Open Tales of Aquestrias

He is in Ragraoth since it's technically the closest to the middle of Necros. While he's not there he would be in Hethia. also note that this doesn't make him the Ragroathian king. He's the Necros King.

Northern.

Alright, thanks.

So do all of the individual kingdoms have their own King and is Valier just the Hethian king, or is Valier just a king chosen to rule of Necros FROM Hethia?

Just a king chosen to rule.

As I stated in my first post all kingdoms of Necros besides Boie unified into one kingdom after the Tagryn War.

What exactly is the Blackquill? I've looked at previous Necros rps and they seem to be some kind of organisation Eeveechu created but I don't have any details as to who they are or where they live...

Oh, sure.
The Blackquill is a peacekeeping organization founded a while back by Ezequiel, Elona and a council of others. They specialize in runic magic. After the first big war (Necros 1) they spent the next four years building a safe haven known as Olympus that anyone from anywhere could come to as long as they weren't hostile. Ezequiel and two soldiers known as James and Falaern Storm (married after the first war) kept up communications with King Avian before he abandoned the throne. Nowadays, the Blackquill is an international peacekeeping organization that works to uphold tranquility across Necros, most commonly being mediators. They also technically count as a kingdom due to Olympus and its later offshoots, including the colonies of Asgard and Takamagahara. The Council still rules, elected by the people with the exception of the chairman, a role passed on by the vote of the Council's own. Operations of the Blackquill and Olympus are conducted by the Council, with any and all major decisions decided by a collective vote. Ezequiel and James serve as generals in the army now, with Falaern retired to raise her two twins - Clarke and Eldri - alongside inheriting Ezequiel's position of current council chairman. Maria, Linda and Max are sub-generals. The Blackquill also has ties to the UNF, with one of their own members - Queen Maple - as the married of King Xavier.
In summation? The Blackquill are a kingdom that accept any who don't mean them harm and are really good mages.

Thank you for the clarification. I didn't know the exact words to say. Also would you like to join? I could use some help with the other two story lines in this.

Oh, uh sure. I guess I may as well. I'll need a resume on what's happening. I tried skimming through the first page of the RP, but all I got was there's a battle going on and Avian has a farm now.
Oh and since you already know my characters, do I have to make character sheets for them or...?

Not unless you want to add new people like James and Falaren's children since this is twenty years past where Necros 3 would've been.

As for the story I'm trying to make it into three different story lines.
Line one What I'm dubing the fourth pirate war. Essentially it focuses on an island that is continuing to be harassed by Orcashi (Esentially Orcs) Aqusal (Fish people) And pirates as well as the Navy and more peace fearing Pirates that are trying to defend the island.

Line two fallows the older Avian as he get's sent on a mission from Xavier. To find out what is happening with Boie after a fog ingulfs the area.

Line three Avians bastard son turned legitiment heir David Rylon is sent on a quest to make peace negotiations with the Evlens Along the way he met the Orcashi Valkry (Storm's character) who is current accompanying him.

Ah, twenty years? Then I guess I'd have to, since Clarke and Eldri would be all grown up. I'll make their sheets now. Aquestrians are the name for the Ragrothian race, right? Also, do you think Xavier and Maple would've had kids?

Alright. How exactly could my characters help with that? Namely Ezequiel and the Storms?

Where exactly would Olympus, Asgard and Takamaghara be? I can guess where since each country in Necros is based off of a certain theme anyway, but i'm curious, because that gives my characters some options.

Well their the human like race.
Yeah they more than likely would have had children maybe two boys and a girl?
As for what the Storms and Ezequiel could be doing. Well Ezequiel could arrive on his Pegasus and help the island out. and probably the older storms could join Avian's group at the last minute. And finally their children could accompany David. What do you think?

Olympus is in Ragroth, and let's set Asgard and Takamagahara in Hethia and Pyke Flovia respectively.
One of my characters is a Hethian-born Navy admiral who abandoned his ship and got cast down to the rank of captain. He was highly looked up to before this. I'm now thinking he or one of my other characters would try to join the Blackquill.

