This is an RP I'm making sometime soon so please sign up if you want to join :3

Info and Locations: A Large Island in the middle of the Poke World has dedicated itself to raising Pokemon and Poke Eggs from all over the different regions, this Island now houses not only it's Daycare but a thriving Town and a School where trainers, coordinators, breeders, future gym leaders and champions go to study. The new school year has started which means that the Egg Festival has began where the Daycare gives each student an Egg to raise and to care for the entire school year, this Egg will become a part of the students daily life and before long they'll have a Pokemon companion to call their own. This Island has a lot of attractions for students to explore after school from the Amusement Park by the Beach to some of the local Shops and Cafes in town, The Daycare where many Pokemon stay, to the many types of habitats that are available through out the Island in the Cultura Park filled with forests and meadows to marshes and lakes to the more rocky and dessert terrains as well and lastly The Hot springs where the Dorms and the School are located by.

Rules:
1: Please follow the PokeCharm's Rules
2: NO Autoing, Bullying or Swearing
3: Romance is encouraged but Don't go over board! (Dating and Kissing are fine)
4: Please NO Legendaries or Fakemon
5: You can have 3 characters max as long as you can handle it
6: Teachers are able to teach 2 classes max
7: Mega evolution are allowed as long as you have permission as well as Z-moves
8: The Max amount of Pokemon you can have is 4 unless your a student because you'll have received an Egg from the Daycare.

Appearance: Florem is 5"1' and has long cotton candy pink hair that goes down to her waist and usually stays in a loose braid, she has striking violet eyes and a basically all around childish look despite her age. Florem wears a black turtle neck shirt and a short purple skirt with gray leggings underneath along with dark pink flats.
Personality: Florem is a kindhearted and very sweet woman who care deeply for pokemon and people alike, she loves to pass on all the things she's learned about pokemon to help people understand them better as well as how to care for pokemon and themselves in the process. She can sometimes be completely oblivious to her surrounding when spacing off or doing something she loves she's also timid and shy when it comes to guys due to not interacting with many when she was younger.
History: Florem was born and raised in Lavender Town of the Kanto region where she use to explore the Pokemon tower often due to her Father being a Ghost type Researcher and during her explorations she befriended a Gastly who followed her around until she finally caught him when she was 8. She began her journey a couple years after, going to different regions and befriending Pokemon while also studying them, after a while she began studying under different Breeders and Researchers teaching her different skills such as the science of Pokemon and their biology, cooking and making medicine, and how to grow her own berries and herbs. After studying for a while she stumbled upon Cultura Island where she became a teacher to help others learn the joy of Pokemon.

Appearance: Kaileb stands at 5"11' with a slightly lanky frame but well defined muscles, he has shaggy Maroon Hair that goes past his chin hidden under a purple beanie and sharp magenta eyes, he wears a long sleeve grey shirt under a black shirt with a magenta skull on it along with dark blue ripped up jeans with black boots.
Personality: Even though he has a stoic face he's actually quiet caring, he may not talk much but his actions speak volumes. Kaileb is a gentleman towards everyone he meets and is willing to help anyone in need, most of his personality comes from his cousin Florem but unlike her Kale can be a bit aggressive when it comes to battling or when it comes to people acting like jerks to his cousin he also is protective of small things whether they are people or Pokemon which also stems from how small Florem is to him.
History: Kale was actually raised in Hearthome city, whenever his cousin Florem came to visit when he was younger he loved to play with her Pokemon but he came to like Poison types but always kept a place in his heart for Ghosts because of his cousin. One day when she visited he asked her to help catch him a Pokemon for his 9th birthday that had passed but instead gave him an egg she received while on her journey, she instructed him on how to take care of the egg before she left again but not before telling him if her took care of it, it would hatch into a Pokemon before his 10th birthday. He did as instructed and cared for the Egg never leaving it's side until right before his 10th birthday it hatched into an Croagunk to which he was delighted to get his own Pokemon who was also a poison type. Kale decided after that he would follow in his cousin footstep but instead of being a teacher like her he would devote his time to be the greatest Pokemon Breeder and Doctor so he chose to come study at the school his cousin taught at.
Likes: His Cousin, Cute and Small things, Sewing, Taking care of Pokemon, Making homemade Medicine Ghosts and Poison Types.
Dislikes: Rude People, An unhealthy Pokemon, He doesn't like Spicy things.

Name: Keahi Prince

Appearance: Keahi is a lovely and radiant woman whose looks are as deeply entrancing as the fire she was named after. She has dark, silky hair that falls down to her waist in wild waves and light brown eyes full of mischief. When she laughs, the faintest hint of smile lines around her eyes are the only trace of a flaw in her glowing, bronze skin.

