"I know that they were bad...but was this really necessary?" Tails looked on as he flew down toward Undyne. "It seems a little excessive for-"

"Look! Another one!" A man in the crowd pointed at Tails.

"Kill it!"

Tails realized that he DID fall under the category of a kid, and so was not immune to their ire. Gulping, he looked back at the ship behind the doors, their objective.

"C-C'mon guys! Let's get out of here!"

As someone tried to grab his leg, he tucked it in a hurry, curling up into a ball and preforming a spin dash on the door, breaking it open for the rest of the team to follow. The walkway leading to the massive ship Excalibur had begun to retract, their window getting slimmer and slimmer as time ticked by.

Tabby the Tablet
After being shook off the sword, Tabby pouted. He's been itching for either a new weapon or a power-up, he's gone through 2 boss battles without getting anything new! There wasn't time to fight over the big sword at the moment, but the moment it leaves Undyne's hands it'll be his.

"Kill it!"

Tabby turned his attention to the voice, and it seemed that the humans started turning on his friends! Were humans bad after all? He thought they'd be better, but it seemed that most of them were just as bad as Lemonkus. He rushed over to help and sliced off the arm of the man that attempted to grab Tails, some sort of weird pink fuel squirting out similar to the Junk Monokuma. After that, he ran after Tails, hoping the rest of the team would follow.

Knight the Knight

Knight was stomped down into the ground hard, tearing up topsoil and grass until he smacked into the same tree he grappled to. Quickly he twisted around just in time to bat away the ice shuriken, but after that he sat there for a moment. Regaining his composure. After Knight was done, he stood and yanked his harpoon from the tree. He stood there as the ice mage taunted him, ignoring the comment. The Knight wasn't moving, he was observing. Thinking. This wasn't the best situation he's put himself in, but it wasn't the worst, either. His latest counterattack seemed to be the most successful, even if it did have consequences for himself. It still landed. An approach perhaps wasn't his best move. So with a tendril-imbued sword, he cut down the tree behind him in in one swing, and then stabbed into it with the harpoon. The black goop transitioned to his harpoon-wielding hand, giving him strength. With the extra strength, he threw the tree like a dart at Sub-Zero. He wasn't counting on it to hit, but maybe the Lin-Kuei would do something that The Knight could take advantage of. Maybe.

The Poyo-Meister
As Kirby poyo'd for aid, he failed to notice Dee returning to normal, only realizing when movement from below knocked him off balance and onto the floor.
Kirby picked himself up and, upon seeing his revived friend, leaped up in joy. He almost hugged Dee, but the explosions from the ensuing battle brought his focus to the much more pressing matter.
Unfortunately, he didn't quite know what was happening himself, signalled by him raising and lowering his nubs (the puffball equivalent of a shrug). However, what he did know was that the shiny-looking sonic was attacking his friends, so he gave Bandana a determined "poyo!", and leapt into action, inhaling for all he was worth.
Both electricity and leaves were the first things absorbed, thanks to audrey and the surrounding environment. Kirby swallowed, and was encased in light for a split second. Having absorbed two abilities at the same time, he ended up gaining a completley random one, which happened to be ESP.
Kirby nubs flashed sparks as he ran towards his friends.

Furry God
Amaterasu was certainly unhappy from being cucked from her treasure, but she had bigger worries. Like the weird grass wolf trying to hurt the not-evil bugs.
Amaterasu howled, running towards Abyss Sylvanos. She leapt above it, swinging her tail and spraying a line of ink towards the vines. Hoping Power Slash would take care of them, she focused on Sylvanos. She summoned her glaive, Thunder Edge, which doubled in size, allowing Amaterasu to stand on it as it dived down, ready to pierce through Abyss Sylvanos.

VS NEO METAL SONIC AND AUDREY REDHEART (more like deadheart)

Audrey, was, to say the least, knocked out of her stupor - quite literally - as suddenly she felt something pull her down, slamming onto something hard...bones?

Before she could think on it, however, she was suddenly blasted by three separate large blue beams, leaving her no chance to dodge or even react, really.

After it finished, Audrey seemed harmed, but not finished, held there on the bone, her back pushed in.
"That all you got-" She began, her thoughts melded but still able to find words. Then, before she could even finish her system, she seemed to go purple. As if something was badly affecting her, something...almost karmic. In her mind, it almost replayed every moment she had done something wrong, the last one she saw before she could see the real world again being of a betrayal by her to someone she should've kept a promise to.

Someone she hated...A real hero.
Needless to say, she was enraged, but couldn't really do much about it as she felt her limbs weakening, barely holding onto her sword now. With her remaining strength, she pointed the blade to the sky, before muttering some kind of prayer under her breath, one last bit of lightning blasting out, directly at one of her immeadiate foes: Psyduck. Of course, then she lost her strength to do anything but lay still with a sword in hand, coughing and pretty much done for.

The Top Percentage of Waddle Dee
Dee looked at the ensuing chaos. He was so shocked by the drastic change in the environment before that he didn't notice the fight going on around him. He noticed a few familiar faces in the group. He saw Vio messing around with a bow and a bell, Psyduck was eating berries, obviously trying to regain his strength to continue fighting, and then there were... a few newcomers. It looked like GV had joined the group at some point and was fighting some kind of..............
Oh crap. It was that same robot from the tournament, but he seemed way stronger now for some reason. Well, he hoped that most of the newcomers were on their side, but he knew he needed to help out in any way he could. His last fight with the robot didn't go quite how he wanted it to, but he's always stronger when he's got friends to rely on.

Dee started running as he yelled to his friend, "Kirby! I'm gonna need a little extra spark!" Kirby understood and generated a ball of lightning above his head. Dee immediately lept through the ball, leading with his spear as the electricity enveloped his weapon of choice. He was now powered with his Zap spear, ready to take on this tin can. He threw a spear toward a tree a bit away, lighting crackling through the air and charring the tree as it hit to help draw Metal's attention from GV. It was time for round two.

Undyne
The humans weren't satisfied with Nagisa. As he was trophied, they turned their sights unto Miles, who was a kid, sure, but-
Before Undyne could do anything, Tabby rushed in and- "YO WHAT THE HELL!" Undyne yelled. She didn't like humans. In fact, she hated them. But these people had been victimized, and rose up as a result. Now they were targeting one of their saviors. Didn't they realize Miles was on their side?
Now Tabby had gone and incited more retaliation. What a stupid cat. She thought they were supposed to be more cunning than that. The man now missing an arm yowled in pain as the severed limb flashed into gold.
Gritting her teeth as the humans were more riled up than ever by this. Fortunately the man's wound seemed to magically seal, covered by a layer of gold as spears suddenly erupted from the ground like a wall of prison bars, pulsing with cyan energy, effectively separating the humans from her team.

"ENOUGH!" She roared, slamming her new sword into the ground, resulting in the blade tearing through rubble like butter, accompanied by her voice, making the other noise subside as she drew attention to herself.
"You!" She pointed at Tabby. "Watch that trigger-finger!" She then moved her attention to the humans. "You're targeting your anger at the WRONG kid. Miles here helped SAVE you all!"
Wasting no time, she stuck her finger to point at the retreating airship. "THAT'S the enemy. We're pushing them back! We're winning! The worst thing you can do is fight those fighting FOR YOU!" She paused, and one of the men spoke up. "You cut off Jeffery's arm!"
"No, HE did!" Undyne accused Tabby. "He was doing it in defense of Miles. If you want to attack someone, then focus on clearing out the remaining Monokuma. A lot of the kids are under the control of the Warriors, they don't know what they're doing is wrong. It's your job to SAVE them while WE focus on finally bringing this threat down. You've fought hard to get this far, so don't give up now. Let us do our jobs, and we'll END this nightmare!"

Sub-Zero
The Grandmaster watched as the Knight tried to devise a strategy against the ninja, using a tree like a projectile weapon as he hurled it toward Sub-Zero. Calmly, he placed his hands over his chest as he fell backward, and disappeared into the ground. A moment later, he emerged behind the Knight, throwing a kick out to the mute's back as a giant battle axe made of ice materialized in the cryomancer's hands, and he swung it down with ferocity, aiming to cut his opponent cleanly in half vertically.
Fog clung around them as the battlefield grew colder and colder, Sub-Zero's fists becoming encased in a veil of ice, increasing the power to his fist-based attacks.

Sans
Another skull appeared, this one missing its lower jaws. It wasn't an offensive blaster, instead acting as a shield as it spawned over Psyduck, and suffered the brunt of Audrey's final attack. In a blast of electricity, the skull was engulfed in smoke. It disappeared before the smoke cleared as the skeleton walked slowly toward Audrey, the bones fading.
Her eyelids were fluttering, she was clearly going in and out of it. He honestly felt just a little bad, he'd been expecting her to be able to take more than that. He'd overestimated her, it seemed.

Coming to a stop at her prone form, he stared down at her for a moment, before he stooped over, grabbed her arm, and pulled her up to her feet, her arm draped around his neck as she was forced to lean into him for support. Her sword was left lying on the ground. He gave it a glance as well, before deciding to ignore it.
Donkey Kong seemed to be bonding with Buzzwole still, the two of them flexing endlessly in an unspoken match for the ages that nobody else was paying attention to. Sans approached the pair, bringing Audrey along with him. Having been ignored for so long now, DK took notice of the approaching skeleton, and tilted his head in confusion.
"take her." Sans offered. "keep her safe, find a cave and hide." He had a feeling Metal's sensors, if he had those, might not be as effective in caves as it was above ground. DK hooted in reply as he grabbed Audrey, still appearing confused. "the rest of you. we still got a big bad metal guy to take down. we can't do it if we don't work together."

Sans approached Audrey's sword, still sitting on the ground. With a moment's hesitation, he picked it up. "we can't afford to lose to him."
With that, Donkey Kong took off into the jungle, cradling the defeated Audrey in his arms.

"And just what do YOU know fish woman?!" A man called from the crowd. "These kids attack us cause they like it!"

