I think that will not be a factor here Medic. Since the change of owner to the RP, I think it will be ok to have more then four moves. It would not be right for a pokemon to just forget a move entirely, so I do think it will be ok to have more then four moves, but keep it reigned in so not be over powered.

Well of course. Shade is used to training Pokemon, so she has an idea on how to train them for better results in a shorter amount of time, if they are cooperative. And Shade has met people and Pokemon who have found TMs and TRs (along with finding them along the grounds of the Wild Area), so she was quick to grab a few and use them for her Pokemon to learn.
Her next few additions will not have this kind of training unless I specify that she trained them in one of her little regimens.

We can have the version exclusives be together. I usually do this so characters can battle them both. The first person they battle will be official, while the other person that could be battled will be unofficial. They swap out every other day or whatever so that the other can take a break and do something productive for themselves. Yes, the badges will be different and so will the layout of the Gym Missions, but that can be changed. The one half of the gym stadium will have one Gym Mission while the other half will have the other Gym Mission and the stadium can share one battlefield.

We're currently at the third gym, and some of us are going to Stow-On-Side. Think we're keeping original gym leaders.
We are keeping original gym leaders. Leon is no longer champion though, with EmoKitty21's OC going to be champion. But that is only character that was swapped out.
Though aspiring gym leaders could be possible since it could be a goal for your character to have.
Yes I would like to be an aspiring gym leader as in eventually replace Raihan like Bede did. So can I join?

I think three or four pokemon would be ok at this time. I do not know if we will get to the point where characters replace other gym leaders or not.
Opal is no longer the gym leader of the Ballonlea gym, Bede is. So what’s gonna happen to Ballonlea?
It'll just be Bede's team that he was using up to that point, with Hatterene being his G-Max.
Then what about the gym mission, what will it be. No it can’t be like Opals, hers was to see if you can take her place as gym leader.
If we're forcing him to stick to the Fairy Types, then his team would be a toned down version of what he uses in the cup, which is Mawile, Gardevoir, Rapidash, and Hatterene.

So another question, would I be able to catch a Pokémon that’s not from the city/ route I’m in? The Pokémon I want to catch though isn’t fully evolved and is in its basic stage.

Well, if anything, you could say you found an egg that is the Pokemon you want.
Yeah I would say it would depend on the pokemon. If it something that is extremely rare like a regular ponyta or a pokemon variant from Alola, then it would probably be abandoned by it's old trainer or something.

Also, some of us are at Motostoke to fight that gym, and others are at the 4th gym. So you can plop yourself into whoever you wanna go to.

I think that will be ok.
Just make sure when you get to that point, mention where your character had gotten the old amber.
Wait, who has already gotten the Fire Badge? I still need to get through that. Who is still there and are willing to watch Shade fight?
Seth will be there. He will probably be coming back from the pokemon center, so he could watch.