Keahi’s sense of style is pretty casual. She typically wears minimal makeup, jean shorts with t-shirts or tanks, leather sandals, and leather cords that she uses to tie up her hair. Despite her very simple style of dress, however, her attitude and natural magnetism create the illusion that she’s more stylish than she really is. Keahi is rarely seen without two of her pokémon, her houndoom and her lycanroc (dusk form), at her heels.

Personality: Keahi is a warm, loving individual. She has a big heart and a passion for sharing all that she has - including knowledge! As the oldest of seven children in her family, she has strong caretaker instincts and a lot of patience, so she found it easy to fall into a career as an educator. She loves pokémon very dearly, and caring for eggs, tending to the baby pokémon, and watching them grow is one of her greatest joys...alongside teaching, of course!

She is a bold and passionate woman with an incomparable zest for life, and sometimes that can be a little too much to handle. She is as wild and unpredictable as a fire, at times, which is both a major part of her charm and one of her greatest downfalls. She’s a woman who burns hot, and when she’s mad, you’re better off not getting in her way. Keahi also tends to be fairly stubborn, but can get over her hard-headed moments if she’s given time to cool off.

With all that energy to burn, Keahi is always looking for a new outlet for herself. She enjoys painting, but music and dance are her main creative pastimes. She is almost always humming and bopping, no matter what she’s doing. In fact, during her office hours one is almost guaranteed to walk in on her dancing with her pokémon if they haven’t scheduled an appointment! She sings and dances while she reads, while she cooks, while she cleans, while she shops...almost all the time!

History: Keahi is the eldest a daughter of a large family from Seafolk Village in Alola. She was born under a big, blue sky and spent her childhood on the waves, taking joy in the simple pleasures of life. Her parents had many children - seven including her, and as the eldest she was often left responsible for her siblings when her parents weren’t around.

She enjoyed life upon the sea - her father was a fisherman and her mother was a weaver who used natural dyes from Alolan vegetation to make stunning fabrics. They were both successful in their careers and wished to pass their skills down to their children, her mother especially. She wished for Keahi to apprentice to her and carry on a craft that had been passed down through her family for generations...but Keahi couldn’t bring herself to love her mother’s greatest passion. For the most part, she simply wanted to laugh and sing and dance her way through life, so she left to attempt her island challenge and see what life could bring her way.

On her journey, she found herself stopping to care for other trial-goers and their pokémon so often that she soon gave up on her trial. One of the young girls she had helped had parents who were pokémon breeders, and Keahi just dropped herself off on their doorstep one day asking for them to take her in and teach her everything they knew!

She wound up living on their small ranch and learning the trials and hardships of rearing pokémon, until eventually she was able to move out on her own and pursue a career as a teacher. Teaching may not have been her original goal, but she enjoyed sharing everything she learned with anyone visiting the ranch that eventually she knew it was what she had to do! In her current position as a teacher, she can carry out her own research and is even fortunate enough to be able to teach art and music classes, which brings just the right amount of fun to each work day!

Likes: Laughter, music, food (spicy food in particular), cooking, the ocean, rain, sunshine, the smell of grass, coffee, teaching, singing, dancing, reading, baby pokémon, pokémon eggs...the list is almost endless! Keahi is a very positive person with a lot of love for many things!

Dislikes: Negativity, buzzkills, bullies, seeing her students sad, seeing her students give up, seeing hurt students or pokémon.


Pokemon:

1. Houndoom, male, named Dirge. Dirge is a serious and protective pokémon that never leaves Keahi’s side and is wary of anyone new.

2. Lycanroc, female, dusk form, named Pelé. Like Dirge, Pelé is always at Keahi’s side. She is quite friendly and easy to approach as opposed to her broody pal, and she shares the same love of dancing that Keahi has. She just adores dancing with her trainer!

3. Mime Jr., male, named Mr. Mimsy. Mr. Mimsy is a spritely little fellow who loves to help Keahi care for baby pokémon, despite being one himself! He wears a baby-blue kerchief with white polka-dots as a “work uniform” whenever he wants to help her with classes, eggs, or pokémon!

4. Bounsweet, female, named Cherry. Cherry is an adorable airhead you can’t help but love! She’s as vapid as they come, but she’s terribly well-intentioned and always does her best. She, too, loves to dance...but her teeter dance can often have some really poor timing!