His name is Baljeet Rajav. You said
let's set Asgard and Takamagahara in Hethia and Pyke Flovia respectively.
You put two of the 'countries' for Takamaghara. Does that mean you want it to cover parts of both of them or do you mean just one of them? And I agree with Jagson that it should be close to Boie since that is a very Japanese-style name. I feel like the word Asgard conjures up the idea of mountains though, so maybe it's better off in Pyke.

My thinking is that Rajav could head to the Blackquill site in Hethia, returning to his old home. Other characters, such as the pirate William Ashshore, or even Captain Kendra Water could come in here. I have a high-percentage Elvious character who could also join called Lanette Pathorn.

Name: Clarke Storm
Age: 19
Species: Aquestrian
Sex: Male
Sexuality: Mix
Appearance: Clarke is a tall boy (6'1) with his mother's eyes and his father's hair color. Unlike said father, he keeps his face cleanly shaven. He usually carries a book under his arm as well as a quarterstaff on his back for self-defense. He wears black baggy pants, a white shirt and black vest with fingerless gloves. He also wears glasses.

Name: Eldri Storm
Age: 17
Species: Aquestrian
Sex: Female
Sexuality: Unioner
Appearance: Eldri has long hair like her mother, and her father's eyes. She doesn't care much for her appearance, but she's short (5'2) and thin thanks to her constant training to be a strong warrior like her parents. She specializes in spear combat and knife combat.

These two are the children of James and Falaern Storm.

Also, hm? Are Pyke and Flovia different countries? There was no comma, so I wasn't sure. Alright, let's go with Asgard in Pike and Takamagahara in Boie. But if they are going to have a base in Hethia... hm, what should I name it...?

Babylon? While it isn't a home of Gods. Hethia is middle eastern like. And Babylon was a big Empire long ago.
You could try one of the places Arabians believe is like Heaven. Babylon works, but I think you should keep to the theme of heavenly places. If it's like the middle-east, they'd have a islamic kind of culture maybe-the highest place in heaven for Muslims is apparently called 'Illiyin' but there's also the word for the afterlife that might sound good.

Eh, I like Babylon and it still technically fits with the theme through its various fictional interpretations.
Okay
Grey let out a feignt curse. "Of all the times to not have a damn Forester onboard." He said as he took out his blade and led his men into an attack.
Who was Grey talking about? The only forrester Im controlling is in the Great Forest.

Yeah, the Blackquill still haven't been able to differentiate themselves enough to be counted as their own region.
What's happening right now in the RP, and what's happened so far? I need a resume to properly bring my guys in.

Not exactly what I meant. While foresters seen to have a higher percentage of magic users (nearly all of Eeveechues characters) there are others that have used magic outside of the Great Forrest.

Please note that this was written during Necros one
Me and Eveechu actually talked about this earlier today.
Other than the Runes. Magic is mostly found in tomes. There are 3 types of magic via tomes. Light ( heal, protecting etc) Dark ( resurrection via necromancy, draining another's life to keep you're self young, etc) And Elemental those that involve the planet
Thats the essentials. As for rules keep them grounded. Don't be completely OP with Magic.
Also Magic drains it's user of stamina. So of say Jeremiah unleashes a completely over the top attack via magic he'll be completely useless for a certain amount of time after wards

Ok got it. I was thinking of introducing some of Acurian's servants as dark magic users. I have already introduced one: Ramos Cynder aka George Hill. He was in that one post way back. He wears the skull of a ram and lives in Pyke.

