This seems interesting. My only question, are the Dreamers and these Stagnants the only residents of this world? Are there other different races or people who naturally are of here we can interact with. Friendly NPCs?

Stagnants and Dreamers will be the main friendly(ish) species in the Dream, but special cases may occur, especially as time goes on.

Appearance: He's a dreamer, one that took the form of a scrawny looking guy that's a bit short. Being a scammer in real life, he also carried that on to this world. He wears a tattered black coat and has a blue cap. This cap appears to have been painted over several times and duct taped over many times over several logos. Currently it's a magnifying glass.

Personality: Grak would sell you for a quarter unless you are useful. He's quick to save his own skin and has a boldness that makes up his whole being. He has no restraint to his scummy scams, and has a hard time reading the room when to do them. Due to this, he doesn't make many friends, but he does make a lot of unhappy customers. Right now he's pretending to be a detective to get into places he wouldn't normally be able to access.

Class: Thief/Mage
Special Skill: Offbrand Magic- Like his own work, his magic is very unstable and counterfeit. While it can be powerful at times, often his magic has a chance to do a wildly random effect he never intended.
Other: Not a fan of Bannana Slamma

So basically when we enter the Dream, the main encounters we get will be other Dreamers. I presume with a pre-made society or one operated by Dreamers before our current crop?

Society will be operated by the Stagnants, they're the preexisting race while the Dreamers are the main player characters. Basically, Stagnants will be NPCs for the most part while PCs will mostly be Dreamers. While Stagnant characters are possible, they're better suited to filling necessary roles.

Appearance: His actual appearance is largely concealed by a stylish, sentai-inspired spandex suit with a light green coloring and some golden plates placed along the chest, knees and elbows. Has an light green mask with a V-shaped black visor. The outfit is complete with a golden scar that flows behind him almost like a cape. Underneath the rather stylish suit is a young man with a slender though athletic figure, fair skin perhaps a little on the palish side and some shirt spiky blonde hair. He has a pair of green eyes and prefers to wear some more casual t-shirts and some dark sweat pants...clothing he can easily remove as he often has his suit worn underneath at a moment's notice.
Class: Fighter/Rogue (Especially his style is to channel ki into his body to enhance his speed and agility, allowing him to move and strike with numerous quick attacks sacrificing raw power for agility and landing more strikes rather than the hardest strike)
Special Skill: Overdrive (Basically equivalent to the Pokemon blaze ability. When he suffers enough damage and is on the brink of blacking out this causes the ki to go into the proverbial overdrive; boosting his speed to its absolute limits and making him the most nimble of glass cannons).
Other: Once upon a time he was known as Chris Danvers, a troubled young man who grew up in an less than well off part of town and fell into the wrong crowd. This led to a light of misfortune that persisted into past his adolescence into his steps in adulthood and culminated with him being arrested for his part in an armed robbery attempt. With a fifteen-year sentence he had a lot of time to reflect on himself and what he once could've been. In particular, a childhood marathon he watched as a kid titled "The Bananarama Slamma-Jamma Marathon" which and a variety of odd action-oriented programs. Among them was this Japanese superhero show called "Mighty Vanguard" and those memories reminded Chris of the kind of person who rose above the worst and became a helpful, hopeful figure. Upon his release he became dedicated to turning the page on his life; to become a better man who contributes to the community, to make amends for his wrongs. Though of course, an interesting development would give him a dream scenario for this second chance...

Appearance: Her new look includes long flowing white hair along with a beautiful sky blue sleeveless dress (Complete with sparkles) and a shining crystal tiara. She has a bit of a slender and light build, with a smooth dark skin and a heterochromia set of eyes: one a bright pink, and the other a dark black. She prefers to walk around without the annoyance of shoes, and has a colorful set of painted beads that form a wrist band along her dominant right hand. Most notably she has a pair of large fairy wings on her back that allow her flight.