Name: Delilah Lorayne
Age: 19
Gender: Female

Subjects: Art & Music, Pokemon Nature and Evolution

Appearance: Delilah is a small girl, at 5’2”, but what she lacks in height she makes up for in character. Her skin is fair and freckled, more concentrated around her nose and cheeks, where everywhere else is scattered. She has dark brown hair that stops at her shoulders and is usually somewhat messy, waves of chocolate brown. Her eyes (what she’s dubbed as her best feature), are wide and innocent, taking on a soft, almost baby blue color. She dresses simply, a black V-neck tee, white pleated shorts, and black over-the-knee socks, paired with a simple pair of sneakers. She bears no jewelry, because she considers it a hassle, and has a vaguely childish smile that’s almost too big for her face.

Personality: Delilah is a quiet little thing, usually sticking to the sidelines and watching from afar. She doesn’t engage herself in too many things besides school, although she does have her passions. She’s a very quirky girl, fun-loving and caring, but at the same time, while it’s rare that she does, she isn’t afraid to raise her voice and scold someone, ‘Mom-style’. Other than that she stays quiet and innocent, the doe-eyed girl in the background whose probably toying with her instrument or doodling.

History: Delilah is from Hoenn, specifically Lilycove City. She grew up watching her two older brothers train, and almost instantly the little girl developed a desire to do so. While her father and brothers pushed her to participate in Coordinating, the little girl was set on training. When she was eleven, she was allowed to stay a Summer with her Aunt over in Sinnoh, of which she gladly obliged; where she snuck out with her cousin’s Pokeball and caught herself her first Pokémon; an injured Gible. She kept it secret at first when Summer ended, being able to evolve it to a Gabite before her family found out. They decided that the pair had already developed a bond, solemnly allowing the girl to keep it. She was thirteen at that point, and now, six years later, the former Gible (and current Garchomp) is her fierce companion, of which she named ‘Kaiju’, meaning ‘giant monster’ (seeing the cute, innocent 5’2” girl sipping at a juice box walking next to the 7’1” beast is enough for most to actually stop in their tracks).
Now, she’s enrolled herself into the School to educate herself further in Pokémon and get closer to her Pokémon.
Likes: Her ukulele, drawing, her Pokémon, cute things, daffodils, scary stories, scary things, spicy food, sweets, rollercoasters, the color yellow, thunderstorms//

Appearance: Basically any old gym teacher. He wears a burning Salazzle jersey under a varsity football jacket. Coach has a partial beard and his hair is normally covered by a baseball cap.
Personality: Coach is tough with his students, often insulting them to get them to do better. He cares for his students and pokemon though, but never shows any sympathy for them. Coach often likes the idea of being feared by the students.
History: Coach lived in a small, uncharted town in Sinnoh near Snowpoint. He always liked sports and aimed for the big league. (Pokeball) He made it onto teams, but an injury on his left leg left him cut from the team. Instead of following his sports dream, Coach took care of pokemon instead and gained a medical degree. When the job for coach cane from the school, Coach was the first to accept. (Tell me if you need more. I suck at backstorys)
Likes: Pokeball, his students and pokemon, hype battles, bringing the best out of people.
Dislikes: Bullies, people who claim to be bad, people who think their the 'best over anyone'

Name: Autumn Angraecum

Age: 20

Gender: Male

Teacher or Student: Student

Subjects: Math & Physics, Battling & Strategy.

Appearance: Autumn, in-line with his namesake, has a shaggy mop of Auburn hair, with the ends being dyed into the rustic red of fallen Autumn leaves. His hair is usually styled in the ancient form of ‘Classical bedhead’ hastily fixed with the addition of a rubber band. Fortunately, it doesn’t look as bad as it sounds. With most of his hair messily caught in a pony-tail-like clump, the rest is left waving in the wind, and, much to his irritation, his face. Autumn wears a plain grey shirt covered by a white hoodie which is decorated with falling leaves of a variety of shapes and shades. His outfit is completed by a set of black cargo pants and similarly black boots.

Personality: Autumn is a rather mellow person, who’s not very quick to conflict. That isn’t to say he doesn’t enjoy a good battle or two, but he’s certainly not the type that comes off as hot-headed. Being easy going, and somewhat lazy, Autumn is a night-owl often seeming sleepy during the days and significantly more active at nights. Contrary to his appearance and somewhat lazy attitude, Autumn can be surprisingly diligent when he finds something to motivate him.

