Toastie is either a Celebi or a Minun. Usually quite calm and nice, but also very playful, fun and childish. :3

Jirachan... Hmm... Jirachan is a Bayleef. Kind, not as new as before, and intelligent.
Mr. Cacti is a Whismur. You'd expect him to be somewhat quiet, but it's... well... the exact opposite. Plus Whismur's small, and roundish, like most house cacti, which I believe Mr. Cacti dreams of being. (There's a way to fufill that dream too, get fat and stick some needles in)
Secad is a Cyndaquil. Hey, it's the closest thing the game has to a pyrokinetic rodent...

Stel is Gallade. Honorable, gallant, and an overall decent guy. However, those bitchen arm blades aren't just for show. Get on his bad side and he'll use them to mess you up for good along with his limited psychic powers to screw with your mind.
Psycho, your rightful place in the pokemon world would be Weavile. Quick, sharp, Sneaky, and varied actions at any given time (but 95% of the time with evil intentions). Yes, Weavile.
