This is a WIP. I won't get this done completely just yet. I have the rest of the info on another sheet but I'm showing off what I have now.

Name: Victor "Davy" Villac
Nickname: Anybody who doesn't know him personally has to call him by Davy. His real name is saved for those he is close with.
Gender: Male
Hometown: Malie City, Alola
Age: 36
Appearance: He has a very imposing figure due to being 6'05" (195.6 cm) and weighs 250 lbs (113.4 kg) of raw muscle from working out frequently and he was blessed from his genetics to be almost two people wide. He has bright orange eyes, pale skin, and black short hair that is usually swept one way or another depending on the day. He has a rather large birthmark covering up his right eye, cheekbone, and right side of his forehead and temple. He hides it by putting on a mask similar to the mask worn by the Phantom of the Opera. He does have a few scars on his arms and back from accidents when training his Pokemon.
Clothing: He usually wears large hoodies and baggy sweats, as he's not one to show off his muscles because he doesn't want to scare anyone, let alone Pokemon. When he is feeling rather comfortable in his skin, he'll wear a t-shirt or a tight long sleeved shirt and gym shorts used for workouts. He almost always wears hiking boots and gloves with no fingertips. He didn't get a Z-Ring when he was in Alola, nor did he want one. He also went through the Galar Region's Gym Challenge without a Dynamax Band.
Identifying Features: His bright orange eyes and the mask he has on his face 24/7 that hides his birthmark. Also, his large body.
Musculature: Extremely muscular.
Personality: He doesn't like talking about himself and he'd much rather talk about his research he had found. Regardless, he tries his best to be polite and courteous, especially to children and other Pokemon. However, he does not tolerate lies or rude behaviors, and he will pick a fight with those people in hopes of making them more careful about who they run their mouth to. Due to his intelligence and insane observation skills, he tends to be a lot smarter than those of his opponents (especially when he was a Gym Leader), leading to him saying rather dumb things on occasion to make himself understand them better. This doesn't work and he ends up annoying himself.
Skills:
  • Able to identify the best possible strategy in a fight while utilizing "wrong" type matchups to keep the opponent in, only to surprise them with an attack later or a move that completely cripples that Pokemon's ability to fight.
  • Has taught his Pokemon how to fight and how to use the moves they know and the abilities they have in conjunction with their other teammates' abilities and moves, so they may make decisions in battle if he is unable to do so for whatever reason or for unpredictability.
  • He has great memory, so he can remember the other opponent's style of commanding their opponents (whether it be whistles or codenames or hand signals) after witnessing the opponent using that specific command once for a move.
Occupation: Electric-Type Specialist; Member of the Elite Four; Researcher at Hokulani Observatory
Backstory: Victor grew up an innocent, sheltered life in Alola. He had the average boy's dream of being a Champion and growing up by going on adventures around the many different regions in the world. He went on his first adventure in Kanto with his Starter Pokemon Squirtle and Pichu and he began collecting Pokemon and Gym Badges as he went ever since. He did compete in the Leagues, but didn't get higher than the first Elite Four member. When he went back to Alola when he was the age of 22, he found that the Aether Foundation was hiring. Not thinking anything of it, he joined as a researcher and spent most of his time on field studies, in the Hokulani Observatory, or in the island headquarters. He started to see a change in Lusamine, but he didn't think anything of it, which was the turning point of the matter. He stayed too long and, around the age of 25, Lusamine began sanctioning her employees, preventing them from going to their families and forcing them to work and live within the foundation's walls. It got quite lonely, forced to work and never being able to talk with his family. His homesickness got bad enough where he started mailing letters secretly by Pelipper. When he was caught, he was charged for treason and sharing classified government secrets was kept within the underwater corridors of the facility. Having the wide frame but no muscles to be of good use, Victor began training his body as well as his Pokemon. Something happened when he was the age of 27 that he wasn't quite sure what it was, but he used this opportunity to escape. Paranoid, he now keeps his face partially blocked off with a mask to hide his birthmark (which he got teased for incessantly when he was younger, but didn't feel the need to hide it until now), wear oversized clothes (which he also got teased for having a wider build), changed his name officially to "Victor", and go through surgery to make his eyes go from hazel to a bright orange. He found out that his parents had gone into hiding and now live in Kalos, but they are hiding quite low. Victor then found himself taking over a gym and becoming their Electric-Type Gym Leader at the age of 29. He took it, but found it oddly infuriating, as most children or young adults who came by weren't that strong or competitive. Due to how strong he was, he rose through the ranks and became the eighth gym leader once he was 33. This caught the attention of the Olympus Region, where he was asked to become the
Elite Four member. This was a great opportunity, as no one would know about him and he can finally take on opponents who he would not have to dumb himself down for their sake. He took the offer and found the lifestyle quite enjoyable. It has now been 3 years since he joined the Olympus Region's Elite Four and he hasn't regretted it since.
Family: None that really matter. He does have parents, but he doesn't want anybody else to know about them and likely will never call his parents from anything that can be traced.

During his travels, he has acquired several different Pokemon. The six above are the ones he has trained specifically for the Elite Four. He has two other Rotoms, them being Heat and Wash forms, but they aren't used much for battling anymore and are mainly used to keep help with research when he goes back to Hokulani Observatory.

From his travels in Kanto, he collected a Blastoise, Jolteon, Raichu, Electivire, Electrode, and his trusty Magnezone (who is on his Elite Four team) at base forms.

From his travels in Johto, he collected a Meganium, Ampharos, and a Lanturn in their base forms.

From his travels in Hoenn, he collected a Sceptile and Manectric at their base form, Plusle, and Minun.

From his travels in Sinnoh, he collected an Torterra and Luxray in their base forms, Pachirisu, and a few Rotom (one of which is on his Elite Four team, while the other two hang out in his house).

From his travels in Unova, he collected an Emboar, Zebstrika, Eelektross, Emolga, Galvantula (who is on his Elite Four team), and Stunfisk in their base forms.

From his travels in Kalos, he collected a Chesnaught, Heliolisk, and Dedenne in their base forms.

From his travels in Alola, he collected a Decidueye, Vikavolt, Alolan Golem and Alolan Raichu in their base forms (who are on his Elite Four team), Togedemaru, and Oricorio Pom-Pom Style.

From his travels in Galar, he collected a Rillaboom, Boltund, and Toxtricity Amped and Low Key in their base forms, Morpeko, Dracozolt, Arctozolt, and Pincurchin (who is also on his Elite Four team).

His Vikavolt, Dracozolt, Toxtricity Amped, Morpeko, and Heliolisk were used in a gym he used to own before he got accepted to become an Elite Four member.
