Which jewel should be the next one?

Mr. Kato is a force to be wary of. Wite was a big deal, and a big threat, but no one sees him as one even though he has almost the exact same powers.
He wants to take responsibility for the island.
If you think about it, the leader Marquis died, and I would assume the next in line would be the high priestess. From the way Wite talked about her leaving, the two leaders are gone. He wants to step up for everyone and represent the people of the island. Poor him, nobody really pays any attention except for maybe Rolen and Azumi

Maybe, blood control is pretty broken, but he wouldn't stand a chance against Azumi's current crew. Also, hard to take serious an old man in a wheelchair xD
@Cmeriwether sorry we haven't sent aid to your characters but giant demon and stuff was too important. How are the others suppose to know though? Most can barley move, so I don't think they will be looking for them.


Anyways, everyone else should start moving towards the boat, the Queen boat actually since the other two separated from the docks.

@JayBird Joe well Wite has respect for Mr.Kato lol. The High Priestess thing was all a fabrication from the cult, with its disappearance from the island and Marquis gone there is literally no one in charge. If Mr.Kato is indeed a noble then he would be right to be the person to be in control. Wite was latterly only doing things because Marquis told her to due to their deal they made when he first summoned her. Now that he’s gone Wite has no allegiances to anyone and can do whatever she wants.

Right now she’s allied with Azumi so if Azumi wanted to go on a warpath through the other lands Wite would gladly join if it meant getting closer to find the other jewels. It’ll make for some interesting situations when Azumi asks Wite to do stuff since Wite’s morals, or lack of normal morals, is probably something Azumi’s not used to, or is having an actual physical demon as an ally.

The other two boats probably returned to port after things returned to normal since they only sailed out slightly to get in a better position to fire their cannons, though the sails of all three ships are pretty shredded. The crew would be stranded in the island for a bit until they can get the ships back to a sailing condition.
