Name: Georgie Bernard
Age (16+ for racers): 16
Gender: Female
Personality: Georgie is energetic and determined! She loves a challenge. For the most part, she gets along well with others, but don't get on her bad side! She can have quite a short temper, and once she's angry enough she doesn't have much of a filter. She loves the passion of fire types and can relate to them very well, which is why she chose to specialize in them! She loves her pokemon like family. Once she makes a friend she can trust, which is a difficult thing to achieve quite honestly, she can be pretty protective of them.
Appearance: Georgie has long, wavy black hair and ocean blue eyes featuring a pair of dark red, thin rimmed glasses. She's fair skinned with a thin but full frame, and stands at an unimpressive 5'4". Tiny but mighty! She wears a red and black striped t-shirt with a black hooded vest over it, ripped black skinny jeans and white and red high tops. (Left is red, right is white. Hey that rhymes!) She also likes to paint her nails in a back and red pattern to match.
Racing Event: Uphill or downhill? Both!
Racing Pokemon: Whiplash (female Rapidash) for Downhill. Archie (male Arcanine) for Uphill.
Backstory: Georgie had a pretty normal childhood up until her parents died on a voyage to another region when she was 9. Her and her younger sister Anika were taken care of by their older sister Ami after that. The three were all they had, and though it wasn't easy, especially for Ami, they all managed to help each other out through the trying times. Georgie was never good at expressing her feelings even when her parents were alive, so needless to say, it got worse as she grew older. Her inability to express her pain and hurt would always turn into anger, and this hindered her ability to make friends. However, this made it much easier to travel alone when she became a pokemon trainer. Nowadays, Georgie is well known in her hometown of Kanto for managing to defeat all of the gym leaders despite only having fire type pokemon, beating the odds stacked against her with her creative tactics and incredibly strong bond with each of her pokemon. Even so, she was still unable to beat the Elite Four. This loss devastated her after all her years of hard work and endless training. After some time to sulk, she decided to take a break from the life of a trainer and try new things. She caught wind of a race going on called Initial Dragonite, and thought she'd give it a try.
Eurobeat theme: 'Crazy on Emotion' - Ace

He has dark green eyes which are lighter in the middle of the iris. On his left cheek he has a scar that he got when he was young. It goes from his left corner of his eye almost to his jaw. On his right arm he has a tattoo of a Charazard that wraps around his arm. He tends to wear tank tops or band t-shirts depending on his mood. He also wears sweatpants quite a bit. He is seen with converse that he painted on.

I will now explain why Scolipede is one of the best racers:
A. It’s Ability is Speed Boost. It gets faster and faster every round.
B. It gains an amazing moveset, including Agility and
C. PURSUIT! I can use that to catch up to the person in front of me much faster...

Persian are baised after the features of a puma and the looks of a Siamese cat. Pumas have great stamina and are found in some mountain biomes. Plus they have quick attack and pursuit.

Zebstrika is a fast horse with Flame Charge and Agility, while Metagross can float quickly and also has Agility and Rock Polish. XD
Is the move Bounce legal?
Just as long as you stay on the path and dont cheat by skipping portions of the race, it should be good.
But also remember that if the Pokemon isnt equipped to be in the air, they may not be able to change trajectory midair so dont use it when a turn is coming up. xD or else you'll fall right off of the race.

Well, Flame Wheel, Take Down, and Flare Blitz dont increase their speed. XD and nothing is stopping your Rapidash from sprinting anyway. The flames may hurt the other opponent since they are supposed to be damaging moves, so be careful.

Also, I just realized I didnt see this, but Pursuit doesn't increase speed either. It's just an attack that hurts the opponent while they are vulnerable to leaving the field of battle by either switch-in or fleeing. Since this isn't a battle, this move may not work as intended, and nothing is stopping your Pokemom from sprinting behind the opponent and drafting behind them anyway (think Mario Kart with the little dash you get if you stay behind the opponent long enough). So Pursuit may not work. XD
And yes, Playful, if you aren't careful, you can be challenged for doing it on purpose to hurt another racer and they would have a couple options of whether to keep the race going, start over, or disqualify.

Yes, but Pursuit doesn't increase speed. It's just a nasty attack that hits another Pokemon running away from them in a battle. Any Pokemon can run behind an opponent and get speed off of them like you can with Mario Kart.

Yea, so probably not disqualification, but this race is unofficial anyway, so if it does happen (let's not let it happen XD) then I dont know what other actions they'll take besides the obvious start over or keep going.
