Backstory:
Ajax was born in Canalave city where he lives until he was about 8, however following the death of his mother Rose, he was moved around a lot going between towns and cities around Sinnoh. It was during a 3 month stay in the resort area that Ajax came across a badly hurt Beldum who had also been orphaned, Ajax adopted the little Beldum and named him Bastion.
Ajax shared everything with Bastion, any food he got he offered to the Beldum, any spare time they had was spent training and spending time together. Ajax was then fostered under the Canalave Gym Leader Byron who gifted him an pokemon egg. Which soon hatched into a Ferroseed adequately name Rose in honor of Ajax's mother.
Thanks to a loop-hole in the Sinnoh league rules Ajax was allowed to use Bastion and Rose as his starting Pokemon and so begun their journey across the Sinnoh Region.
It took a long time but Ajax and a slowly expanding roster finally managed to earn enough badges to take part in the Sinnoh League Conference, where he managed to make it to the final 8 losing to a mega Houndoom, but Ajax wasn't deterred he had heard stories of Steven the Hoenn champion using a Mega Metagross so he decided to head for Hoenn in search of the secret to mega evolution.
While in Hoenn Ajax came across the Battle Pyramid and was invited to challenge Brandon in a 1v1 exhibition match, Ajax accepted but said he needed a week to prepare himself and his Pokémon for the battle. In the end Bastion was able to single handedly take down Regice in a very long and hard fought battle, Brandon impressed by the young trainers skill offered him a keystone necklace and an offer of a permanent position onboard the Battle Pyramid.
Ajax went on to collect the rest of the badges he needed to participate in the Hoenn League conference, where in which he met Steven and was asked to show him the power of their bond through a battle, Ajax ended up losing the battle very quickly as Bastion was not able to keep up with the speed of Stevens attacks. Steven had been expecting this and the test was not to defeat him but to ensure that Ajx and Bastion would not give up when facing terrible odds, handing the trainer a megastone.
From Hoenn, Ajax was approached by a representative of the Kalosian Government. Not long after he was officially recruited by the Kalos Police as part of a task-force to track down the remnants of Team Flare, following the organisations collapse and splintering to various tiny unaffiliated groups. Working for the team was some of the most intense time of Ajax's life, facing unknown risks and dangers every day, and though he loved the adrenaline rush of bursting through doors to arrest Flare Remnants it forced the then 20 year old to wake up and see the reality of the world. The task-force was disbanded following a failed operation that caused the death of a member and Ajax lost his love for battling, he took his new excess of free time to travel the world eventually settling down on a private island just off the coast of Akala Island Alola. He lived here mostly isolated for the entirety of his year long sabbatical before returning to Sinnoh.
The new Ajax was far more reserved and reflective. His brash adrenaline junkie ways were long gone in favour of a calculated and calm demeanor. This new demeanor also brought with it a drive to forge his own path and independently find his way in the world.

Personality: Tara's energetic about many things and though she may not look it is a strong Pokemon trainer and a force to be reckoned with. She can be very annoying at times but can sometimes manipulate words to get what she wants.

Backstory: Tara was raised in Shalour City and she spent a lot of her time at the Shalour City Gym. When she was about 4, her parents caught three Pokemon: Honedge, Espurr, and Azurill. The three became fast friends and spent most of their time together. While her parents traveled to Lumiose City when she was 11, Tara ran into some creeps with a Malamar. The Malamar took control of her and used her almost as a weapon against those it didn't like. Her Pokemon were almost as strong as they are now, and they followed the girl's orders. This left an emotional impact on all of them and a physical impact on Tara: a nasty scar on her left hand. Later that year, her parents discovered that whenever she came into contact with bright lights like the Malamar's, she would turn cold and uber-serious, sometimes siccing her Pokemon on her opponent if she lost a battle. They found a crude solution to this: she would put on sunglasses whenever battling in a bright environment. Tara continued to battle and eventually joined the tournament as one of the Kalos Royals two years later (present time).

