[Paeon Kanetsu]

(Oh again... I'm sorry... things have been busy...)

PK smiled. Metagross smiled. Lithia smiled. Everyone smiled... except for Sableye, but hey, it was still a happy moment. Lithia walked up to Infernape and rubbed his shoulder. "You did great. I'm extremely proud of you." Infernape looked up at Lithia and smiled. While he lost, Infernape was ecstatic. Fine... a challenge for him to try and overcome. It's been far too long for Infernape.

As Lithia returned Infernape, they could all see that while Metagross won, he was still weakened. PK hugged him. "Hey pal. Thanks for everything. Now... get good rest." With one last shared smile between the two brothers by bond, Metagross returned to his Pokeball.

The mother and son looked at each other. This battle was far from finished. "Let's go... Simisage!" "Time to shine... Gastrodon!"

Pokedex Entry: It attacks enemies with strikes of its thorn-covered tail. This Pokémon is wild tempered.

As the two Pokemon popped up, PK tried to internally prepare himself. While he had the type advantage, Gastrodon was one of Lithia's most difficult Pokemon. Not by strength, but by strategy and frustration. Whenever PK though up a trick to defeat Gastrodon, his mother always had a counter... and now he's against it again. PK was not happy, but had to stay strong.

"Alright, Leech Seed!" "Use Ice Beam!" The game was afoot. PK and Simisage needed to land this attack, but Gastrodon wouldn't have that. Every time Simisage launched the seeds, Gastrodon would freeze them. After eight Leech Seeds... "Switch to Seed Bomb!" They continued, but the seeds changed. After a bit, Simisage sent out a Seed Bomb at Gastrodon who tried to freeze it... key word being tried. Neptune was watching the match with her usual face of indifference. "He waited until Gastrodon's Ice Beam ran out of PP..."

"Finally... Leech Seed!" As the seeds hit Gastrodon, vines began to wrap around it. "Gastrodon, Use Rain Dance." One thought ran through PK's head... crud... As the rain came down, everyone could see it wash away the vines. "Use Surf!" As the command came out, a large wave appeared and hit Simisage. The excess water was then sent back at Gastrodon, who absorbed it. 'Dammit... Her Rain Dance, Surf, Storm Drain combo is extremely difficult to beat... Oh boy...'

PK though until... "I got it! Simisage! Use Acrobatics to get around Gastrodon and then use Seed Bomb!" Simisage began to run to the point where two afterimages followed him. As he jumped around the Sea Slug Pokemon, the Thorn Monkey Pokemon launched explosive seeds. "Alright, Simisage. In front of me and hold your ground!" Simisage returned to his side of the arena where he held his position. "Gastrodon! Use Earth Power!" As the ground began to shake, PK looked at the sky. "Not yet... Not yet... NOW! Use the Earth Power to launch yourself in the air!" Using the shaking ground, Simisage launched into the air.

Neptune looked at the sky and was shocked. 'He didn't... he did... but to do that...' On que... "Use SOLAR BEAM!!" Everyone was confused as to why he would use that move in the rain. That was until Neptune spoke. "He timed it... he figured out when the rain would disappear... to do that..." Strata and Tropae were shocked. They knew that was a trick only trainers like Lithia could do. Even then, it was a difficult feat to pull.

As Simisage began charging the beam, the clouds parted to show the sun. "Full Power!" The beam was launched towards the Sea Slug Pokemon... who even with it's powerful defenses, could take a x4 fully charged Solar Beam...

"Gastrodon is Unable to Battle. Simisage Wins!"

(My god... I really need to end these battles soon.)

 

[Shen: King of Digimon]

Shen smirked at the results of that match. Gastrodon was extremely weak to grass types. It's a wonder why lilitha chose that one of all types to pit against simsage. Perhaps she's going easy on him? It's hard to say.

Sableye gasped at the fall of gastrodon and rushed over to it. He pressed his hands against her chest and began to do CPR. He then wailed and draped himself over the fainted slug. Shen looked over to Neptune, who's face seemed to stand out in his mind. Where has he seen that face before?

