What? Ditto can't turn into people. Ditto are genderless, so they can't really have Brothers. It was Latias. Her brother, Latios, is blue. They both can turn into people. I saw it in a movie once.

Above me, the answer is the Black-exclusive Gardevoir-esque Psychic-type (too lazy to look up the JP name).