Good but I feel like there’s no way a 9 year old would be top 6 in a region, no matter how exceptional she is for her age. I would make her at least 16

Name: Robin Deux
Age: 28
Gender: Male
Appearance: Robin stands at about 5'10, and has light blue slightly scruffy hair. Robin has blue eyes, and a scar across the bridge of his nose. He is relatively muscular, due to his working out and self training.
Outfit: He usually sticks with pretty plain clothes, preferring simple blue jeans and a green t-shirt. The shoes he wears are some worn down hiking boots, and usually his clothes are rather dirty. Robin also carries around a large backpack with camping supplies, and a sword that he uses to clear away brush when making a path and to Tutor Pokemon moves.
Personality: Robin has a generally polite and well-meaning attitude. He tries to stay optimistic, but as a weakness tends to run away or ignore negatives. Robin enjoys talking to people, and one of his favorite things in the world is to travel to new places. Robin also enjoys having Pokemon battles and backpacking. If a word could describe his lifestyle, it would probably be wanderlust. He always loves to travel and learn new things about new places, and wants to see the whole world.

Backstory: Robin was born in Ecruteak City, Johto. Ecruteak City is one largely focused on tradition, and the passing on of techniques and history from one generation to the next. This is mostly seen in the Kimono Girls that perform at the dance theatre, but there are other traditions passed down that aren't so public. Robin grew up neighbors to an old man named Mr. Lee, and often helped him out. Mr. Lee was a descendant of a long line of swordsmiths, and had no children to pass his skill down to. Not wanting his skill to die out, he began to teach to Robin (who already had some interest in it). Robin learned how to smith swords, and how to use them in combat.
Around the age of 15, Robin decided to begin his worldly travels. Bouncing from region to region, he preferred to walk through the backcountry when it came to traveling between regions. Every town he came to, Robin would always challenge the Gym there before he left. At the very least, it was an easy way for him to earn money. Plus, he loved battling, so it was a lot of fun. Robin made his way from region to region, making money for his travels in three main ways. The 1st one was battling. Lots of people like to battle, and Robin was very, very good. The second was street performances. Robin would put on little shows demonstrating his skills with his sword and Pokemon, and that would earn him a bit of money. The third was tutoring moves. Robin would use his sword to teach moves to other people's Pokemon that they usually wouldn't be able to learn, moves like Cut and Slash and Leaf Blade. Robin also collected TMs and HMs he found on his travels and would attempt to sell them.
Every once and a while, Robin would hear about a tournament going on and join it. He would always do pretty good, usually ending up somewhere around the quarter-finals and occasionally winning. When he heard about this tournament, he'd figured he'd try out for it and was pleasantly surprised when he found that he was in. By now, Robin had earned Badges from Kanto, Johto, Hoenn, Sinnoh, Unova, and other regions that weren't officially recognized by the Pokemon League.

Notes: While Q is not Robin's first Pokemon, it's probably the one that Robin has the closest bond with. He would help Robin do street performances with his arm blades, and even at one point Q stopped himself from evolving into a Gardevior just so he would be able to evolve into a Gallade, so he could be more like Robin.