"The grinded down my girlfriend to dust! Now it's their turn!"

"An eye for an eye!"

"If your going to kill them first, kill them already! If you won't, STAND ASIDE!"

The crowd of misfits from many dimensions had little to cling onto to unite them. The only thing that did was their mutual hatred toward the Warriors of Hope. This hatred being the sole factor they were working together, fermenting and festering the more they fed it, the more they watched, the more the fought. It would seem it was a natural byproduct of this type of conflict.

They grew restless, and did not seem to care about the damage they would have caused to Tails. In fact, some were still eating to give chase while others were still wary of the fact this fish has MAGIC. This seemed to keep them at bay briefly, stress briefly. As the severed arm cause severed angry chatters into the crowd. It was garbled gibberish but it was blatantly obvious they'd steamroll over Undyne if they had the option.

Undyne
To much of their surprise, Undyne laughed at this. She reared her head back and let out several booming snorts of her laughter, before she narrowed her one good eye at them, smirking. "Stand ASIDE? I was being NICE to you, since you took care of the little brat for me, but YOU can't threaten me."
Immediately, the spears all swung in the air, now instead of forming a barrier, formed a wall of razor sharp points aimed at the humans. "We're doing you a favor. You're all WEAK and PATHETIC. If you disagree, do you really think you challenge me?" At this, the amount of spears tripled, all closing slowly in on the group of people.
"W-we beat the kid!" One man retaliated. Undyne smirked at that, and stabbed the spear in her hand into HannibalX's corpse. "Mine's bigger."
That seemed to shut the guy up.
"An eye for an eye?" She repeated. "I get the sentiment. Ground to dust? I understand better than you. What do I know? More. Than. YOU." Her eye flashed crimson, and the amount of spears once again tripled, growing threateningly close. "So LEAVE and let the REAL heroes SAVE your underserving SKIN... or die."
She'd tried diplomacy, but she really didn't have the patience for humans. It was already taking all of her willpower to keep herself from putting them all down here and now.

Finally, they seemed to get the message. The humans retreated through where they'd come in. Once the last had gone, the spears all vanished, and Undyne winced, leaning against her brand new sword for support. "Ngh." She grunted, glancing to the others. "Some people only listen to threats. I wasn't going to ACTUALLY kill them." She defended herself, aware that Sonic and Miles were probably not approving of her methods. "Now can we SERIOUSLY end this?"
Despite being clearly fatigued, she stowed it away and lifted the sword once again, grinning brightly, ready for at least one more brawl.

Tabby
So Tabby saved Undyne's butt and dragged her through one and a half boss battles for her to take such a beautiful weapon out from under his nose and order him around? Man, Tabby missed cool people like Subs. His screen showed his face sticking out a tongue. He ran to the bridge and jumped over to it, and continued running up the retracting bridge. So this was their headquarters, where Tabby and whoever followed him onto the bridge would surely claim victory over these jerks.

Psyduck

As Audrey targeted Psyduck, he choked on a berry in surprise. He fell backwards, hitting his head and adding to his headache. The Duck got up, to see that he was totally fine. Did Sans save him? What a cool guy. Well, that left Gunvolt and Metal Sonic a strolling distance away. Psyduck definitely hated Metal Sonic more, but he didn't know why. So, Psyduck began his slow stroll over to the ruins. He'd be there to help Gunvolt... in a bit.

Knight

The ice mage wasn't visible to The Knight, so he couldn't see if the tree connected or not, most likely the latter. Then, The Knight felt a boot connect to his back, making him stumble forward. He turned around to see the ice axe being formed, and, using his momentum from turning, cut the axe's handle, making the head fall harmlessly off. With that exact same momentum, the armor-clad warrior thrusted the harpoon forward in hopes of skewering his foe.

Kragg

Now free from his prison, Kragg fell to the ground, stomping as he landed to churn the ground beneath many of the remaining vines to put them out of commission.
Meanwhile, Amaterasu's glaive pierced Abyss Sylvanos's skull, and dissipated the dark creature. With that done, only one Abyss clone remained. For Abyss Zetterburn, whose attention was on Guile at the moment, Kragg stomped the ground. A diagonal pillar of stone burst from the ground in front of the doppelganger to strike it in the chest, sending it towards Kragg. Kragg uppercut it into the air, and then formed a stone spike over his fist. With that weapon, he pierced the lion through the chest, dissipating that one, too. With that, the shields around the Gatekeepers faded. But, as that happened, in the sky it seemed there was a meteor of pure purple energy, headed straight towards the castle!

Ice Cap Zone
The Egg Gunners averted their gazes once Coyle entered the ship, immediately losing interest. The aircraft then took off, moving at surprisingly fast speeds, leaving the icy area behind, along with the rest of the ground in general, in a matter of seconds. They continued to fly, the Egg Gunners conversing in robot. It seemed this flight was going to last a little while.

Vs. Neo Metal Sonic
As Gunvolt launched the Naga Dart, Metal did the same thing he did last time: shoot it down, firing a laser at it to intercept it. At the same time, he pointed his other hand behind him, rotating his torso (and only his torso) to the side while doing so, one arm pointing left (the one attacking the Naga Dart), the other pointing right. The one pointing right also fired a laser, this one in the direction of the bell that landed on the ground nearby, destroying it. A pitiful attempt at a distraction. Then, as Gunvolt fired a barrage of darts, Metal put his hands down, deactivating the lasers. Then, he deactivated his engine, beginning to free fall, avoiding the darts.

Then, he activated his engine again, regaining flight. He was about to counter attack, then heard something behind him. Electricity. What? Did he manage toThe robot thought to himself, head snapping towards the direction the sound came from. But there was nothing but a…spear? A spear crackling with electricity. He had been tricked! Before the droid could react, he was struck by a lightning bolt, being sent flying into a tree, causing it to crack. Metal growled, quickly flying off of the tree, nowhere near finished. Wait…how did one of Gunvolt’s allies pull of that distraction if Audrey was taking care of them. Was the girl already down? Metal flew up to higher…air, and scanned the entire area. It seemed the ape had the girl in his arms, taking her to who knows where. It reminded him of a movie he had walked in on Eggman watching. Ching Bong or something. He’d have to deal with that later, if at all. Perhaps the girl was less useful than anticipated.

Metal redirected his attention to the fight at hand, looking down at Gunvolt. He then fired a laser at the fallen pillar he was standing on, cutting off the parts that were on solid ground, causing the pillar to fall. Now, while Gunvolt was likely vulnerable, Metal charged forward at blinding speeds, firing more lasers while also getting in close, which was mostly an advantage for Metal and vice versa for Gunvolt.

Dr. Eggman
The doctor’s mind immediately went to Metal as Shadow Link told him there was a traitor in his midst. He had betrayed him before, but…no. Robotnik had fixed that a long time ago. Prometheus was out of the question, Eggman had programmed him to be loyal as soon as he upgraded him. That left…E-102 Gamma. The robot hadn’t reported in recently and its camera feed was offline. Had it cut communications?

The not-so-good Doctor squinted behind his glasses, pondering this. After a moment, he looked up at the Gremlin.

“Why should I believe you?”

Aegislash
The Royal Sword pokémon made a sound of confusion as the Doom Slayer suddenly fell to a knee, seemingly in…pain? Aegislash hadn’t even done anything yet. He began to float forward to check on the armored hulk of a man, before he heard a deep voice, a large creature, similar to the ones who had led him and his ally to their cells earlier, emerging from the hole in the wall that they had created.

Some debatably unnecessary monologuing later, the brute offered the sword a choice: Join him or join him slave edition. Aegislash wasn’t really a fan of either of those options. The pokémon glanced at his unconscious partner and started thinking to himself.

Would he want this?

Do
I want this?

Aegislash thought for a few moments, then looked up at Decimus, speaking directly to his mind.
“Very well, we will join you.”

He had a plan.

Sonic the Hedgehog
Sonic simply tossed the remote up in the air and caught Tails as the fox soared towards him, setting him down afterwards, giving him a smile before catching the no-longer airborne remote. He was about to press a button when a large explosion sounded off outside of the room. Sonic tossed the remote to the side and ran out, being greeted by a destroyed HannibalX and a defenseless Nagisa. “Ha! Nice job Undyne!” He said, before there was loud banging on the doors. “Hm?”

Suddenly, a massive mob of adults burst into the lobby. “Woah! Calm down everybody! The Black Friday sale’s not ‘till Thanksgiving!” The hedgehog joked, although his joking demeanor quickly diminished as the adults began beating Nagisa brutally. Sonic was about to say something, before Undyne started going on about whatever. Sonic wasn’t really interested anymore since the EXCALIBUR’S DOOR WAS CLOSING! He quickly boosted out of the room and went into the ship, waiting for the other’s to catch up.

"Let's say I have a vested interested in this little song and dance, call it an operating expense for the last show at the end of the world."

Shadow Link chuckled, drawing out a martini with his finger like a crayon, watching as gravity suddenly took to the object, dropping in his hand. Scribbling a small doodle once more, a tiny umbrella dropped in it as the seeker of joy swished around the black fluid in the drink.

"You see, an audience can occasionally interact with the performers of a play, giving input to a show. The performer makes a joke, the crowd roars in laughter. You see, eggboy, that is the role I take. Nothing more, nothing less. Nor do I even strive for more. So you see, I have nothing to gain from lying to you."

Raising his pinky and taking a sip from the black fluid, he made a satisfied sigh as he wiped some excess goo from his lips, letting his tongue roll down from his fangs.

"But I can't make it too easy on you. So you will have to figure out who is the one that is the traitor. Consider this a little game for that hundred something IQ of yours doctor. Surely for someone of your esteem this should be child's play~"

Urban District

As the final member of the squad jumped into the closing walkway, it locked back up place, allowing the ship to take off without any further delays. Down in the city below, it appeared as though chaos had begun to breakout, if it wasn't already. The civilians now were invigorated with the defeat of all but one warrior of Hope, now coming out in droves to fight their oppressors...with a little too much passion. It was like a scene from Mad Max, violent displays of brutality now grayed the lines between who was truly good in this scenario.

