Annie floated over to her rowlet adopted-child's side, somewhat miffed that she had been snatched from her feelers by a strange greninja, but she couldn't really complain. Not if the little pokemon was safe, at least.

"Daisy," she crooned softly, checking the little pokemon over with her feelers, "Are you alright?"

Greninja stood from a distance watching and then went to a nearby stream. He jumped into a group of branches that were made to protect him rom the elements.

Daisy simply stood there, shaking in terror in shock of her near death experience. After a moment she couldn't resist but unleash a loud, screeching cry as tears started to ball out of her eyes. She turned to Annie as she felt her feelers and looked at her with her mouth wide open with the trembling beak, and her flooding eyes blurred her vision, but she could see a round shape so she assume she that, that it was her mummy. She tugged on her feelers as hwe cry continued to be somewhat of a scream.

Annie brought Daisy into the closest thing to an embrace that she could muster, whispering, in a low, sweet sing-song voice, "It's alright now, little one. Mummy's got you. You're safe."

The drifloon cursed inwardly, for her small, balloon-ish body, and inability to be hugged. Though she was quite proud of the fact that she was a drifloon, a shiny one at that, she, in this moment, wished that she could be something bigger, something fluffy, something that could let the little rowlet cry into. If she were a decidueye, she could shelter little Daisy under her wings, and comfort her with birdsong. If she were a lopunny, she could gently take her in her arms, and let her snuggle into her fluffy chest.

But she was a drifloon, and feeler-wraps were all she could offer to the tiny bird in her time of need.

Mike looked down with disappointment. "OK that may not have been the best choice." Mike admitted to himself. "I mean I didn't know it was a kid. But it was fun." Mike floated around happily. The Blue Minior looked down the mountain again, and saw all the destruction he did. "Well no one will climb this dumb old mountain am I right?" Mike said jokingly.

Daisy stopped the screaming but continued to cry into Annie as she sunk her face into her mum. She started to sniff every few seconds and couldn't keep control of her breathing as she quickly inhaled and exhaled as if she was somewhat hyperventilating, but that was just an effect of being so upset. Daisy wrapped her wings around Annie and gripped on to her, giving her a big hug back to feel more comfortable. She could feel her wings sinking into Annie's inflatable body. Daisy was still shaking quite a bit in an aftershock effect. Daisy looked up at Annie with her eyes that had tears building up on the bottom of her that it was almost covering half her eyes. "I-I D-d-don't want to b-be here anymu-more," Daisy whimpered as she struggled out words to her mum, since her breathing was going a bit loopy.

"I don't have anywhere else to go, little one," Annie replied quietly, "It was just a nasty minior. He won't be bothering us ever again."

Annie checked up the hill, to search for signs of the offending minior, "You think it's funny to pick on babies?!"

Mike looked down the mountain. "Well that was cool." Mike said. He then saw the flying Drifloon coming up the mountain at a fast pace. "Oh shoot!" The Minior said with nearly fear. He toke off his top hat and ran back into his cave, sat down and turned into his Meteor form, and hide behind some rocks, with his Top Hat outside the cave. How did it know I exist and im up here? Mike thought to itself.

"D-do you not have a h-home, m-mummy?" Daisy asked Annie. Daisy then started to rotate her head looking around the near area, in search of a possible home. She noticed an overhanging rock, tower above of some trees that seem to be sturdy enough to walk on top of, its leaves and shrubs of the top of the tree seem to be flattened out to make a make-shift floor. "Mummy look," Daisy then pointed over to the place with her wing. Daisy seemed to have calmed down temporarily as it seemed that she was distracted for the time being. Daisy then started to skip towards the place she gestured at as she flapped her wings in excitement. "The rock is the rock, the tree is the floor and it has a little cave we can sleep in too," Daisy started to say in excitement as she approached the uninhabited and cozy looking space.

"Well..." Annie hadn't really needed anywhere in particular to call home before. Being a member of a crepuscular species, the drifloon had only ever spent midday resting in trees, before. But not now. Daisy needed stability, a safe space she could return to at any time.

The area seemed nice enough. Sheltered, at least. And since Daisy seemed to have her little heart set on it, it'd do, for now.

"Shall we go and take a look, Daisy?" She offered.

Daisy turned to Annie again with a delighted face as her wings started to flap more and more quickly and vigorously. Most flyable Pokemon usually will easily fly with half the speed that Daisy was flapping her wings at, but it seemed like Daisy just didn't know the technique to push her that little forward to get her to go off the ground. Daisy then started to run ahead of Annie and headed to where their new home will be. Her eyes opened in excitement as she got closer to her home. However, there was this ledge that was just taller than Daisy's height so Daisy was unable to climb up. The only obstacle that stopped her from reaching her destination. Daisy's joy look went away as she stared at the ledge that overlooked her.

