Hello y’all! Been a while since I could get some reliable free time but I wanna give making an rp a shot.
Premise: “Congratulations! Your application and audition for the first ever season of Pokémon Survivor has been accepted! You have been selected because we believe that your unique skills and traits will carry you to be the sole survivor and winner of one billion pokedollars! We can’t wait to see you over at Takona island this June!”
Pokémon Survivor is a reality show game based on the actual show Survivor in which competitors habit and island and compete in challenges while also avoiding elimination via voting against each other out of the game.
Setting: Takona island is a made up island located in between of Kanto’s and Alola. It’s a beautiful, large, and tropical island that is almost as large as poni island. It’s geography is comprised of beaches, tropical forests, rivers, lakes, small fields, swamps, and a hiking mountain range along its west side that contains hot springs and a couple caves. Basically almost every type of Pokémon can be found here. Near the south of the island in a small forest clearing is where the main camping grounds will be located. Challenges and courses will randomly be set up all around the island.
Plot: Your character willingly applies and auditions to be on this show for a reason: maybe a desperate need for the prize money, a chance of fame, or maybe just to meet people and have fun experiences. Regardless, everyone knows that they will be competing against each other and that there can only be one winner. They will all arrive to the island on a cruise ship and arrive for a small party on the beach where they can socialize and get to know each other before the host (moi) will go over the rules and divide the campers into teams. Your first post should go over your characters anticipation and interacting with others at the beach. There will be a challenge every day, either a reward or immunity challenge. Teams that win rewards can earn supplies, extra food, tools to help them catch Pokémon, etc. Teams that win immunity are safe from the elimination ceremony; the team that loses will head to a bonfire where they will all anonymously vote on who they want to be eliminated from the show. Once a character gets eliminated they become exiled from the camp and can no longer compete in challenges. However that’s not where their story ends, as they must continue to live by themselves on the island, and unbeknownst to the film crew, the island contains more secrets and treasures than meets the eye. Of course, judgements on which teams will win challenges will come to me, unless you guys can come to an agreement and make it obvious in your posts who succeeded or failed.

Personality: Yuki is what you call cold-hearted, she is cunning, smart, and often gives people the "cold shoulder", she doesn't care about friends, the only thing in her mind is "winning"
Reason for competing: Winning, and proving nothing can stop her
Personal life/job/hobbies: Yuki was born in a wealthy family, her dad always taught her that, "second place, is first place for losers" It was pinned to her mind, that she must not lose, when she was young, her mom forced her to learn every musical instrument, thus becoming a "virtuoso" in music

Appearance (all clothing will initially be shorts, t shirts, and tennis shoes): Jasmine has very curly short black hair that she usually ties back. She has dark brown eyes along with chocolate brown skin. Jasmine usually wears a simple tank top with olive green shorts and running shoes.
Personality: Jasmine is laid-back and usually up for risks and dares. She’s also kind of a troublemaker and goes out of her way to mess with people. Besides all that, she can be serious when she needs to, and is as stubborn as a bull when it comes to what she wants.
Reason for competing: Since Jasmine comes from a poor background, she wanted to compete because she knows one billion Pokedollars will do her and her family good.
Personal life/job/hobbies: Jasmine used to work as a cashier for a small grocery store in Alola. Currently, she is jobless but plans to make a living doing shows like this.

Appearance (all clothing will initially be shorts, t-shirts, and tennis shoes): A young boy with a slim figure that only held a little muscle. Black hair that is longer on the right contrasted nicely with his paler skin. He has purplish eyes that are topped with a dark blue tint so it's hard to tell between the two colors. Clothes may vary but he is seen mostly wearing a hoodie.
Personality: Described as a charming sophisticated prince. He is well known for his calm behavior and tendency to help everybody in need. Due to such a soft personality, he is incapable of defending himself when it comes to bullying and arguments and is usually very against any dangerous act or adventure. Normally nervous when it comes to public speaking but seems to have no problem talking individually to random people. He's pretty smart and usually think things through during difficult situation but is still somehow nonetheless rather naive and gullible. If you were to lie to him, there's a 70% chance he'll believe you. He claims it's because he doesn't believe that people would have any reasons to lie to him. Rather patient, there's little to no way to anger him since he's usually very chill towards anything you'll throw at him.
Reason for competing: Though he doesn't like any dangerous act, he was urged to join this by his cousin who believed this is a good chance to finally get him to do something other than playing with his little garden, and he couldn't exactly say no to her cause he does owe her some favors.
Personal life/job/hobbies: He is currently working in a flower shop with his parents and cousin.
Favorite Pokémon: Literally any grass type pokemon but if he really needed to choose, it'll be whether a carnivine or a cottonee.