Watching this, Monaca smiled in her chamber. Tapping gently on a dull colored key that she traced her fingers along.

"Why, Monaca is so impressed with how this is going so far." She giggled. "Now that Monaca has come this far, Monaca can finally take part! Although, it doesn't really matter..."

A devilish grin grew on Monaca's otherwise innocent looking face, her pupils Shrinking smaller as she stared at the ground.

"Because at the end of the day...despair will come out on top."

Vio
Jungle

It appeared the fight had escalated past means of standard warfare and interception. Cursing under his breath, he decided to cobble together something they could use out of his pack. Taking out a black chemical reactive powder from his pack, he poured it into a flask. Now, he placed several fragments of broken Rupees that he had managed to scrape up from his previous engagement, stuffing a handkerchief into the flask, he was finished with his invention.

The robot was effected by visuals, so if that was the case, perhaps an auditory distraction would work on a much larger scale. This bomb would not be a flashbang like his last one, instead, this planned to come or let numb the auditory receptors.

Approaching the fight, he lit the handkerchief with a spark from a flint and steel pair he had in his kit. Once the handkerchief was lit, he lobbed it toward metal, or rather where he'd end up. The resulting effect of this would cause the flask to exploded wildly, the resonance off of the makeup of the crystal rupees inside would cause a deafening shriek to occur as they blasted out, with a small shrapnel side effect. He had to cover his own ears from this one, as it was a bit louder than even he had anticipated.

Sub-Zero
The Knight's plan was sound, if he were facing a foe of a lesser caliber. Alas, the cryomancer was not one to be dealt with so easily. As Sub-Zero's axe shattered, he simply stepped to the side. The Knight's weapon brushed by him as the ninja's elbow was plunged straight for the Knight's throat, using his momentum against him, a shard of ice extending from Sub-Zero's elbow at the same time, adding to the lethality of his strike.

The ground beneath them now fully converted, covered in a thick layer of ice, giving Sub-Zero an additional advantage while lessening the Knight's movement on the ground. This ice, surprise surprise, was slippery. Clearly a very deadly hazard in this conflict. As his rammed his weaponized elbow for the Knight's throat, his other hand, coated in ice, grasped the Knight's own weapon, rapidly coating it in another layer of ice.

Undyne
Aaaand they were gone, leaving Undyne standing there feeling like an idiot. Rolling her eye, she sighed and shook her head. Gathering her strength, she grit her teeth, before leaping upward, her new golden sword in-hand. She didn't have the speed of Sonic to just race up buildings willy-nilly, or grappling hooks, or helicopter tails. She had her grit and her strength.
The building was pretty messed up- allowing for enough hand and foot holds to boost herself up. By the time she actually managed to reach the others, it had nearly been too late. Just as she landed inside, the ship closed up.

Climbing to her feet, she still carried her new anime weapon. She might have lost Alphys' gift in all the confusion, but this? This was the spiritual successor. A non-foam sword. A Trophium Blade. "I'm gonna name this thing SKULL SLICER!" She randomly declared, holding it up for all to see. Nobody seemed as enthused about it as she was. They were all... beat, it appeared. Four bosses down with one to go. Tabby appeared eager to just continue. Tails clearly seemed anxious. Put-off. Sonic seemed annoyed. Even a little apathetic.
Oh god. She hated having to do this.
"Hey, guys." She demanded their attention. "Lighten up. We're almost done here, and when we are, a lot of people will be saved. It's been a long day, but if there's one thing I've learned since I met you all, it's that we can do anything." That was cheesy. She gave them a wide grin and a thumbs up. "No one's gonna bring us down! We ready to bring down one more creepy kid?"
It was by no means some inspiring speech, she was exhausted too, but hopefully it was enough to try and motivate them at least a little. Last leg of this journey (she assumed), they couldn't afford to not be fully committed.

Decimus
"Hm." The sound was a like a deep, threatening rumble in the Jiralhanae's throat. He moved his leg off of the Doom Slayer's back. "Good." He finally said. "Just know that there is a very simple rule under my care." One of his hands suddenly grabbed the Slayer's head, and lifted the man into air. The sound of metal creaking and glass cracking could be heard. The Doom Slayer made no attempts to fight back, even as it became clear he was experiencing pain, the grip of the giant ape crushing the helmet.
"Betrayal means death."

A sickening crunch echoed as the helmet snapped, and the Doom Slayer's skull was crushed under the grip of Decimus. Almost immediately, the Slayer disappeared in a flash of gold, and was hefted over the brute's shoulder. "Clean yourselves up." He turned around and began to walk away. "I will send for you once I have need of you."
He had dismissed Slash, and departed with the trophy.

Conveniently, it was now that the Dragonborn began to stir, letting out a grunt as he started to try and pull himself up to his feet, wincing, spitting out a wad of blood.

The Fox Wonder - Urban District
Tails laughed half-heartedly at Undyne's declaration of her new weapon, and at her attempt at a motivating speech. This was the final step in stopping these kids from all the terror they were causing. Then he stopped to think of how much damage was already done. These kids have already managed to make the adults so paranoid that they were ready to kill any of their team at the drop of a hat. Could this have been what they were after all along?

"I guess you're right Undyne, our best course of action right now is just to keep moving forward... Still, I can't help but wonder if it's alright to leave those adults down there with all of the brainwashed kids. I'm worried that they're going to do something they can't take back later." Tails definitely seemed distraught, he was doing all he could to keep himself moving forward after all that. "There's no use worrying about that right now though, we should get moving."

Prometheus growled, this tablet was a pain in the ass with how agile it was. The SMG bullets were easily dealt with using his flaming scythe, but the wall heading his way was more of an issue. That is, if he was a lesser Reploid. Purple flames swirled around his body and the flaming ball shrank in size, reappearing behind the wall. "Fine by me, I'll continue my mission then." Flying up into the air, he saw a giant mob of people and an airship of some description. Smirking to himself, he put his scythe away and sent the four fire clones to harass the people. That is, if harass meant to kill and burn them.

In the meantime, the real Prometheus once again became surrounded by fire as he reappeared on the metal of the ship, powerful magnets keeping him anchored during the ascent. "Let's see what this beauty has to offer." Snapping his finger, a small fire was created at his index finger. Adjusting the intensity and heat of the fire, he began melting a hole inside the side for him to enter.

As Geo followed the group through the door, his breath was caught in his throat. This was Echo Ridge, his hometown! Something was off though, it felt like the time he was in the Alternate Dimension version of Echo Ridge without any humans after Le Mu took over. In contrast to that Echo Ridge, this one still had color. A pungent scent entered his nose and caused the boy to gag. "Wh-what is that scent?" There were nasty scents all over, but this one seemed to be worse. Fresher.

"Geo, stay with me. We don't know what happened here." Mega might as well have been talking to a wall, as Geo wasted no time in splitting from the group and attempting to go to his home to check on his mother. To get to his home, the boy passed the river, but the water was no longer clear and full of fish. Instead, it was red and full of something else.

Bodies.

Geo's eyes widened as he registered the bodies of his townsfolk. The young man who always was playing with his RC chopper. The old man who wanted to improve his memory. The child who wanted to be the number 1 battle card collector in the world. Ken Suther, the owner of the Big Wave shop. The situation only got worse when three other bodies came in view, horribly mutilated, but Geo could recognize them anywhere. Bud Bison, Zach Temple and Luna Platz. Limbs were strewn across the water surface, along with Luna's characteristic pigtails.

His knees were weakening and the boy took a couple of steps back, unable to hear the words Omega-Xis were saying. Unfortunately, the boy took one step too far and tripped over something. Leaning on his arms, he looked at the object that caused him to fall. A dismembered leg. A leg that Geo knew, as it wore the same slippers his mom always wore. That was the final straw for the boy, as his arms turned limp and he fell on his back, eyes wide open and looking at the sky as his heartrate and breathing rate skyrocketed. This was far from good, seemingly it was his turn to be tormented.

"Now just what the hell are *you* doing here?"

As Prometheus began to cut, a red eye of a monokuma stared back at him. The Monokuma seemed to make sentences, a rare trait from the monokuma seen thus far.

"The only thing worse than a intruder is a teenager! Next thing you know your gonna throw toilet paper all over the place and egg my windows!"

Geo's Hometown?

Red looked at Geo, who seemed distraught over the state of the place and the people within it. Trying not to look at it, Red's face cringed. But he then remembered the girl he needed to save. The one who was surrounded by this all the time. The tortured soul. Clenching his fist, Red walked up to Geo, opening his eyes.

"H-Hey!" He said to him, putting a hand on his shoulder. "This isn't real...it's this place! This is all fake, so there's no need to cry...yet anyway... we just gotta get through all this fake stuff and save that girl. Cause that's...what heroes do...isn't it?"

Bennett's spirit's were moved by the words of the little red clad boy, a small smile appearing on his face, not too big due to the eerie place they were now in, but enough to be appropriate.

"Well said! It's alright bud, the real people are still out there somewhere, so we just gotta get outta here and find 'em!"

Tabby
They made it to the ship. On that very same ship somewhere was the final boss. Well, until the group decided to take down the other robot overlord that was here. But this was the step beforehand. The people Tabby barely knew, this was their final push, together. They would take this sick mastermind down once and for a-

Tabby smiled and waved at one of the cameras, and then went on to look down the hall. Didn't look like anything dangerous, it was actually quite nice, contrary to what Tabby was used to. He ran forward and flung his Kunai to near the end of the hallway, and then slingshot himself through the door.

Psyduck

EEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!

Psyduck had just arrived on the scene when Vio's sound bomb went off. The unsuspecting Psyduck was caught off guard, and it hurt his ears, and his head. He fell to the ground clutching his head- this is the worst his headache's ever been. "DUUUUUUCK!!!!!" He laid there kicking his little feet and screaming in pain, and as he did so, sparks began popping off of his head. Then, a magenta bolt of energy shot into the air and into the distance until it was out of view.

