I don't know how he compares to the others listed here, but I'll go with this fanfic character of mine.
Name: Zander
Age: 10,000 (Looks like he's in his early to mid-20s)
Appearance: Red skin with twin horns and a muscular build. Wears black cargo pants with matching boots.
Power: Power Augmentation (Able to increase his own power level based in response to his opponent. Usually after a short period of "adapting" which basically means sponging up enough hits), Hellfire Ki (Fire-based ki attacks that can burn nearly anything, including other fire)
Strength: A skilled martial artist with superhuman speed, strength, flight and endurance. His durability, even by the standards of Dragon Ball (The setting of my fanfic story) is high, to take advantage of his core power.
Weaknesses: Being the representative of pride, he is cocky to the point of stupidity. He NEVER uses his full power and often toys with his opponent even when he could seal a victory. He doesn't even use full power against beings who outclass him (Such as Beerus, who actually is in the process of handing Zander his ass in my current chapter). He also never takes anyone seriously and believes he is "above all beings" so he is prone to underestimating opponents and being careless. Also has to take blows for the adaptation to work, which means he will always have to take a hit and if the hit is big enough it can do critical damage.
If I need to beef him up to meet the "curve" here I have a way to do that. For now I'll leave him like this.