 

[Sinshi]

Sinshi walked into the gate and sat down, placing Fennekin and Shinx in her backpack. She put the backpack on and picked up Swablu holding her in her hands. She saw a few people getting on bikes and walking them into the next door on the gate. Sinshi gave a puzzled look to Swablu her doing the same back. She looked over to the gate lady behind the desk and walked over placing Swablu on it. Fennekin and Shinx peeked out of the bag and over Sinshi's shoulders to see what was going on.

"Hey excuse me, why are there so many bikers going onto that route"

"oh this is a bike only route you need a bike to go across it"

"waitwaitwaitwaitwait, I need a bike to cross this route"

"oh its no problem if you don't have one you can use a rented bike"

Sinshi sweat dropped and laughed akwardly, handing the money to the lady

"hahahaha OK thank you"

Sinshi walked over to a bike and got onto it rolling it through the gate door and onto the pavement of the bike trail. She hesitantly got onto the bike keeping one foot on the ground so she wouldnt lose balance. She stood there for a few minuets staring at the road when a line of trainers formed behind her

"Common! You're forming a line"

Sinshi got off the bike and led it to the side, letting the other trainers by. She sighed and looked at the trail in disbelief.

"...I-i can't ride a bike... well i guess ill have to be self taught"

 

[Paeon Kanetsu]

PK walked over to Simisage. "Great job pal!" With a two finger salute, Simisage brought down his aviators, (remember those?), and gave PK a smirk. PK laughed at his Pokemon as he return the Thorn Monkey Pokemon. Lithia walked over and returned Gastrodon. She then turned to PK. "Alright... two more... You ready son?" "Ready when you are mom..."

"Let's go... Flareon!" "Time to shine... Luxray."

Pokedex Entry: Inhaled air is heated in the flame sac in its body to an intense fire over 3,000 degrees Fahrenheit.

The two Pokemon looked each other in the eyes. PK was worried about this. He hoped that his mother would use Luxray against one of his other Pokemon... but no... Luxray came out when his ONLY Female Pokemon is out. Not to mention his Pokemon is an eeveelution.

"Alright... Use Flame Charge!" As Flareon began to be encased with fire as she went zooming forward. "Alright Luxray, Us-" "LUXRAY!!" ...That's why PK didn't want to face Luxray with Flareon... Luxray began to charge forward and grab Flareon with a Thunder Fang, before tossing Flareon away. Neptune and Shen turned to the two other mothers confused. Tropae sweated with she coughed. "Well... let's just say... Luxray is a little crazy when facing a female eeveelution... Before you ask... let's just say she gets jealous easily and when her... 'mate'... was stolen from her by a Jolteon... it doesn't end well..."

Back on the field, we see PK trying to figure out what to do. "Umm... Use Fire Spin to try and trap it!" However, as the spinning ring of Fire is sent from Flareon's mouth, Luxray just runs through it and launches a Thunder Fang. 'Crud... what do I do... That's it!' "Flareon! Use Sunny Day!" On command, Flareon's fur began to glow white as the light was then sent into the sky. After that, a sun appeared magically. "Now use Flame Charge!" However... Flareon didn't use Flame Charge...

Instead, flames appeared around Flareon that grew even stronger... almost too strong. PK knew what this was... Flare Blitz...

Move Change: Fire Spin into Flare Blitz

Luxray was seen on the other side of the arena charging up a Wild Charge. "Flareon! Flare Blitz!" The Pokemon ran at each other with powerful speeds that when they collided, a mini explosion occurred...

"Both Pokemon are unable to battle! The battle ends in a draw!"

PK chuckled as he walked up to Flareon. "Good job buddy..." "...Flare..." "Oh yeah... Sorryyy... Good job PRINCESS..." "Eon..." Even when injured, Flareon was still the commanding Pokemon she was.

As PK returned Flareon, he saw how it was getting late. "Hey Mom... We both only have one Pokemon left to have battle... Let's wait for tomorrow before we fight." With agreement from everyone, they decide to have the battle in the morning. As PK walked away, he said one thing that shocked Shen and Neptune while his three mothers were bashful for being caught.

"Maybe tomorrow you can fight for real Mom! But... Thanks for holding back anyways!"
(Yeah... waiting a bit before we go back to the battles... that way we can have conversations in the story more.)

 

[Shen: King of Digimon]

Ah, so he figured it out. Good thing he isn't disheartened by it though. The endurance and will of PK is unparalleled, definitely a big change from when I first met him.