Dr. Coyle

The robots averted their eyes and Coyle scowled. Whatever. These robots were probably not about to engage in any riveting conversation with herself, so she might as well relax. Her Lokjaws, the name for her large, silvery skulls on her fists opened up and let out steam, and then dropped to the floor with a thunk. Coyle picked up the key, and as she did, a panel on her left shoulder opened up. She put the key inside her shoulder and it closed, and then sighed. She twisted in her seat and crossed her legs, putting her metallic hands behind her head, laying across several seats.

The Knight

The bladed elbow pierced the throat, sending a splash of blood onto the grass, but no stream of blood. The black substance under his armor held him together- for now. The throat strike stunned The Knight for a second, and out of his stupor, he was greeted by his harpoon freezing over. He didn't pull from the ice mage's grasp, rather, tendrils of the dark goo burrowed through the ice, easily shattering it. These same tendrils shot out at Sub-Zero's hand, hoping to grab it. If the tendrils touched skin, the Lin-Kuei would feel searing pain upon contact.

Master Chief
From a place Scorpion knew, to a place Geo knew. He took off, unintentionally making himself lead the team. Scorpion had no objections as he followed, clearly losing sight of where to go when the scenery changed. The door had led them to Geo's own personal hell. The boy led them to a place familiar to him, and they bore witness to the dead. In moments, Geo fell back, eyes wide, breathing rapidly, body going limp.
John had seen it before, on the front lines. Rookie marines introduced to the horrors of war. Their bodies and mind had simply failed to comprehend the brutality of it all. They'd gone into a near-catatonic state of shock. It had resulted in more deaths that could have been avoided, had their minds been properly prepared- though John felt nobody could truly ever be prepared for the horrors of war.

Red's response was surprising. He stopped cowering for a moment to try and comfort the shocked Geo, assure him that none of this was real. He tried to motivate him, and it was enough to spur Bennett with his boundless optimism.
Attaching his AR to his back, Chief knelt down beside Red- and scooped the unresponsive Geo into his arms. He wasn't certain when Geo would pull out of his moment of shock, but the Spartan wanted to ensure he would be there to help him when he did. Geo remained limp as John cradled him up into his grasp, and rested Geo's head against the Spartan's breastplate, placing a comforting hand on the back of Geo's head.

"I agree." Chief nodded to Red. "This place only wants to break us down." His gaze settled on Geo. "So long as we have each other, it won't succeed." He rose to his feet. "The entity wants to force us to submit. That won't happen. We'll find Alessa, and end this."
However, at that moment, a familiar sound could be heard behind them.

Scraaaaaaape.
Boom boom.

The Master Chief often didn't feel fear. He'd dealt with so much, and continued to do so, that fear wasn't very prominent in his mind in most given scenarios. But this sound carried the weight of fear, for he knew what it would bring. The sound was coming from the direction they'd come from. Almost as though He were following them.

Scraaaaaaape.
Boom boom.

"I don't think the entity liked that." Scorpion growled, pulling out his katana. Any normal day, John would have chosen to stay and fight- but today was far from normal, and he had no intention with letting any of these children be claimed by the red pyramid thing. "We're in no position to take him on."
"Then go." Scorpion replied simply. "I will hold him off. My family's death has been used to weaken me far too often. My enemies fail to realize that the reminder..."
He held his katana out in front of him, and white-hot fire enveloped the metal. "Only strengthens my resolve."

Scraaaaaaape.
Boom.
Boom.

From around the bend, He had appeared. Bearing the pyramid as a head, his muscular, battered body made itself known, clothed only by a butcher's apron. The rusted Great Knife scraped along the ground behind him as he walked, leaving a bloody scar along the ground, where barbed wire seemed to crawl from and spread, looping and twisting across the ground like rapidly-growing weeds.
His gurgled breath came out as a rattle from beneath the helmet as he came to a stop once in their range of sight.
He seemed to stare at them for a long moment, almost as though he were silently challenging them- before he suddenly raised the Great Knife above his head, and stabbed it a foot into the ground.

The world around them quickly began to darken as more barbed wire seeped its way through the ground around them, oozing through cracks, twisting up, some even crawling up and around Pyramid Head's legs and his Great Knife. The ground beneath them began to quake as the Knife remained plunged into it, and finally, he moved it. With a slash through the air, Pyramid Head swiped the Great Knife upward, and the earth split in the direction he'd slashed, extending for several dozen meters as a darkness seemed to spill from the ugly scar he'd opened up, skeletal hands slowly beginning to emerge from the crack, grasping for anything living it could find.

Sub-Zero
The black 'blood' spilled- and Sub-Zero actually paused for a moment, not reacting as the Knight broke through his ice coating, forming the tendrils of darkness. His momentary hesitation allowed Knight to deliver his pain-inducement on the ninja's exposed hand, still grasping the harpoon.
He notably winced at the contact, which seemed to pull him from his strange trance. At this, his grip only tightened on the harpoon. He did not pull away. The weapon began to creak under his strength as he made to shove his elbow even deeper, gritting his teeth. "I see now what you are." He hissed, his eyes searching the Knight's empty, hollow holes for eyes in his helmet.

In truth, this revelation had reminded Sub-Zero of his own brother. Of Bi-Han. What Bi-Han had become. Noob Saibot. A being made of darkness, pain, hatred, and death. A servant of his masters, as he had been in life. This connection Kuai Liang had made between Bi-Han and the Knight only seemed to strengthen the assassin as he then began to push back, his feet digging into the ice as he pressed forward, pressing harder with his bladed elbow, still not pulling his hand away from the pain even as it crawled up his arm.
"You are nothing more than a coward that seeks the destruction of others, but was too weak to attain it himself. You called upon dark forces to strengthen you. To inflict fear. To inflict pain."
Step after step, he made to push the Knight back, fighting against any resistance the armored individual made, too close for the large sword to be put too use. "I have faced many like you. I have conquered them all. I do not fear you, beast. I never will."
Ice began to rapidly crawl up the tendrils, forming into jagged blocks of ice as it crawled about, coating the darkness, making to freeze it to the core. "You wish to inflict pain? You must try harder."
At this, the cryomancer's usual scowl made a notable change. His face broke into a humored grin. "Because that tickles."
With that, a dagger of ice appeared in his open hand, and he yanked his elbow from the Knight, only to immediately plunge the dagger down in unison, intending on impaling it into the Knight's armored skull.

As Tabby burst through the door like a speeding bullet, they were met with with a unusually cozy looking room. A bed was on the left side covered with chips and soda cans. There was a lot of manga and comic books carelessly tossed about along with Video game CDs covered in cola and crumbs. It was certainly well lived in. Above the bed was a crudely drawn name:

However, the biggest indicator of them all was the open door on the far right of the room, leading to a sizable rotunda with a deactivated Mark Guyver mech standing on standby mode next to a pink door. However, before they could progress towards it, two extending armatures came from the ceiling on either side of the room. What came down were two monokuma color coded Miniguns, all locked and loaded.

Geo's Home town ???

"Uhm- something tells me those aren't fake!"

Red backed up behind Chief when the hands began to rise, jumping onto the side of the nearest building, hoisting himself up a couple feet from the jutting edge.

Meanwhile, Gamma didn't waste any time shooting masters and warheads at the hands that attempted to grab up. Giving a single bounding jump, his thrusters took over, keeping him suspended in the air as he lit up the ground.

"Melee attacks are futile. Accept a negative outcome."

Bennett however didn't have a thruster, nor did he think about getting up high. As he saw it, Scorpion needed help! Picking up his sword, he ran straight for scorpion...only to trip on his own feet and fall face first into the ground, right into the hands that surrounded them. Just his luck...!

Struggling to escape their skeletal embrace, the boy attempted to leave. They were surprisingly strong for a bunch of skele-hands, so Bennett offered a strained yet muffled plea for help.

Gunvolt - Jungle

A well-timed distraction was enough for Gunvolt to get a hit in, sending Metal flying into a tree - though he wasn't stunned for long. The robot was back at it almost immediately, unleashing a laser that sliced through the pillar he stood on effortlessly, causing the Azure Striker to lose his footing. The metallic blue blur quickly capitalized off of this, closing the distance in no time at all while covering his approach with lasers.

Even in a difficult situation such as this one, Gunvolt still had a couple tricks up his sleeve. Readying a Dragonsphere, the Azure Striker performed an Air Dash to his side, leaving the electric orb where he'd been a moment earlier. While he'd managed to avoid getting hit head-on by Metal, a couple lasers still managed to graze his side. Not ideal, but it could've been worse.

A small object suddenly flew into view - some sort of potion accompanied by a short fuse, giving the Adept and the robot little time to react to it. A high-pitched cry echoed through the area, deafening Gunvolt as he performed an Air Jump, barely making it back onto solid ground. Had one of his allies thrown that? Was it in hopes of distracting Metal? He hoped the sound had affected Metal as much as it did him, because he was about to throw another attack at him.

Letting his Orochi drone out once again, a flurry of darts headed for Metal, with Gunvolt focusing lightning for another blast, much like his earlier hit on him. He'd move backwards while attacking, wanting to keep as much distance from Metal as possible so he could react to his attacks in time.

Copen - Urban Ruins

How long had they been running for? Copen wasn't sure. He just hoped that jester and the armored figure had lost track of them - if they had followed the group at all.

The landscape had changed; the group now found themselves in the middle of a destroyed city, with buildings being run down, a few fires present throughout the area, its inhabitants missing. From what the cyborg could tell, this place had been victim of some sort of bombing that had occurred not too long ago. Were Eggman's forces behind this? Or was there another faction he was unaware of?