"Oh, that's right, you can't fly yet," Annie said sheepishly, as she watched the little bird attempt to get herself up to the ledge, "I suppose I'll have to take care of that for you, for now."

Annie wrapped her feelers around Daisy's underwing, lifting her up onto the ledge with ease. It was only a short-term solution to Daisy's flightlessness, but it'd have to do, for now.

Greninja stood watching Annie and Daisy. He was waiting for the perfect time to strike...The aproaching Pyroar behind them. He relized that he used to prey on the weak. Now he wanted to get redemption! He leapt out of his hiding spot. He jumped over Annie and Daisy. He attacked the Pyroar with Water Shuriken. The Pyroar tanked the hit and charged Greninja as it ingulfed utself in flames.

Daisy was alerted by Greninja flying over her and Annie. She watched what happened saw the Pyroar, right behind them. Daisy screamed and fell over her own feet. She started to flail around on the floor in panic and continued to scream in terror. She eventually got up and sprinted to their home with her wings flailing around in the air. "Aahhhhhhh!" She was screaming as she ran up the sloped rock to get onto the the tree.

"Arceus, not another one," Annie cursed inwardly, at the sight of the greninja. First the minior, and now this? It seemed like all of Viridis Plains had turned against her, since she adopted Daisy.

She blocked the entrance to the makeshift home with her small body, as she sent forth an ominous wind to neutralise the greninja.

Mike came out of hiding to see if it was safe. "OK. I think that shiny freak gave up." Mike said breathing heavily. "I guess it got bored." The Minior hit rocks on the way up the mountain. When the peak was reached he looked down to see how far the rocks will go this time.

Radion saw some of the rocks that came from atop a mountain, as she quietly hovered back to her cave in an instant! She continued to carry Ace, who was still asleep, as the berries followed along her while they still stayed afloat in midair. She knew that someone could be using the rocks to hurt others, as she hurried along the cave, fearing that she could be the one. Ace quietly snored along to the breeze while he was oblivious to everything that went on. His arms moved in a slight motion, while the grip that kept him held up calmed him.

Daisy turned around with a scared look as she saw Annie fighting off the Pokemon. "Mummy!" Daisy screamed with concern. A tear rolled down her face and dripped down to the ground. As the tear touched the floor, the tree she was stood on started to become animated like the other greenery when she was asleep. Vines and branches from the tree went in front of Annie and made a barricade in front of the entrance of their home. Daisy was watched in awe as she assumed that Annie was the one who did the barricade. "Wwoooooo! Go Mummy!" Daisy started to cheer.

Greninja proceeded to fight the Pyroar. Greninja started wondering why he wanted to protect this Rowlet. He hit the Pyroar with another water shuriken. Pyroar roared and charged again engulfing itself in flames. Greninja layed on the ground and kicked the Pyraor in the stomache as it jumped over. Greninja sliced at the Pyroaar with a blade of darkness. The Pyroar fainted. Greninja dragged it's body and threw it into a nearby river. He was hoping a Gyrados or something would eat.

Annie, pleasantly surprised by the pyroar's end, immediately turned around, to float back inside the makeshift home, only to find that the entrance had been completely covered with shrubbery.

The balloon blasted a hole in it using shadow ball, and came inside, finding an innocently positioned Daisy, waiting for her near the back.

"Looks like you've been busy," she commented, "That pyroar didn't scare you too much, did he?"

Daisy looked up at Annie with a slightly confused face as she didn't know what Annie was referring to when she said, "You've been busy?" Daisy then turned around and looked around her home to see if she could she what she meant, but came to no conclusion.

Daisy was alerted when Greninja appeared in their home and Daisy felt quite nervous as Greninja was a stranger and she wasn't sure if he was a friend or a foe just yet. Daisy moved slightly behind Annie as she gently started to fiddle with one of Annie's feelers in a way to keep her calm and comfortable. "W-Who's that Mummy?" Daisy whispered to Annie.

The drifloon only now took notice of the intruding greninja, putting as much distance between it and Daisy as she possibly could. Another intruder? How many would she have to face today?

"She's not for sale," Annie said coolly, "And she's only a hatchling. She's hardly ready to go into hardcore training!"

