Appearance: In our worldly terms, his ethnicity would be Honduran. His dark hair is tied back in a bun, equally dark eyes dull, hollow, and sunken in his face. He perpetually omits an air of reluctance to do much of anything and a pair of thin-rimmed glasses rest on the crooked bridge of him nose at all times. He wears clothes that cling to his angular frame, such as a white tee-shirt with the frayed design of the Kanto starter Pokémon staring up at a sunny sky under an orange ski coat with a hood fashioned from Mightyena fur. His legs are covered by brown canvas pants and yellow rubber boots. Around his waist rests a leather belt holstering his varying Pokémon.
Personality: His behaviour is mostly contingent, feverish, and apprehensive. He seems to think the world is against him and he isn't able to fully trust anyone other than himself. He's highly suspicious of unfamiliar people and rarely speaks unless provoked or given a reason to. It's suspected that he exercises his social abilities by having one-sided conversations rather than seeking out conversational partners. He can never quite stay in the same place for too long without feeling restless. Appropriately, he's been afflicted with Restless Leg Syndrome, so he's constantly pacing, tapping his feet, or jittering without reason. Sometimes it's hard for him to separate his dreams from reality.

Backstory: His parents were never the most supportive of his dream to become a Pokémon trainer. They greatly disliked the idea of their only son being involved in something as dangerous as being a trainer, and so they abolished any privilege he had of seeing a Pokémon outside of their supervision. However, one day at the age of twelve, he found a small yellow creature trembling in the corner of his bedroom and he good-naturedly took care of it in return for company he'd been deprived of from his parents. He and the creature (Known as an Abra) soon became inseparable and it now resides within a discarded Pokéball he had found on the side of the road.

Personality: As cold and viscous as they come and savagely protective of his trainer. He's aggressive towards anyone who may pose a threat to he or Armello, although he and the young man share more of a mutual respect for each other rather than a friendship.
Backstory: He was a gift given to Armello by his uncle, a veteran in the Pokémon trade. The two have bonded somewhat throughout that time, but they still have much to learn.