Looking behind him, it seemed all of Team Green had made it in one piece. Granted, they were all badly injured and only Copen had managed to avoid becoming a trophy, but at least they had managed to get away. For now, it was best they took some time to rest and stay out of conflict more than ever. Still, that didn't mean they could let their guard down. With how fast paced things were in this world, they would be very lucky to have a moment to rest.

"Man, I can't believe we made it out of there alive..." Lola sighed, looking around the destroyed city. "Not like this place seems much better. And here I thought the city slums back home were in a bad shape..."

"At least we won't have to worry about any maniacal jesters for the time being." Copen noted. "We need to keep a low profile. Make sure we regain our strength before being caught in a situation like that again."

The Knight - Garreg Mach Monastery

With the Abyss clones taken care of, all the group needed to do now was finish off the Gatekeepers, who seemed to be trying to make one last stand by summoning some sort of purple meteor, its purple glow illuminating the night sky, headed straight for the monastery. They'd have to destroy them before that happened.

Knowing they had little time, the Knight immediately dashed towards the nearest wall, aiming to repeat the same strategy it had performed several times before: jump up the wall until it was about the same height as the Gatekeepers, then jump off to attack them. This time, however, the bug would use its nail to continuously pogo off one of the eyes to keep collecting SOUL while dealing constant damage to it, before it tried to finish it off with one last Descending Dark.

Tabby
Tabby smashed through the door with ease, greeted by a bedroom. Was this the room of the boss? No, the boss was named Monaca, of that Tabby was sure. The name Masaru was scribbled over the bed. Who was Masaru? Tabby hasn't seen anyone named Masaru, so was he yet another obstacle before the final boss? The robot had no time to investigate as the defense systems kicked in. A spray of metal bullets were spat at Tabby, who easily deflected the fire with his sword, right back at the guns themselves. He retreated back a few steps so he had a little more time to react. For now, he only covered his teammates from fire so they could take out the sources.

The Knight
Death was unavoidable at this point. The Knight knew this. But, he also knew that he would rather die at the hands of this 'hero' than suffer the wrath of a harbinger of pain. Because pain always prevails. That's what he's been forced to learn. But- he had a single hope, a Flower. The ice mage spoke of The Knight senselessly causing pain and destruction, a fair observation. It wasn't all wrong, but Sub-Zero didn't understand one thing. All of this pain was for a purpose. To open the Flower, Knight had to collect pain for it. Everything would be worth it. He had to stop the Castle, and the Keeper of the Spark with it. Knight dropped his weapons, they were useless at the moment. As the Lin-Kuei removed the blade from his throat, a silent cough sprayed the ninja with black blood. And in a final strike, the goo empowered his right hand, and he punched his foe's side just as the blade was driven into his helmet. A flash of gold, and The Knight was turned to metal.

Kragg

Shroom's attacks proved successful, as one of the eyes glazed over after being slammed into the ground, courtesy of Descending Dark. Kragg helped out as well, he rolled over and plucked the dead one out of the ground. With immense power, he swung the eye around by the stalk, slamming it into the other one. Both eyes exploded into eye juice, and the battle was (FINALLY) over. But the purple meteor did not cease. This whole castle would come down when that thing hit. Kragg acted quick, and after he motioned his teammates to follow, rolled out of the giant hole in the backside of the Cathedral.

Scorpion
The molten blade slashed through the air, leaving a sizzling trail of overwhelming heat in its wake, momentarily dilluting the air where it passed. The skeletal hands were severed from grabbing Bennett, but as a screech emerged from below, it became clear these weren't just hands to stick from holes.
Creatures began to pull themselves out of the scar, grasping, clawing, and moaning their way up. Amalgamations of contorted flesh, beings conformed into one, their hands sticking out from all over, three faces pushing their way through the overlapping flesh, mouths open in horrible, muted screams. Two of the faces appeared young, one even seeming to be that of a baby.

The Amalgamations continued to ply themselves from the Earth as the thundering footsteps of Pyramid Head took hold again, the executioner beginning to slowly walk forward. Scoprion's eyes burned with hatred as he took a step back- before bursting forward. His bright blade seemed fast as light, ripping through the air with a scream. In just a few seconds, he had cut his way through a mass of the creatures even before the first of their bodies collapsed in a steaming pile of melted and burnt flesh.
Pyramid Head slashed upward, but his blade was deflected by Scorpion's own, who immediately followed up with a flaming fist crushing into the executioner's chest.
Scorpion's attack punched flesh, but he dealt no harm as Pyramid Head's free hand immediately shot up and grasped the ninja's throat, squeezing. Almost hopelessly, Scorpion dropped his sword and began to pry at the fingers, which did not relent, even as he tried to burn them to ash.

Gasping for air, Scorpion struggled, feeling the world growing quickly dark around him as his foe's grip only made to tighten. However, a moment later, he was released, and his vision rapidly returned. Without so much as a cough, Scorpion growled, rising up to his full height and glaring at Pyramid Head to see he had been distracted by an attack from Bennett. The child had returned the favor, having successfully slashed the executioner's chest. Deep enough to make him take a step back as blood oozed slowly from the deep gash- something not entirely expected. It was almost as though his blood were a thick, crimson sludge.
However, Bennett was directly in his line of sights, and he was already swinging the sword to cut the kid cleanly in half. Scorpion barely managed to intervene, blasting a ball of hellfire into Pyramid Head's chest. He took another step back as his attack cancelled out, the blade crushing into the ground beneath them.
"Get out of here." Scorpion growled at Bennett. "I have enough innocent blood on my hands, I do not need yours as well."

Gamma, Gengar, Red, Chief, and the unconscious Geo were a little preoccupied by the mass of Amalgamations closing in around them, groaning and clawing for them, Chief one-arming Geo to him as his other hand was raised, Magnum in-hand, firing shots into the beasts. They didn't take much to bring down, a few well-placed bullets enough to bring one to the ground.
"We need to retreat." Chief ordered them. "Gamma, can you clear a path?"

Sub-Zero
With a flash of gold, Sub-Zero's efforts were earned, and the Knight was trophied. Despite his words, he had felt something... strange. In the Knight's final moments, it was as though some kind of understanding came between them. The Grandmaster wasn't exactly certain what that was, but if he were to meditate on it, perhaps he would reach a conclusion.
Cleanly wiping the much from his face, he rotated his shoulder before the ice around him began to melt, his weapons crumbling apart.
"I see that I may have been wrong." He narrowed his eyes at the Knight. "I too have much to learn."
He turned away from the trophy, but paused. After a moment, he turned back to the trophy and furrowed his brow, glancing to the base of the trophy.

In mere seconds, there was another flash of gold, and the Knight had been revived. The cryomancer stood before him, this time displaying no weapons. Instead, he spoke. "Do not attempt to strike me." He advised. "I have a question, if you would listen. That being; the pain you feed on..." He took a step nearer. "It would be best directed at those deserving, would it not? I wish to understand you more clearly."

Prometheus raised an eyebrow as the Monokuma decided to berate him instead of trying to get him to stop breaking and entering. Although surprised, the Reploid merely shrugged his shoulders. It was their funeral after all, and who was he to deny them their way of dying? Placing his hand on the hole he'd cut, the Grim Reaper fired off a flamethrower from the palm of his hand at the Monokuma. Even if they somehow didn't die, it would hopefully cause some damage inside the ship and send it crashing. Doc sent him on a mission to cause chaos, and he was never one to disappoint.

Geo seemed to be pretty unresponsive to the chaos around him, causing Omega-Xis to pull the weight of his human partner. Firing multiple rounds at the hands that had grabbed Red, the AM-ian soon joined Chief in fending off the gang of monsters. "GEO! PULL YOURSELF TOGETHER! COME ON MAN!" The alien yelled before putting more energy rounds in the skulls of those that were trying to touch his host and his friends. Whilst his rate of fire was higher than Chief's and he didn't have to worry about ammo consumption, his overall damage output was lowered due to being unable to charge shots as fast like he could with Geo. This was bad.

Geo himself had focused all his attention on Master Chief's helmet, or rather the projection that his mind had created. A man with spiky, brown hair, stubble and a grin firmly plastered on his face. The words were faint, especially amidst the gunfire, but they were there. "D...ad...?" The boy tried to reach out to the image, but it was gone before he could move. Kelvin Stelar's visage was no more.

"WAKEY WAKEY!" Mega yelled before throwing his head back, hitting Geo and snapping him out of his delirious state. It was still not much, but it beat having a lifeless body. Geo blinked a couple of times before squirming out of Master Chief's grip, feeding Mega the battle card he'd been clinging on for dear life. "Battle card! Predation! Moai Fall! Out of nowhere, giant rocks fell from the sky and squashed the majority of the amalgamations whilst also forming somewhat of a barrier for them to overcome. "Is everyone okay?" The boy yelled out, as he just dropped in the middle of a conflict without any clue what was going on.

Hunter was panting as the group arrived in a ruined city. Gis stamina was not per se bad, but nothing compared to the madness that was Copen who did not seem to get tired. To be fair, he did become a statue and was corrupted before, and that was probably not doing wonders for his body. Looking at his Vivosaur medals, he noticed that they had a darkened border instead of their normal shiny one. Carchar's border seemed to have about 80% darkened and 20% shining, which was the largest amount of shining border out of any of his Vivosaurs. It was the first one sent out when he was corrupted, so maybe it was recharging after losing all of its LP? He had no clue. "I sure hope we don't find any enemies, as my Vivosaurs are not exactly doing so hot. Near the workbench on the side of the room, the peculiar Monokuma caught his 'breath'.

"Ya know, if I didn't have other things going on right now, I'd prolly be HELLA pissed off." The bear retorted, brushing itself off. "Luckily for you, I'm a benevolent bear when it strikes me. So! Your in here to kill those other guys that made it in here, amiright?"

Lich Yard

"Affirmative."

With no other verbal cues, Gamma's entire salvo of rockets carpet bombed an entire zone ahead in a straight line, the explosions of plasma fusing dirt and filling the air with a scent akin to that of melting plastic. His missiles would now take a minute to refill again, but enough time to hopefully get them across with no interference.