Shen looked to Neptune, who seemed to be smiling alongside the tree line. Shen walked over to her and flared his scarf up dramatically.

"Why are you here, it's not like you have anything to gain from this. So out with it."

Shuppet swerved over to her and her grim began to glow to sense her emotions as to detect any negative or harmful motives

 

[Paeon Kanetsu]

Neptune looked at Shen. "My apologies... I heard a battle... I was intrigued... That was it..." Only known to Shen, Shuppet was feeling... no emotions. This girl was simply emotionless... except for the small hint of interest.

Out of nowhere, two Pokemon run out of the bushes, showing a Purrloin and a Sneasel. The Purrloin ran and jump onto Neptune's left shoulder while the Sneasel sat down panting. "Oh... you two... that means..." On cue, a giant Beartic came over and picked the Sneasel up and began to rock it to sleep. "Hey Momma Beartic..." "Bear..."

Neptune began to walk away before turning to Shen and the three mothers. "I'll be back tomorrow... I don't like to keep things unfinished..." And of course... "Also... careful when... "flaring"... up your scarf. To some... it'll seem like your the guy for comic relief..."

With that, the mysterious girl walked away for the night.

 

[Shen: King of Digimon]

"Comic...RELEIF?!"

Shen seemed to burst with energy. If one hadn't known he wasn't a human, they'd swear he was mega evolving. He held up to fingers to his face and seemed to murmur an encantation of some kind. Shuppet was taken aback by the lack of emotion and stared at her horn. She stuck out her tounge and flipped an eye shut, trying to concentrate it, like it was broken.

"I curse you, with the tounge of the dearly departed. Your death shall not be merciful, I swear it!"

He cleared his throat and turned back over to PK seeming to switch moods completely.

"Soooo now that the forbidden curse of the dead is over, where to next?"

 

[Paeon Kanetsu]

PK sweat-dropped. He didn't know if he should be scared or he should be laughing... He picked to be confused. "Umm okay then..."

PK decided to head over to Lake Verity. Shen, of course being the great friend he is, follows PK. "Alright... so far we know only of Charon and Saturn... we need to figure out what to do next. What I mean is this..." PK pulled out a map and began to point out two options. "Our first choice is head to Canalave City. If we head there, we could talk to Bryon, you could get a badge, and we could possibly go to Iron Island. There we could train."

PK turned to Shen. "Currently, I know you have Sableye, Haunter, Shuppet, Rotom, and... well... you know who..." PK then chuckles. "You know... Good old TomTom!" PK smiled before he became serious and turned to Shen. "We. Need. Training. Simple as that. My team may be fully evolved... but even with my mother holding back, I only had two wins... I rely on luck too much. If we head to Iron Island, while it's off the beaten path, could help my team improve and help you get a Gengar, a Banette, and improve the rest of your team."

"The second option is the option we're currently doing. We're heading to Jubilife, then back to Oreburgh, the to Hearthome for you to get your badge there and then after talking to your aunt... we continue on our journey. Personally, I say we do Option 1."

As PK let those words sink into Shen's head, he stood up. "Come on... I need to get to Sandgem to heal my team up... And while we're there you can tell me about who that blue haired girl was."

 

[Shen: King of Digimon]

"Personally I'm for plan 1, I don't feel like retracing our steps all the way back to Hearthome just yet now. Training does seem to be the ideal thing to do."

En route to sandgem with PK, his ears slightly twitched when the blue haired girl was mentioned.

"That thing is named Neptune." Shen said, his voice dripping with distain.

Shen picked up Sabelye along the way, who was still bawling by the site of the battle. He grabbed Sableye by the back of his head and dragged him behind himself. Sableye's cries continuing on as they walked.

PK could only sweat-drop... again... Whatever this girl did, she seemed to anger Shen. Not to mention Sableye is bawling since PK got some wins. "Hey... Sableye." Sableye turned to PK with tears in his eyes. "... You do know that the reason I got those wins were because my mom went easy on me... right?" With those words, Sableye began to laugh at PK while doing a victory dance for Lithia.

One eye-roll/conversation later, we see the two boys at the center waiting for PK's team. "So let me get this straight... this girl was watching the match to the point where she can see what I was doing? ...Huh... that's... actually pretty impressive. She seems like she could be a useful strategist..." And of course... PK drops a bomb at the wrong time.

