I find gen1 and 3 to be the funnest/easiest to nuzlocke so id start with one of those Rolly.
Here is an update for you guys, just past the Elite 4 and N, preparing for Ghetsis. Its been rather rough though I think I should've trained a little bit more for this last part (forgot about Ghetsis to be honest).
Dubstepper the Male Seismitoad (lvl: 55), Maximus the male Emboar (lvl: 54), Ragna the Male Axew (In training), Amon the male Cofagrius (lvl: 53), Ark the male Bisharp (lvl:55),
Hoping to get some interesting things after beating Ghetsis and moving on to the Older generations.
This has been a rough and tumble of a run though and I will do this completely (Meaning it will only be finished once I beat the Elite 4 rematch and champion.)
My boxed allies are few and rather low level so we will see how this goes.

The thing is the Emerald run is on an emulator, and the Gold run is on a cartridge, so I'll be playing one at home, and the other while... Well, not at home.

This latest part of my run has been the calamity phase. I lost Joma to a Machop I switched into. I didn't even get the Aron I wanted in Dewford Cave. Beat Brawley with relative ease, renamed Marshtomp, and caught a Gulpin! Let's hope he will be useful.

After defeating Team Magma to deliver the goods, I finally gave Limus a proper test in the form of May. And he passed it with flying colours. Sludge was the best thing that ever happened to this run. Helix is leveling up quickly. I did go back to Dewford Cave to catch a Mawile (First species I encountered), but I really need to find some more Pokemon I like. The only one I plan on catching in the near future is Slugma, and that is still after the 3rd Gym.

Update! Haven't been playing a lot (nothing actually) so not much progress. Nezumi, my beloved Azumarill, died... Caught a few others, that also died... Ended up with Kana, and hopefully she will evolve to one usefull Crobat. Currently leveling everyone up to prepare for the 4th gym.
.. I defeated Giovanni with ease.. Then flew to Fuschia to defeat Koga, did that, got the old man his teeth, got Strength and Surf.. Caught Kate the Rhyhorn in the Safari Zone.. Flew back to Saffron to kill Sabrina.. But I lost Locke. I got him so early.. Back at Mt. Moon.. and it broke me to lose him.. He was a part of my big strategy..

Fortunately I ran into a Pidgey though. Not training him since he's not worth it. I did for a while but stopped cuz I have others that power over what he would. He's a Pudgeotto..er, Pidgeotto. Near-death encounter with a Stantler ;Å;
Anywho, grinding at Victory Road and Route 26.
I took out the Radio Tower solely with ol' Quagsie too bad his speed stat is horrible (it's equal to his level!), but his defense and special defense makes up for it. Plus, not a lot of powerful grass 'mons get encountered. He's gonna put the hurt on Lance with his Ice Beam. Hours at the Game Corner *shudders* WORTH IT.

Okey, I just cheated but not in a very disturbing way (and I hope that this is okay with you guys). Well, I was grinding in Eterna Forest when, suddenly, a shiny Wurmple appeared! I caught it, mainly because it was shiny, and trained to see what it would veolve into. It evolved into a Dustox, and since I already have a Dustox, I replaced her with the shiny one. The unshiny will of course be released. Anyhow, still grinding, and since I got the Exp Share, it's way easier. Please leave a comment about wether or not you thinkthat this is okay.
I think a lot of people ( Including me) think that shinies are an exception to the "1st Of Each Route" rule..Rolly said:

Trained a little on my way to Tate and Liza.. Used Jimmy and Pugly against them.. Stupid Sp. Def raisers.. Surf and MegaDrain combo should've wasted them.. But Pugly got Critical Hit.. and died. :'(
I sent out Gastro to use Yawn, but she got Critical'd so I switched her out on the red.. I sent out MaggieMooz to heal Gastro and then tried Overheat/Earthquake.. But.. She got critical'd too.. and died.. Roy and Jimmy avenged their deaths by beating Tate & Liza.. But.. Pugly was.. one of my favorite..

Not much to report, onto the 7th gym my enitre team is lv 55+, the 6th gyms birds stood no chance against Subson and Magie. My team is as seen below.

Sadly I had my first and only death on this run with Jewal the Sableye.....she's been with me since Brawly and died to a stupid mistake on my part by accidently clicking her and sending her out to fight a Salamance....Whhhhhhyyyyyy....(sigh) Jewal's death was sad but I did win.

