Gas mask and visor, gloves to stop him from accidentally activating his quirk. Shoulder pads and heavy chest amour. Large leg and foot guards that when his quirk activates sink into the ground stopping him from being knocked over, and a heavy neck guard so he doesn't get whiplash.
Civilian
Short grey hair, a short beard, green eyes, usually wearing a Hawaiian themed shirt, short black pants, and flip flops.
Quirk: Repel (Type: emitter)
Quirk Explanation: Travis has 5 spots on his fingers if he touches something with all 5 they will be forced back from him he has learnt to control the distance and force of the push. But he gets an equal amount of recoil he has several techniques.
Repel launcher.
Quarantine touches another object and makes his quirk affect him launching him at high velocities he can use this to deal heavy amounts of damage to opponents.
Repel canon
Quarantine put both his and together and repels the air he does this to create a air bubble which he launches at enemy the bubble will explode causing huge amounts of damage.
But half of the force he uses to repel will recoil on him.
Personality: Travis is a really laid back guy and doesn't get bothered easily but in his hero form he is strong and will never give up his famous line is, "If your still conscious you should be fighting."
Other: He is ranked in the top 30 strongest hero's world wide.