Gender: Male
Appearance: Shiori stands at 6 feet and weighs 175 pounds. His hair is black, scruffy, and long. It goes down about halfway down his back, and he usually keeps it in a ponytail because it tends to floof up. Well, not up. More wider. His eyes are blue. Shiori is also pretty well built, seeing as most of his roles in movies have been kinda superheroes.
Outfit: Shiori has three main outfits. His first is his normal clothes. He usually wears simple clothes, a t-shirt, jeans. Basic clothes, as well as sunglasses and tennis shoes. Shiori's second outfit is his Karpman costume. It's pretty low cost, just a red tracksuit along with a Magikarp mask. The Magikarp mask covers his whole head. He wore this when he competed in tournaments. His third outfit is the Marine Knight Gyarados costume he wore while in the movies Knights of the Dragonic Order I and II, as well as The Poke-Heroes: Team Up. It's an aqua blue chestplate with shoulders, as well as aqua blue leg greaves. Also, a cape and a mask that looks like a Gyarados mouth to cover his mouth and nose. While in this costume, Shiori's hair is no longer in a ponytail and is instead loose on his back. Shiori also wears dark makeup around his eyes, to give them a more intense look. To finish off the look, Shiori wears blue gloves and carries a telescopic golden trident. It's a prop.
Personality: Shiori has a very dramatic, eccentric, and well... A bit goofy personality. He tries to act in a "heroic" fashion quite a bit, but is also quite relaxed and easygoing. Dramatic, heroic, and never ever giving up until the the last Pokemon had fainted. Shiori even made a costume and dressed in it while he battled, going full in! Acting as Karpman gave Shiori the confidence to keep trying to be a Pokemon trainer, and it lead to Shiori signing up for quite a lot of tournaments. He never won any, and the closest he could get was the match before the semi-finals. Still, Shiori's dramatic style of battling caught the eye of an up-and-coming movie director named Jean Pierre. This director gave Shiori a chance to have a minor role in one of the films he was directing, and thus started Shiori's acting career.
The first movie Shiori was in was Invaders I, where he played the small role of a hacker that was at first against the Unova Defense Force, but then ended up helping the main character in the end. Although it was a very minor role, Shiori's character became a fan favorite and had a reoccurring role in the rest of the Invaders movies. The second big movie that Shiori was in was Full Metal Cop 2: The Sneasel Ninja's Trap. He played a rookie cop that teamed up with Full Metal Cop, and also showed up in the sequels. Once again, a fan-favorite character.
But Shiori's biggest role was when he played the main character of Knights of the Draconic Order, a character named Marine Knight Gyarados. The movie was based on a comic about a group heroes that resembled (and had similar powers to) dragon-type/dragon-looking Pokemon. Think Thor mixed with Green Lantern Corps. It became Shiori's most well-known role, and the movie was a smash hit. Even though Shiori was now a big-shot actor, he tried to not let it change him. Shiori began battling again, and found that he was getting better. Much, much, much better, actually! Marine Knight Gyarados returned in a few more movies, such as Knights of the Draconic Order 2 and The Poke-Heroes: Team-up. All were very successful films.

But the only real reason he lost was that Shiori hadn't brought enough healing medicine to take care of his Pokemon in between battles. He plans on facing the Elite Four in Unova once again after this tournament.

