Private/Closed The Elite Rp signup/discussion
So if we are travelling with the intent of catching and training our Elite typing teams, should we have less than a full team now, or just replace as we capture new pokemon?
(Side Note: These poor Thavma region gym leaders aren't gonna stand a chance against 5 regional champion pokemon teams.)

Just replace as you capture. That way when we battle gym leaders and other trainners it will actually be a challenge lol.
Does the Champion need to have a type specialist team like Diantha and Stephen, or can it be anything like Hau, Blue, and Cynthia?
Champion can be multi type or mono type but the rest of us will only have one type. Once we all finish battling each other at the end of the story the champion will be able to change their team up so then if they want a multi type team they can have one. For now I'd say build a team that could work as a good mono type.
I intent for my character to remain mono-type. Though I will still have Nyx go into the battle full force, I will inevitably write so that it becomes a loss for her. Better odds for those that do want the position. 
Same here with Finion. He's a smart and powerful trainer but I like him not being the strongest so he's not being the champion
Well I like to think when it comes to characters weakness is strength and strength is weakness. It makes for a much more interesting story when the main character has to struggle a bit

Venom was awesome! Highly recommend! Nice take on the character and very well done. We're already planning to go back and see it again before it leaves the theaters.

Except we were gonna have an Elite Four and a Champion. That means five.
We could try do it without having a champion? Could be a kinda sweet ending, they make an elite four and give the chance for anyone to become the first champion I dunno XD
If we did that, I would rather Kaleb not be a monotype trainer. It just limits what we can do. If he were the Fire type E4 member, he is done if the opponent has any Water, Rock, or Ground types.
Mono-type is a great format. The whole challenge is to create a team where you work around your type weakness.
For example, Sunny Day/Solarbeam combination is a wonderful boon for mono Fire Teams.
