Ask to Join Outcasts

"May I ask what you need," Miridia raised an eyebrow but didn't say anything as she raised the porcelain cup to her lips. The witch kept a close ear on the shadows around her, listening to their whispers and chatter for anything that was interesting.

How did he? Matt that to himself as he slowly turned around to face Ken, "I've been walking through the woods for a few days now, and I just happened to stumble upon this house." Matt said as he looked at Ken and examined him.
Hopefully this guy isn't a threat, I'm tired of killing people. Matt thought to himself. Regaining focus, "So, what is this place? It seems... More peaceful than the other places in this land." Matt said to Ken as he looked around, there was a pretty good view, considering they were on a roof.

"What I need? Well, I've been lurking around for a little bit lately, watching everything going on. It's been pretty entertaining, but I think It's time I emerged from the shadows. So. You're a Witch?" Adam cocked his head to the side. He looked at her Power level. Red, with a tint of White. Powerful.

Large flashes of light could be seen as Vex and Oros clashed in battle. The deep red sky above them signifying they were no longer in the mortal realm. "Just give it up Oros! Im winning this time!" Vex roared as his body was coated in a white light, he seemingly disappeared and reappeared behind the older boy before backhanding him. Oros was launched back through into a mountain, a perfect circular hole being left behind. Vex cringed as his brother hit before slowly walking up to the hole, "Uh....you need some help?" he stood waiting for a response before sent flying backwards by a large explosion. His brother stood there completely coated in a swirling back aura. Vex stood slowly, "....surge..." he muttered quietly, his eyes glowed ice white. "SHI-" was all Oros got out realizing he made eye contact. Vex grinned and stood up, quickly running towards his brother, not even powering up. "Vex no! Dont do that!" Oros yelled as he attempted to run but fell over screaming in pain. "C'mon Oros, you better than anyone should know not to move when I use that." Vex grinned as he leaned down before softly flicking Oros' forehead. Oros wailed in pain from the small flick, "I GIVE UP! CALL IT OFF!" Vex smirked and his eyes returned to normal, he held a hand out assisting his brother in standing. "Well...its been over a year, I think its time to go back" Vex said quietly taking a deep breath. Oros nodded before slashing his hand down at the air as if he was trying to break a piece of wood, as he did so what looked like a tear in space formed in front of them. They both stepped inside.

Darcel gave Lyric an empathetic smile, and patted the boy's head.

The beast stopped infront of the house when Darcel dismounted, holding Zack in his arms. He put the boy down and ran over towards Lyric, giving her a hug -something which he never does-. "Hey m-mom." he shivered due to the words that spilled out of his mouth.

"I am," Miridia gently pushed passed him as she deflated. Her proud stance shifting to a more tired and relaxed one. She narrowed her eyes as she looked at him, "trust me it's not all butterfly and rainbows".

"Hello darcel. How have you been," Lyric was pleasantly surprised. She wrapped her arms around te blood bender, squeezing him gently as she kissed his forehead, "you don't have to call me that if you don't want too".

Zack smiled and ran into the house to get Sabrina. He beamed at her, grabbing their paints and paper. The boy poked his head out of the house in search of his older adoptive sibling.

"It's fine mom. You are my mother afterall, right?" He gave her a soft, half-hearted smile. His eyes began to sparkle like the night sky once more, as he attempted to look back for his brother. He then turned back to Lyric, "How's the little baby..? I haven't gotten the best look at her yet." he questioned.

Earia Rubbed the blood off of her blade, as she stormed around the arena. The atmosphere was brutal and cold, for the Sky was black due to her presence.

Vex jumped through the portal before looking back at his brother. "Well...I guess this is it." Oros said holding his fist out. "Yeah, sure you can handle dimension hopping without me?" Vex and Oros gave a faint grin, "Yeah ill be fine, glad you get to see your friends after so long, goodbye." Vex raised his fist tapping it against his brothers before turning around, the rip seemingly sealing itself up. He wiped a tear from his eye before a faint white glow appeared around his eyes, in a flash he was standing outside a familiar home. "....Good to be back...Hey Darcel, Lyric, how are you?" He said casually as if he was only gone for a short time.

