To be fair, there are only three characters with a secondary deck I believe and one of them is a gambling deck

Alright. Where is the card shop in relation to these areas?

Card shop is in the head building I'd assume, so the arena would be the closest I think
He woke up, immediately got greeted by Goule and got into an argument, lost against a Gladiator Beast, had to watch a duel with the most annoying announcer voice known to mankind and immediately after has to deal with another person blowing up at Goule (understandably so). I've been tired over lesser days.
I can relate to this man, Goule is tiring to talk to, Gladiator Beasts are awful to face and that voice is not doing him any favors either. Just wait for Weasel to show up and push Kenny to the point of grabbing a coffin and lie down in it

Alright. How much do our Packs cost? And how many cards are in an average pack? (I am not the biggest Yugi OCG/TCG buff so clarification would be helpful lol)

Well considering it’s such a small part of this rp I’ve never actually put thought into it lol. But 12 in a standard pack.
In the anime and manga, their claims of costs are ridiculous lol. Red eyes for example, Rex bought it in the manga for around 2000 dollars

Eh, it is reasonable when compared to irl. Didn't Rex win Red-Eyes in a tournament though? I could be mistaken
Which, look I love Red-Eyes it is an iconic card that has some good support, a bit absurd. Red-Eyes kinda is a bad level 7 monster on its own, Summoned Skull had more ATK and it is a 6 star lol
Differing story between anime and manga I suppose. I know the anime has it as a prize but manga I dunno.

Nah, Prince Percy is an ignorant child that pretends to know it all and is all powerful when in actuality he’s just really dumb and not nearly as strong as he thinks he is. His motivation is just to get recognized and stroke his ego.
Weasel keeps a lower profile and focuses on personal enjoyment, often feigning ignorance when in fact he’s very intelligent. That and his sole motivation is being cruel to others for his own amusement
Good, we needed more conflict among students. Spices things up a bit and gives characters more personality

Sooo basically baseball kid dragon that brings things from the dead?
Interesting...powerful, but not broken. Sounds good to me
Brings things back to life to make fire types (To boost itself) but cannot attack directly and if it is removed for any reason all its captures are destroyed returning to the original graveyard.
Alright, I got a deck made around it. Open to play test if anyone has a desire.

Kaiba's been mentioned in RP, but none have appeared. Personally I don't mind them showing up, as long as they have a legitimate reason to show up
I agree but more was asking as a precaution just in case we deem a scenario fitting an old gen cameo. Not just saying this cause I really want to play Pegasus at some point, not at all...

Pegasus would be amazing to show up, but why would he? It doesn't help that I have the sub plot in my head and I'm oretty sure he died in the original series. Yet to watch GX though
Acceptable terms XD probably will make a mock Pegasus deck when I have spare time.
If you get Pegasus, Shen gets Rex/Weevil, I am incredibly tempted to ask for Mako Tsunami or Bandit Keith. Not quite sure why they'd show up though. I can maybe see Mako be in a guest lesson, but Keith?

Keith would be funny given one of your characters is his illegitimate son XD but yeah would have to be an organic situation regardless of character. I just want the door to least be open for fitting cameos is all.
Keith just has an illegal gambling ring somewhere on the school grounds
