• A reminder: If you want to ask an RP thread creator if you can join their RP, do so in private - via conversation or profile messages - or via the thread's discussion thread, if one exists. Do NOT ask if you can join an RP on the RP thread itself! This leads to a lot of unnecessary OOC chatter and that's not what the RP boards are for.

This is clearly stated in our RP forum rules. If you've not read them yet, do so BEFORE posting anything in the RP forums. They may be found here (for Pokémon Role Play) or here (for General Role Play). Remember that the Global Rules of Pokécharms also apply in addition to these rule sets.
  • Welcome back to Pokécharms! We've recently launched a new site and upgraded forums, so there may be a few teething issues as everything settles in. Please see our Relaunch FAQs for more information.

Open Pokemon and Pokeballs l A Pokemon RP

Meanwhile, Mason's Infernape and Lopunny were still patrolling around the cabin, keeping a watch for any Raging Inferno. While Vanilla the Lopunny was on the other side of the cabin, the Infernape, Grodd, spotted a small grey Pokemon peering through the window of the cabin. It didn't look like a fire type. *Best to check it out, no matter what.* He thought to himself, before swinging and hanging upside down on a tree branch directly behind the Pokemon, which he recognized the form of as an Eevee when he got a closer look. "Yo. What might you be doing?" Grodd asked, hands casually behind his head.

Karnik turned around, slightly startled. "..just seeing what was inside." she said this in the most neutral tone, not wanting to start conflict. After a few moments of silence, she hesitated so speak again, but did. "I saw a.. friend of mine in there, for a moment. A Linoone." she hopped down and decided to ask a question herself. "..and how come you're looking for, well, something? It doesn't seem like you were just strolling around..."

"Well," Grodd began, dropping from the low-hanging branch and flipping mid-air, landing on his feet. "To put it simply, there are a group of fire-type Pokemon lurking around. They call themselves the 'Raging Inferno.' We were attacked by them earlier, and myself and a friend are keeping watch, so they don't sneak up on us while our trainer and the other trainer are recuperating." Grodd explained, scratching the back of his head.

Arcynn overheard the two Pokemon conversing and leaned out of the open window. "And I'm helping them prepare for the oncoming war. We've already interfered; no doubt they'll be back."
