While the first period of the day continued to occur for at least a bit more time, Mindy walked in the hallway with Iago in her arms and her drone lying on her shoulder. She made her way past the room which seemed to house everyone for today's first class while Iago discreetly placed his right hand in his mouth. After a couple of minutes of walking down the hallway towards the end section with a fork dividing some other hallways, Mindy opened the door which had a sign above reading, "Room 65, Mathematics 101 / Introduction to Statistics."
Once the door was closed when the two were in the room, Mindy flicked on the lights to reveal the entire classroom that was yet to be filled with students after the earliest spell was over. The tan desks were arranged in a formation of six straight rows with six comfortably cushioned seats each, as they were equally spaced out to ensure that not one person dominated over another. There was a whiteboard lying between two projection screens of ultra high resolution, all of which were at the front of the room. The walls were painted with a plain, affable blue in a liberally light shade to help welcome even the youngest of Pokémon into the room. A few posters hung up on each side wall, most of which were either giving detailed explanations on formulas or solving various equations with varying degrees of complexities.
On Mindy's desk lied her golden name tent, a modest charging station fit for charging several devices at once, a folder with a small stack of papers on top, a monitor with a keyboard and mouse being in the center area near Mindy's soft, black, leathery office chair and a cup filled with a recently brewed expresso with the side with a somewhat bigger font facing Mindy's seat reading, "For Mindy: Best. Drink. Ever. Enough said..."
When the coffee was turned the moment when Mindy wanted to show Iago the cup after walking towards the desk, the other side with a noticeably smaller font read, "For Iago: Drinking this will result in burning of the mouth, crying for hours on end and having an extreme urge to find the nearest and coldest thing to put in your mouth."
Iago gave a slight groan towards Mindy after she showed him the side of the cup for him to read, as she took a sip of the warm expresso. Although a strong taste smacked her taste buds upside down at first, she seemed to be used to the powerful flavor the drink had to offer. She drank the expresso until the cup was empty minutes later, as she gave a light smile and stated, "Yeah, I had to be real specific about what the manufacturer had to put on there because of what you did earlier."
She sat in her seat while keeping a steady grip on Iago, as he seemed to be sucking on his right hand more than usual. Noting an indirect sign of hunger, she took out a bottle of apple juice mixed with flavorless supplements earlier. Thankfully, the medicine did not change the color of the drink one bit in spite of the powder being as white as sugar. The bottle was hovered close to Iago's hands, but just out of his reach, as he heard his trainer asking, "Do you want your bottle? Nod if you do, and shake your head if you don't. Do something else if you don't understand okay?"
Iago gave a slight nod in response, as the bottle was handed to him soon after he took out his right hand from his mouth. He slowly sipped on the somewhat sweet juice and carefully inspected it to make sure there was nothing off with the taste or consistency of the drink. After the drink managed to confirm to his standards, he continued to drink his juice at a snail's pace. Mindy watched him drinking the juice from his bottle while patiently waiting for second period to begin after checking around the room to ensure everything was in order.