It goes down about halfway down his back, and he usually keeps it in a ponytail because it tends to floof up. Well, not up. More wider. His eyes are blue. Shiori is also pretty well built, seeing as most of his roles in movies have been kinda superheroes.
Outfit: Shiori has three main outfits. His first is his normal clothes. He usually wears simple clothes, a t-shirt, jeans. Basic clothes, as well as sunglasses and tennis shoes. Shiori's second outfit is his Karpman costume. It's pretty low cost, just a red tracksuit along with a Magikarp mask. The Magikarp mask covers his whole head. He wore this when he competed in tournaments. His third outfit is the Marine Knight Gyarados costume he wore while in the movies Knights of the Dragonic Order I and II, as well as The Poke-Heroes: Team Up. It's an aqua blue chestplate with shoulders, as well as aqua blue leg greaves. Also, a cape and a mask that looks like a Gyarados mouth to cover his mouth and nose. While in this costume, Shiori's hair is no longer in a ponytail and is instead loose on his back. Shiori also wears dark makeup around his eyes, to give them a more intense look. To finish off the look, Shiori wears blue gloves and carries a telescopic golden trident. It's a prop.
Personality: Shiori has a very dramatic, eccentric, and well... A bit goofy personality. He tries to act in a "heroic" fashion quite a bit, but is also quite relaxed and easygoing. When he was younger, Jaden eagerly looked forward to the day he could become a Pokemon Trainer. His father would always tell him stories about adventures and Pokemon he had seen before bed, which instilled in his son a desire to see the world and what it held. Getting his wish when he turned 10, the young boy began his journey alongside his two friends, Declan and Seria. Travelling together for a good while, they trained and earned their first three badges alongside each other. Upon getting to Ecruteak City was when the happy adventure crumbled apart. Jaden failed his first gym challenge, Morty’s Gengar proving too much for him. Seria stayed behind with Jaden, but Declan opted to continue on his own. Before leaving though, he told Jaden that he might want to turn back if he was struggling this early on. Attempting to reason it was just bad luck, Jaden’s friend suggested he talk to his dad to find out the truth. Returning home, the young trainer intended to figure out what was going on.
Upon returning home to find out the truth, Jaden’s father with a heavy heart, admitted to his son that his stories were all lies. He had never been a Pokemon Trainer at all. From a young age, he had been ridiculed by those around him for being unable to form a bond with Pokemon. When he moved to Johto with Jaden, he did everything he could to set his son up to become a successful Trainer, so that the ridicule wouldn’t pass on to his son. Feeling betrayed by the constant lies he had been told, Jaden refused to be like his dad. He wouldn’t let people’s words stop him, or limit him to what he could do. With this new drive, he resumed his challenge, besting Morty the second time around and successfully defeating the rest of the gym leaders. The anger he had felt from being lied to never fully left him though, and it had begun at this point to manifest in his battling. After parting ways with Seria, having no voice of reason to hold him back, he began to gain a reputation as a brutal Trainer. When he next saw her and Declan at the Silver Conference, he was vastly different from the person they remembered.
Ruthlessly destroying his opponents, Jaden blasted his way to the Top 16 in the tournament. His next match was against his former friend, Declan. The two clashed with their ideals, and in the end, Jaden managed to narrowly win the hard fought battle. After the fight however, the two trainers ended up arguing about the match. Leaving with ill will between them, Declan begrudgingly ventured off to figure out what he would do next. Seria then met with Jaden, and attempted to reason with him, still saying she valued him as a friend and to let go of his anger. Refusing to let go of his plagued feelings, the Top 8 fight would see him pitted off against her. It was here that Seria would show him the error of his ways. In an emotional and down to the wire fight, the young girl managed to best him, leaving Jaden in disbelief. Accepting his loss, he thanked Seria for opening his eyes, and wished her luck in her Top 4 match. Now with his run at an end, he headed home to make amends with his dad.
