It might go on after the tourney. Not once on this site has an RP finished though, so I can't really say

This site has been going on for 10 years I think, it's because of the people leaving and not responding to the RP

I don't know, how did the water disappear? There's no drainage system or anything in the arena so whatever happens in there stays until the end. That might actually be my fault, I didn't explain the arena good enough.

At the end of the battle the water will go away, unless someone actually gets rid of it themselves