History: Autumn is resident of Haruba Village in Almia. Being the youngest of three children he’d always been the runt of the group, following behind his older brother and sister. After having followed in his sibling’s footsteps for as long as he could remember Autumn decided he wanted to be different. So, while his older sister headed off to ranger school, training to become Pokemon Rangers, and his older brother, always one for the limelight, became a Poke-coordinator, Autumn himself decided to walk the path of a trainer and breeder. At 16 he left Almia, receiving a Petilil as a sendoff gift from his older siblings. Its evolution, notoriously known for being difficult to take care off, posed the perfect challenge for the aspiring trainer-cum-breeder. As his first Pokemon and partner, Petilil, later named Cerise as a declaration to the brilliant red flower she would bloom upon evolution, has been with Autumn for a solid four years.

His first stop was the more trainer-dominated region of Johto where, despite not participating in the league challenge, he went through quite a few battles. Since he was entirely focused on caring for Cerise, he didn’t bother to catch any other Pokemon and she became his only Pokemon until she evolved into Lilligant after his 18th birthday. Autumn takes meticulous care of Cerise, from careful inspection and maintenance of her leaves to her regular dowsing of pH specific water, and as proof of his care and fulfillment of her namesake, her flower is a vivid cherry red.

From then on out Autumn began traveling in the Unova region where his caught his next three Pokemon.

Dislikes: Having nothing to do, Hot summer days, Pollution

I might be a little inactive as well, I also have a show to go to (although I’ll be watching the stage, definitely not on it), to support a friend, and then I have plans the rest of the weekend, but I’ll probably be able to squeeze in a post or two depending how everything goes.

Also- I know this is kind of strange, but I honestly just wanted to like.. thank you guys? I really appreciate how much you guys write and how you have a knack for writing. It makes reading your posts actually enjoyable.

The people my age aren’t nearly as descriptive, usually going like so:
“[Name] was walking with Treecko. Name saw [Name 2] with her Brionne.
“Hi.” [Name] smiled.”

And it’s just horrifically dull and legitimately painful to read.

So thank you for... not doing that! :>

Appearance:Yen, who is very bombastic, has black hair in a crazy style with silver tips in the back. He has orange eye contacts, and fairly tan white skin. He wears a shirt depicting Lugia and Ho-oh. He also has black, baggy shorts, Brown shoes with dirty white laces, and on his left ar, he wears a red band.
Personality:Yen is firey and hot, and likes to show off. He is very skilled in battle and keeps true to his hometown. He always can sneak a joke into any conversation, and is mostly happy and crazy. After large events, he considers himself a burnt-out fire who lazily does nothing.
History:He was born in Ecruteak city, and has always loved battling. He grew up In a family almost as old as the town and they used Eevees, like the other old family, the kimono girls. He ended up using Flareon, and it matched his personality perfectly. Battling with Flareon is what shaped him into the battler he is today.
Likes:The hot, fiery Summers of Ecruteak, taking baths in boiling water, jokes.
Dislikes:Every other season, not having enough cheese in his lunch, his Vaporeon-using sister.
Pokemon:
Flareon[M]:His first Pokemon that he saw get evolved from an Eevee.
Charmander[F]:Gifted by Professer Oak on his Sevii islands trip to the volcanic island on One Island.
Quilava[M]:Caught around Tin Tower. It used to be a pest, who would rest around the burned Brass Tower until Yen caught it in a chase.
Spinarak[M]:When paying respects to the Ilex Shrine, Yen and his siblings put there empty Pokeballs into it. A Spinarak inside fell onto one of Yen's and was caught.
Horsea[F]:Still an egg received by the school. I wonder how tough it's going to be for Yen to raise this Water Pokemon.

Appearance: Carter stands at 6'1" and has a thin frame. He has dark hazel eyes and short black hair. His face is slightly rounded and he has a soft face. It has faint stubble around his chin and lips. His cheeks are clean shaven. He isn't very muscular, but has good stamina from time spent exploring the Desert Resort, near his hometown. He wears a brown fedora, black t-shirt, brown overcoat and brown cargo pants, with black boots.
Personality: Carter is a thinker, and often is deep in thought. He loves to learn and have his mind, explore the world. He loves to read, and is a quick one at that. but due to his quest for knowledge he is somewhat antisocial and awkward with human interaction, often making a fool of himself. His goal is to be a archaeologist and researcher of ancient Pokemon Civilizations.
History: He was born in Nimbasa City, only for his family to move south and live on Route 4. He loved it there, as not only was he close to the almost carnival like city of Nimbasa, but there was the Desert Resort, which was so cool to the boy. He spent much of his childhood exploring the desert, and that is where he got his love for the past and his Pokemon team.