Special Skill: Blessing of Life (For a special arrow shot Jada is able to pull energy from nature and the living things around her to provide her arrow with a special boost to its strike. The boost itself is dependent on how much energy their is to pull around her and can only be used once a day at the most.)
Other: Born Daphne Edwards, she was a young foster girl who had never known the feeling of true attachment as her foster parents unfortunately seemed to view her more as a item to display to their friends than something they needed to actually care for; leaving the day to day matters to their maid while they went out on regular parities and social events with their peers. This left the young girl feeling a bit trapped, isolated from others as she lacked even the experience of school to bond with people her age due to her parents desiring to cut the tuition expenses and simply having their butler home school her. All she wanted was an escape to something less isolated, less constrictive and well...she ended up getting it in a way she never imagined.

Appearance: Is a tall woman, about a head so higher than the average man, with a muscular build and a slightly tanned physique that all just radiates strength. She has a set of long flowing dark red hair complimented by some freckles on her face and a pair of shining orange eyes with a visible scar cut just under the left one. She wears a dark brown leather vest with no sleeves, a couple of plated leather armbands, complimented by a similarly colored short skirt that is further covered with black bottoms underneath. She finishes her attire with a pair of leather braces along her legs and some boots that are flashed by her signature weapon; a large axe that she funnels her magic strikes through.
Class: Mage Fighter (Uses magic to boost her physicals, and channels shockwave magic through her axe to add an extra overwhelming force to her blows)
Special Skill: Dominion (Equivalent to the "Intimidate" ability again in Pokemon, her aura and sheer force of will can cause those she directs this on can feel their aggression levels lower and make them more hesitant to strike. Course, those with stronger will of their own can better push through this effect.)
Other: Used to be known as Abigail Wilson, a young woman who was a generous soul and while a bit sheepish of the world around her and at times tripped over her own tongue and foot but was pleasant to get along with. Then she developed a rather tragic illness, and spent years of her life on a hospital bed as she underwent physical therapy and medical treatment to try and combat this disease. Her body, which was never a hallmark of strength to begin with, was left rather frail and stripped of whatever strength it had as she was left to linger the sad state of affairs as she kept the pain internalized. Always smiling to others who'd come to visit but being left to deal with the weight of it all behind closed doors. However, perhaps there is a new chance for a better lease on life...

Thanks man, my thought process was "who are the type of people who'd most benefit from a new life" to really feed to the escapism appeal tied in part to the Isekai genre. And well went from there.

Also one question, how will my new OCs know their new names? Cause from the posts I read on the RP thread they seem to wake up in the new world to begin with. So is the knowledge of their new identities just built in their brains when they enter the Dream or do they pick their monikers later?

When one wakes up, they have some vague, foggy knowledge of what they are, almost like they went through a subconscious character creation thing in a dream, but it's the kind of dream you barely remember happening.

In other words, he’s capable of absorbing wood, at which point his physical body will transform into wood.
Due to being a magical effect, his joints are left flexible, allowing for relatively normal movement.
Naturally, turning into a solid rock would make him rather durable.
This ability can be heavily expanded.

There are two things you should keep in mind going forward. If you weren't aware, at this point in the rp, Stagnants are physically superior in every way to the Dreamers, and if Farah wants to test L'Khroagh's patience any further, she'll end up dead. The catch is that Dreamers can become stronger over time, which leads me into the next thing. Many people, including myself, are anxious to get a move on with the rp to a point where people can actually start using their powers. To do this, I'm going to initiate a timeskip, but that can only go into effect after this little plaza meeting. For these two reasons, I'm requesting to auto Farah a bit, which would entail her getting a little roughed up and banished from the city, as an alternative to being imprisoned or executed.

X looks real cool, but there's one thing about gravity manipulation. It's a unique 'element' that requires a special skill to be usable, as it's not in the natural magic circle of this world. So either gravity manipulation or enerid mutation has to go. Other than that, he looks perfect!

So I've been considering getting back into RPing, especially since I need to work on character writing among other things, and I wanted to know something before shooting you a bio.

And speaking of shooting,

Could I have guns as a weapon, or is this strictly a time/setting where they don't exist? And on top of that, could they be a sidearm or secondary weapon vs a primary?