This interference is exactly what Bennett was saved from by the hands, or rather the flames of Scorpion, who continued to face off against pyramid head. Bennett put on a determined expression in response to the call to retreat.

"Im not gonna leave another adventurer behind!" He said, his sword pulsating like a heartbeat, vibrant flames showing on it. "Everyone will make it out okay! You've helped us all enough, now it's my turn! Stand back!!"

Suddenly, Bennett's sword began to glow a shining orange, his amulet called a 'vision' glowing on his pocket. Without warning, he jumped into the air, hoisting his sword high as it tripled in length due to the magical flames.

"Haaaaa!!!!!"

*BOOM!*

An explosion erupted from Pyramid head's position as the sword collided, so large in fact, that it partially enveloped Bennett himself. The concussion wave that followed then spat a rather charred Bennett out like a ragdoll, landing sporadically without grace, rolling down near the rest of the squad, but closer to Geo, barley avoiding a Boulder that came crashing down.

Prometheus looked around the room, finding it to be akin to a storage room with the racks and all. Deeming it insignificant, the Reploid turned to face the Monokuma who provided him with the information that he did not know he needed. Others were aboard this ship? Perhaps it was the tablet he fought just now? Whilst an unexpected suprise, it was not by all means unwelcome. "Hmm." The Grim Reaper hummed as he observed the bear. The bears in his world were all organic and could not talk, not that they'd have much to say as they lived deep in Area-A. This one was different, both in the fact that it could talk and that it was black and white, which made Prometheus think that the bear had to be mechanical, or atleast genetically engineerd.

"I suppose a thank you is in order. I don't have much to offer, but the very least I can offer is a hug. What do you say?" Prometheus opened his arms, waiting for the Monokuma to give him a hug so he can get past this thing without raising alarm.

Besides, even if it was, he wouldn't be able to heal the boy anyway. It wasn't as if Bennett was made of EM-waves like he was, and the heal cards he owns can't be used by regular humans anyway. "Get a move on, people! Battle card! Predation! Radar Missile!" Omega-Xis bit down on the card and Geo moved his cannon into the sky as the jaw of his alien partner unhinged and multiple homing rockets were fired from the mouth of the AM-ian. He had no clue if these would work, but they target non-elemental enemies and these amalgamations did not look like they were Aqua, Elec, Fire or Wood element to him.

Neo Metal Sonic
Metal swerved downwards to avoid the dragonsphere that Gunvolt placed, using his momentum to make a quick turn towards Gunvolt, continuing his assault. However, it was swiftly interrupted when another little object was thrown his way. This was getting annoying. How was he supposed to take care of this Gunvolt guy if the purple gremlin kept throwing things. Metal was about to shoot the object down when it suddenly exploded. Of course. However, this one wasn’t a flash grenade, it was a sound grenade. His audio sensors were garbled. Irritating, but not a major problem.

However, a major problem was presented shortly after. The robot was bombarded with projectiles, ranging from darts to…tree trunks? Metal looked ahead with determination and began to fly forward. He twisted and turned to avoid a lot of darts, then swerved to the left to avoid a large boulder. He activated black shield to power through a barrage of darts, then twisted to the left to narrowly avoid a tree trunk, the previously proud tree grazing his nose and feet.

Metal, now close, grabbed Gunvolt by the neck, his claws piercing the adept’s neck, causing the anime protagonist hero to wince in pain. Gunvolt began to charge up an attack, but Metal knew better now. He spun around incredibly quickly, briefly appearing as a blue cyclone, before he yeet threw Gunvolt away from him, causing the adept to go crashing through rocks, pillars, and trees, and into the jungle. (Keep in mind that he can and probably will come back. Also, auto permissions were received.) Metal then scanned the area, finding 4 heat signatures, although he assumed there were actually 5 enemies. He didn’t expect the skeleton to give off a heat signature. He decided that the little elf was the most dangerous out of all of them, which was an amusing thought. However, his little tricks weren’t as amusing, so he’d need to be taken out. The robot began to jet over there, but something caught his eye, causing him to brake to a stop.

Was that…Bandanna Dee? From the tournament? But now he had…electric abilities? Metal wasn’t particularly fond of electricity, and Gunvolt was out of the picture, (or so he thinks) so this thing was now his new target. Metal landed in front of Dee and merely glared at him, not making a move. He wanted the Dee to make the first move so the droid could see what he was capable of, and possibly copy some techniques.

Sonic the Hedgehog
The blue hedgehog looked at the fish lady as she began a speech that sounded like it came from a tv show. Although it didn’t help the others much, Sonic appreciated the effort, giving Undyne a thumbs up in return. Suddenly, Tabby burst through the door across the hall, going into a bedroom of sorts. Sonic lightly tapped Tails on the shoulder with the back of his hand before following the others into the room.

The room was very messy, to say the least, not unlike the hedgehog’s own room, although his was way cooler than this one. Sonic flicked over one of the few soda cans that remained upright, causing it to go flying a few feet, before he looked up at the ceiling. Something was wrong. As if on cue, two mini guns emerged from hidden trapdoors in the ceiling. “Aw, for me? You shouldn’t have!” The blue blur joked before flipping backwards to avoid some of the mini gun fire, Tabby deflecting the rest coming his way. Sonic grinned at the tablet before running along the wall, leaving a blue trail in his wake. About halfway through his run, he curled into a ball and hit one of the mini guns, knocking it right off of the ceiling. He then kicked the other one in the barrel, causing it to start shooting at a wall rather than his allies, before jumping up and kicking downwards, knocking it off its hinges just like the last one. He landed on the ground next to his teammates and brushed himself off. “That all ya got?” He asked, assuming there was a camera in the room somewhere.

The Excalibur

The bullets rang out as one by one they impacted and damaged the metal on the side of the guns. However they wouldn't stand for long, as the pair of miniguns were destroyed by a couple homing attacks made by a certain blue blur. They cracked open like a can of beans before they spilled onto the floor of the former leader of the warriors of Hope's room.

Masaru's room grew silent after the crashing of the weapons. What was left was the sight of the rest of the surroundings. Of course there was your normal mountain of soccer balls, trash, and manga, but they were piled nearby a half open door. If one were to inspect it, they would notice a large foyer, long red carpeted stairs moving up with a deactivated Mark Guyver standing in front of the way forward, like it was blocking their progress with the will of the departed Masaru.

.....

"Ey, I don't know what your thinking, but I ain't that type of bear! Jeez, I swear kids like you hump anything that moves!" Monokuma spat, stepping a few steps back. "You were much more likeable when you were mindlessly killing things. Why don't you get back to that eh? Y'a know what they say, a little bit of slaughter is good for the soul!"

The Monokuma walked towards the darker portion of the room, going to a yellow colored pipe that jutted out toward a rack of unknown equipment.

"I'd love to stay and watch the carnage myself, but I can always watch it on DVR, got places to be ya know? I got a life!"

"Ah, of course. You have a life and a job to do. My apologies. However, I am not a teenager and I am not designed with reproduction in mind." Prometheus admitted before he walked into the direction that the Monokuma gave him, stopping after a couple of steps. "You are right though, slaughter is indeed good for the soul." Holding his scythe tighter, he assessed the situation at hand. He could probably easily kill the Monokuma, but what would he gain from it? Nothing, he'd just lose an informant and potentially trigger an alarm which made him lose the element of surprise. "Should you be in need of help, I owe you one for the information you've given me. Just yell out my name and I come to your aid. Remember it well. Prometheus."

Leaving the Monokuma behind who just escaped a fiery death, the Grim Reaper activated a cloaking device that Eggman had built in after the upgrades. He was not going to risk getting caught again, the other crew members might not be as nice as that bear. Now, where are the other intruders?

Gunvolt - Jungle

"GV!!!"

The Azure Striker was sent crashing through several pieces of terrain, ending up deep within the jungle, struggling to get up due to the pain. If it weren't for his specialized armor and enhanced durability, he wasn't sure if he would have survived the impact. Not like he was doing too good after those hits anyway. His vision was blurry, and he most definitely broke something when crashing through one of those pillars.

Metal really is strong... He thought to himself. Truth be told, he wasn't too sure he could defeat Metal here. Maybe he could force him to retreat somehow, but even that was unlikely. Then again, he had multiple allies trying their best to survive this encounter against the metallic blue blur. It was only fair he gave it his all as well, right? Even if he'd been injured pretty badly, he could still fight. Joule's voice echoed in his head once more:

"You can't lose now, GV!"

Closing his eyes, the Adept took a deep breath, focusing. By stimulating his bioelectric current with a Skill known as Galvanic Patch, some of his injuries began to quickly heal. The pain diminished, allowing Gunvolt to get up and move somewhat comfortably. He was nowhere near full strength, but this would have to do for now. He had to come back and help soon. The Azure Striker began heading towards the ruins again, taking a more densely vegetated route in hopes of finding a way to catch Metal by surprise.

Some payback was in order.

Copen - Urban Ruins

"Hey, we couldn't just leave Knuckles alone with the crazy clown guy!" Lola shot back at Blue, not appreciative of his comments. "If anything, you should be thanking me for busting you out of there with Photon Detonator!"

"That's in the past now." Copen intervened. "What matters is that we all made it out safely. Arguing won't get us anywhere, and it might end up in us getting unwanted attention. Considering our current situation, that wouldn't be advisable." Scouting the area ahead as he spoke, it seemed their surroundings were clear from what he could tell. "We might have to find a place to stay for a little while. Hiding out at one of these abandoned buildings might give us some time to take a breather."

"Yeah, I think we're all kinda wiped here." Lola commented. "This place ain't cozy, but at least it looks like there's no bad guys around. Perfect place to rest if you ask me!"