"Maybe we should see if she wants to join us?" *record scratch* ... Oh no...

 

[Shen: King of Digimon]

"...you suggest...WHAT?!"

Sableye covered his ears as the rage peaked around Shen, his scarf flurrying up and dark mysterious wind suddenly rose out of nowhere.

"That witch did nothing but watch a match, what makes you think that alone is a good asset? Braindead rodents can still watch things but doesn't mean that they should join us. I'm starting to think that you want her to come along because she reminds you of that girl from Oreburgh right? Have some standards dude, you don't need a blueberry colored witch in your hands!"

The dark wind slowly died down and Sableye uncovered his wars and continued being his carefree self

 

[Paeon Kanetsu]

PK was getting tired of this. "Shen. Shut up and Listen!" Shen stopped his rant before looking at PK who held a serious look. "Shen... we are out classed and out manned... we don't have the numbers or the strength... However, with strategy, we could have a chance."

PK then sighed. "...What I was doing in those matches was called "Instinct Strategy"... it's when you are able to make plans on the fly. However... when you are able to see these plans fold out, you can tell they're strategic. I believe that this Neptune girl would be a useful for how to be ahead of Team Galactic by a good 3 steps."

Finally, PK turned to Shen. "...I talked with my mom Strata... I know who the other admins are..."

Ignoring Shen's shocked look, he continued. "The admins we know are named Saturn and Charon... The two we don't know...

...

...
......Mars."
(Yeah... I'm tired of secret agent Mars...)

 

[Shen: King of Digimon]

"I'm an expert strategist though! I trained to think with mind over matter, brain before brawn. I was known to be the ultimate strategist at Hearthome you know, using my strategy to break into bakerys and steal honey buns. She on the other hand hasn't expressed any ability to have strategy. She just looked at our fight. That's it."

Shen heard PK's explanation of the planet named admin's of team galactic and pointed his finger in the air.

"I knew it sounded weird. They are all named after planets and such! Doesn't the name Neptune stand out to you? She's obviously an agent to team galactic. You honestly have a poor taste in mates PK..."

 

[Paeon Kanetsu]

"Shen... For one, stealing from bakery's does NOT mean your an expert strategist... Secondly, We don't know about Neptune yet. Mom told me that there were only four people to watch out for... Mars being one of them..."

PK then whispered to Shen. "Don't even think anything... I don't trust Neptune either... But that doesn't mean we don't give her a chance."

The two sat there for a bit before PK then said. "You also know I wasn't really "interested" in Mars right... I mean... Becoming someone's "boyfriend" after meeting them for 5 minutes... Red flag. Getting kissed day one and they want to sleep with you... Serious Red flag."

PK then looked at Shen. "You really think I want her to come with us because she reminded me of a girl who screwed up at being a spy? Come on man... If Neptune comes with us, we could get information on her and then see her connection on Team Galactic... Ok?!?"

 

[Shen: King of Digimon]

"Your mom was also a member before it fell and reorganized, so of course they would add more members. I'm practically certain Neptune is a part of them. And having a member that close to us is probabaky what team galactic wants. We would be playing right into their hands."

Shen rolled his eyes and PK's remarking regarding he incident in Oreburgh.

"In all fairness I didn't see you complain not once. You actually seemed to like being dragged along by that Mars character. I'm im correct..." Shen flashed a grin. "you didn't exactly pull back from that kiss either, did you?"

 

[Paeon Kanetsu]

PK was getting annoyed. "Look Shen... I'm going to tell you something... This stays a secret ok?" With a nod from Shen, PK continued. "... Look Shen, I... was scared and freaked out with the whole Mars scenario. You know why? Because the exact same thing happened before."

As Shen looked confused, PK continued. "When I was younger, this girl came up to me one day. Never met her before and she suddenly said to "Be her Boyfriend". Me being the shy and nice kid, I couldn't say no... I wish I did."

"She used me to simply get her everything she wanted. When I asked for something in return, I was ignored or I was told that I was a selfish jerk. When she was done with me, she embarrassed and took everything I told her, and gave the info to everyone..."

PK looked up at Shen. What Shen didn't know was that PK was filled with complete disgust over Mars. "You think I liked the situation with Mars... I HATED it..."