After the conference, Professor Elm congratulated the three individually on their performance. He had spoken with Declan first, but informed Jaden and Seria that if they were looking for a further challenge, they could take on the Kanto Gym Leaders. Deciding to travel again together, the two made their way for the Kanto Region. Proving successful, they rocketed through the Gym Leaders, and eventually caught up with Declan. Still frustrated over the battle at the Silver Conference, he challenged Jaden to a fight, and this time handed him a loss. Seeing how his friend was walking down the same path he had been, he vowed to do what Seria had done for him. Making it to Top 8 in the Indigo League, Declan and Jaden were once again matched off against each other. In yet another close battle, Jaden managed to win over his friend. After the fight, they had a heart to heart, where Jaden apologized for the way their battle had gone at the Silver Conference. Declan apologized as well, and being able to patch things up, stayed to watch his friend fight in the Top 4. Making it one step higher, Jaden unfortunately lost to the Trainer who had defeated Seria in her Top 8 match.
After the Indigo League came to an end, having made it to the Top 4, Jaden was deemed a strong enough battler to be able to trek Mt. Silver. Having heard rumors of the strong Pokemon that lived on the mountain from people at the tournament, while Declan and Seria headed off to find their next adventures, Jaden decided to ascend the mountain. Making sure to equip himself well, he would spend a gruelling three years of training there, battling some of the toughest wild Pokemon in existence. When he decided to return, he had heard stories about a battle facility opening up in Olivine City. Curious, he ventured there to see what it was like, and potentially test the results of his training. The Battle Frontier proved to be just the challenge he was looking for, with some of his most intense battles yet. Managing to defeat most of the Frontier Brains, he prepared to take on Palmer, when he encountered a mysterious woman while at the Frontier. Upon exchanging introductions, he had unbeknownst to him, met Cynthia, the Sinnoh Champion herself. She had watched a few of his battles, and recommended that some of his Pokemon could get even stronger if he were to venture there. Not confident he could defeat Palmer just yet, with her advice, Jaden decided his next stop would be Sinnoh.
Proving himself once again, he victoriously triumphed over the Gym Leaders with little issue, and gained entry to the Sinnoh Conference. With some of his Pokemon having gained new evolutions he hadn’t known existed before, this newfound strength saw him make it all the way to the finals of the tournament. In a heart-racing final fight, he lost due to his opponent having knowledge of Mega Evolution, the boost in strength enough to turn the tides. Even though he didn’t come out as the victor, it was enough for Cynthia to extend him an offer. She mentioned her private villa in the Unova Region, and that many strong trainers owned houses there. Setting him up with a temporary home there, Jaden trained for half a year in the Unova Region, battling strong trainers from across multiple regions. Feeling more confidence in his abilities, he had become an even stronger Trainer. At the end of the six months though, Cynthia posed him a question. Why did he want to become stronger? When he mulled it over, Jaden couldn’t really think of why he had continued to fight. Leaving him with some words of wisdom, he travelled home to do some soul searching.
Coming back to Cherrygrove City, he spent some time with his father, and after a few days heard that Seria had returned from a trip to another region. When he went to meet her though, Jaden couldn’t believe what he saw. The girl he had known, was now feeble, meak, and sickly. Asking her what happened, she told him that before she met him and Declan, she had been diagnosed with a currently uncurrable disease when she was little. Doctors told her and her family, that she would never be able to go on a Pokemon journey, but she didn’t want to live her life without being able to see what was out there in the world. Telling him she returned home because she didn’t have much time left, Jaden contacted Declan, and the three of them reunited once more to spend Seria’s last days together. After she passed away, Jaden thought he could handle the loss better knowing it was going to happen. He had never felt more wrong in his life. Retreating to Mt. Silver, he went into isolation with his Pokemon, and began training again to forget the pain. He would this time remain on the mountain for five years, thinking and reflecting while continuing to train with his Pokemon. After long hours of contemplation, he finally found his reason to become stronger. He would see the places that Seria hadn’t been to. Battle the trainers she never got to. His new purpose, was to experience a fulfilling adventure for as long as he could, to honor her memory as a respected Trainer and his close friend.

