Am I to assume there's gonna be a welcome assembly or is there something else happening first?
Assembly is happening first. There are chairs scattered around, so anyone who wants to interact with people just sit nearby them.
I am bringing in a character I did not have much time with in the other RP. I am giving him a bit of revamp. @Red Gallade, I hope you do not mind sharing the spotlight with another vampire character.
Name: Saphrax
Age: 17
Race: Royal Vampire
Gender: Male
Sexuality: Gay
Height and Weight: 5'6 weighs around 110
Appearance: Saphrax has a very small build. He is toned, with very pale skin. He has bright pink eyes, with very dark black lashes. Saphrax has high chiseled cheekbones. In his ears he has small gauges that look to have a blood red gem in them. His hair is a bright pink color, that compliments his eyes. Around his neck he wears a choker that has a blood red gym in the center. Saphrax tends to wear a black band tee from metallica, a pair of black ripped skinny jeans, and a pair of dark red converse. Saphrax always has a leather jacket with him if it not being worn then it is carried with him.
Power: (Requires name, ability, upsides, and at least one drawback)
Shapeshifting-
Saphrax is able to change into a couple of different forms. His favorites are mainly feline. Though he can change into a wolf as well. His favorite form is becoming a cat, and a panther.
Power Mimic-
Saphrax is able to mimic the power of someone as long as he drains a bit of their blood.
Enhanced senses-
This includes better hearing, better eyesight, and able to heal faster then most people do.
Persuasion-
Saphrax has a veey hypnotic voice. He is able to make other do what he wants. Though he hates using this power as he feels it welds to strong of a hold on others.
Personality: Saphrax loves to sing and play music. He is rarely seen without his guitar. Though he can be kind and talkative, he is seen as a very quiet person. He does have a playful streak in him that causes some problems when it goes to far. There are times that Saphrax will draw into himself and withdraw from others.

Appearance: Very simple, she's basically your average girl in terms of looks, long brown hair, green eyes, and jeans with a black, long-sleeved shirt.
Power: Construct and Destruct - Can create light constructs and destroy them at will to create an explosion of light. Constructing something requires her mind to be focused, and destructing something takes a heavy toll on her brain by giving it a shock. Intensity is determined by size of construct.
Personality: She's relatively insecure due to her powers being this double edged sword, being able to hurt her partners. She tends to shame herself if complimented, and prefers to be insulted instead.

Power: Comicopy - If you were in Comet Trail, you know how it works, but something that was never defined is what would happen with manga. To put it simply, it would take around 50 copies of one issue for him to use one panel, which gets... pricey, so while he could go all Dragon Ball on everyone, he would need a LOT of resources.
Personality: Out of persona, he's a pretty chill dude, very laid back. In persona, he's cheesy as hell and almost too confident in his skills.
Likes/Dislikes: Likes - Junk Food, Games, Scumblebatch (you'll see)
Dislikes - Rudeness, High-Strung People, Insults to His Persona
How They Were Accepted: Trying his best to not get shut out by looking at a practice copy before testing in.

Power(s): She has three abilities, however, she is only able to use her first one when in a closed space.
1) Any small object, be it a small rock or a backpack, can have their gravitational pull change directions to wherever she pleases.
2) Gravity Shift: She is able to make herself the center of a reverse gravitational phenomenon, repelling people and objects within a 1 kilometer radius. This also lets her have the ability to walk on any type of surface.
3) Surface Inversion: If she wanted, Crescent can modify the gravitational force acting on an object by touching it, making the object turn inside out.
Personality: She’s more serious than her friend (shown in relationships section below), but still acts nice to try and make friends. She also likes to annoy her friend by saying “Fart Biscuits” a lot.

If you're wondering what Chris's entrance looks like just imagine this in a gymnasium, a man with actual hair, and instead of an outside source it's his gloves and boots exploding.

So how would stands work in this? Are they unseeable to non stand users, like every stand? Or are they see able to non stand users? I could do the thing where Takoda has a pair of glasses that lets you see stands (some of yall know what im talking about)
I feel like stands should be visible, especially to clean up any possible clutter the assets may cause. Being a separate being is still unique.