PK got up and grabbed his Pokemon. "I'll be a Lake Verity... just know this... I'm not saying anything else. I'm trusting you make the choice on logic and not personal decisions... I'll still stand by your side." PK turned to Shen one last time with a giant smile. "Afterall... while it may not be the same for you... I can 100% say this..."

"You are my best friend." With those words, PK headed out the door.

 

[Shen: King of Digimon]

Shen's grin turned upside down really quick as PK walked away. He didn't mean to strike a soft spot. He now felt a twinge of guilt arising in his stomach. He knew how relationship troubles were and how painful they could be, but he also knew how dangerous possible team rocket members could be.

................


At lake verity, Shen approached PK, who appeared to be gazing along the water. Shen cleared his throat.

"Listen PK, I'm sorry about what I said before. I didn't know your personal life in that area was sensative, and I shouldn't have gone there. It's a bumpy road, and I've ridden that road and it's not enjoyable. I apologize."

 

[Paeon Kanetsu]

PK turned to Shen and sighed. "It's okay Shen... I know that you had no idea." In all honesty, PK was feeling down. Not about the battles, not about Mars or Neptune... but on how awful his luck could be. He's been attacked by a Seaking followed by a Gyarados and a Salemence... was then attacked by Team Galactic, Jubilife... Heck, before meeting Shen, PK was simply the laughing stock of everyone other then his parents.

PK then realized that even with all his bad luck... he still had his friend. He had his mothers, his partner, his team... heck, there's even Sableye! He has all of them... PK had all of them... There wasn't anything that could ruin it...

PK sat down by the Lake's edge. "So... what are we going to do?"

 

[Shen: King of Digimon]

"While yes I get where you are coming from, I absolutely don't agree with bringing her...unless..."

Shen flashed back with an Mischevious look, Sableye sporting a similar one. Their grins seemed to stretch ear to ear as Shen's eyes peered right into PK's.

"...we kidnap her!"

 

[Paeon Kanetsu]

PK looked at the two. He blinked a few times before getting a deadpan look...
...

...
*BONK* *BONK*

We could now see the two with big bumps on their heads as PK was standing with a smoking fist. "Are you KIDDING me!? We are not kidnapping her!!"

As Shen looked up he saw PK annoyed. "I swear... what in your right mind thought. "Huh... since the girl might be a criminal... let's do an act that criminals would do and kidnap her" Really!?!"

 

[Shen: King of Digimon]

*BONK* *BONK*

Sableye cradled his head for a second before growling and latching on to PK's face, releasing a flurry of fury swipes at anything he could get his hands on. Shen pried Sableye off of PK's face before shouting at him.

"Hey! It's a good idea! You just don't know how to take a risk."

When then collected himself, adjusting his scarf and continued.

"Shuppet didn't detect and emotions at all from her, like a spy trying to hide her feelings. She also shares a spacial name like team galactic, that's two strikes already. *I* suggest we kidnap her like her team did with blaze and try to get. Some juicy details."

 

[Paeon Kanetsu]

PK sighed. "You know what. Whatever. If you want to try and do that... go ahead. I'm going back to my house for some sleep."

With that, PK walked away from the lake. He was telling the truth, he was tired. However, as he was walking down the road, he saw an injured... white Vulpix? "What?" As he ran up to the Pokemon, he saw marks of what seemed to be a fight. "Oh man..." PK then picked up the Vulpix and began running to his house. "Don't worry... you'll be back to normal in no time."

-Meanwhile-

As Shen was the Lake, we see Neptune running. As Neptune saw Shen, Shen turned and was shocked to see Neptune's frantic face. "You... your the comedy relief guy... Please... I need to find Vulpix... I'm afraid she's hurt... Do you know where she is?"

 

[Shen: King of Digimon]

"Say comic RELEIF guy one more time and you will be at the bottom of this lake." Shen spoke, his voice dripping with venom. "And no, as a matter of fact I haven't seen it. But before then, we have buisness to talk about..."

He winked to Sableye, who grinned in response and turned to Neptune. Sableye's eyes glew and his fingers waved and twitched as a stream of black stretched out to go under her. Suddenly, the shadow sneak sucked her in until only her stomach and above were visible. Shen crossed his arms and looked down at the struggling woman.

"I know what your up to, Neptune. You and your 'team galactic' thugs. Just what kind of game do you think yor playing?"