"Yes I am. Vex? Where have you been," Lyric turned to look at the other man and crossed her arms. The glyph user curious to where the other outcast had been.

Zack and Sabrina rushed over and their mother sighed. Lyric smiled at both of the guys before going to gather her last child from her crib.

Darcel turned towards Vex, not even noticing his absence. "Lyric seem to not like the fact that you were gone.. Where have you been? I've been locked away for 2 years, so I didn't even notice." Darcel sighed, and attempted to rub one of the children's head, only to miss and pet the air.

"Where have I been?" Vex stood and thought about the last year of his life on repeat. "Just.....all over the place." He gave a faint grin. "So where is everybody else? I told Casys I was going away for a few months! Haha!" He laughed. He was extremely happy to think about his old friends again. "Oh wait, I know where Casys is, probably with Dasken, I think I still know his energy signal...." Vex closed his for a moment before grinning even wider. "Oh! There they are. See you later Darcel!" He waved before disappearing in a bright light.

"Come on darcel. Let's go make a mess," Zack giggled and Sabrina tugged on her older sibling. The two wore matching grins and if anyone didn't know better couldn't tell that they weren't related by blood.

Miridia looked at Adam before continuing to her mana room. She walked to the pool that sat in the middle and took her place at its edge.

Matt peered over his shoulder as he stood in front of Ken to see more people were arriving.
Man, this could get pretty bad if I am seen as a threat. I'm severely out numbered. Matt thought to himself as he grit his teeth. Matt waited calmly for Ken's reply as he analyzed his situation.
There seems to be kids here, so I don't think a fight will break out if they happen to not like me. Matt thought as he once again turned to face Ken.

Darcel sighed, then turned to the children, but he still was facing too far left. "Where do you want to go..? And before we leave, I want to see the baby! I don't even know my youngest sister's name yet." He seemed saddened by that.

"When can I watch them die..?" Earia whispered in a low, mono-tone voice as her Scythe dissipated into light.

"We are gonna sit by the garden I want to paint the flowers that mom planted," Sabrina giggled and pulled on his arm more. The little girl looked at him and then at the paints that had been laid out on the ground near where Lyric had built the farm.

Grace kissed Brendan on the head as she held Alex in a more comfortable postion, "I expect you to come with me because I am not dealing with my cousins and their nagging".

Akron woke up. He got out of bed and rubbed his eyes. Walking over to the kitchen, he brewed some coffee and turned the TV on, watching football as he sipped the espresso gingerly.

Casys instinctively slashed outward with his blade at the flash of light before realizing just who the disembodied voice accompanying it belonged to. "Vex," Casys breathed. He retracted the blade and continued into the kitchen, hoping to score some hot chocolate. A couple minutes later he left the kitchen laden with his beverage, and he stood on Miridia's porch with the steaming mug in his hand.

"Er, um, sorry man, but I should probably get outta here." Matt said to Ken as he did a backflip off the roof and landed on Miridia's Porch, to see Casys standing there. "Umm, hey there.." Matt said awkwardly as he landed in front of Casys.
Come on, another one? This keeps getting better and better. Matt thought to himself as he grit his teeth. Matt had one hand behind his back on his Katana's hilt just in case Casys lashed out with his blade.

Adam shrugged. "I didn't expect it to be all 'Butterflies and Rainbows'. I can relate. Having the ability to pull the strings of reality itself isn't exactly a Cup of Tea either." He sighed silently as he felt for the many illusions he'd placed. Adam is an innovator, and he is forming fail safe plans for each of the 'Outcasts'. One for Vex, one for Akron, one for Casys, one for Darcel, one for himself, and soon one for Miridia. If any of them ever became corrupt, he could make quick work of them if need be. It'd be difficult, but necessary.

Lyric kissed akrons head as she passed by with Cassie in her arms. The glyph user smiled happily and took her youngest to see darcel. She sighed happily, admiring the work that the homestead had undergone.

Zack plopped down on the around and pulled a sheet of paper and a board over to himself. He grabbed the blue pain first, painting the sky to the best of his abilities.

"I was wondering the same thing myself," Casys growled, tensing his arm. He didn't miss the guy's subtle move for his katana, and Casys was going to be ready if he tried anything.