When he moved to Johto with Jaden, he did everything he could to set his son up to become a successful Trainer, so that the ridicule wouldn’t pass on to his son. Feeling betrayed by the constant lies he had been told, Jaden refused to be like his dad. He wouldn’t let people’s words stop him, or limit him to what he could do. With this new drive, he resumed his challenge, besting Morty the second time around and successfully defeating the rest of the gym leaders. The anger he had felt from being lied to never fully left him though, and it had begun at this point to manifest in his battling. After parting ways with Seria, having no voice of reason to hold him back, he began to gain a reputation as a brutal Trainer. When he next saw her and Declan at the Silver Conference, he was vastly different from the person they remembered.
Ruthlessly destroying his opponents, Jaden blasted his way to the Top 16 in the tournament. His next match was against his former friend, Declan. The two clashed with their ideals, and in the end, Jaden managed to narrowly win the hard fought battle. After the fight however, the two trainers ended up arguing about the match. Leaving with ill will between them, Declan begrudgingly ventured off to figure out what he would do next. Seria then met with Jaden, and attempted to reason with him, still saying she valued him as a friend and to let go of his anger. Refusing to let go of his plagued feelings, the Top 8 fight would see him pitted off against her. It was here that Seria would show him the error of his ways. In an emotional and down to the wire fight, the young girl managed to best him, leaving Jaden in disbelief. Accepting his loss, he thanked Seria for opening his eyes, and wished her luck in her Top 4 match. Now with his run at an end, he headed home to make amends with his dad.
After the conference, Professor Elm congratulated the three individually on their performance. He had spoken with Declan first, but informed Jaden and Seria that if they were looking for a further challenge, they could take on the Kanto Gym Leaders. Deciding to travel again together, the two made their way for the Kanto Region. Proving successful, they rocketed through the Gym Leaders, and eventually caught up with Declan. Still frustrated over the battle at the Silver Conference, he challenged Jaden to a fight, and this time handed him a loss. Seeing how his friend was walking down the same path he had been, he vowed to do what Seria had done for him. Making it to Top 8 in the Indigo League, Declan and Jaden were once again matched off against each other. In yet another close battle, Jaden managed to win over his friend. After the fight, they had a heart to heart, where Jaden apologized for the way their battle had gone at the Silver Conference. Declan apologized as well, and being able to patch things up, stayed to watch his friend fight in the Top 4. Making it one step higher, Jaden unfortunately lost to the Trainer who had defeated Seria in her Top 8 match.
After the Indigo League came to an end, having made it to the Top 4, Jaden was deemed a strong enough battler to be able to trek Mt. Silver. Having heard rumors of the strong Pokemon that lived on the mountain from people at the tournament, while Declan and Seria headed off to find their next adventures, Jaden decided to ascend the mountain. Making sure to equip himself well, he would spend a gruelling three years of training there, battling some of the toughest wild Pokemon in existence. When he decided to return, he had heard stories about a battle facility opening up in Olivine City. Curious, he ventured there to see what it was like, and potentially test the results of his training. The Battle Frontier proved to be just the challenge he was looking for, with some of his most intense battles yet. Managing to defeat most of the Frontier Brains, he prepared to take on Palmer, when he encountered a mysterious woman while at the Frontier. Upon exchanging introductions, he had unbeknownst to him, met Cynthia, the Sinnoh Champion herself. She had watched a few of his battles, and recommended that some of his Pokemon could get even stronger if he were to venture there. Not confident he could defeat Palmer just yet, with her advice, Jaden decided his next stop would be Sinnoh.
Proving himself once again, he victoriously triumphed over the Gym Leaders with little issue, and gained entry to the Sinnoh Conference. With some of his Pokemon having gained new evolutions he hadn’t known existed before, this newfound strength saw him make it all the way to the finals of the tournament. In a heart-racing final fight, he lost due to his opponent having knowledge of Mega Evolution, the boost in strength enough to turn the tides. Even though he didn’t come out as the victor, it was enough for Cynthia to extend him an offer. She mentioned her private villa in the Unova Region, and that many strong trainers owned houses there. Setting him up with a temporary home there, Jaden trained for half a year in the Unova Region, battling strong trainers from across multiple regions. Feeling more confidence in his abilities, he had become an even stronger Trainer. At the end of the six months though, Cynthia posed him a question. Why did he want to become stronger? When he mulled it over, Jaden couldn’t really think of why he had continued to fight. Leaving him with some words of wisdom, he travelled home to do some soul searching.
Coming back to Cherrygrove City, he spent some time with his father, and after a few days heard that Seria had returned from a trip to another region. When he went to meet her though, Jaden couldn’t believe what he saw. The girl he had known, was now feeble, meak, and sickly. Asking her what happened, she told him that before she met him and Declan, she had been diagnosed with a currently uncurrable disease when she was little. Doctors told her and her family, that she would never be able to go on a Pokemon journey, but she didn’t want to live her life without being able to see what was out there in the world. Telling him she returned home because she didn’t have much time left, Jaden contacted Declan, and the three of them reunited once more to spend Seria’s last days together. After she passed away, Jaden thought he could handle the loss better knowing it was going to happen. He had never felt more wrong in his life. Retreating to Mt. Silver, he went into isolation with his Pokemon, and began training again to forget the pain. He would this time remain on the mountain for five years, thinking and reflecting while continuing to train with his Pokemon. After long hours of contemplation, he finally found his reason to become stronger. He would see the places that Seria hadn’t been to. Battle the trainers she never got to. His new purpose, was to experience a fulfilling adventure for as long as he could, to honor her memory as a respected Trainer and his close friend.

