What starters did you chose in each game (on your first time)
For me it is Cyndaquil in Silver and SS,Bulbasuar in FR, Mudkip in Emerald,Piplup in Pearl and Platinum, and tepig in white.

I've followed a very obvious trend with my first starter each generation, but recently I broke tradition...

Red - Bulbasaur
Silver - Chikorita
Ruby - Treecko
Diamond - Turtwig
White - Oshawott

I never thought I'd ever prefer a Water-type starter line over the Fire/Grass lines, but Gen V made it happen. That's not to say I dislike Snivy or Tepig (I love them both), but none of their stages have anything on Dewott~

And now that I see you asked for "each game" and not each generation, I'll add the rest of the games, too:

Poor Squirtle and Piplup. I have raised them both, multiple times in Squirtle's case, but only on replays. The one starter I've never, ever chosen for my in-game adventure is Tepig, but that will change someday in the near future. ^^

So yeah, Water types are quite obviously my favorites (although the selection of Totodile was not originally because I liked it more than the others, because I really don't, but to honor the awesomeness of the Squirtle line. ;3) And Chimchar was only selected over the other two (and these three I equally love) because of the crapshoot of Fire types in D/P. XD But yeah, Oshawott, Mudkip and Squirtle were all chosen because they are my favorites from their respective Gens. :>

Although, I am planning to replay my White with Oshawott this time 'round, but I'm also considering just waiting for the third game to do that xD (yes, I can totally wait that long :>) So yeah, I'm not particularly fond of a given type, and much prefer starting with a Pokemon that I like to train.

*Ah, this was made possible by the infamous cloning glitch back in the GS days (Crystal managed to fix this glitch) The trick here was to have a save point before you chose your starter. You then play through the game up until the point when you can catch Pokemon (which would have took you about 30 minutes or an hour; patience is a virtue for this trick) and then using the cloning glitch, you deposit your Starter into the box. When you reset to your last save point, you will be back at the lab picking a starter, with the starter clone stored in your box. repeat the process for another round and you will have possessed all three starters.

Any that say they are a favorite correspond to the first game I obtained for that generation. So, overall, Grass type starters are my favorite. (Treecko, Snivy, and Chespin)

Remembering what my first starters for everything were is going to be an utter nightmare, but... eh, lessee.

• Red - my very first Pokémon game, and... surprisingly, I picked Charmander. You'd expect me to go for Bulbasaur but I had absolutely no idea what I was doing and while I found Bulbasaur and Ivysaur adorable, Venusaur turned me off from going for Bulba at the time. In retrospect, I wonder how the hell I survived the damn game. xD
• Yellow - Pikachu, obviously, as if you have much of a choice on the matter.
• Silver - Chikorita was my starter of choice in Generation 2 as by that time I knew a little bit more about what I was doing and what I like in Pokémon (and my thing for Grass-types has truly manifested itself).
• Crystal - Once more, Chikorita. I have done a run with Cyndaquil at some point, but this is about first runs. XD
• Sapphire - My first foray into the Hoenn region was done alongside a Treecko that remained a Grovyle for eternity. It was a Japanese game and I sort of stumbled blindly through it. My first run through an English version of Sapphire, though, took place with a Torchic (for Blazikens are awesome).
• Ruby - Once again, Treecko - though I never actually used Treecko on that run, storing it in a box and doing what has become my only starter-less run until fairly recently.
• Emerald - I've first walked into Emerald with the full knowledge of what team I wanted to run from experience with previous versions and previous runs - and I opted for Mudkip for this run. With the sheer power of a Swampert/Absol/Gardevoir combination i managed to shatter through the game with a team of only three members and a handful of HM slaves. And there was much rejoicing.
• LeafGreen - Took me a while to actually gather enough interest to play the Gen 1 remakes - and my starter of choice there was Bulbasaur, because I definitely had to make up for not going with Bulba when I first played gen 1! xD
• FireRed - If I recall correctly, my first foray into FireRed involved Squirtle, because I had never trained the turtle before and I had a strange urge to name one Quatto. It happened.
  
• Diamond - Turtwig, because I knew full well what it was going to eventually be and Fuck yes, Torterra. Torterras are beautiful things. Still one of my favorite grass starters to this present day.
• SoulSilver - Once again, my return to Johto was alongside a Chikorita. Yes, the Grass-type thing. It wins again.
  
• Platinum - By the time I got to play Platinum for the first time I felt it was about time to train the only Gen 4 starter I have not trained yet - Piplup. It was a bit of a glorious run as some 'Charmsians who have seen me MSN-doodle the crazy shit that happened to me in it can probably attest to - and the demon penguin got some rather impressive use.
• White - Once again, my attraction to the Grass-type won out and Lord Smugleaf Snivy was my first companion IN AMERICA through the Unova region - on both the Japanese and English runs.
• Black - As an ill-fated attempt at an LP of a Japanese version can attest to, my starter of choice in black was Oshawott - as I have come to quite appreciate Samurott by that time. I think my starter through my first English run of Black though might have actually been Tepig... Not sure which version the unimaginatively-named Ganondorf was on, anyway.
  
• Black 2 - It was a Japanese run and I think that I've actually gone for Snivy for that, as I planned to play White 2 properly with Oshawott (as my proper playthrough of White was with Snivy). My first English run through B2 - a very recent affair - began with Tepig, though it has been Pokegen'd over to create a team of things I have yet to train before, so it truly doesn't count.
  
• White 2 - Oshawott yet again, for reasons stated above.

I'm not sure what I'll do with X or Y quite yet. I'm quite inclined towards Delphox as there are many grass-types in this gen I'd like to try out and only one fire-type. But at the same time, Chesnaught is not only a grass type but also means Articuno in the long run and let's face it. It's the only awesome legendary bird. (But I've already made that rant) XD