I'd still be interested in joining if the answer is no, I just wanted to know before I set a character class in the bio.

Guns will absolutely be available eventually, but it takes a bit of progression to get to that point. As of right now, the closest thing would be crossbows. But any weapon could be a primary, secondary, or even tertiary, since you can have as many weapons as you can carry.

Appearance: Carrow is a skinny yet toned 6"0' humanoid with thick and mid-length grey hair, grey eyes, and grey skin that is lighter than his eye and hair color. He is somewhere around 170.00lbs, and dawns full light grey clothing, a zipped hooded jacket, grey T-shirt, grey sweatpants, and grey shoes. Each piece of grey clothing is clean and seemingly neatly kept, but you can tell that it's been worn for quite some time. Once he gets geared up, he'll look lightly armored with his new armor being his original clothing but personally enhanced, and with movement focused design.

Personality: Carrow is quite neutral, polite, and intelligent. Carrow knows how to read others emotions and how to respond to others, while staring calm and reserved when feeling stressed himself. He tends to have a better passive knowledge than a specific one, he knows a decent amount about multiple things, but he's not specialized in his knowledge. While he tends to be quiet and alone, he doesn't mind the presence of others, and will typically be rather pleasant in conversation.

Class: Swift Glass Cannon/ Blazer (Blazers are swift and hard hitting swordfighters that also use guns as a means of keeping their distance, as they're typically frail. That's not to say they all are, but that's they're typical setup. They're mostly good at being dodgy and unhittable damage dealers, or breaking enemy defensive lines.)

Special Skill: Speed Demon (Most Blazers need to be fast, and boy, this one is no exception! With enough finess and improvement, he can get up to a capped speed of 200m/s. But, again, we're talking endgame numbers there.)

Weapons: A long yet light one handed and double edged sword, and two higher but light caliber pistols.

Other: He has moderate magical ability in lightning, but it's nothing too powerful, and he has slight magical ability in other elements and things, mostly just personal or useful cantrip type spells. (I can change this if need be, Speed Demon is kinda powerful)

Appearance: Maveryn is a humanoid moth being with fluffy pure white fur, ocean blue eyes, and slightly darker white parts where she doesn't have fur. Her face is cute, and her eyes are quite large, as well as her having 4 arms because of her moth self. She has mighty but frail wings that can grow back with enough time (or like, a super healing spell, not that she's a healer at all) and can fly for a decent time before having to rest. She stands at about 5"7', and weighs about 150.00lbs. As for other features, let's just say that she's a bit more dignified up north and down south, if you catch my drift, but it's slightly above average. She wears icy blue battle dress, both stylish and fit for kicking ass. It will be more armored down the line.

Personality: Maveryn has a regal tone, mostly speaking as if she was raised in a royal family of some sort, not that she'd tell you. She's not feisty, but she does have a problem with folks that are filled with too much humility, mostly flirty ones (regardless if they're flirting with her or someone else) and those lovable annoying type buds. She's quite kind and considerate, while also being adventurous and brave. She can be quite rash if the situation is too intense, and you wouldn't want to see her angry or get chewed out by her. Hugs from her are rare, but are quite soothing.

Class: Tanky Blistering Mage/ Cryospecialist (She is a wielder of ice. She is the cold in the front, the snow in the flakes, the ice in the cream. She knows all about using ice to her advantage, whether it be for a caved in defense or a sheer cold offense. Not very speedy, though!)

Special Skill: Glacial Rendering (This skill uses a ton of ice power to form an ice barrier around her and her allies, while shattering off hail and icicle rain upon her enemies. The ultimate icy offense/defense tactic.)

Weapons: For up close combat, she carries two royal looking daggers.

Other: She has poor healing ability because of her great defensive capability, and her offensive prowess is matched by her poor speed when attacking.

Everyone, the official timeskip will happen on August 10th. It will be two weeks after the Dreamers arrived, and classes would begin to distinguish themselves around this time. After the timeskip there'll be an optional dungeon raid, to give some characters something to do if they want.
