Ask to Join Outcasts

Miridia was not happy when she was landed on by what seemed to be an envelope. Reaching up she took it in her hand and opened her eyes to look it over, dread filling her body when she realized who it was from. She was curious though, of the thought the perhaps it was for te death of Middie or an entirely different reason.

(i got no alerts)
Kia got up and she ran to the others and she looked over " What happened guys" she asked and she shivered "so again i'm sorry" she said and she looked down " What happened" she asked again.

Kia blushed and she smiled " Akron!" she cried and she hugged him " Yeah its good to see you" she said and she drooped "hmm what happened " she asked looking around a little confused "hey you still crushing people with your rocks" she teased

Akron blushed from the sudden embrace. "Well, for starters, our old home got completely destroyed, we moved into a mansion, but that exploded as well, so now we're camping at this place."

Kia groaned "I'm so glad i got lost in the woods..." she whispered before she pulled away from him " Oh i'm sorry all that happened " she said and she drooped " Hmm hey remember that time you almost crushed me with your rock house" she smiled at him.

Kia sighed and she nodded " Its ok i forgave you a long time ago" she said and she sat down in the dirt " so anything new with you?" she asked and she smiled at him.

Vex flashed behind Adam immediately. "Fine, dont talk to me then.." he mumbled in a petty tone. He walked up to the others friendly grin returning. "Hi Akron, Adam, been awhile!" He turned to the girl sitting down. "And I dont think we've met, im Vex, hi."

Kia chuckled " Cool " she said and drooped " Thats fine...its not like i care.." she whispered looking down at her feet looking sad now " Oh hi...I'm kia" she said and she sighed again.

Vex arched his eyebrow at the random events. His eyes flashed gold for a moment as he linked with Akron telepathically. Hey uh....mind telling me whats going on? He thought loudly.

Kia smiled at him and she nodded " Yeah that fine " she said and she looked down " Akron I'm happy for you" she said with a smile..."so who's the lady?" she asked

Adam cocked his head a bit to the side, looking at the three before him. As an innovator, he had a way he could take out Vex if ever necessary, Adam hoped it would never come to that. But Akron... Adam has only heard bits and pieces about his power, but didn't know exactly what he does. And for Kia? Adam hasn't got a clue, and if he's going to create his fail safe protocols for each of the Outcasts, he needs to get to know them, and their Power. He stood back, waiting for the conversation to die down just a bit before asking any questions.

Vex shot a glare Adam's direction. "You know nothing of my powers...be careful what you think about Adam..." he turned his attention back to Akron without even a change in expression.

Adam grinned slightly. Vex'd be surprised at just what exactly Adam can see. Threads... Energy... these things help Adam understand a person's power, and help him better yet when he knows what the Power is. Adam continued to wait as he drifted his finger across a thread, this one connected to a Tree.

Miridia opened the invitation, an unamused look in her eyes as she examined it carefully. The witch's eyes shifted into a glare as she read each word until she was practically steaming with anger, "nope! Not happening not letting you guys kill me family just for a wish".

Lyric patted beast on the head one last time before she picked up both of her daughters and started toward the house, wanting to get them into some new clothes.

Casys stalked off back into Miridia's cottage and practically slammed his mug into the sink. He was fuming from the encounter with the new guy, Matt. "Who does he think he is," he muttered. "Threatening me and my friends. If he pulls another stunt like that I'm gonna scream." Casys ran a hand through his turquoise hair and retracted his wings. Maybe I'll go read a book, Casys thought. Miridia had given him a book about mana and magic for his birthday a few months ago, but he hadn't read it yet.
The angel was on his way to do just that when he heard Miridia yelling something about not letting someone kill her family or something. What the heck? he thought as he walked toward her voice. "Miridia?" Casys called down the basement stairs as he descended them. "Is everything alright? What happened?"

"Everything is fine," Miridia growled as she slammed the letter into the floor and stood up. She summoned a shot of primal energy to her hands and fired it into the wall leaving a mark.

"It doesn't seem fine to me," Casys remarked. Moving aaround the steaming hole in the wall, Casys scooped the piece of paper Miridia had dropped off the floor and skimmed it. The smirk resting on his face faded as he read the letter. "Is this real?" Casys asked Miridia.