Earth eight.
The rain was pouring down as Helingard ran towards the inspected felon. " Stop." He yelled. The man stopped and looked at Helingard. " Brotherhood scum." The man said before he turned into a giant lizard. It ran towards Helingard. He was barley able to doge it's first attack. He quickly moved his glove onto the Lizard's chest as electricity came from the glove. The lizard fell down and turned back to it's human form. Helingard checked it pulse to see if it was alive. " Good." He said as he carried the beast back to head quarters.

"My name is Matt, I've been in this place my whole life pretty much." Matt said coldly as he didn't move an inch, "I was walking through the woods and happened to stumble upon this house. It seems... so peaceful here, unlike the other areas of this land." Matt said as his eyes changes from light blue to red and three black circles appeared around his pupil, "May I ask you you guys are?" Matt asked as he quickly analyzed the two guys in front of him.
Activating my Visual Powers probably wasn't a good idea, but I want to be ready just in case. Matt thought to himself as he assessed the situation.

Akron patted Matt's shoulder. "I'm Akron. Pleasure." He kicked the ground lightly, and immediately a pillar of stone flew up right under Matt, propelling upward into the sky. Akron called up to Matt, who was now a speck in the sky, "YOU CAN CALL ME ROCK BOY!"

Casys glanced at Akron and asked, "Should we tell him?" Casys shifted his body's density so that if Matt did attack, then it would pass right through him.

"We're uh, 'Outcasts'." A voice says behind him. Adam stands there, hands in his Pockets, looking over at the trio, grinning at the triple introductions just made. "Nice to meet you, Matt. You can call me Adam." This Adam however, is just an illusion. The real one is still talking with Miridia in the Basement, but the others

Vex yelled as he barely leaned out away from the blade in time, falling down as he landed in a open field, the grass behind him completely disintegrated. "Well wasn't that pleasant!" He stood up dusting himself off before looking up at the sky. "One more stop." His cheeky grin returned. "Where are ya Dasken....there." And he was gone.

While Matt was in midair, a spiral of liquid metal coiled up and launched up to him. Cackling maniacally and reforming his torso in all his skinny glory, Rich made an anvil and dropped it into Matt's hands. "BON VOYAGGGggggggeeee!" He called as he spiralled back to the ground.

"Hmm, so they want to go there." Matt said aloud as he was shot up in the air with the rock pillar, Matt then reappeared down by Casys and Akron, "Listen, I don't want trouble." Matt said coldly as he had seen all of their movements, "I would prefer to not to have blood shed." Matt said as he gritted his teeth.

Miridia looked at Adam and waved him over to the shifting mana pool that she had stuck one hand into, bringing out to find anything interesting that was flowing through the magical network.

"This is Cassie. Your youngest sister," Lyric giggled as she stopped him from moving and moved his arms so he could hold he daughter in a safe manner.

Rich looked mildly amused and, directly next to Matt, caught the anvil with one hand. It surrounded him as armor, and his right hand became the end of a sledgehammer. "Interesting, Eye-nstein. AHEHEHEHEHEHEEE!"

"Hehe," Casys chuckled at Matt's thinly-veiled threat. He flexed both arms, and blades shot out of each of his wrists. "You know nothing about bloodshed," Casys growled, sizing up the boy. "But you can find out if you want."

Akron held his hands up in surprise. "Sorry, I was just trying to lighten things up a bit. There's no need for you to get all fired up. So, I'm Akron, the guy next to me is Casys."

A black tinted liquid began to pour from his eyes, "I wish I could see you.." he whispered to Cassie. Darcel kissed the baby on the forehead, and an actual smile escaped him. "I'm Darcel, your oldest brother..." he began to slowly, and gently rock the baby in his arms.

"Don't even try anything, I can see everything." Matt said to Rich as his eyes moved at incredible speed, seeing all of his movements. Matt then looked back at Akron and Casys, "Good to see we've straighten that out, nice to meet you guys I guess." Matt said with a smirk as he brushed off the dirt from his shirt.

Rich coiled around Akron in liquid form, only his head solidified, and had a pouty face. "What about me, Dirty Dan?" He cackled loudly, and sprang over, reforming, and sat on Casys's shoulders, long legs wrapped around his neck. "Come on, now, guys. You know me! Ahehehehehe."
