Rinku
Craaaaash!
The sound of shattered plates and broken dreams filled the little restaurant as Beam practically flipped the table upon getting up, bits of grease covered foods hitting the floor and fragments of cups and plates littering the ground.
"RACE YOU!"
The Chad shark then darted out, a potted plant on the right side of the diner tilting and falling down in the process. Subtle as a freight train, that one. Still, the thought of a game within a game...that was something the little demon simply couldn't refuse. A cracking smile spread across his face as his childish intensity returned to him.
"Let's do it!"
Bounding out of the diner in a flash, napkins flew everywhere. Launching off the wall of the diner, he curled his limbs in like a cannonball, the reduced air resistance sending him further along. As he passed beam, he uncurled himself, facing toward him, sticking his tongue out and pulling down an eyelid. A second later, a ripple signified his entry into the portal.
Inside, he cartwheeled through the air, landing and clinging to the undercarriage of the AI meant to choose a map. Rinku elected to wait till Beam chose first...after all, it makes it all the easier to choose something more beneficial as a counter pick.
Rex Raptor
"UAAAAH!"
Rex recoiled as a massive shark dude and some other flying thing quickly rushed past him. Jumping back a foot from the gate, the dust kicked up by the pair enough to make the shaggy headed beanie wearer cough several times.
"...Ack! Too many freaks here! At least one of them will beat the other so I don't gotta see 'em again..."
