Pokemon Crossover Art Challenge! April/May 2017

Okay! So, I wanted to start an Art Competition! This is a Unique Challenge that I created (At least I think). Soooo, let me explain!

In this Art Challenge, You must draw a Pokemon. But that's not all! You must draw it with something from another series. This includes Pikmin, Mario, Sonic, Kirby, Etc.

Rules!

• No Fakemon. Sorry.
• Please put the tag 'Crossover Challenge' on your work.
• In the description put 'DiamondPikachu'.
• Don't be afraid to link the work in this thread.
• There will be three judges.
• Only Paper, Digital, and pixelated art is allowed. All other types of art is prohibited.
• Your Deadline is May 30th. Please sumbit your works before then.
• You can draw any pokemon, with any franchise. Even if it's T.V. only.

Also, I'm still not 100% sure whether I'll have the time to participate or not, but from what I know as of right now, I'll have all day tomorrow to work on it!

Question: Am I allowed to judge if I'm also drawing a picture for this? 'Course, I wouldn't be judging my own. I've never judged anything like this before, but if I can't, it makes sense. Just thought I'd ask.