Thank you! The team he's fighting with in the Master's League are all his Pokémon he caught on Mt. Silver, but for this one, he'll be using a few more Pokémon he's collected from all his travels. Yeah, looks like we both have them from the Game Corner XD I didn't realize you got yours from there. I went with it for him because it's a Pokémon that he essentially has a bond with related to Seria, and thought one of the fun moments they might have before they split up on the Johto journey was to play together in the Game Corner and pool their coins together for better chances at the rare prizes. So it brings back a fun memory he had with her.

Aurora would mainly stay in her house, reading books, watching tv, whatever kids do. One day, she decided to sneak off to a adoption event on the very entrance of her town. Making sure her Grandparents were asleep, she set her plan out, and at 7 she grabbed her first ever pokemon. Of course, her Grandparents were very confused when she showed her the pokeball in her hand, revealing an Azurill. They just shrugged it off, expecting it to be a phase as she kept it around her. Little did they know, the day after she turned 10, she ran out of that city, traveling toward the first gym she knew. Taking off was hard of course, but she made sure to train her azurill, and finally challenged gym after gym after gym, collecting pokemon all the way. At 14, she finally grabbed her courage, and went to the Elite 4, her whole team in her bag. When at 15, she became a regular challenger, and finally beat the league. Healing her pokemon, she fought the current champion, and finally went to put her team in history of the pokemon league, Cheering as she had her own little party at the league, inviting the other members. She didn't want to stop there however, taking the courage to grab multiple pokemon for herself to show off in Unova, which wouldn't normally be found. Traveling to all the different regions was hard for her, as she just loved the places she would visit, hoping to come back again. She of course had to go back to the league as always, but then finally found herself growing up. About her grandparents, she always made sure to call them at the local pokemon center, making sure that she would always check on them. One day, she called and only saw her grandma at the camera. After a short talk, and learning that her grandpa was in the hospital, she took a quick ride toward Lacunosa town again, making sure to check on her grandma. Practically freaking out, she took her Grandma to her Grandpa in the hospital, sitting by him for almost 2 days. Either way, Aurora caught this Gloom, and gave it a Sun stone quickly, before dying from puking, having her final team member who was not from Unova.

Appearance: His hair is a very dark shade of brown, and his eyes are a somewhat lighter shade of brown. He typically wears a hoodie and jeans, with no bright colors, not really caring much about his looks. As such, his hair is often messy as a Rattata's nest, however, given that he is now representing his home region, he has taken the time to comb it down a little bit. When he was just starting out as a trainer, his Axew bit him on the left hand, leaving a faint scar there. With regards to weight, he is neither particularly over nor underweight.
Outfit: Ed wears a pair of old blue jeans, as well as a newer hoodie with the Johto Towers logo on it.
Personality: He is confident, but can easily get flustered if he does not know what's going on or something does not go according to plan. He is usually up for a fight (but not actually aggressive), wanting to uphold Blackthorn's reputation as a place from which strong trainers come. He is less eager to prove himself as he used to be, and is more assured of his competence, but still feels the need to be a good trainer as something that drives him. He is also a strategist, and loves to come up with sequences of attacks for his Pokemon to use in battle.

Backstory: When Ed was a child, he loved to watch the gym battles in Blackthorn Gym, often sneaking in without his parents' permission to do so (especially when he was younger and he "could get hurt"). He dreamed of one day being recognized as a great trainer himself, hearing legends about heroes in the days of yore and watching as many Pokemon tournaments as he could. He wanted to start with a dragon type, given his perception of dragon-type trainers as being "the strongest," but wasn't allowed into the Dragon's Den, since he was just a child, and had no business there. His luck changed when a traveling Pokemon breeder came by, and happened to have an Axew egg. Ed had a decent amount of money saved up by that point, and was able to beg his parents for the rest, and the egg was his. Eventually, the egg hatched, and he named the little Axew Dino. Once Dino was big enough to fight, Ed left Blackthorn, seeking greatness. Throughout his travels, Ed has shown a preference for using the dragon-type, but is always willing to catch a powerful Pokemon if it crosses his path. For example, one morning he came across an Absol that had wandered into his camp and fallen asleep in the night. Not to miss a golden opportunity, Ed promptly caught it in a Quick Ball. In fact, the first Pokemon that Ed caught through battle was Carrie, his Kingdra, who he needed another trainer's help to subdue, leaving the beachfront where the battle took place in shambles. Kay was caught after a series of supernatural events involving some sort of magical crystal happened, leaving the Gallade incredibly injured and Ed very confused. Ed has been traveling almost nonstop between regions, attempting for different badges and entering tournaments. So far, he has visited Kanto, Hoenn (where he caught a Vibrava and a Duskull, which he trained), and Alola, with Johto as his home. When he was just starting out as a trainer, his Axew bit him on the left hand, leaving a faint scar there. With regards to weight, he is neither particularly over nor underweight.