Appearance: Bianca wears her long blonde hair usually in a messy low bun. She has stormy grey eyes and is slightly tanned. Average height for her age. She wears whatever she has that she thinks makes her look like a presentable human being. She also has small owl earrings.
Personality: A very smart and tactical person.She likes to make plans and follow them through, which can make her come off as bossy. She knows many fun facts and survival tips, which may come in handy. Bianca loves meeting new people and Pokemon, plus she's also good at getting Pokemon to trust her. She really challenges the whole "blondes are dumb" stereotype.
Reason for Competing: Bianca wants to meet people and make really good memories. Also, getting to be on TV sounds great to her.
Personal life/job/hobbies: She's studying to get into college so she can become a scientist and work for the Devon Corporation.
Favorite Pokemon: Metagross, because it reminds her of Steven Stone (her idol)

Appearance:
Georgie has long, wavy black hair and ocean blue eyes featuring a pair of dark red, thin rimmed glasses. She's fair skinned with a thin but full frame, and stands at an unimpressive 5'5". Tiny but mighty! She normally wears a red and black horizontally striped t-shirt with a black hooded vest over it, ripped black skinny jeans and white and red converse high tops. (Left is red, right is white. Hey that rhymes!) She also likes to paint her nails in a back and red pattern to match.

Personality:
She is very energetic, getting excited over silly things. This often makes her very rash when it comes to decision making, never really stopping to think things through before barreling into something. She has little to no patience, and at times can be rather short tempered and even a little rude sometimes. Despite her disposition and stubborn attitude, she gets along fairly well with most people and can be quite friendly. Once she considers someone a good friend and learns to trust them, she's very loyal and protective of them, even if it's hard for her to verbally express such affections. She has the confidence of a leader, but tends to be a little too hard on herself if things don't go right. She can be a little angsty in these situations, but after going off on her own to blow off some steam she's back to her old self like nothing ever happened. She's gotten very good at rolling with the punches.

Reason for competing:
Georgie is a thrill seeker and risk taker, always ready to take on a new challenge. Once she hears of any type of compitition, she's there. She loves to win! She's also keen on getting her hands on some money to keep her father's Ghost type Gym in business. Now that he's passed away, her older sister Ami wants to take over the family business, but they're falling on hard times. Ami can only do so much, and Georgie tries to help the best she can. Winning Pokemon Survivor would be a great way to get the money and bring some attention back to the business.

Personal life/job/hobbies:
Georgie is a Fire type specialist and an avid Pokemon trainer and Gym competitor in her home region Kanto. But there's only so much to do there, so she took on some traveling to see the sights and find her calling in life. She loves to explore new places and try new things, meet new people and maybe get a good pokemon battle in when she can.

Accepted! And unfortunately, competitors can't use their own pokemon in the challenge, however some rewards or challenges could involve trainers temporarily seeing their own pokemon. In this RP trainers are able to catch their own pokemon whether a challenge is going on or not. Some challenges may even be to catch certain pokemon. However, pokeballs and resources for catching are limited and competitors won't be able to use any of their own items for it, so they'll need to try and manage the pokeballs given to them or try befriending/gaining their trust.
I'm planning for every competitor to start out with at least three personal pokeballs. More will be given to them later.

