Casys slowed down gradually for about a mile, then stopped completely, signalling for Dasken to do the same. "Just give me a second," Casys murmured. He reached out with his Hydrokinesis, searching for Josiah and Sabrina. He found them about three hundred feet to the left, in a small, unassuming house. "They're down there," Casys told Dasken. He turned to his friend. "Go tell the othe-" Casys didn't have time to finish his sentence before he saw Sabrina fall out of the front door and spill onto the lawn. "COME ON!" Casys yelled to Dasken, drawing his axe and jumping down onto the lawn.

Vex gradually slowed to a stop, cracking the ground as he did so. "Whew, gotta learn to control that speed....So, do we know where he is?" Vex asked quietly walking up to Casys.
"Well fuck you guys too." James said before walking out of the building. " Fucking powered jackasses." He said. He stopped and looked around. "Maybe I can stay here." He thought. " Be away from all the hot headed bastards who go in guns blazing."

Sabrina heard the yell and looked up to see Casys. She whimpered and cover her head with her hands, eyes clenching shut as she tried to hide form the world around her, "momma"!

Vex burst through the warehouse doors, holding Sabrina. "MIRIDIA, OPEN A PORTAL NOW!"
Casys wiped the blood from his face and let out a fierce yell. He gripped his axe (Basically a double-bladed hatchet) tightly in his hand and swung it upwards, aiming for Josiah's jaw but expecting a dodge. If he did dodge it, Casys would just jab forward with the sharpened end of the hilt.
Dasken, without missing a beat, threw a bone-shattering punch at Josiah's back silently, creating a massive shock wave upon contact, and an explosion mixed with intense heat surrounded his fist. The follow-through on it evaporated the earth beneath them.
Sabrina clenched onto her rescuer. She didn't say anything, just held onto him and clenched her eyes shut.

Vex shot through the portal flying out on the other side, rolling as he landed. He sighed when he saw Sabrina wasnt hurt before making his way back to the mansion. "Hello!"he screamed hoping for a response.
Dasken grinned. The flesh in the beast's mouth exploded, and he heard a loud, squishy cracking noise. "I can make anything explode, ya bastard." He then threw a lightning fast uppercut and a karate punch at the same time, each as strong as his last attack.
Lyric ran forward and looked at the man holding Sabrina. She rushed and grabbed her daughter, pulling her close as she tried to relax the child. Sabrina realized who was holding her and burst into more tears, grabbing onto her mother with a death grip.
Miridia felt her eyes roll back into her head. She hit the ground and the portal flickered shut. Patches of scales started to break out on her body, thickening around her weakest points.

Josiah picked Dask up by the neck and pushed his blade hand into the man's stomach. It smiled as he threw the boy straight towards the other one.

Dasken coughed up blood, but he didn't fly through the air. In fact, he didn't even move. He grinned through the pain. "Looks like you're not only a brute; you're also a dumbass." Dasken held the blade hand and tranferred all of the kinetic energy used to stab through Dasken and the potential energy used to start to throw him to the other boy straight back into the hand, up the arm, and to the skull. He began to see spots, but tried to fight it.
Dasken hit the wall. He struggled for consciousness. He tried sending a fleet of explosive spheres towards Josiah, but only recieved a small firework that went about a foot in front of him. His vision blurred, then he blacked out.
Casys pushed himself onto all fours, his body shaking from the pain. The boy fell onto his side, coughing up blood. Casys tucked in his wings to prevent them from being damaged any further, and he once again got onto all fours. He a grunt of effort and pain alike, Casys pushed himself up and leaned against the wall, picking bits of axe shrapnel out of his chest and arms. Casys focused all his remaining energy and felt with his mind for James and Miridia's bodies. He sensed a water bottle next to them. He knocked the water out of it, and spelled out the words 'NEED HELP" in front of James.

"Sorry Miridia." James said. He got into an abandon car and drove the way everyone else went. He stopped when he saw Dasken and Casys on the ground. "Fuck." He said as he ran towards them. He did his best to heal both of them. 'Josiah did all of this.' He thought. " what the fuck is he."

Vex took steady deep breaths to calm down, "Look....Josiah changed, he's got....abilities now, different from anything any of us have ever come across. I need to get back as soon as I can. Do you know ANYONE who can help me?" He gave a face of pleading after realizing how rude he'd between.
Vex clenched his whole body as he stood there before slowly turning around and walking outside. He walked up to a large boulder and took a fighting stance. When he swung it sounded like a low frequency whistle as his hand disappeared into the boulder which then slowly began to crumble. "Oh right.....super speed..." he wrenched his arm free and stared at it. Damn...broke my wrist....if it weren't for the regeneration id be out of commission....... He thought to himself as his wrist shot back into place..

Vex walked back to the mansion. That speed up punch was really focused....that might come in handy. He thought as he looked down at his hand. "Excuse me, Julian I believe? You wouldnt happen to have spare clothes would you?" he asked gesturing to the fact that he only had half burnt cargo pants left.
Julian looked the man up and down. "Maybe." He said. " fallow me." He said before exiting the room. He walked over to his men's campsite. " Corporal." Julian said. " Do you have any more clothes for this man."

"Thanks..." he said plainly taking the clothes and walking to a private area, singing in the back of his mind. Proud to be an American!!!!! After putting on the spare gear he walked back over to Julian, "So do you know how....mana works?"