The Knight - Garreg Mach Monastery

The Gatekeepers had finally been defeated. Putting its nail away, the Knight took a look at the sky, checking if the purple meteor was gone. Unfortunately for the group, that was not the case. With no options available except for fleeing, the bug decided to follow Kragg out of the cathedral. Concentrating force around itself, pink crystals began growing around the Vessel. These crystals shattered after a moment, the Knight being launched forwards, flying through the air at high speeds, right behind the others.

Master Chief
Once Geo Stelar had recovered himself and squashed a fair portion of the incoming amalgamations, John's magnum clicked empty. Out of ammo, and reserves. He tossed the weapon aside and grabbed one of the amalgamations nearing, proceeding to ram his knee into it, crushing its chest, before he tossed it aside like he had the magnum. The creature went sailing, disappearing over a building as John burst forward, slamming his fist into another of the few remaining creatures. Its head burst apart like a melon, and it fell to the ground.

"Where's Bennett?" He asked, glancing back to see only Red, Geo, Gengar, and Gamma were still with him. However, a large explosion boomed from beyond the rubble Geo had generated. "Gamma, get them to safety!" The Spartan shouted before quickly leaping to the top in time to see both Scorpion and Bennett crash into the ground, bodies smoldering, heavy black smoke billowing from the point of where they'd been flung from- and out of the smoke lugged Pyramid Head, dragging his knife behind him, body moving unnaturally with each step, the smoke clinging to him as he walked from within it.
Geo had rushed to Bennett's side, leaving John to hope that Gamma was at least getting Red and Gengar to safety. This wasn't a fight they could win, they just had to escape. Find the true source of all this and take it down. Geo was oblivious to the approaching Pyramid Head.
Whipping out his MA5B AR, John quickly unloaded one of his remaining clips into the creatures hide. Bullets sank into its skin and muscle, pinging off the metal helmet it wore. His attack did nothing to stop it as it reached Bennett and Geo- but it did not kill them. Instead, it cocked its triangle-shaped helmet in the Spartan's direction, and raised its free arm.
Out of the rubble, barbed wire began to erupt, enveloping Chief, wrapping around him from every angle. Normal barbed wire would have been easy enough to break, but this? This wasn't normal wire. It lifted Chief into the air as it began to constrict him, finding the soft points of his undersuit to begin trying to tear into him, wrapping around parts of him like a dozen many-coiled snakes aiming to constrict their victim.
John let out a grunt of pain as his shielding broke, HUD beeping to let him know he was vulnerable. Despite all of his immense strength, he could barely move as he struggled against the increasingly tight grip of the wire. His rifle fell to the ground, his muscles burned with the effort of trying to break it.

Pyramid Head raised his blade with John dealt with, preparing to ram it down onto Bennett, letting out an apathetic gurgling breath. "RAGH!" Scorpion roared as a pillar of flame began to push into the inhuman beast. Hanzo's entire skull was revealed, his skin, hair, muscle all scorched away. Flames billowed from inside his skull as fire jettisoned from his mouth like a glorified flamethrower, engulfing Pyramid Head in their intense heat and force.
Pyramid Head took a step back, stabbing the knife into the ground a foot away from Bennett, missing his target. The beast took another step back, raising an arm to shield the flames billowing into it like a tidal wave of intense destruction. A third step back. Scorpion began to walk forward, unrelenting his assault as Pyramid Head dropped to a knee, skin blackened into a blacker substance than obsidian. The wires around Chief relented, and with the terrible sound of ripping metal, John broke free of his restraints, dropping to the ground with a grunt, gritting his teeth in pain.

Scorpion pushed on, but to his shock, Pyramid Head's hand shot up and grabbed the Shirai Ryu survivor, hand blocking the flames as it grasped Scorpion by his face and lifted him into the air, cracking bones beginning to split through the air. A split cracked around Scorpion's skull as he screamed in pain into Pyramid Head's palm, unable to pry the fingers away- before Pyramid Head suddenly let go.
The boot of a Spartan had slugged into the beasts chest, a wet crack resounding through the air as the creature was lifted off the ground, falling backward and skidding several feet away, the ground ripping apart in its wake.
Falling to the ground, skin and hair began to quickly reform around Scorpion's skull as he winced. "We're leaving. That includes you." Chief ordered the ninja, before moving toward Bennett, offering a hand, glancing to Geo. "You two okay?"
He looked back at Pyramid Head, who had already returned to his feet, his body oozing puss, crimson leaking all around his charred skin, yet he didn't seem to be slowing in the slightest.
"What kind of monster is this!?" Scorpion growled, taking a step back.

Undyne
Her speech actually did seem to work, at least a little. They were on the move again, this time with a little more pip in their step. Just a little. By the time she started to realize who's room they'd entered, the group was assaulted by some automated defenses- which were quickly dispatched. This team was getting good. Real good.
Taking note that the only way to progress was past another Mark Guyver, Undyne narrowed her one good eye at it. "What ever did happen to Masaru?" She wondered. "We never actually trophied him, he just sort of ran away. You don't think we have to fight him again, do you?"

Undyne narrowed her brows, glaring at the mech, an idea beginning to form in her head. Without waiting for an answer, she turned to look at Tails. "You lost your mech. How's that one look for a replacement?"

Papyrus
Once the skeleton, with his goblin companion on his back, arrived at Green Team, he found the blue-clothed one yelling at them. This was enough to make Papyrus frown, listening to his words. "I'M NOT SURE WHY YOU'RE YELLING, BUT IT'S NOT VERY NICE!" He pointed out. "THAT ICE GUY LET US GET AWAY, AND I THINK EVERYONE BUT HIM IS HERE, RIGHT?" He asked. "SO WHY ARE YOU YELLING AT YOUR FRIENDS? FRIENDS DON'T DO THAT!"

Decimus
"War Chief."
Decimus glanced behind him at the Jiralhanae currently bowing at the knee before him. Decimus simply continued to walk, passing by his collection of trophies, Doom Slayer now among them. Each had their bases concealed by 'trophy locks' as Decimus had called them, having designed and built them himself, they covered the trophy bases, preventing the trophies from being revived.
"Speak." Decimus commanded.
"The weapon is prepared."
Hm. This brought a smile to his face. Decimus came to a stop at his throne, something he'd also built himself. Without Atriox, Decimus was free to rule. Free to reign. Unopposed. At least among the Banished. Now, however, he would prove his might and crush the opposition. He would reign unopposed not just here, but everywhere.
"It's time we sent a message. One they shall not forget." Decimus grinned, revealing his row of fangs. "Launch it."

The floor in front of him hummed to life, revealing a holographic representation of the entire world as they had been able to scan it. Attempts to escape the planet were futile. There was nothing for them out there. Nothing for them yet, at least. They would utilize the Forerunner's Gifts by collecting each of them, then finally activating the Supreme Covet, which is what he had dubbed the mysterious, massive artifact resting in the center of the land. The entire world was generated around it, and everything outside of it left nothing to be desired.
So the only thing truly needed was the Supreme Covet.

On his holographic display, which took up a good portion of the room to give Decimus complete visual input on the battlefield, he could see Robotnik's city he had taken over and constructed. The alliance with him had been a ploy, one Decimus hadn't been keen to begin in the first place. It was through persuasion by Bri 'Filkom that Decimus had followed through in the first place. Now, Bri was gone. Forces were still trying to track him, but the ancient Sangheili was clever. Too clever for his own good.
Dots pinged all about the war table, many of different colors. Yellow represented the Gifts, most of which seemed to be blinking just outside of what could visually be seen- but was visible through sensors. Robotnik's ship. He did not want to attack it, for fear of damaging the gifts. The one in the great city seemed to be on the Warriors of Hope ship, leaving him to come to the same conclusion. The one in the Lich Yard remained. He feared his agent had failed.
But there was another in the jungle area. Decimus narrowed his eyes at that, before coming to a conclusion.
Everything was set in place.

A rumble beset the scene. A rumble that shook the ground for miles around. The since neglected Bottoms-Up Bay was the source. Bubbles began to surface in the bay, becoming violent and numerous in no time at all. The entire bay itself was churning like a boiling pot of water as a dark form began to manifest, massive in size.
With a burst, the weapon emerged from the water, easily dwarfing the Warriors of Hope shit as it rose into the air, propelled by two twin turbines, blue energy pulsing from it. Tidal waves flung themselves up along the shores from the sheer force of the gravity being pushed out from the structure. Higher and higher it rose into the air, gleaming off the moonlight. Finally, it came to a stop, and things became silent and still for a moment. The only sound was the soft humming coming from the turbines of the vessel. It was slightly spherical in shape, appearing like an enormous eyeball in the sky, held up by braces and the turbines on either side of it. Slowly, the iris began to rotate. An angry crimson glow began to emanate from within, pulsing as a hum began to grow louder and louder, like buzzing, before growing into a roar as more layers of the eye began to rotate, faster and faster. The light grew brighter and brighter, lighting up the entire night sky like a sun of its own.

Then there was a pause, like the calm before a storm. A moment of respite as the noise died.
An ear-splitting noise pulsed across the battlefield as a beam of energy fired from the weapon, searing through the air nearly as fast as light, red energy sparking off of it as it traveled, making the sky glow blood scarlet, an ominous sign of the power that was being unleashed.
The entire world shook as the modified glassing beam struck its target. Eggman's City. The beam ripped through several buildings and structures like a knife through wet paper before it struck the center of the city. A scream rang out from the blast, louder than even the pulse of the energy as the entire city became engulfed in white light. What wasn't vaporized, instead crumbled and fell into rubble, everything being superheated so much that most was instantly turned into pure glass on contact. The beam unrelented, pummeling still into the city, its blast radius becoming wider and wider-
Until all went quiet and still.