Appearance: Long dark purple hair. It is pulled up into a half updo. She is kind of short being only 5'3". She has bright pink eyes. It is a rare genetic in her family to have them. She is a very petite and slim. For the competition she will wear a black tank top, dark purple short that come to mid thigh, and a pair of dark purple converse. She has a gray scale tattoo sleeve on her right arm. It is roses on a vine. The flowers are the only color on the tattoo. It stands out against the black and grey of the rest of the tattoo.
Personality: She is very kind. She has a stubern streak about her that tends to force her into standing up for her actions. Sarah has a bit of a temper. It takes her a long time to get mad, but when she does you better watch out. Sarah is very competitive person she hates to lose.
Reason for competing: She needs the money to save her family from being forced out of the farm. Her father was injured while out in the field and had to take out loans to pay for medical bills and people to work on the farm.
Personal life/job/hobbies: Sarah is a breeder. She works on her family farm. She takes care of many different pokemon. She had raised many of them aince they were eggs. She takes the time to match people up with the right pokemon for them. She is very active and tends to run with her pokemon often. She loves to play music and share it with others.

Personality: Bubbly and flamboyant, Allie never backs down from a challenge. She has a fiery spirit, and loves adventure. Naturally, she's skilled with making alliances in any situation. However, she can be terrifying when angered.
Reason for competing: To have fun. She simply enjoys the adventure.
Personal life/job/hobbies: Being only sixteen, she doesn't really have a job yet. She helps out at a Pokemon Daycare though.

Gender: Male
Age: 15
Appearance: He has white-greyish hair due to his birthmark. He has brown eyes, contrasting his pale hair. He wears a dark blue jacket, with black lines in a shape of a vest on it. Underneath, a pale white short sleeved shirt. He wears black sweatpants with white lines near the side and his signature black socks and brown sandals. He also wears a backpack with a buckle near his chest. The backpack his camouflage, perfect for camping or hunting. His Drifloon is usually sighted close to him.
Personality: Quiet and distant. He like observing how people interact with each other, but is also determined to stay on the island to the finale. He can get competitive while battling with his Pokemon. And I mean E X T R E M E L Y competitive. Too much for the average person. Most of the time, he stays in the background so people don't vote him off or he always helps out the team.
Reason for Competing: To observe how reality TV show characters work. Also, to crush everyone into oblivion while he laughs in the background maniacally.
Personal life/job/hobbies: He goes to a High School in Hearthome City, and he loves to camp and battle.
Favorite Pokémon: His Drifloon, of course.

Black shorts. Wears black fingerless gloves. Also wears boots with a pink cross, and blue knee socks. Flat-chested
Personality: Lazy and tired, but when it comes to battling, she's confident and energetic. She complains if she has nothing to do, she's brave and got guts to talk back. But she isn't that smart.
Reason for competing: She likes to fight and as the young girl she is, thought fighting goes with it, plus, she has nowhere to go, so she thought this she could get to know people, but never knew this is survival.
Personal life/job/hobbies: She has no jobs, but she likes to wander in the streets, she is an abandoned girl who got adopted by a lady named Nisha and became Laby's best friend, after her death, she always held a mirror in the memory of Nisha.
Favorite Pokémon: Any fairy, psychic, and dark type, but she mostly likes Swirlix.

She wears glasses on her face with a silver and black cross around her neck. She wears bandages around her wrists and ankles. She wears a white wolf mask when she makes her appearance as she removes it when she has to
Personality: She is quite distant towards others but once you get to know her, she will do anything to protect those close to her. She is slightly stubborn as this is a way to hide her shyness which she tries not to show. She tries to act brave when it comes to protecting her friends. She is rather gentle towards other as she will always give a gentle smile to those closest to her. She is stern most of the time as that's how she is.
Reason for competing: Basically to have fun and make friends she can rely upon without being hurt
Personal life/job/hobbies: Drawing, playing violin(Very experienced at it), She is in her last year of high school and the champion of her hometown, Alola. She has no job currently just only her champion work with experienced trainers.
Favorite Pokémon: Umbreon, preferably the shiny sprite, She loves the way the Umbreon shines light in the darkest of the night as if the Umbreon is leading the way out of the darkness just like how she tries to do, but mostly the way it looks