Personality: He is confident, but can easily get flustered if he does not know what's going on or something does not go according to plan. He is usually up for a fight (but not actually aggressive), wanting to uphold Blackthorn's reputation as a place from which strong trainers come. He is less eager to prove himself as he used to be, and is more assured of his competence, but still feels the need to be a good trainer as something that drives him. He is also a strategist, and loves to come up with sequences of attacks for his Pokemon to use in battle.

Backstory: When Ed was a child, he loved to watch the gym battles in Blackthorn Gym, often sneaking in without his parents' permission to do so (especially when he was younger and he "could get hurt"). He dreamed of one day being recognized as a great trainer himself, hearing legends about heroes in the days of yore and watching as many Pokemon tournaments as he could. He wanted to start with a dragon type, given his perception of dragon-type trainers as being "the strongest," but wasn't allowed into the Dragon's Den, since he was just a child, and had no business there. His luck changed when a traveling Pokemon breeder came by, and happened to have an Axew egg. Ed had a decent amount of money saved up by that point, and was able to beg his parents for the rest, and the egg was his. Eventually, the egg hatched, and he named the little Axew Dino. Once Dino was big enough to fight, Ed left Blackthorn, seeking greatness. Throughout his travels, Ed has shown a preference for using the dragon-type, but is always willing to catch a powerful Pokemon if it crosses his path. For example, one morning he came across an Absol that had wandered into his camp and fallen asleep in the night. Not to miss a golden opportunity, Ed promptly caught it in a Quick Ball. In fact, the first Pokemon that Ed caught through battle was Carrie, his Kingdra, who he needed another trainer's help to subdue, leaving the beachfront where the battle took place in shambles. Kay was caught after a series of supernatural events involving some sort of magical crystal happened, leaving the Gallade incredibly injured and Ed very confused. Ed has been traveling almost nonstop between regions, attempting for different badges and entering tournaments. So far, he has visited Kanto, Hoenn (where he caught a Vibrava and a Duskull, which he trained), and Alola, with Johto as his home. Eventually Eva became a Flareon and Maker began searching for strong fire types. The rivalry with her sister increased as it seemed she was always one step ahead even though she didn't train daily like Maker did. When Maker saw that she needed to see the world to get stronger, she asked her sister to accompany her. In Sinnoh Maker took on the GYM leaders and reached the Elite Four Member, Flint. They had an amazing battle, where Maker lost. Flint trained Maker a few months while Azumi left for Johto. After her training, Maker finally defeated Flint and lost to the Sinnoh champion, a Garchomp destroyed her. Maker was proud of what she accomplished using only fire type Pokemon and wanted to get better. His father and Azumi were against it, so he battled and defeated both of them to prove he was right. He traveled through Kalos trying to find a connection to the underground criminal world, but failed. He then went to the source, Kanto. He took on the GYM leaders, since a rumor that one used to be part of team rocket went around, he figured it was a good lead. He defeated all 8 and then headed to the elite four. After losing to Bruno, he went to Johto, looking for the same information. He defeated the GYM leaders and once again challenged the elite four, only to be stopped by Lance. Lance however did inform him of what he knew regarding team rocket and how they had disbanded. Ron, wanting to get revenge still, searched through Sinnoh, where he found out about the tournament and that his sisters would be in it. He managed to get an invitation and hopes to see them there, hopefully to fix things with them.

Seems like it. Besides, playing as a canon character is heavily frowned upon, even as an enemy we defeat. Mainly because we can't accurately act like how they would be personality-wise and their own battle style may be depicted wrongly than what they would have done.