 

[Paeon Kanetsu]

Neptune was confused. "Team... who?" Neptune actually had no idea what was going on. One second she was with her team at their camp, the next second her Vulpix was attacked and taken away. So she went to look for her. After a good hour of searching, Neptune was frantic. She was worried about Vulpix. And now... she's stuck.

"Who are Team Galactic?" Surprisingly, Shuppet was able to get Neptune's emotions, one was a combination of fear and worry due to her missing Pokemon... the other was general confusion... on Team Galactic. With that, Shuppet sent these emotions to Shen.

 

[Shen: King of Digimon]

"Hm...what? That can't be..." Shen then knelt down to her, eyes locking. "You look practically identical to the woman in Oreburgh city...in fact...you ARE identical, save the outfit of course. You just be related or something, there's just too many things her that point to you being in league with team galactic. I have an idea, Shuppet! Play it back!"

Shuppet winked and stuck out her tounge. When she did so, a trick room grid started to form alongside the ground, stretching up to the sky before encapsulating like a cube shape. When it did so, the grid faded as the atmosphere around them changed. It changed to Oreburgh city, replaying a memeory of shuppet's of when they met Mars. Mars talking with PK and then kissing him out of nowhere, when she broke the kiss and smiled, the frame paused. Shen then turned back to her.

"How do you explain...THAT."

 

[Paeon Kanetsu]

Neptune looked at the woman. "Who... is she?" Neptune had no idea who this woman was. She did understand his reasoning. She and this lady seemed like they were twins... yet that's not the case. "I'll be honest... I don't know who that woman is. Sorry Ghost Boy..."

Much to Shen's confusion and anger, Shuppet relayed the emotions in Neptune's head... Confusion on the woman... She didn't know who this person was.
(Man... I really dislike writing short parts... but you got to do that sometimes.)

 

[Shen: King of Digimon]

"SHE is a part of team galactic. A criminal organization with unkown goals. She was trying to spy on us and get inside our group, and then YOU come out of nowhere, looking at our group and trying to get in on us. Tell me, doesn't that sound a *teeny* bit suspicious?"

Right then, the holographic Mars that was frozen cracked, lines of the fracture Spideribg out across her face. Her neck then spun around 180° to meet neptune's face. Sickening laughter was heard echoing throughout the trick room.

"Why don't you know me, Neptune?"

The holographic Mars strides toward her as the rest of the images seemed to distort and crumble the closer she got to her.

"Don't tell me you don't know me."

The Mars hologram seemed to distort even more as she approached. She then came right up toward Neptune, the cracks forming a smile around her face.

"CoMe WiTh MeEeE!!!"

 

[Paeon Kanetsu]

Neptune was scared. Here she was being questioned... but now she felt it gone to far. What did he want from her? So... here we were with a girl with her eyes closed, and tears coming out. She just wanted out of this.

As Shuppet began to relay the emotions of fear to Shen, Sableye was hit in the face by... a Sneasel. When the emotions finally reached Shen, Shuppet was hit by by a blast of water... Scald.

Shen turned to see a Seaking next to an angry PK who was holding a patched up white Vulpix. "Shen... What. The. Heck. Is. THIS!?!?!?"

...PK was pissed...

Shen blinked twice and looked at the holographic Mars that had distorted so creepily. It cracked it's head up and sprinted up, grabbing both Shen and Neptune by the neck. Shuppet, seeing This, brought down the trick room. The grid dissapeared and the surroundings vanished along with it. But Mars...Mars stayed.

"Hrk....wha...t?" Shen tried to speak.

Suddenly, a figure glided down from above. The figure had orange hair and wore a completely black suit with a crimson colored 'G' emblem on his neck. He laughed and revealed a trails of five strings, one on all her appendages and the head.

"Hahahahaha! Ohh ain't this a pretty sight?" The figure spoke. "I am Venus, illusionist and fear monger of the realm beyond! Hahahaha!"

PK looked at this Venus character. He turned to Shen and Neptune. PK returned Seaking as he then brought out Metagross. Metagross linked up to PK and was shocked. Something about the scene of the two being grabbed by the neck... made something snap inside PK.

"I'm only going to say this once..." PK turned to Venus with the most angry and most unsettling stare. "Let. Them. Go... Now!"