The portion of the city that had been converted into Eggman's own playground was now nothing but a crater. A remnant of molten earth, ash, and glass. All that cried out from it were dust and echoes. A silence was overbearingly forced after the attack that all could hear. All could see. None of this went unnoticed. It was practically impossible to miss.
As the dust began to quietly settle, Bottoms-Up Bay began to bubble again, and more vessels began to emerge. Large crafts (though not nearly as large as the weapon, or Eggman's ship) lifted out of the water. Banished Liches. They hovered upward, followed by Phantoms that propelled out, and even larger ships than them made themselves known. Light Cruisers.
Walking out of the water came Scarabs, stomping their way across the beaches with mechanical roars, supported by Wraiths as they emerged, Banished battle-tanks. Alongside that were Grunt Goblins, stomping their way up the beach, accompanied by Brute Exosuits, dwarfing the Goblins as they thundered their way along. An army and a fleet.
And finally, Decimus let himself become known. Above his weapon, another ship appeared, dwarfing not just Eggman's ship and the Warriors of Hope ship, but his new weapon as well. The Banished Corvette shone as it seemingly materialized in the night sky, its cloaking shutting off.

Decimus leaned back on his throne, smirking at the display before him. Whatever petty squabbles they fought before are over. The Banished now control this world, and everything in it. "Dispatch a Lich to the Jungle. Bring me the God's Gift, and the head of anyone you encounter." He ordered into his throne after pressing a button on the arm rest.
It was time for Robotnik to comprehend the feeling of complete and total fear.

The Top Percentage of Waddle Dee - Forest
Bandana Dee looked nervously at the metal hedgehog.... or at least he was pretty sure it was still meant to be a hedgehog. He had obviously gotten some upgrades since their last fight, which was terrifying seeing as he was struggling to stay competitive during their last match. Of course, everyone knows Waddle Dee are better in numbers, and now he's got a bunch of friends fighting this menace with him, plus a power-up given to him by his best friend. He would not go down easy. Right now Metal was waiting for an attack, analyzing Dee's moves, he'd give him something to analyze.

Dee rushed at Metal with a ground thrust. His spearhead scraped against the ground building up a larger electrical charge til he flicked it up in front of Metal causing a large explosion of electricity. While Metal was hopefully caught off guard he stuck his spear in the ground and pole-vaulted over Metal, hoping to strike him in the back with another electrically charged spear.

The Fox Wonder - Excalibur
Tails wasn't too concerned when the guns started firing bullets from what looked to be Masaru's room. The others quickly disposed of them making it possible to explore the young boy's lair. It was a fairly messy room, which was to be expected given the boy's demeanor. That said, when he heard Undyne's comment about not trophying Masaru, part of him hoped he was still ok. Well, maybe not ok, but at least trophied and not killed by the crazed mob down below. Either way, he snapped out of it when she asked him if he would like to Masaru's mech for himself.

"Well, the mech would certainly have many usable parts, but it was not really built to be piloted by someone inside of it. If you gave me some time I might be able to rework it a bit, but it would take quite a bit. I think the easiest thing to do would just be to take some parts from it so I can rework some makeshift weapons on the go!" Tails started to smile thinking about all the possibilities. Talking about machines was always a good way to take Tails' mind off his troubles, even if it was just briefly.

Lich Yard

"Imgh...fiiiiine." Bennett uttered nonsensically as he began to get his bearings back. "...Did we win?"

That's when he heard the flames erupt from Scorpion as he attempted to delay the monster, it becoming clear they weren't out of danger yet. The attack he had preformed was still messing with his body some, so he couldn't be quick to act.

Gamma however, could. Having cleared a path out already, the way ahead was precise. However, what it had a problem with was taking orders from Chief. Surely he recalled this was a joint venture, did he not? Regardless of that, he somehow...felt an urge to comply with it. Just this once.

Plucking the charred boy from the ground, Gamma jetted off in the direction of relative safety. Red, who was still panicking due to all this excessive violence just meekly ran after them, trying not to look at the claymore wielding Monster that he passed.

The Excalibur

Tails's deep thought process would soon become interrupted as a loud bang was heard echoing down the halls. The echoes slowly became louder...much louder than any normal monokuma they had seen. Suddenly, a large sphere dropped from just outside the exit to Masaru's room, blasting the doors open.

It was black and white, covering almost the width of the doorway itself. It was seven feet tall with a familiar bear like face on it. Suddenly, it popped out stubby arms and legs as it's eye pulsated red.

BALL MONOKUMA.

Alarms began to sound across the ship as it detected them, the Monokuma's jaws gaping widely as it aimed to devour Tails in one big gulp.

Monaca's Chambers.

"Mhmm mmmm~"

Monaca, the disabled remaining member of the Warriors of Hope, Monaca watched on from her television that two kids propped over their shoulders. She nibbled on a cookie as the glassing beam began to ravaged the earth and claim many lives.

"Wow, If that continues, everyone is going to perish."

She put a hand to her her cheek, her smile never breaking as the sound of crumbling buildings was heard from the TV screen.

"Puhuhu....puhuhuhu~"

It appeared however that Monaca was less nervous about it...but in fact...elated? Placing her grayed out key next to her, she activated her wheelchair, turning over to a bronze colored door. He door had gash marks, blood, and greatly contrasted that of the rest of the ship. Like it had just come from a horror movie. Opening the door, she peered in, giving a frail smile as she did so.

"Hello, loved ones." Monaca cooed. "Monaca knows that you are scared, but do not worry...your daughter of despair will flourish, and become the greatest Successor that a soul could ever achieve."

The Knight
He listened- because what else could he do? The pain would be better off aimed at those that deserved it, but those who deserved it were powerful. More powerful than The Knight. Attacking the helpless and innocent was the best path in his eyes, they were necessary to stop The Castle. Unless Sub-Zero would give him hope for a better path, he would continue on his bloody quest. But none of this was spoken aloud. He just stared, waiting for either more words, an attack, or a save from Jevil.

Kirby hopped back as Metal began to retaliated, before leaping right back in as he engaged with Dee again. Seeing Dee's new position behind Metal, Kirby was hit with an idea. Once he was close enough, Kirby disappeared in a flash, before reappearing in front of Metal. Without missing a beat, he followed the teleportation with a wave of psychic energy surrounding him, sandwiching Metal between an electrical spear and a mental projection, as the saying went.

Mother To Us All
When they reached a safe distance, Amaterasu jumped and nimbly flipped backwards, facing the destruction and huffing in preparation. After a bit, she sensed nothing hostile, allowing herself to relax.
She barked as Kragg already started to leave, looking back for the other bug before following suit, keeping her nose close to the floor. If Kragg wanted to take the lead, fine. The bugs were alien to her, but they fought together, so now they were allies...more or less. Besides, there was a language barrier, but the earth bug seemed to know how to navigate.

Psyduck couldn't think straight. He had a pounding headache, but now he felt like he could see... everything. Something in the middle of the island exploded, and it was headed their way. And- Dee was in trouble. The Duck rolled over and looked, the scene in front of him intimidating. The Duck Pokémon's sworn rival was facing off against what might as well have been Death itself.
"KcChGJuhkjyguKYFYikuFKuYfLUytgQ-PROTECT-wjKiojhzjkpPJHG-"
Headache worse than ever, he got to his feet. The blue robot was scary, but so was everything else on the island. But did Psyduck ever show that? No. By acting tough and mean, he could do anything. He took a step. And then another. Slowly, Psyduck made his way over towards Metal Sonic. Magenta bolts of energy arced in every direction.
"fdKJg-SAVE-kjh-DEE-jhgKJHGbhm-SAVE-KGgFGVfUTFJMYhjgkjGKJfukyfGFj-FRIEND..."
The Duck leapt onto the droid's back, latching on. Pulses of energy started emitting from the two, not dangerous, but enough to knock anyone nearby away from the blast radius. Metal couldn't do anything as psychic power flowed through him, not even able to draw power from the keys at this point. Psyduck's eyes glowed bright, and then, it started. A wave of magenta psychic energy burst from his dome, searing his surroundings. Metal was blasted away, heavily damaged, into the freaking stratosphere. He fell into the crater of his own doing, he power evaporating, but he still had the time to do one thing. He shielded Waddle Dee from the blast in a bubble of psychic energy, right as the wave of destruction washed over him, tearing his very quarks apart.

Will Psyduck Return?
If he does, does this mean Dee and Duck be friends?
Is it really that bad to wear polka-dot pants with a plaid shirt?

*Chur-Chunk*

The oozing, Amber like shield that had cascaded over the Nexus mainframe had begun to drip away, the wish making device coming back into play. The wishes that it had yet to complete were....0051. The empty void that held the keys began to pulsate, as the steaming machine had begun to making labored sounds.

It started off recreating wishes. Manifesting a large mountain of candy, creating a metal covered sprawling ground, amongst many flashes of colors of attempted wishes that appeared to fizzle out or explode violently elsewhere. The ground cracked and shook around the continent, severing a divide right through Gareeg Monastery right through Urban District.

They Keys had begun to shine...glowing with an unusual vibrancy. Almost as if In sync, the Mainframe of the Nexus rattled before-

*BOOM!*

It released a powerful shockwave. The shockwave was made of some kind of net...like it came from a digital wireframe.

The wave rippled across the land, removing the textures of everything it came across before erasing them entirely. It was destroying this world...! ...Or was it? As the Nexus raised into the air, it began to surround itself with a projection that mimicked the growing textureless wasteland below. As the ground below lost color, it seemed to gain it...making something new...

.
..
....

"Well, this isn't at all what Monaca wanted." The green haired mastermind spoke. "But Monaca can work with this...after all...the gates of hell would be enough despair..."

Suddenly, as the wave grew closer, her Key began to blow brighter. Along with the six others in the horizon. Her nihilistic expression soon turned into that of joy, her eyes resembling that of a leering cat.

"Or...Monaca can work with this too~"

"Puhuhuhu..."

"Puhuhuhu!"

As the wave collided with the Excalibur, it dismantled it and dissolved it. All except a green glowing cocoon of data. The blue, red, and other colors began to glow even brighter as the color from the land was drained. The sky's mass was pulled in, a nebula of mismatched particles swelling around this new sphere the Nexus created.

Wishes were a gift

One that was quick to be abused

but now...

It's time for a wish of my own.
