Ok...lemme start...
It’s ability is called Fury, and hidden ability is Headfirst, this is the full evolution...

HP: 160
Attack: 90
Defense: 140
Sp. Attack: 130
Sp. Defense: 160
Speed: 90

Moves:
Take Down
Razor Leaf
Heavy Slam
Swords Dance
Skull Bash
Dual Chop
Fury Cutter
X-Scissor
Giga Drain
U-Turn
Brick Break

Nice. What do the abilities do?

With these, I can now figure out the moveset. But you also said it can learn Charge. Are you talking about Charge as the Electric-Type Status move or a move that resembles Take Down by charging into an opponent?

Charge
U-Turn
Giga Impact
Brick Break

You also forgot Giga Impact in your list.

Wait... why does it have 90 Attack and 130 Special Attack when most of the moves it can learn are all Physical, save for Giga Drain?

EDIT: Seeing your explanation for the abilities makes more sense now.

These are all pretty good. Would this character go for a Salazzle though? Toxic Spikes are only good until the opponent swaps in a Poison-Type or uses Defog. Then the Toxic Spikes are gone. If it would be better, swap out the second Toxapex (the one with Sludge Bomb and Venoshock) and put in a Salazzle. Their Corrosion ability allows you to poison other Steel- and Poison-Types as well as every other Pokemon.

So a Salazzle's moveset will look like this:

Toxic (for poisoning everyone)
Venoshock (does double damage to a Pokemon that is poisoned)
Flamethrower (for STAB)
Attract (to be really annoying XD)

Also, I noticed your first Toxapex doesn't have Baneful Bunker. It is actually really useful. An opponent who makes direct contact when Baneful Bunker is activated will poison them. It also works just like Protect, so thats good. This is even better if Toxapex has Merciless, allowing them to do critical hits if the opponent is poisoned. This is also great considering having a Salazzle on your team means more poisoned opponents.

Will this do?

Awesome, I must ask, will there be points where the Gym Leaders get stronger and maybe use different Pokemon? And given that this is a story or something, what are the chances of megas as well?

All of that is true, I am sort of realting this as a Pokemon Game, before you fight the champion you have to fight some gym leaders again.
I'll ask an admin about mega evolution.

Technically, we already have Mesprit. I'm pretty sure Gamefreak took inspiration from myths and legends about supernatural creatures. We should start there. Most human concepts have already been done.

A both those creatures are good ideas, I have an idea, the griffin legendary and minotaur legendary were fighting over the Muatio Region, and who got the most land, the roc legendary assisted the griffin legendary and manticore with the minotaur, after few thousand years they still fight, but deep underground, that's why earthquakes are common in this region.