"Of course it's real. The council is real and a pain in the ass," she hissed in displeasure and ran a hand through her hair. She had grown it out in the two years of staying here, the length now allowing it to be pulled up or back into multiple hair styles.

"Well," Casys began, "What are we going to do? Are we going to deny the invitation?" Casys had doubts about the Tournament as well, but it seemed like a good challenge and a worthwhile one at that. One wish seems like a pretty good reward, the angel thought inwardly.

"We can't. That's just it. Well we can but its not good to deny the concil things it wants. Bad things happen then," Miridia paced around her mana pool, snapping at any of the shadows that tried to offer her tea as a calming agent.

Kia gasped and she ran inside almost getting hit by the energy "ekk what the heck..." she whispered and she looked at lyric " Lyric?" she asked and she walked closer "remember me...?" she asked before she sat beside her.

Matt walked out into the room to see some new faces, "Umm, hello everyone. If you don't already know my name is Matt." Matt said in an unenthusiastic voice. "If you don't mind me asking, what is this invitation you speak of?" Matt asked as he looked at Casys.
Great, more people that could potentially attack me. Hopefully this goes okay.. Matt thought to himself as he stood there, showing no emotion on his face.

Brandon walked downstairs. He looked at Miridia then at Casys. " What's going on?" he asked them. He then noticed how worried Miridia looked. "What happened."

"Well that's not suspicious at all." Brandon said as he walked closer to them. He saw the letter. "I take it that whatever you guys are worried about has to do with that letter." He let out a breath. " I swear if some doppelganger is declaring war and barley does anything again I will hurt someone."

"Nope. This time it's the Magic concil," Miridia growled and took a deep breath in to calm down. She forced scales away and sipped some tea.

Lyric nodded and smiled at Kia. The mother placed down Cassie and pulled Kia into a welcoming hug, "it's good to see your back. Where have you been".

Kelvin looked through the universe 6 portal. "Alright who was the idiot who forgot to include that the tournament isn't a fight to the death?" He asked turning around. One of the operator raised his hand. "You sir, are an idiot. Fire up the cannon again! Going to send a clearing up letter!" He said as the mail cannon fired up again and shot another letter into each dimension.

Matt leaned up against the wall and closed his eyes, "It's alright if you don't want to tell me." Matt said. Matt then got up and headed towards the door, "I'm going outside real quick." Matt said as he left the house and closed the door behind him. Matt looked up into a the sky and began to walk a few steps away from the house and raised his fist into the air. When he did this thunder clapped and the clouds above him started turning a dark blue.

Miridia heard the portal and turned to look over. She griwled when a new letter slapped her in the face. She grabbed it and glared angrily at the portal before the letter, "why do your letters keep searching me out! Why not one of the others in the room"!

Kelvin looked at Miridia through the lookout portal. "Alright, fire up the cannon again, send a letter that says that the reason why we send latter instead of messengers is because firing up the letter cannon is more fun." He said. "And this time don't slap it on her face!" The new letter was shot out of the cannon.

Miridia caught the next letter and opened it to read. She fell back into a nest of shadows, relaxing in her home as she read through it all, "they will only be in this if they agree so don't get your hopes up. I will not push them to do anything they don't want to, they were being played with by Middie not to long ago".

Darcel nodded, "I guess.."

Earia began to pace around the room, "How are the letters..?" she questioned as her blade appeared in her hand. "Don't send too many letters.. That's precious money you imbeciles!" The woman complained

Matt had finished his business outside and came back inside to the house, "Force us to do what?" Matt asked as he looked at Miridia. "Does it have to do with the magic counsel?" Matt asked as he sat in a chair, "I'm guessing it has to do something with this invitation."

Ken appeared next to Miridia. "I'm in, I have not had much fun in awhile now and this tournament sound like a great idea!" He said excited. Boris ran into the basement trough the door. "I want participate too."

Kelvin looked back towards Earia. "Draft paper is money? I'm just sending these extra messages to clear things up, and shooting this cannon is fun." He said.

"A tournament. A tournament between dimensions that has the prize of one wish not matter what it is if I'm not correct," she sighed and massaged her temples, one hand moving away to open a portal to see the concil members on the other side, "good to see you both. Also careful with that cannon, I don't enjoy getting hit with flying messages".