Can someone define “stands” when used in this terminology? I have never in my life seen it used that way, and I am much confuzzled. HALP
In the JoJo universe, Stands are a physical manifestation of someone's fighting spirit or something and as such can come in literally any shape or size and can have either really bad abilities or abilities that affect time and space itself. Considering Stands are also part of the user, if the Stand gets hurt, the user feels the exact same pain even if something gets cut off.
Stands can only be hurt by other Stands, but I doubt that rule applies here.

Not really actually she is just really smart and gets bored unless challenged. It is not that she is so smart that she knows everything, it is more that she has worked hard to get where she is at. Think of it like she is someone who is prodigy for their skill. So while she may be smart, she is not super smart.
Okay folds, time to make bios for the teachers. These will be short and to the point.
Principal-
Name: Adrianne Wellworth
Age: 36
Gender: Female
Appearance: A taller, young looking woman with sleek red hair running down to her mid back. She has orange irises and usually wears khakis, dress shoes, and a black and red button up shirt.
Personality: She is an upbeat woman, who cares a lot for her student's success. She is a very good listener and often likes to get involved in lessons due to her place as the 4th best heroin the state. Being that she has that position, she sometimes takes long breaks from the school for missions of her own.

Adrianne can open up orange rectangular gates between spots of air, at least a 100 meter radius from the original gateway. She can create 15 pairs of gateways without a cost to her stamina, but after that each has a significant drain.
Golden Shot-
Every 3 minutes, she gains the ability to shoot a singular golden bullet from the palm of her hand. This goes blindingly fast and tracks the target it was aimed at. It is practically indestructible and once it hits, it acts like a drill. It's downside is it's cool down.
Homeroom Teacher-
Name: Eterna Masons
Age: 40
Gender: Male
Appearance: A rather tall, tanned man with short black hair, usually done with a small updoo in the front. He always seems to be cold and distant, his grey eyes being a sign of that. He wears a pair of khakis and a black jacket on most occasions, rarely changing from said outfit day to day.
Personality: He is in fact cold and distant, but he is not without his upsides. He is extremely protective of the people around him, and can get his hands dirty despite not being a professional hero. He also really likes good food, and considers himself a pretty darn good critic.
Power:

Whenever he pleases, Eterna can shoot two large spheres of green energy from his hands. They don't do direct damage besides a bit of blunt force, but they do have large knock back. These must be shot both at once, and require both hands to be functional to some capacity, but do not have to be aimed to the same location.

Appearance: Mary is a shorter, avergage African American woman with a slender build and a bit of bulk to her body. She has long black hair, sometimes done in a bun, and deep green eyes. She wears a labcoat most of the time, due to her doctor status, and usually keeps a pencil case in one of its pockets.
Personality: Mary is a kinder woman, with lots of energy that she loves to fill her work with. She likes to use her power to make life as a teacher easier, and often is more efficient than her peers. She is also incredibly intelligent, having gone to collage for 9 years.

Mary can cause any object lighter than 200 lbs to levitate wherever she wants it to go, and can release it at any point she wants. The heavier the object, the more energy she has to use to make it work. She is very tactful and potent in her usage, and prefers not to use it for combat.

Appearance: Richard is normally seen in very nice clothing, normally tuxedos and such, but really prefers to wear simple hoodies and sweatpants when he's not working or going out anywhere important. He has shaggy brown hair, electric yellow eyes, and paler skin than most.
Personality: Richard is very outward, similar to the way that Adrianne is. He always seems to have something cool to talk about, and enjoys interacting with his students. He is however, an extremely capable hero. He deals with his enemies swiftly and absolutely, and is extremely popular among his fanbase.

Personality: Harry is really smart and can make decisions on the fly and is good at problem solving. He really wants to make good friends and is super excited to move to a new school because it's a new chance to make friends. At Harry's old school's he was either bullied or used so kids could cheat off him. Henry is really bad at social interactions and can't read the room and often says the first thing that comes to mind which can be detrimental his mom wrote him little cards that are conversation starters, due to his bad anxiety.

He also really likes cooking due to the fact his mother wanted him to be reliable so he grew a love for cooking because he got to know his mum better,.
Dislikes:He really dislikes it when he tries something and finds it difficult (This has caused a distain for english class all his papers are terribly grammatically incorrect.) He also really dislikes physical physical activity he thinks it's pointless and extremely unhealthy.
