He doesn't want to fight other regions so he joins Atia and the team. His blue fur is white, his yellow fur around the spike on his chest is also white. His eyes are green. His black markings are still black. He has a weird appearance because a Pokemon used Hyper Beam on his face.

Ok cool ill add him but you really have to notice that it is already over chapter 2 so hes not going to be an ocean fighter and im sorry but he cant be a fakemon but imgonna think of something else to make him white, also im going to make him a rebel and join Atia
