• A reminder: If you want to ask an RP thread creator if you can join their RP, do so in private - via conversation or profile messages - or via the thread's discussion thread, if one exists. Do NOT ask if you can join an RP on the RP thread itself! This leads to a lot of unnecessary OOC chatter and that's not what the RP boards are for.

This is clearly stated in our RP forum rules. If you've not read them yet, do so BEFORE posting anything in the RP forums. They may be found here (for Pokémon Role Play) or here (for General Role Play). Remember that the Global Rules of Pokécharms also apply in addition to these rule sets.

Power Challenge

As the superhuman approached, Kalseng twisted backwards, arching his entire body to avoid the kick. A sword followed up, swinging straight towards his head. Kalseng knew that at this distance, he had no real options to block. Suddenly, a katana stopped the attack right from in front of his face. Kalseng twisted backwards, flying out from the two combatants.

"Move!" Kalseng said to his new partner. "Converge!" Kalseng shouted, throwing a gesture towards Yoshimitsu. All of the missle-like rodents converged on one point, each moving swiftly towards El. Kalseng took that one moment to power-up one more level.

"DNA!" Kalseng shouted, his skin beginning to glow with white and pink energy. "Charge!" His very essence was re-configured, meshing bits and pieces of DNA together and re-forming them, creating an ultimate form. It took longer to do this, and with only two real DNA collections, it wasn't a great form, but it would help. Kalseng's bone structure altered, becoming significantly more human, for better structure. His muscles altered, wrapping around specific joints in his body for optimal movement with minimal strength. His fur bristled up, more fur springing up to create a denser hide.

"Now," Kalseng said, pressing a button on his spear. "Dance!" Kalseng aimed the end of the spear at Yoshimitsu, and the head shot forward. It was a second spearhead, but it was still deadly. The head split in dozens of places, becoming small bullet-like objects as they flew. One went off-pattern and struck the ground, creating a large explosion where it landed. They would all mimic this result, but they would also not strike or hurt any of the rodents that were flying.

"Converge this!" Yoshimitsu roared, spinning in a full circle. As he spun, he threw his arms out, palms pointing directly outwards. Suddenly, the air around him exploded, releasing a shockwave that blasted apart the magic protecting the rodents. Then, he punched the ground and it, too, exploded violently as though a bomb had been placed under the surface. First it cracked, tendrils of flame licking upwards before releasing all the contained energy upwards and incinerating the flying rodents.

"Dance? If you insist," Yoshimitsu replied, grinning. Just how fast Yoshimitsu was suddenly became apparent. As the first of the bullets came close to him, he dodged it masterfully, appearing blurred. It looked as though he had teleported, but soon he was leaving a trail of blurry images as he dodged each and every bullet. Even the explosions seemed like nothing to him. In actual fact, he was collecting the force of the explosions in his palms, powering up his next attack.

"Not bad, you two are really starting to work together," Yoshimitsu commented. "At this rate, you might actually be able to do some damage. But you don't seem to grasp what you're dealing with."

He jumped back, well away from both of his opponents who had allowed themselves to remain stationary, and together, for too long. The energy contained in his palms suddenly sparked and turned blue and gold, flames dancing around it. He pointed his palms at his opponents, and smirked.

"Supernova Flare," he said. He released the energy. A beam. A massive beam of destructive power, charged by Kal's previous attack and Bahamut's Mega Flare. Yoshimitsu had even mixed in a bit of cero for ultimate potency. If it hit, those two would be in a hell of a lot of pain.

"Either side!" Kalseng shouted, readying his spear again. "Now!" The wave came at him, and Kalseng thrust the point of the spear forward, channeling different currents of energy around the tip. As the wave hit, the energy diverged in a cone shaped pattern around him, making it seem as though he was enveloped in the attack. For added affect, he screamed in intense pain right as the wave hit. As soon as the attack passed, Kalseng looked around on the ground furiously. "C'mon... C'mon... There!" Kalseng shouted. He ran over to the spot he had eyed and scooped up something white along the ground. Tossing it in front of him, Kalseng forced as much expendable energy into it as he could.

Two seconds later, a person had formed, flying along the ground. It was Stitches. The doll had been split, not destroyed. The being was now even more well defined than before, and had an image all of its own. Its hair was now a natural red color, flowing at neck length behind him. He had well-built muscles and a long-sleeved outfit, resembling the same scheme of colors and patterns as before. The creation this time, however, was more mouse-like, like Kalseng was. The being was about as tall as Kalseng and about as broad. It had a cape flowing behind it, making him look like a traditional dragoon. Eight spears were floating around the puppet, two in each hand. It was well armed.

"Hyper Leap!" Kalseng shouted, disappearing. The creature zoomed towards Yoshimitsu, becoming invisible. The speed that they were moving at was incredible, too fast for any human or non-human eye to detect, too fast for the sound of ripping air to reach Yoshimitsu's ears before they were in place. Twelve spears extended forward and spun with light energy, drilling through air. Kalseng appeared behind Yoshimitsu after the spears were done with their attack and spun the spear in his hand, a tornado of fire, wind, and light erupting forwards, wreathed in blue and gold flame, due to the partial absorption of Yoshimitsu's last attack.

Yoshimitsu spun on the spot again, a glowing trail following his hands to form a ring. Quickly, he threw his hands up above his head and a semi-transparent cylindrical barrier formed around him. The incoming spears hit the barrier and cracked it, but could not pass the defenses. Yoshimitsu clapped his hands together, the barrier expanding and dissipating, pushing the spears away.

The incoming tornado caught him by surprise and he barely had any time to react, certainly not enough time to negate the attack. The most he could hope for was to shield his torso, his arms a cross as he braced himself. The force of the attack caused him to skid back, burns forming on his exposed skin, chunks of rock that got picked up opening gashes. As soon as the attack subsided, green sparks jumped into action, mending his wounded skin.

"Ouch. You're speed's definitely picking up," Yoshimitsu commented. "I might have to start taking this seriously."

"Way of Binding Sixty-Three; Winding Binding Chains."

Suddenly, a number of chains burst from the ground beneath all three of his opponents, lightning quick, and wrapped themselves tightly around the torsos, binding their arms to their sides. Yoshimitsu was on the move from the second the chains burst from the ground, shooting into the sky. He extended his arms to either side as he ascended, two dragon heads covering his fists. The first was Bahamut's head, the crest shortened so his movement was not restricted, and shrunk down to the size of a boxing glove. The second dragon head was a more vivid blue, electric blue with a yellow crest, a sharper face. Hydroshock.

Both of the dragon heads were crackling, Bahamut's with blue and gold flames, Hydroshocks with tendrils of water and electricity. Yoshimitsu flipped in the air, building up momentum, before plummeting down again fists first. The dragon heads hit the ground first, making a crater, and there was a moment when it seemed like nothing was about to happen. Then, suddenly, the ground exploded, fire, electricity and water all exploding upwards in a massive radius from Yoshimitsu's position.