Daisy looked up at Annie as she replied to the Greninja in a serious tone. Daisy started to get a bit worried that something bad was happening, so she gently tugged on Annie's feeler to keep her next to Daisy. The vines on the floor, surrounding Greninja started to twitch as Daisy gulped.

" Fine, but just so you now, surviving in Virids Plains is a hard task for an unevolved Pokémon with no protection," Greninja said as he started to walk away. He looked back at the river with pyroar in it as a several Sharpedo fins surrounded the floating Pyroar. The fins went under the water, as did the Pyroar. Bubbles rose to the top of the water as pyroar was eaten. Greninja turned back and said," I mean, just ask him..."

Daisy's curiosity drove Daisy, slightly closer to Greninja as she wanted to see what was the thing that Greninja referenced when it came to the river. She tried to look around some of the mountain and vines that were blocking her view. "What happened in the river?" Daisy innocently asked, unaware of what occurred in the waters.

"She has me for protection," Annie answered, floating in front of Daisy to block the terribly grisly sight from her view. A pokemon being ripped to shreds by another pokemon was hardly a pleasant sight for anyone, much less a hatchling, to see.

"Nothing important," the drifloon said quickly.

"I was saying you're the one with no protection," Greninja said pointing at Annie. "Everything I've done was me protecting her." Blood rose to the water's surface and the sharpedo swam away.

"I'm perfectly capable of defending her, and myself, Mr white knight," Annie scoffed, "I'm pretty sure that I'm close to evolving, soon. When I'm a drifblim, I'll be much stronger, much bigger, much faster, and I'll be able to learn better moves."

Annie cringed at the sight of the bloody water, still unwilling to let Daisy near it...

Mike watched from on top of the mountain and watched the horrors of what happened in the river. "I am most likely mentally scared for life now." Mike announced to himself. It turns around to see a Cofagrigus trying to eat Mike's gold. "NO. BAD STEVE!" Mike yelled at the offending coffin. Steve mumbled and went back deep into the in mountain ruins.

"Whelp, Why don't I strike you a bargain," Greninja said," We let Daisy decide, and even if I train her, she'll still be your daughter, I won't take her away." Greninja leaned back against the wall of the shelter.

"Very well," the drifloon agreed, though she was more than confident that Daisy would choose her. The little rowlet wouldn't dare leave her to go and train with a strange greninja, who, like her, could not teach her to fly, or use her powers, or anything... Would she?

Greninja looked at Rowlet."I can teach you to be a strong Pokémon," Greninja said looking at Rowlet with determination.," I never had anyone to take care of me, that's why I have no name. A trainer got me as his starter Pokémon, he rhen walked to Viridis Plain and set me free."

Daisy was confused and a bit caught off guard when Annie blocked her from trying to see what was happening at the River. Daisy looked up at Annie and realized how serious her face was, so Daisy respected her wishes and didn't bother resisting.

Daisy then noticed that they were kind of arguing about something. Daisy wasn't sure about what exactly, but she got the gist of the fact that it was about herself. Daisy gripped Annie's feeler a bit more as she was getting anxious just thinking of not being without Annie. However, Daisy's attention was caught by Greninja talking to her. She was a bit intimidated by the determined look but didn't fear it.

"...Strong?" Daisy quietly said, as she was unsure of what that term meant. She looked up Annie with her puzled face as she let go of her feeler.

"Don't talk so tough!" Annie snapped, "What could you possibly teach her that I can't?! In case you haven't noticed, neither of us are decidueye. Neither of us are exactly qualified for the job, but since she hatched under my presence, she has imprinted on me!"

Daisy looked at Greninja with interest, as he came closer and spoke to her. Daisy's eyes looked away as her thoughts had a meeting inside her mind. "L-Legendary? Is that what strong is? Do I want to be a strong?" Daisy thoughts said. Daisy turned more to Greninja and stopped closer to him as she focused a bit more on Greninja and stepped away from Annie. "H-how do I be a strong?" Daisy asked in a high pitch voice and a curious tone. The ends of her wings twiddle as if they were thumbs and a vine crept up behind her and itched her head for her as if it was another limb.

Daisy was slightly startled by Annie's sudden outburst and Daisy got rather worried that Annie was mad at her so she stepped back beside Annie again as she slowly stepped behind her and gently hugged her feeler again for reassurance.

Daisy looked up at Annie. "Mummy are you mad?" Daisy said in a bit of a concerned voice. She glanced over to Greninja and looked back up to Annie. "W-what's a strong?" Daisy asked, thinking that it was vital information that she is uneducated about.
