With Schnee summoning glyphs, I'd say Weiss. Without, I'd argue Blake.
Seems reasonable enough for a guess. Though I am curious in a full on four-way fight with Team RWBY who you think would come out on top?

Yang or Ruby could take out Weiss' summons.
Honestly in terms of semblance advantage, Ruby and Weiss would stomp Blake, though she would give Yang trouble.
Yang can't hurt what she can't hit, so Ruby would probably be the toughest opponent for her.
On the other hand, Weiss can completely shut down Ruby with her glyphs.
I'd honestly argue that Blake would go down first, but not without Yang taking tons of punishment. Weiss would ALMOST defeat Ruby, but would get taken out by Yang. Then Ruby would be able to outspeed Yang. Though if Weiss could take down Ruby, I say Yang takes the win.

Those are just my thoughts, though. I'm sure you could make tons of counterarguments.

While I don’t personally belive any robots should be shipped (except Keebo, Keebo is an exception). I think you could make it work, your a talented writer

Well, in Light's own words, the robots are capable of love. Look at Ice Man, for a key example. If something's capable of love, they deserve to at least get one chance. Plus, Vesper Woman and Cut Man would be the most adorable pun-masters in the world. That's the main basis for my robot ships.
Though with Quake Woman and Proto Man, just being around each other expands their character in never before seen ways.
