

[Grand Master Koop]

Boris ran at Josiah then clawed him in the back then jumped up and drop kicked his face into the ground then jumped back. "Be careful, he more freak than we are!"

 

[Stormursa]

Sabrina looked up at her dad and screamed at what she saw. She backed away, tears making her vision go blurry.
Miridia watched and teleported over to Cacy, pushing a healing spell I to him. She kept one eye trained on the man and girl they were chasing, keeping an ear out on the sirens closing in on them all.

 

[Jagson]

Josiah looked at the bear. He slapped Borris across the face
Josiah grabbed Sabrina and jumped into the air going very far away from them.
James just looked at it. " Alright what the fuck just happened?"

 

[Mystic Zander]

"Well it looks like he has some serious power, and the neutralizer really doesnt help..." Vex said cracking his knuckles as he felt his powers quickly return.

 

[Stormursa]

"I don't know but we should think of a plan," Miridia sighed as she pushed the healing spell into Casys. She sighed and looked at where they had went, shadow having attached itself to Josiah's, "we should move. We have cops and maybe army heading our way".
Sabrina held onto him and shovered as she looked at her dad, her eyes confused and filled with fear.

 

[~Patriot~]

"Fine," growled Casys as he rubbed his newly healed back. He withdrew his wings into the cleft in his back, and turned to Mirida. "Where are we going, then?" He gripped his axe tightly as he listened to the incoming sirens and alarms.

 

[Stormursa]

"Anywhere but here," she sighed and looked at everyone, keeping track of her energy. She looked around and hummed, searching for a place through the shadow network, "abandoned ware house anyone"?

 

[Grand Master Koop]

Boris got back up with a dislocated jaw that he slapped back into place. "Now he making me mad." he said as his face frowned and some steam started appearing on Boris body. He seemed to be slowly getting bigger.

 

[Jagson]

He looked at Miridia. "Alright." He said. He looked around and saw the Chaos of everything that happened. "We should hurry." He said

 

[Stormursa]

"On it," she nodded and clapped her hands together, opening a portal large enough for Boris's growing from. She dove through and looked around the place before falling on her butt and trying to regathering her energy.

 

[~Patriot~]

"Alright, then," Casys said. He returned his axe to it's place on his hip and he dove headfirst into the portal, cmoing out the other side feeling slightly nauseous. "Are we going to be safe here?" Casys asked Miridia.

 

[Mystic Zander]

Vex looked back to see lights approaching in the distance. "Looks like its time!" he yelled as he ran into the portal barely missing Casys as he landed.

James walked into the portal. He moved to one side an sat down. "So Miridia what is this place exactly.?" He asked. It was definently a room that much was for sure.

 

[Stormursa]

"We should be yes," Miridia laid on the floor before rolling over and letting out a loud groan as she felt with the mana loss. Her head spin and she closed her eyes to keep herself from puking, "warehouse".

James rushed over to her and rubbed her back. "are you okay." He asked her. He looked at the rest of this squad on what appears to be a rescue mission that might end up being suicidal. " We need to come up with a plan." He said.

 

[Stormursa]

"You don't say," Miridia snipped angrily from her spot on the floor. She glared at him and made another sound of discomfort, "I'm running low on mana and don't have a pool here. I would have had access to a large amount that could be accessed remotely but that pool was destroyed in a fire that took out my tea collection"!

 

[Mystic Zander]

"Well first things first, we need to get that neutralizer out of the way, we dont stand a chance as long as thats active." Vex stopped in place. "Wait...if that deactivates powers, why didnt it affect Josiah?

 

[Jagson]

He looked at Miridia and winced. He had to deal with everything that happened. He then looked at Vex. "I don't think he's powered." He said. " Last time we fought he was non powered. and I killed him in that fight." he said. " Whatever this is I don't think it's natural."

 

[Stormursa]

"I'm still tracking him right now. I got a shadow on his," Miridia sat up and yawned. She used James as a pillow, passing out quickly as she tried to restore mana and energy to herself. She snores quietly, brain racing to look through her little spy to see Josiah and Sabrina.
Sabrina looked at her dad, whimpering and crying as she pushed herself close to his chest, "where are we going"?

 

[Mystic Zander]

"Well a lot of powers arent natural, hell my mimic ability isnt natural and that still didnt work. Are you saying this is something different thant any powers that have popped up so far?" He asked with slight surprise in his voice, finally understanding the gravity of the situation.

 

[BonslyJuice]

Dasken rocketed through the portal, powers failing and him tumbling and crashing in. "Son of a bitch! Fucking christ!" He skidded to a stop, face-down. "Don't leave me outta this." He said, voice muffled.

Boris walked into the warehouse still steaming and lied down on the floor to rest. He was about 1.5x bigger than he usually was. "Hey Dask." He said as he looked at Dask.