I tip my hat to you @Gracidea your choice of wording is simply delightful~ cantankerous, austere, gait, to name a few, I haven't seen anyone use such diction in ages. So much so that I almost forgot their definitions >_<

sigh, I'd seen you all mention it before but the writing style of the people in this Rp does indeed make it a pleasant read.

Subjects: Dante excels in Pokemon History/Mythology, as well as Battling and Strategy.

Appearance: Dante is standing around 6 feet, give or take an inch. His hair is long enough to tickle his shoulders and is a silver/platinum mixture that darkens to a black like color at the tips of each strand. His eyes are a deep, enticing shadr of purple that he is embarrassed of so he hides them with a pair of sunglasses. Dante wears a black jean jacket with red accents on the trimming of the jacket. He wears a purple T-shirt underneath his jacket that rarely gets seen due to his undying love for his jacket. He also wears a purple ring on his right middle finger with some weird writting on it. For pants, Dante tends to wear jeans, black jeans. He wears a belt that has red accents for each hole that tightens the belt as well as the metal peice being painted red. Dante wears black shoes with red shoelaces and are purple underneath. His skin tone is tanned like a perfectly toasted marshmellow.
Personality: Dante can have a very big ego at times due to his time at the battle tree aswell as having beaten the gymleaders of Hoenn, but he is a very friendly person.... if he decides to trust you. He doesn't talk or open up to most people. He prefures to be on his own most of the time and not be noticed by most people.
History: Dante was born Orre, Pyrite Town to be exact. This is where his family worked for Cipher. After realizing the horrible things that they were doing to the Pokemon and hiw they were being used, his parents tried to leave the organization. Cipher wouldn't allow it and they had to flee the region without being noticed. His father was previously a member of Team Aqua whom had taken his leave to work for Cipher. Before he had left he asked to take a ship with him and Archie understood that he had been offered a better paying job and had allowed him to take a ship for his service and loyalty to Team Aqua. Dante and his family left Orre on that very ship and retuned to Hoenn, this was Dante's first time in the region, and where he grew up. His family settled in Lavaridge and he grew into a fine boy. At the age of 13, his father gave him the ship and his trusty partner, a Scyther named Zane whom had accompanied Dante's father on many trips with Team Aqua. Upon the trade the Zane evolved into a Scizor and remained by the boy's side as he took on the Gyms in Hoenn, knocking them down one by one until he beat them all. The Hoenn league was not ready to start so he set sail to find a new challenge. A few years went by and he was 17 by the time he settled in Alola. He was taking on the trials with some companions, he took on the Battle tree and was announced to be the youngest to ever complete the challenge in such a short amount of time, it was then that he managed to become one of the legendary trainers of The Battle Tree. He remained there, battling and working for the Battle Tree for 2 years, gaining knowledge and learning anything amd everything there is to competitive battling. When he got asked to do a new assignment... attend an acadamy and find some new contenders.

Likes: The color black... He also likes red...
He enjoys sailing with his crew and eating food.
Dislikes: People who dont plan things through and go into things without thinking.
Pokemon: Zane the Scizor - Zane is hardheaded, and will always be ready to fight... and pick one... Dante does whatbhe can to keep him in check but Zane is very stubborn and won't listen sometimes and often results in a fight.
Roy the Blaziken - Dante recived Roy as a Torchic when he arrived in Hoenn He raised him to be extremely agile and quick on his feet while also being extremely powerful to boot.
Kakashi the Greninja - Dante found Kakashi guarding a swamp on an island. Dante was after some treasure with his crew but had to pass through the swamp. The Greninja put up a good battle but after seeing the conviction in Dante's battling style, he conceded and joined him.
Who the Decidueye - Dante recieved Who as a Rowlet when he began the trials. By the time he finished the competition he was a fully evolved Decidueye.

@Gracidea Im officially loving Keahi she so cool! Florem's not very good at scolding due to how small and nonthreatening she is so her Gengar has to make her look scary XD

I don’t really have anything to say that would carry the plot anywhere, are we just waiting for someone to take it somewhere?

Also- do we plan on doing a timeskip to the first day (when the time comes, if that’s the case, definitely not now,) or are we gonna play it out?

Hey guys im gonna be busy with this weekend because of work so anytime skip to the first day will be delayed at least till sunday, theres alot of things you guys can do like check out the town and amusement park by the beach or explore the daycare and dorms sorry for being so busy though

Hey guys, sorry I've been MIA! I started house sitting for a friend who keeps a homestead and it's taken a bit of time to figure out my daily routine. 20 chickens and lots of plants to tend to!