PK doesn't know why he was like that right then and there... but he didn't care. His only focus was taking this freak-show down!

"Hm...let them go? You know what you make an convincing argument. I have to rethink my entire philosophy of life, my very foundation of morals and ethics! ...Except that this is too fun~"

Venus's fingers flicked around, the red strings that attached to the holographic Mars obeying the commands it was given. The Mars laughed a distorted laughter before yanking Neptune out if the shadow sneak and brought both of her victims into the air, Mars appearing to levitate off the ground. Venus turned to PK with his other hand in his hip.

"Don't like it? You'd better do something about it then. The neck is a very valuable peice of the human body. Even before you could order a command, I could kill BOTH of your friends here. You would be left with NOTHING. Wanna risk it battle boy?

 

[Paeon Kanetsu]

PK just stood there. To Venus, he wasn't moving. However, he was saying his plan in his head that was connected to PK and his team, thanks to Metagross. "No... I don't want a battle..."

In an instant, PK sent out Mightyena, Simisage and Rotom-Fan. Rotom-Fan cut the wires connected to the fake Mars with Air Slash. When the grip the fake Mars had loosened, Simisage used Acrobatics and grabbed Shen and Neptune. Mightyena then used Bite to grab the strings and pull the surprised Venus to the ground while Metagross had a Meteor Mash ready at Venus head. When Simisage landed behind PK, he placed the two down and jumped back to PK who looked down at Venus.

"I want answers... Now..."

----------Meanwhile----------

We can see the real Mars within an abandoned laboratory. By her side, we can see Charon messing with a computer. "Soooo... what are we doing here again?" Charon scoffed. "We need to find the information Saturn told us about... It can be very useful..." Suddenly a file is brought out on the screen which gives Charon a wicked grin.

"This is it... What we've been looking for... Project Killcode..."

"Oh ho ho now, ain't you a feisty one?"

Venus snickered, strings coming from his fingers and all attached to Metagross's arm. All the strings were just enough to lift the arm for a few seconds for Venus to slide out of the way of it. He then attached the strings back to the holographic Mars, her face seeming to come back to life like a puppet. Venus flexed his fingers with advanced movements, Mars responded by shattering her own right hand into fragments, leaving only a sharp fractured wrist.

The Mars wailed and laughed distortedly as she rushed toward PK with her new sharp wrist. She grabbed him by the collar and stared deep into his eyes with her lifeless ones.

"LiKe WhAt YoU sEe?!"

In the abandoned laboratory...

Mars was confused. "What's so special about this project?" Charon laughed. "You see, the project was to see if you could take anyone and give them strength to withstand all. Since there were no volunteers due to the violent and barbaric procedures, they used one of the scientists two children..." Charon then pulled up a picture of two children. "The girl in the picture is Kiyoko, meaning "Pure Holy Child"... as in she was a perfect candidate. The other one... he was the girls older brother... I think you know him." Mars looked in shock as the boy was a younger version of a certain blonde-haired boy she knew.

"The boy... Paeon."

---Meanwhile---

PK looked the fake Mars in the eye when he remembered something... He's been through this before... "This hurts daddy more then it hurts you..." "You know what... You could look better. Let me help you..." *CRACK* In an instent, PK punched the fake Mars back as PK sent out Flareon. Flareon, connect to PK's thoughts by Metagross, uses Flame Charge to run into Venus. As the strings burn, fake Mars and Metagross' arm fall. As Venus tried to control again, he realized that his fingers gained burns...

"I won't say it again... I want answers... NOW!"

"NGH, fool! You think you can take down a dimensional being such as me so easily?!"

With that, black pokèballs were released from his belt. Four Pokemon seemed to attack once they came out, flipping Metagross upside down with their combined attacks. A jynx, alolan persian, meowsic, and one sassy looking alolan meowth stood before PK, all with dark aura's swirling around them. They seemed corrupted, distorted, like they weren't fully there. Venus stood up, looking at his apparent burn.

"You foolish mortals and your nonsenical ideas..."

Just then, Venus seemed to rip off his injured hand and toss it aside. The hand shattered once it hit the floor. The gap that used to hold his hand seemed start inching back to gettin the hand rebuilt. His eyes were dark and soulless as he stared down the three enemies in front of him.

Shen stood up after coughing from the fake Mars chokehold.