I had another detailed ending, but mycomputer froze and I lost it. Not willing to type up my team again.
As for Ruby,
I murdered Groudon with Jimmy the Swampert spamming Surf, defeated Wallace with surprising ease using Bloo the Vileplume, got through Victory Road, swamped the E4, and then Steven happened. He took out... a lot of my friends.. He almost took out Revenge, so I switched him with Gastro for her high defence so I could heal Revenge.. But Gastro was murdered. I tried Roy with his Flamethrower to finish Skarmory, but then Aggron just destroyed him.. Jimmy finished it off with Surf, then Armaldo with Surf, and then Claydol with Surf. After Revenge IceBeam'd Cradily to death, Jimmy ended the fight with Earthquake. I again beat the Nuzlocke challenge.
But.. there were many losses..

Well for my Black run already went through 2 gyms, I will say that Herdier is overpowered like crazy early game....I mean giving a level 18 Take Down just kills you. Good thing I had Yoko the Pignite backing me up.

Well, It appears that I have lost Ruby, it'll be in the house somewhere, so I have put that one on hold, & started a FireRed Nuzlocke! I have done quite a lot in this first part, beat Brock's Gym. Aodan is currently squashing insects in Viridian Forest, grinding up to a Charmeleon.

So I started my adventure on Leaf Green. I started with Junior the Charmander and then caught Danny (after Danny Trejo) the Mankey. Got to Viridian forest and caught Stingy the Weedle, who, after 2 hours of training, finally evolved to a Beedrill. Defeated Brock using Danny's LowKick and Karate Chop. Then I got through Mt. Moon with Dwayne the Geodude. Right now I'm grinding to defeat Gary..

Started with Elvis the Cyndaquil, named my rival 'Fish', beat him, caught Dwayne the Geodude (HE RETURNSSS), then Bugeyes the Hoothoot. Cleared Bellsprout tower, beat Falkner, Elvis evolved. Then I caught Applesauce the Mareep, got to Azalea, found Rattatas for the first of too many spots. Next, the egg hatched into Togep- Box'd. Beat Bugsy, got through the forest, found Daisy the Drowzee, sent Togepi to the DayCare, and now I'm griding so Whitney's Miltank doesn't swamp me.

Well, my FireRed run is going very smoothly, I just destroyed Misty with my awsome new Oddish, Haruki! Beat everything on Nugget Bridge, previously I blasted through Mt. Moon in, like, record time. Not much to do now but to go to Bill and continue to Vermillion City!

I went back to the same patch of grass (I saved it last just before I caught Haruki, so I hadnt actually caught anything there yet), & I caught Lloyd the Abra! Defeated Misty after a long, gruelling battle, then Lloyd evolved while battling my way to Bill's house! Got the S.S Ticket, & I defeated all the trainers aboard. However, after facing off with DOUCHE (My rival), I was fighting his Raticate with Floria. I miss-clicked on Stun Spore, and he brought Floria down to 3hp. I could have killed him with one Confusion, but then... Quick Attack,
AND FLORIA WAS NO MORE...
Dorian avenged her, but she was my first casualty... However, I did catch Jade the Spearow on Rout 11!

After that long, boring gap in posts, I reached the pokemon league. I forgot most of my poke names, but I remember.. Applesauce. Applesauce the Ampharos. My last death. She died against Lance. My Noctowl and Typholosion were the last survivors. Then, I told my friend about the Nuzlocke. We started one together, so I had to reset. Of course, we chose each other's starters, and he gives me a Chikorita. It's name is Alfred. I've just beaten Chuck, and now I'm training

Ah. I obviously didn't train enough for Lt. Surge. He killed my entire team. Llyod was no match for his Pikachu (Fuckin' Para-hax), Jade died in training WAY before the battle! Dorian put up a galiant fight against Raichu, but Mega Punch's low accuracy was his downfall, and Shock Wave killed him. I have started a new Nuzlocke on SoulSilver. My Kanto team will be sorely missed...

I finally completed a Nuzlocke! Sorry I couldnt update my SS Nuzlocke, I am on holiday, & I’m surviving on internet cafes. But I have finally completed one.
I’ll give you a quick run down on affairs since my last update. I got all the badges, & I had assembled a team of indestructable warriors. But the league was HELL for me. I don’t think I had prepared enough. Lance was the worst. He killed one of my strongest fighters, Zachary the Ursaring. But I prevailed. Here is the final cut...