Alright
As to awnser your question Eevee.
The fourth Pirate war: A merchant ship was destroyed by Aqusals. As this happened a group of Orcs raided Braveocean's island. After the attack Captain Ashshor goes to look in on the ship only to be captured and turned. In the distance the Pirate Shadow a former Navy Corrvet ship the Isal watched the battle. Their Captain Christopher 'Grey' Nipto sent word to Braveocean seeing if he and his fleet of ships could be of service. Grey and Brave Ocean come to an understanding. Shortly after they were attacked again While it happened so suddenly that Grey couldn't react. Brave ocean was killed by Ashshor leaving Rajav to take his place. On the North side of the Island the orcashi Ar-Baruk lead a mutiny leading to their cheiftwn Gringull being adrift. The Pirate king Salvador got word of the unathurized attack and personally lead an envoy to the island. After coming to an understanding the Pirate King joined them. He told them about the one he serves Acurian. In a plan Salvador leaves his ship to be seen by the small fleet left on the island. The Navy with the shadow attack the Chimera B only too fall into a trap leading to four Navy ships being destroyed. Salvador boards Rajavs ship and single handedly massacres half the crew. Rajav abandons ship as Grey is barely able to keep up with Salvador attacks. By the end Grey lost his left eye now there is a huge scar across his face.
The battle ended as Grand Admiral Stevens arrived. Captain Water confronted Salvador. Do to lack of stamina Salvador left and is getting ready to launch the next wave of attacks. Grey and Rajav had a brief qurell as they were soon separated.
Rajav got demoted and abandon ship. Now what's left of the Islands defense is attack by a group of Aqusal.

Exploration of Boie. A group of Boians launch a small recon into the land of the dead. None survive, Boie is soon engulfed in fog as many of their die. Gabriel being one of the few survivors sent word to Xavier.
Avian finally at peace tends to his farm. He and Octia meet up and reminiscent of the old days. A curior gives word to Avian asking him to help. He asks Octia if she would like to join but is imediatly rejected. Xavier explains the situation to him and he joins the task force. Now Avian and the rest head into the fog.

Elven negotiations. David Rylon (Avians bastard/legitimate son) is sent on a Task to open up relationship with the Elvens. In order to resupply his ship goes to Brave Oceans island. He met an Orcashi female named Valkry. They still haven't left the island.

A Boians survivor Takeshi Lightbender and Eleven half blood Jeremiah travel together only to get captured by pirates.

Two Forrest scouts investigate near Pyke. One of them gets killed while the other leaves the Forest

The one that leaves the forrest, Lanette Pathorn, is related to Jeremiah, who is also known for being a spellcaster. She is his great niece.

Before the sea battle, there was a land battle, where Admiral Braveocean, who owned Braveocean island, died to Ashshore. The now Admiral Kendra Water's fiance James Azalyaro was also killed.

Gringull, the former Orcashi chieftain responsible for the Orcashi attack, actually had a previous mutiny by an Orcashi named Gragog, which was put down by Ar-Baruk, who is also the tallest and strongest Orcashi in the clan. Ar-Baruk, became chieftain and soon banded up with Ashshore. Ashshore made friends with the Aqusal clan leader Zabishi, who is based on a swordfish. He had a number of pirate friends, which allowed him to connect with the pirate king. Since the destruction of those other pirate ships that were in their coalition, the three of them now operate from the Stormchaser, a former naval ship that was under the command of Rajav when he was admiral. Rajav was eventually demoted and is now a captain on the run. In the current time, Aqusals have attacked his best ship, the Water-Wyvern, which is already battered from the sea-battle, in order to provide a distraction for the pirate king. After addressing Stevens, Water and Gringull found the Water-Wyvern on fire and Water became deeply angry when she found that Rajav had somehow escaped the cabin that they locked him up in. She suspects that he made an alliance with the Aqusals, but this is not true.

Rajav runs to Ragroth in the hopes of getting back to Hethia, his homeland. He meets Lanette Pathorn in a tavern on the edge of Ragroth.

In Pyke, the bastard George Hill, now known as Ramos Cynder attempts to communicate to his master Acurian, in the land of the dead. He is one of many mystical servants around Necros and wears the skull of a ram as a helmet. He completes many dark magic rituals and hides in the mountains, waiting for his master to return with his army. He also communicates with Acurian's servants around Necros.

In the Great Forest, the reason for the dark beasts from Boie appearing there is because of a summoning spell one of Acurian's servants is casting. He is one of the chief servants Ramos communicates to. He is a hooded figure with the half body of a skeleton. I plan to have Rajav and Lanette go back through the great forest in an attempt to persue him and then go to find Blackquill in Hethia.

Hey Jagson, I have an idea. If this gets done, do you want to do a seperate rp in Hethia? I have introduced house Fury a few posts back and they could use an expansion. They serve one of Acurian's servants, a skeleton man named Xalious Shadus who Lanette and Rajav went to chase and is an enemy of the Blackquill.