"PK, what is this thing?! A team galactic member??"

Sableye hopped to his feet, growling at the horde of enemy Pokemon in front of him.

PK turned to Shen. "I don't know... but we got to take care of him it seems." Suddenly... "Beartic!" The two turn to see a Beartic had helped Metagross back up. Beside the Beartic was a coughing Neptune. PK ran over to them. "Thanks for helping Metagross... by the way, I think this little gal belongs to you." The Alolan Vulpix jumped into the girls arms. "Alright... Stay safe you two." PK then turned to the Pokemon.

PK realized something. "Mightyena, Use Bite and throw Jynx over to us." "MIGHT!" With a grab and toss, Jynx was sent flying to PK. "Now Metagross, use Iron Head!" The Iron Head hit dead on, knocking the Jynx towards Shen. "Crud... SHEN! LOOK OUT!"

As the jynx rumbled toward Shen, Sableye leaped up and shot a shadow ball at it. The super effective hit seemed to shatter the jynx into thousands of black Pieces. What?

"PK, they aren't real! Not entirely!"

The alolan Persian leaped at the Beatrix and drove it's talons on it's back. It then bit down on the back of the heartic's throat as it growled and hissed. Venus seeming to be amused by the entire scenario wiggled his newly grown finger, a red string attaching to PK's face as he forced him face first into the dirt, letting out a laugh.

When PK hit the ground, his brain was telling him to end this quickly. In his head, he thought out a strategy... and gave every Pokemon a command. "Okay... Now!" PK threw out Seaking as they all went into position. Mightyena ran and use Ice Fang on the Alolan Persian which was then hit by the Beartic's Icicle Crash when it was distracted, making it disappear.

Next, Seaking appeared behind Meowstic and hit it with a Megahorn, which sent it over to Metagross who used Meteor Mash, creating more black pieces. Meanwhile, Rotom-Fan sent an Air Slash to cut the string connected to PK before sending a Thunder Wave onto the Alolan Meowth, who was then turned into black pieces by Flareon's Flare Blitz.

After that, Simisage grabbed the string that was connected to PK's head and pulled it. Venus was then sent flying over to the where PK got up and... *CRACK* *BANG* *WHAM*

We see PK had... punched Venus in the face, then kneed him in the stomach and after that was done, Simisage punched Venus to the ground, knocking him out. "Ok... can someone please tell what the HECK was going on!?!?"

"Does it look like I would know?!" Shen yelled back, then turning to Neptune. "Maybe she'd know..."

Sableye put a foot on Venus's head and laughed triumphantly as Shuppet scanned his head for emotions. She was taken aback by the fact that she sensed nothing at all coming from him, similar to her reading on Neptune. She relayed the signals to Shen.

"Just as I thought...there's no reading from him either. I sense a pattern here PK. But before we do anything else..."

He knelt down and took out some old looking rope. He went to tie venus's hands together, but when he tried, Venus suddenly seeped into the ground, becoming ooze of sorts before apparently vanishing. Shen blinked in place.

"What just happened..?"

PK was confused as the pain in th- uh... the annoyance known as Venus just... vanished. "You know what... We live in a world with creatures that shoot fire, conduct electricity, fire high-pressured water... I don't question it anymore." PK then turned to Neptune... and was shocked. Not only did she have marks from that fake Mars, but was also holding onto Vulpix like it was the last time she would see her.

PK knew what to do. "Hey... Neptune." The girl looked up to see the boy smiling. "I'm so sorry this all happened to you... here." PK pulled out a thermos. "Want some juice to drink?" With a nod, PK pours Neptune a glass of juice. "Now then..."

PK turned to Shen. "You owe her an apology. Shen... before you say anything, here me out. You caught her for questioning, correct? I know this because you weren't the only one who got Neptune's emotions." PK then pulled out only a little bit of Pokemon food. "Thanks again for that Shuppet, however, I took most of the food for the Trick Room stunt." Shuppet only nodded.

"Now... are you crazy!?!? You were putting her through scary trauma!? That's torture!! No one, and I repeat, NO ONE should have to go through that. Trust me..." After his rant, PK walked over to Neptune and helped her up. "I'm taking her to my parents, they can help with this. I still want you to apologize Shen." With that... PK walked off while helping Neptune.
