Basically, this is what I have planned for Eve's evolution.
*The group is exploring a cave when a crystal flashes and explodes when Eve passes under it. It turns into Fairy Crystal Dust. It falls all over Eve.*
*Eve begins to evolve.*
Eve: Holy Miltank, I'm evolving!
*She finishes evolving into Sylveon. She doesn't know what she's turned into.*
*Everyone looks at her in horror.*
Eve: Oh, what Eeveelution did I turn into? Glaceon? Jolteon? Umbreon? Oh, that would be awesome -
*She catches eye of her reflection in a nearby crystal. It's Sylveon.*
Eve: *Blinks* Who brought a Sylveon in here?
*Someone tells her that she might want to look closer.*
Eve: ......
Eve: Excuse me, please.
*Eve walks into a nearby cavern that is closed off. Seconds later, she is heard screaming in rage.*
Eve: I'M PINK?! GET THESE BOWS OFF OF ME! I LOOK SO GIRLY! AAAAAHHHHHH-

If that happens, Colin will try to reassure Eve that being a Fairy type isn't so bad.
Colin would've likely related to Sol about the safety of his comrades.
Yeah at this point though he wanted to protect the other three members of the guild as well, even though he disagreed with Nora’s mindset
I know before I kind of dismissed the ideas of individual teams within the guild but how would you all feel about “specialty teams” that were designed for certain roles and will be used often together.
For instance Hitari and Tiara would both be a part of a team designated to Rescues because of their ability to detect Pokémon from far away. Jay would likely be part of a team specialized in taking down outlaws.
It’s not to say your Pokémon would only do those types of missions but if there are any of you who feel your character would like to specialize in a certain type of exploration let me know.
Or should we continue making diverse teams based off of the roles you established in your character sheets?

It’s like saying ‘guys’ to a group of people, they could be girls but you still say it. Person is probably just the term they used for an unspecified Pokémon.
I know, I’ve almost made the same mistake a couple of times but person directly relates to human so it’s not aloud. Whereas guys relates to a group of males. I’m not upset about it or anything, I’d just prefer to avoid words like that to make it seem more authentic.
Also, idk if you saw it earlier, but what are your thoughts on the expedition I made?
